1338705 九、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 . 本發明是有關於一種抗紫外線物品,且特別是有關於一 . 種抗紫外線(anti-UV)聚合物反射件。 【先前技術】 大多數的聚合物物品(p〇lymeric article ),例如聚碳酸 酯板(polycarbonate sheet ),在紫外線長期照射下,都會有 ^黃化(yeUowing)的問題,而造成其透明性下降或喪失光澤。 習用照明裝置(例如用於液晶顯示器(LCD)之背光模 組)一般設有光反射件用以將點光源或線光源反射至目標物 (例如液晶顯示器面板)。 利用聚合物(例如聚碳酸酯)製成的反射件已被揭露。 然而,由於聚碳酸酯對紫外線特別敏感,因此當聚碳酸酯反 射件暴露於背光模組之冷陰極燈管(CCFL)時,很容易因暴 露在CCFL所釋放出之紫外線下而變黃,並且會有加速老化 _之現象,因而造成其反射率大幅下降。 【發明内容】 , 因此本發明的目的就是在提供一種抗紫外線(anti-UV) .聚合物反射件,其可克服或至少改善前述先前技術之黃化 (yellowing)問題。 根據本發明之上述㈣,提出一種抗紫外線之反射件, 其主要包含光反射聚合物基材以及—保護層設於該光反 ⑧ 1338705 射聚合物基材上 上。由於保護層會吸收紫外線,因此可有效降
之反射率。 該光反射聚合物基材可以添加無機化合物粒子 (inorganic compound panicle ),用以增加反射率。此外, 該保護層亦可以加入無機化合物粒子,藉此進一步增加反射 率。適合之無機化合物為二氧化鈦、碳酸鈣、硫酸鋇、氧化 I鎂、氧化鋅或其混合物。 該保護層可以是聚丙烯、壓克力樹脂(例如聚甲基丙烯 酸曱酯)、聚酯或塗料樹脂基材例如氟碳樹脂、矽氧樹脂、 丙烯酸樹脂、醇酸樹脂、聚尿(PU )樹脂、環氧樹脂、 不飽和聚酯樹脂,或是其混合物。 該保護層可另外加入抗紫外線成分(anti-UV ingredient)。適合之抗紫外線成分係可選自於紫外線吸收劑 (UV absorber)例如笨并三《•生(benzotriazole,BTA)、苯酮 馨(benzophenone)、氰基丙稀酸醋(cyanoacrylate)、胺類(Amine type)化合物、受阻胺類(Hindered Amine type)化合物、 水楊酸類(Salicyl type)化合物、金屬錄(Nickel)螯合物 (Complex)或其混合物。 【實施方式】 本發明提供一種抗紫外線之反射件’其主要包含:一光 反射聚合物基材以及一保護層設於該光反射聚合物基材 6 ⑤ 1338705 上。由於保護層會吸收紫外線,因此可有效降低紫外線損 。進而有效減少聚合物基材之黃化;保護層除了會吸收紫 外線防止聚合物基材產生黃化現象之外,也不會降低反射件 - 之反射率。適用於本發明之光反射聚合物基材包含但不限於 添加無機化合物粒子(丨n〇rganic c〇mp〇und parole)之聚碳 &自曰基材或表面具有棱形柱體(prism)或半圓柱體 (lenticular)等微結構之聚碳酸酯基材。 該保護層可以是聚丙烯、壓克力樹脂(例如聚甲基丙烯 西甲Sg ) t知或塗料樹脂基材例如氟《炭樹脂、石夕氡樹脂、 丙烯酸樹脂、醇酸樹脂、聚尿(Ρϋ )樹脂、環氧樹脂、 不飽和聚酯樹脂,或是其混合物。該保護層可以加入無機 化合物粒子,藉此進一步增加反射件成品之反射率;此外, 由於無機化合物粒子(例如二氧化鈦)亦能反射紫外線,因此 可以進一步降低聚合物基材之紫外線損害,而進一步減少聚 合物基材之黃化。 適用於本發明之無機化合物為二氧化鈦、碳酸鈣、硫酸 _ 鋇、氧化鎂、氧化鋅或其混合物。 該保護層可另外加入抗紫外線成分(anti_UV ingredient) ’用以進一步降低紫外線對於光反射聚合物基材 損害。