Claims (29)
- 一種有機發光裝置,其包含:第一電極;第二電極;及安置於該第一電極與該第二電極之間的發光層,其中該發光層含有主體材料、發紅光摻雜劑及發藍光摻雜劑,且該發紅光摻雜劑具有使該摻雜劑向該第一電極傳遞之第一官能基。
- 如請求項1之有機發光裝置,其中該第一官能基為選自由以下組成之群的至少一個種類:氟烷基、全氟烷基、烷基(具有10個碳原子或10個碳原子以上)、全氟聚醚及矽烷氧基。
- 如請求項1之有機發光裝置,其中該發紅光摻雜劑為由式1表示之銥錯合物, 其中X1為含N芳族雜環,X2為芳族烴環或芳族雜環,且Y1及Y2各為氟烷基、全氟烷基、烷基、全氟聚醚或矽烷氧基。
- 如請求項1之有機發光裝置,其中該發光層含有發綠光摻雜劑,其具有使該摻雜劑向該第二電極傳遞之第二官能基。
- 如請求項4之有機發光裝置,其中該第二官能基為選自由以下組成之群的至少一個種類:羥基(-OH)、巰基(-SH)、羧基(-COOH)、磺酸基(-SO3 H)、I、Br、Cl、F、SCN、CN、NH2 、NO2 及聯吡啶基。
- 如請求項4之有機發光裝置,其中電洞注入層係安置於該第二電極與該發光層之間,且該第二官能基為選自由以下組成之群的至少一個種類:苯基胺基、噁唑基及咔唑基,以及腙位點。
- 如請求項4之有機發光裝置,其中該發藍光摻雜劑的最低未佔用分子軌域能量之絕對值高於該發綠光摻雜劑的該絕對值。
- 如請求項1之有機發光裝置,其中該發光層係藉由塗布法來製造。
- 一種用於形成如請求項1之有機發光裝置之該發光層的塗布液,其含有溶劑、主體材料、發紅光摻雜劑及發藍光摻雜劑。
- 一種用於形成如請求項4之有機發光裝置之該發光層的塗布液,其含有溶劑、主體材料、發紅光摻雜劑、發藍光摻雜劑及發綠光摻雜劑。
- 如請求項9之塗布液,其中該溶劑含有第一及第二溶 劑,該第一溶劑在比該第二溶劑高之溫度下沸騰,且充當該發紅光摻雜劑之不良溶劑。
- 一種用於形成如請求項1之有機發光裝置之該發光層的發光材料,其含有主體材料、發紅光摻雜劑及發藍光摻雜劑。
- 一種用於形成如請求項4之有機發光裝置之該發光層的發光材料,其含有主體材料、發紅光摻雜劑、發藍光摻雜劑及發綠光摻雜劑。
- 一種光源裝置,其使用如請求項1之有機發光裝置。
- 一種有機發光裝置,其包含:第一電極;第二電極;及安置於該第一電極與該第二電極之間的發光層,其中該發光層含有主體材料、發紅光摻雜劑及發綠光摻雜劑,且該發紅光摻雜劑以梯度濃度存在於該發光層中。
- 如請求項15之有機發光裝置,其中該發紅光摻雜劑具有欲定位於該第一電極附近的第一取代基。
- 如請求項15之有機發光裝置,其中該第一取代基含有選自由以下組成之群的至少一種官能基:氟烷基、全氟烷基、烷基(具有10個碳原子或10個碳原子以上)、全氟聚醚及矽烷氧基。
- 如請求項15之有機發光裝置,其中該發紅光摻雜劑為由式2'表示之銥錯合物, 其中X1為含N芳族雜環,X2為芳族烴環或芳族雜環,且Y1及Y2各為氟烷基、全氟烷基、烷基(具有10個碳原子或10個碳原子以上)、全氟聚醚或矽烷氧基(Si-O-Si-)。
- 如請求項15之有機發光裝置,其中該發光層含有發綠光摻雜劑,其含有欲傳遞至該第二電極之第二取代基。
- 如請求項15之有機發光裝置,其中該第二取代基含有選自由以下組成之群的至少一種官能基:羥基、羧基、磺酸基、I、Br、Cl、F、SCN、CN、NH2 、NO2 、聯吡啶基。
- 如請求項15之有機發光裝置,其中電洞傳遞層係安置於該第二電極與該發光層之間,且該第二取代基含有選自由以下組成之群的至少一種官能基:芳基胺基、咔唑基、腙位點。
- 如請求項16之有機發光裝置,其中該主體材料含有該第一取代基。
- 一種用於形成如請求項15之有機發光裝置之該發光層的塗布液,其含有溶劑、主體材料、發紅光摻雜劑及發綠光摻雜劑。
- 一種用於形成如請求項19之有機發光裝置之該發光層的塗布液,其含有溶劑、主體材料、發紅光摻雜劑、發綠光摻雜劑及發藍光摻雜劑。
- 如請求項15之有機發光裝置,其中該發光層含有金屬氧化物之精細微粒。
- 一種用於形成如請求項15之有機發光裝置之該發光層的發光材料,其含有主體材料、發紅光摻雜劑及發綠光摻雜劑。
- 一種用於形成如請求項19之有機發光裝置之該發光層的發光材料,其含有主體材料、發紅光摻雜劑、發藍光摻雜劑及發綠光摻雜劑。
- 如請求項1之有機發光裝置,其中該主體材料之激發能高於該發藍光摻雜劑之激發能。
- 如請求項15之有機發光裝置,其中該主體材料之激發能高於該發藍光摻雜劑之激發能。
