Claims (5)

  1. 一種可加成熟化之聚矽氧橡膠組成物,其包含:(A)50至97重量份之有機聚矽氧烷,其在室溫下為液體,其中此有機聚矽氧烷每分子含有至少兩個與矽原子鍵結之烯基且具有至多1000之平均聚合度;(B)3至50重量份之有機聚矽氧烷,其一分子中具有10至200個與矽原子鍵結之烯基,其具有0.000027至0.0005莫耳/公克之烯基含量,其具有至少2000之平均聚合度,且其在室溫下呈生橡膠狀態;(C)以每100重量份之組份(A)與(B)總量計0.2至20重量份之有機氫聚矽氧烷,其每分子含有至少兩個與矽原子鍵結之氫原子;(D)以每100重量份之組份(A)與(B)總量計10至40重量份之沉澱矽石,其具有以BET方法所測量之至少100m2 /g之比表面積;及(E)用於加成反應之催化量觸媒;該可加成熟化之聚矽氧橡膠組成物在25℃及10s-1 之剪切速度下具有100至800Pa.s之黏度。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項之可加成熟化之聚矽氧橡膠組成物,其中當130℃下的10%熟化時間為T10(秒)而90%熟化時間為T90(秒)時,則T10及T90使得:15秒≦T10≦60秒,且5秒≦(T90-T10)≦30秒。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第1或2項之可加成熟化之聚矽 氧橡膠組成物,其中該沉澱矽石(D)以每100公克計具有100至250毫升之DBP吸收量。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第1或2項之可加成熟化之聚矽氧橡膠組成物,其係用於射出模製。
  5. 一種經熟化之聚矽氧橡膠,其係藉由在100至220℃之條件下將申請專利範圍第1項之可加成熟化之聚矽氧橡膠組成物熟化5秒至30分鐘而製得,該經熟化之聚矽氧橡膠具有至少4.0MPa之抗張強度及至少200%之斷裂伸長率。
