Claims (17)
- 一種減少在產生廢金屬鹵化物及硫化羰基作為廢產物之製造過程中之硫化羰基廢產物之方法,該方法包括:(a)將該等廢產物分離為含有該等廢金屬鹵化物之第一流及含有該硫化羰基之第二流;(b)組合該第一流與液體,以使得該等廢金屬鹵化物溶解於該液體中以產生金屬鹵化物溶液;(c)水解該第二流,以使得至少一部分之該硫化羰基轉化為硫化氫及二氧化碳;及(d)使該硫化氫與該金屬鹵化物溶液之第一部分在硫化條件下接觸,以產生含有金屬硫化物之硫化流。
- 如請求項1之方法,其進一步包括組合該硫化流與該金屬鹵化物溶液之第二部分,並且中和該所得組合流,以使得該組合流中之該等廢金屬鹵化物反應產生金屬氫氧化物。
- 如請求項2之方法,其中該中和步驟係藉由混合該組合流與氫氧化鈣、氧化鈣、飛灰或其他鹼性中和劑來實施。
- 如請求項1之方法,其中該過程係用於產生產物金屬氯化物之碳熱氯化過程且該等廢金屬鹵化物係非產物金屬氯化物。
- 如請求項1之方法,其中該過程係用於產生四氯化鈦之碳熱氯化過程且該等廢金屬鹵化物係選自由Fe、Mn、Cr、Ni、V、Ca、Mg、P、Ga、As、Nb、Na、Zr及Al組成之群之一或多種金屬之氯化物。
- 如請求項5之方法,其進一步包括組合該硫化流與該金屬鹵化物溶液之第二部分並且中和該所得組合流,以使得該組合流中之該等廢金屬鹵化物反應產生金屬氫氧化物。
- 如請求項6之方法,其中該中和步驟係藉由混合該組合流與氫氧化鈣來實施。
- 一種自含二氧化鈦之礦石產生四氯化鈦之方法,其包括:(a)在作為還原劑之含硫碳質材料存在下氯化該等含二氧化鈦之礦石以產生含有四氯化鈦、廢金屬氯化物及硫化羰基之產物流;(b)將該產物流分離為含有四氯化鈦之第一流、含有該廢金屬氯化物之第二流及含有該硫化羰基之第三流;(c)組合該第二流與液體,以使得該廢金屬氯化物溶解於該液體中產生金屬氯化物溶液;(d)將該金屬氯化物溶液分為第一部分及第二部分;(e)中和該金屬氯化物溶液之該第一部分;(f)水解該第三流,以使得至少一部分之該硫化羰基轉化為硫化氫及二氧化碳;(g)使該硫化氫與該金屬氯化物溶液之該第二部分在硫化條件下接觸,以產生具有金屬硫化物及未反應金屬氯化物之硫化流;且(h)中和該硫化流。
- 如請求項8之方法,其中該中和步驟(e)及該中和步驟(h)係藉由組合該硫化流與該金屬氯化物溶液之該第一部分並且混合由此產生之組合流與氫氧化鈣,以使得該組合流中之該金屬氯化物反應產生金屬氫氧化物來實施。
- 如請求項9之方法,其中該組合流之pH藉由與氫氧化鈣、氧化鈣、飛灰或其他鹼性中和劑混合升高至約8.5。
- 如請求項8之方法,其中該等硫化條件包含使經如此接觸之硫化氫與該金屬氯化物之第二部分之pH保持接近7。
- 如請求項11之方法,其中在硫化期間之pH範圍係5.6至6.9。
- 如請求項12之方法,其中該pH係在硫化期間藉由添加氫氧化鈣來控制。
- 如請求項8之方法,其中該等廢金屬氯化物係選自由Fe、Mn、Cr、Ni、V、Ca、Mg、P、Ga、As、Nb、Na、Zr及Al組成之群之一或多種金屬之氯化物。
- 如請求項8之方法,其中該等廢金屬氯化物係選自由Fe及Mn組成之群之一或多種金屬之氯化物。
- 如請求項8之方法,其中該第一流中之該四氯化鈦在氧化過程中反應產生二氧化鈦。
- 一種自含二氧化鈦之礦石產生四氯化鈦之方法,其包括:(a)使該等含二氧化鈦之礦石在作為還原劑之含硫焦炭之存在下氯化,產生含有四氯化鈦、氯化鐵及硫化羰基之產物流;(b)將該產物流分離為含有四氯化鈦之第一流、含有該氯化鐵之第二流及含有該硫化羰基之第三流;(c)組合該第二流與液體,以使得該氯化鐵溶解於該液體中產生氯化鐵溶液;(d)將該氯化鐵溶液分為第一部分及第二部分;(e)水解該第三流,以使得至少一部分之該硫化羰基轉化為硫化氫及二氧化碳;(f)使該硫化氫與該氯化鐵溶液之該第二部分在硫化條件下接觸,以產生具有硫化鐵及未反應氯化鐵之硫化流;(g)組合該金屬氯化物溶液之該第一部分與該硫化流;(h)混合該等經如此組合之流與氫氧化鈣,以使得該組合流中之該氯化鐵反應產生氫氧化鐵;及(i)沈澱出該硫化鐵及氫氧化鐵用於廢物棄置。
