Claims (17)

  1. 一種檢體免疫分析檢測裝置,包含:一卡匣,係可以一參考軸為中心進行轉動,該卡匣具有至少一組檢測單元,該檢測單元包括:複數儲液室,每一該儲液室係儲放一種工作流體;複數刺針活動室,每一該刺針活動室係對應於一該儲液室,每一該刺針活動室設有一第一密封膜,該第一密封膜係用以使該刺針活動室與該儲液室形成不連通狀態;一微流道結構,係連通每一該刺針活動室;一緩衝室,係連接於該微流道結構;一檢測室,係與該緩衝室相連通,該微流道結構係用以導引該工作流體由該儲液室流至該檢測室;一廢液室,係與該檢測室相連通;一毛細導引U形槽,係連接該檢測室與該廢液室;一排氣結構,係連接於該緩衝室與該複數儲液室;一針膜裝置,其包括:一第二密封膜,係設置且覆蓋於該卡匣設有該檢測室之一面;複數刺針結構,係設置於該第二密封膜,每一該刺針結構係對應於一該刺針活動室,每一該刺針結構包括一刺針以及一可撓性結構,該可撓性結構係提供該刺針由一第一位置移動至一第二位置;以及一第一致動裝置,係用以驅動該刺針由該第一位置移動至該第二位置,且該刺針由該第一位置移動至該第 二位置時,可將該第一密封膜刺破,使該刺針活動室與該儲液室形成相連通狀態;複數磁性粒子,係設置於該檢測室內,每一該磁性粒子具有磁性吸引性,每一該磁性粒子表面具有一第一標定物;至少一第一磁性元件,係設置於該檢測室之一側,該第一磁性元件係用以對該複數磁性粒子產生磁性,將該複數磁性粒子吸引並附著於該檢測室設有該第一磁性元件之一側;以及至少一第二磁性元件,係可往復移動於一第三位置以及一第四位置之間,該第二磁性元件之磁力大於該第一磁性元件之磁力,該第二磁性元件位於該第四位置時,該第二磁性元件係位於該檢測室相對於設有該第一磁性元件之一側,且該第二磁性元件對該複數磁性粒子產生磁性,將該複數磁性粒子吸引並附著於該檢測室設有該第二磁性元件之一側。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之檢體免疫分析檢測裝置,其中該可撓性結構係一呈圓錐形之筒狀結構,該可撓性結構沿其軸向具有相對之一第一端以及一第二端,該第一端之外徑大於該第二端之外徑,於該第二密封膜相對應於每一該刺針活動室之位置設有孔洞,該可撓性結構之該第一端係連接於該孔洞,該可撓性結構之該第二端係凸出於該第二密封膜相對於設有該卡匣之一面,該刺針具有相對二端,該刺針其中一端係連接於該可撓性結構之該第二端,該刺針之另一端係朝向該卡匣。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之檢體免疫分析檢測裝置,其中該刺針朝向該卡匣之一端係為尖錐狀結構,於該尖錐狀結構之表面設有至少一導槽,該導槽沿著刺針之軸向延伸一長度。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之檢體免疫分析檢測裝置,其中該第一致動裝置包括:一推桿,該推桿之一軸向端係朝向該刺針結構;以及一第一致動器,用以驅動該推桿軸向移動,使該推桿與該刺針結構相對運動。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之檢體免疫分析檢測裝置,其更包括一載盤,該載盤係用以承載該卡匣,該載盤與該卡匣之間設有連結結構,使該載盤與該卡匣可同步轉動。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之檢體免疫分析檢測裝置,其中該第一磁性元件係凸出設置於該載盤設有該卡匣之面,於該卡匣對應於該第一磁性元件之位置設有一第一凹槽,該第一磁性元件係嵌設於該第一凹槽中。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之檢體免疫分析檢測裝置,其中該載盤相對應於該第二磁性元件之位置設有一貫穿孔,於該卡匣相對應於該第二磁性元件之位置設有一第二凹槽,該第二磁性元件係設置於該載盤相對於設有該卡匣之一面,該第二磁性元件位於該第四位置時,該第二磁性元件係穿設於該貫穿孔並位於該第二凹槽內。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之檢體免疫分析檢測裝置,更包括至少一支撐架結構,該支撐架結構包括: 一基座;一檢測平台,係用以承載該載盤;複數支柱,係設置於該基座與該檢測平台之間,該複數支柱係用以支撐該檢測平台;複數導桿,係設置於該檢測平台設有該載盤之面;以及一暗室結構,係設置於該檢測平台設有該載盤之面,該暗室結構係連接於該複數導桿,該暗室結構可沿著該導桿之軸向往復移動,該暗室結構係用以覆蓋該卡匣。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之檢體免疫分析檢測裝置,其中該支撐架結構更包括至少一固定架,於該固定架設有一第二致動器,該第二致動器係連接於該第二磁性元件,該第二致動器係用以驅動該第二磁性元件往復移動於該第三位置以及該第四位置之間。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之檢體免疫分析檢測裝置,其中該微流道結構包括:一第一微流道,其具有一弧度,該弧度之圓心係與該參考軸偏心設置;以及複數第二微流道,每一該第二微流道係以該參考軸為中心徑向延伸,每一該第二微流道具有相對二端,每一該第二微流道之其中一端係連接該第一微流道,每一該第二微流道之另外一端係連接一該刺針活動室。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之檢體免疫分析檢測裝置,其中該第一微流道具有相對之一第一端以及一第二端,其中一該第二微流道係設置於該第一微流道之該第一端,其中一該第二微流道係設置於該第一微流道之該 第二端,該複數第二微流道之長度係由該第一微流道之該第一端至該第一微流道之該第二端逐漸縮短,該緩衝室係設置於該第一微流道之該第一端。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之檢體免疫分析檢測裝置,其中該微流道結構更包括一第三微流道,該第三微流道係以該參考軸為中心徑向延伸,該第三微流道之其中一端連接該緩衝室,該第三微流道之另一端連接該檢測室。

  15. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之檢體免疫分析檢測裝置,其中該毛細導引U形槽包括一第一弧形槽、一第二弧形槽、一第一連接槽以及一第二連接槽,該第一弧形槽、第一連接槽、第二弧形槽、第二連接槽串接構成一U形結構,該第一弧形槽之其中一端與該檢測室連接,該第二連接槽之其中一端係與該廢液室連接。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第15項所述之檢體免疫分析檢測裝置,其中該第二弧形槽具有一凸弧面,該凸弧面係朝向該參考軸,該凸弧面距離該參考軸的距離小於該緩衝室距離該參考軸的距離。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之檢體免疫分析檢測裝置,其中該排氣結構係連接於每一該儲液室、該廢液室以及該緩衝室。
