Claims (15)

  1. 鈣、氧及氫原子之單相水凝黏合劑,該等原子係於包含具有平均結合度高於Q1.5 之矽酸鹽組成單元及矽烷醇基之排列中,其中並無任何或部分鈣原子係由與氧六重配位或更高配位之金屬原子M[6]x+ 所取代及/或並無或部分矽原子係由與氧四面體配位之金屬原子M[4]y+ 所取代,[CaO+(x/2).(M[6]x+ Ox/2 )]:[SiO2 +M[4]y+ Oy/2 ]之莫耳比具有0.2至2.0之值,及該黏合劑具有3.5重量%至20重量%之水含量。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之單相水凝黏合劑,該[CaO+(x/2)].(M[6]x+ Ox/2 )]:[SiO2 +M[4]y+ Oy/2 ]之莫耳比具有0.3至小於1.0之數值。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之單相水凝黏合劑,其中部分鈣原子係由Na、K、Li、Mg、Sr、Ba、Mn、Fe[+II]或Al[+III]原子所取代。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之單相水凝黏合劑,其中部分矽原子係經Al、Ge、B、P、Fe、Be或Ti原子取代。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之單相水凝黏合劑,其於添加水後反應成為水合物,其中大於50重量%水合物為具有莫耳比[CaO+(x/2)].(M[6]x+ Ox/2 )]:[SiO2 +M[4]y+ Oy/2 ]小於1.5之矽酸鈣水合物。
  6. 一種混合物,其係含有如申請專利範圍第1至5項中任一項之單相水凝黏合劑。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項之混合物,含有至少10重量%之該單相水凝黏合劑。
  8. 一種製造如申請專利範圍第1至5項中任一項之單相水凝黏合劑之方法,係經由-反應研磨含有呈結構水、結晶水或氫氧基形式及具有Q0 至Q2 之結合度的矽酸鹽組成單元之形式存在的鈣、矽、氧及氫原子之第一起始物料,與具有Q3 至Q4 之矽酸鹽組成單元結合度之呈固體矽酸鹽原料形式之第二起始物料,以及-只要水含量為高於20重量%或以上,乾燥該單相水凝黏合劑至3.5重量%至20重量%之水含量。
  9. 一種製造如申請專利範圍第1至5項中任一項之單相水凝黏合劑之方法,其係經由-反應研磨一種材料,該材料於反應研磨期間形成含有呈結構水、結晶水或氫氧基形式及具有Q0 至Q2 之結合度的矽酸鹽組成單元之形式存在的鈣、矽、氧及氫原子之第一起始物料,與具有Q3 至Q4 之矽酸鹽組成單元結合度之呈固體矽酸鹽原料形式之第二起始物料,以及-只要水含量為高於20重量%或以上,乾燥該單相水凝黏合劑至3.5重量%至20重量%之水含量。
  10. 一種製造如申請專利範圍第6或7項之混合物之方法, 其係經由以下所製造:-反應研磨原料該原料含有申請專利範圍第8項中所述之第一起始物料或申請專利範圍第9項中所述於反應研磨期間形成第一起始物料之材料,且含有申請專利範圍第8或9項中所述之第二起始物料以及額外材料,以及-只要該單相水凝黏合劑之水含量為高於20重量%,乾燥該混合物直至其中所含的單相水凝黏合劑具有3.5重量%至20重量%之水含量。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第8至10項中任一項之方法,其中使用石英或石英砂作為第二起始物料。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第8或10項中任一項之方法,其中該第一起始物料及該第二起始物料係共同存在於一種材料中。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第10項之方法,其中不再用作為建築材料的水泥岩或可含有集料或砂的砂漿係經直接研磨。
  14. 一種建築材料,其係經由使用水凝固如申請專利範圍第1至5項中任一項之單相水凝黏合劑,或如申請專利範圍第6或7項之混合物及隨後硬化而製造。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第14項之建築材料,其含有鹼性敏感添加劑。
