1329726 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係有關一種如申請專利範圍第1項前言之高壓 放電燈用之燈座與如申請專利範圍第5項前言之高壓放電 燈。 【先前技術】 這種燈座係揭示於世界公開專利說明書第 W0 02/2 7746 A1號中。此說明書說明了一種高壓放電燈用之燈 座’其具有一起動裝置之具有電子零件被安排在其上之一 · 裝設板或高壓放電燈之一操作裝置上。 【發明內容】 本發明的目的是提供一種高壓放電燈用之燈座,以及 一種其內安排有一裝設板之高壓放電燈,以確保能在高壓 放電燈之電源線與安排在裝設板上之各電子組件間形成可 靠的接觸。 這種目的分別係藉由如申請專利範圍第1和5項之器 件達成的。特別有利的實施例則列舉於本發明申請專利範 ® 圍之各附屬項目中。 根據本發明之燈座具有一安排在燈座內以裝設各電子 組件的裝設板,根據本發明裝設板具有一埋藏其內之環狀 金屬接觸元件。可使燈電源供應線的一個端端穿過該環狀 開口以便將電源供應線終端熔接或焊接於裝設板相對於該 金屬接觸元件的後方一側上,其中該金屬接觸元件係藉由 各導體軌連接到裝設於裝設板上的電子組件之上。結果, -5- 1329726 _ 可在電源供應線與接觸元件之間形成可靠的機械及電氣接 hsox 觸。 較佳的是將上述金屬接觸元件注入到裝設板有彈性的 絕緣塑膠材料內或是將之塞入裝設板內符合接觸元件之形 狀的切口內以套入其中。 爲了依簡單的方式使電源供應線穿過該環狀金屬接觸 元件內之環狀開口,有利的是使該環狀接觸元件的內徑符 合電源供應線的厚度或直徑。較佳的是使該金屬接觸元件 Φ 在其環狀開口區域呈漏斗形式,以便使燈電源供應線更容 Φ 易穿過該環狀開口。該接觸元件呈漏斗形式的區域可扮演 著燈電源供應線之塞入輔助器的角色。根據本發明的較佳 解釋用實施例,該裝設板具有兩個或更多個間隙其目的是 扮演著爲安排在裝設板上帶有高電壓之電子組件提供電氣 絕緣的角色。特別是,可藉由這種裝置改良火花隙及脈波 式起動裝置之起動電容器與其他電子組件及連接於該環狀 金屬接觸元件上之電源供應線的電氣絕緣作用。 ® 根據本發明之高壓放電燈用燈座具有一安排在燈座內 0 以裝設各電子組件的裝設板,根據本發明該裝設板配備有 一埋藏其內之環狀金屬接觸元件。如上所述,這確保可在. 高壓放電燈之電源供應線與接觸元件之間形成可靠的機械 及電氣接觸。同時較佳的是根據本發明之高壓放電燈具有 依與根據本發明之燈座相關之方式說明如上的相同特性及 優點。 • 6 · 1329726 【實施方式】 第4圖顯示了一種根據本發明較佳解釋用實施例之高 壓放電燈。這種高壓放電燈指的是一種具有合倂於燈座之 脈波式起動裝置的金屬鹵化物高壓放電燈。這種高壓放電 燈係設想爲一種用於汽車大燈的光源。 該高壓放電燈含有:一石英玻璃放電瓶11; 一透明外 部燈泡1 2,係用以包圍該放電瓶1 1 ;以及電極1 3,1 4,係 安排於燈泡內以產生氣體放電。使電極1 3,1 4分別連接於 電源供應線1 5,1 6上,其中該電源供應線1 5,1 6會穿出放 β 電瓶1 1並用以將電源供應到電極1 3,1 4上。總成1包括固 定於燈座2內之放電瓶11及外部燈泡12。該燈座2包括 :一燈座外側部位2 1 ; —頂蓋22,係用以封閉該燈座外側 部位2 1之隔室;以及一插座40,係用以將電源供應到高 壓放電燈上。 如第3圖所示之燈座外側部位21具有基本上呈方形的 截面。