適合之抗紫外線成分可以是紫外線吸收劑(uv absorber)例如苯并三唾(benzotriazole,BTA)、苯酮 (benzophenone)' 氰基丙稀酸 g旨(cyanoacrylate)、胺類(Amine type)化合物、受阻胺類(Hindered Amine type)化合物、 水楊酸類(Salicy丨type)化合物、金屬鎳(Nickel)螯合物 ⑧ 1338705 (C 〇 m ρ 1 e χ)或其混合物。, 當本發明抗紫外線之反射侔麻田#羽m π丨χ久耵仟應用於習用照明裝置(例如 用於液晶顯示器(LCD)之背光模組)之中時,除了直接結合 於聚合物基材上之保護層外,前述之保護層亦可以直接^ 於聚合物基材上,而利用照明裝置所設之固定機構(例如外 殼之卡榫)將該保護層固定在聚合物基椅上。 在根據本發明另一實施例之製程中,前述之保護層可以 直接熱壓合在聚合物基材上或利用一膠層貼合在聚合物基 材上’而製得本發明之抗紫外線反射件。 在根據本發明又一實施例之製程中,保護層係經由一押 出機之模頭(die)押出形成熔融態片材,並且直接與聚合物 基材壓合,而製得本發明之抗紫外線反射件。 在根據本發明再一實施例之製程中,保護層與聚合物基 材層係以共押出的方式形成本發明之抗紫外線反射件。 在根據本發明再一實施例之製程中’保護層係經由塗佈 方式與聚合物基材層結合而形成本發明之抗紫外線反射件。 在前述實施例中,如果使用聚碳酸酯基材,保護層若為 聚丙缚可以加入酸針增加極性’藉此有效增加其與聚碳酸g旨 基材之接合性。 上述之抗紫外線反射件亦可利用加熱成型方式(例如: 熱成型、真空成型等等)製得具有結構之抗紫外線反射件。 比較實施例一 將二氧化鈦粉末(杜邦公司製,变號R-1 05 )與聚 3 ^ 1338705 酸S旨樹脂粒(奇美訾豐制怎 a .门 製’型號PC-U〇,熔融流動指數 10g/10min@300°c * 1 2ke , n- ^ t .,^ ^ ^ ,. ,, § 重1.2)投入一押出機中混練 均勻後造粒製得含-备& β —氧化鈦之聚碳酸酯樹脂母粒(以下簡 稱母粒)。接著將母教於 拉拨入另一押出機經由一平板模頭(die) 押出,製得含二氧化名太夕# £山_ 孔化級之聚碳酸酯反射板。 實施例一 將聚丙稀片材(PP sheet,南亞樹膠製)與上述含二氧化 鈦之聚碳酸S旨&射板經由熱壓合程序製得—抗紫外線反射 板。 . 實施例二 將各外線吸收劑(UV absorber,C1BA公司製,型號 TINUVIN-234 )與聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(pmma,奇美實業製, 型號 CM-205,熔融流動指數 i.8g/i〇min@230°C *3.8kg,比 重M9)粒子投入一第一押出機中。將上述母粒加入一第 二押出機中’經由一共押出模頭(coextrusion die )押出製 得一抗紫外線反射板。 實施例三 將比較實施例一中含二氧化鈦之聚碳酸酯反射板表面 喷塗一層含有二氧化鈦之聚尿樹脂(PU )塗料製得一抗紫 外線反射板。 ⑤ 9 1338705 測’試結果 將實施例-、實施例二、實施例三與比較實施例一之成 品利=-分光儀(DATAC0L0R公司製,型號sf_6〇〇)分 別測量其原始反射率rg ( 550nm下)、明暗度、紅綠數值 與黃藍數值。接著在進行抗uv實驗(利用波長3i3nm uV 燈管,溫度70°c下連續照射100小時)之後,同樣利用 分光儀測量其經UV照射前後之反射率變化量△R,明暗度 變化量△ L ’紅綠數值變化△ a ’黃藍數值變化△ b,所得 結果列於下表一。 表一 比較實施例一 實施例一 實施例二 實施例三 R〇 95.50% 94.23% 91.86% 95.91% △ R -4.98% -0.91% -0.04% -0.29% △ L -5.69 -0.42 -0.03 -0.20 Δ a -0.43 -0.19 -0.21 -0.24 △ b 26.77 0.82 0.49 1.07