該燈座外側部位2 1之內部係藉由一間隔壁2 1 3分割 爲尺寸不同的兩個隔室214, 215。設置較小的第一隔室214 W 其目的爲用以收納扮演著設置於燈座內之高壓放電燈的脈 波式起動裝置用起動變壓器角色的桿狀核心變壓器(未標 示)。該脈波式起動裝置(未標示)的其餘組件則安排於較大 的第二隔室2 1 5內。一電氣接觸元件係埋藏於該燈座外側 部位21內》該電氣接觸元件之第一終端31會延伸到第一 隔室214內,且在一旦裝設有桿狀核心變壓器時將之熔接 到該桿狀核心變壓器之高壓承載用起動電壓輸出端上。該 1329726 電氣接觸元件之第二終端32則設置有一穿孔33以便使高 壓放電燈之電源供應線15延伸到第二隔室215內。該燈座 外側部位21內設置有由一中空柱狀網眼217訂定其界限的 凹槽2口1。該電氣接觸元件之第二終端32則形成了部分 的凹槽底部。一旦已將內剖電源供應線15熔接於電氣接觸 元件之第二終端32上,可爲凹槽2171塡充電氣絕緣的罐 狀化合物以便將兩個燈組件1 5,3 2之間的熔接接點埋藏於 該罐狀化合物內。外部電源供應線16上突出於放電瓶上與 燈座遠隔終端外而反饋到燈座2內之終端會延伸到同樣合 倂形成於該燈座外側部位2 1上的中空柱狀網眼2 1 8之內。 此外,各中空柱狀網眼219則扮演著固定插座40及頂蓋 22的角色。 第1圖顯示的是一種會蓋住該燈座外側部位2 1之第二 隔室215的裝設板50。安排在該裝設板50上的是扮演著 高壓放電燈及第4圖中高壓放電燈用起動裝置之起動電容 器61、火花隙62及其他電子組件之電氣連接結構角色的 插座40 ^插座40之各接觸插針係分別經由安排在該裝設 板50上的各導體軌(未標示)連接到埋藏於裝設板50內之 環狀金屬接觸元件52、起動電容器61、火花隙62及其他 電子組件上。環狀接觸元件52的細部結構係如第2圖所示 。該環狀接觸元件52包括一例如由銅、鋼或是銅或鋼之合 金製成的金屬薄片。該環狀接觸元件52具有一漏斗形區域 521。這意指接觸元件52內之環狀開口 53係呈漏斗形式。 該裝設板50係放置在燈座外側部位21上,使得起動裝置 1329726 裝設於裝設板50上的組件會突出到該燈座外側部位2i之 第二隔室215內,插座40各插針會結合於該燈座外側部位 21之中空柱狀網眼219內,且各網眼220會結合於該裝設 板之間隙51內。此例中係使該外部電源供應線1 6上自燈 座外側部位2 1之中空網眼2 1 8突出的終端通過接觸元件 52內之環狀開口 53,並將之熔接或焊接於裝設板50後方 —側上的接觸元件52之上。該裝設板50具有注入鑄模零 件的形式並於其內注入有環狀接觸元件52。該裝設板50 內設置有兩個或更多個間隙54, 55, 56,目的是爲了使環狀 馨 接觸元件52及起動裝置之其他組件與起動電容器61及火 花隙62呈電氣絕緣。 頂蓋22會封閉該燈座外側部位21的兩個隔室214, 215並蓋住該裝設板50的後方一側。 【圖式簡單說明】 現在將參照較佳的解釋用實施例更詳細地解釋本發明 〇 第1圖係用以顯示一種根據本發明較佳解釋用實施例 · 安排在高壓放電燈用燈座內之裝設板的平面圖示。 第2圖係用以顯示第1圖中裝設板之環狀接觸元件的 細部圖示。 第3圖係用以顯示一種根據本發明較佳解釋用實施例 之燈座外側部位的平面圖示。 第4圖係用以顯示一種根據本發明較佳解釋用實施例 之高壓放電燈的側視圖。 -9- 1329726
