1316918 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係有關-種线密缝及其製造方法,_是—麵化區塊之 空氣密封體及其製造方法。 【先前技術】 一般在包裝物品時,會將物品直接置人—_内,然贱箱僅能包裝 …、友衝保4功用’使得物品於搬運時易因晃動而損壞,故於包裝時 多會放置緩衝材料提升紙箱之緩衝保護功用。一般常見的方式係將泡棉填 塞於物品贱m峨丨象獅輸物叙用。然而, 泡棉成本昂貴,使得包裝成本提高而不符經濟效應,且泡棉不易處理,容 易造成環簡題。再者,泡棉雖可緊密貼附於物品的表面,但防止碰撞之 效果不佳’往往還是會使物品遭受撞擊而損壞。 另—種常見之緩衝材料保麗龍,細用保麗龍包覆物品,再將其放 入紙箱内’明免物品在搬運的過財產生職。雖雌魏可避免物品 因晃動而補’但保麗龍之體積賴而占鳳量空間,料倾微生物分 解’焚«理會職編讀之錢,造賴料娜^,在環保意 識綠的今天’保麗龍並不是相當理想的緩衝材料。再者,不狀寸、大 小的物品無法共贿舰故,必須使科同尺寸的保麗龍,不僅是資源 上的浪費,同時也提高了物品的包裝成本。 為解決上述之_,便產生-種叫封接著二片塑_騎製成之氣 體包裝袋’蛛㈣綱㈣如她賴蝴細破, 一但出現小破洞’氣體包錢内之氣體即會《,造成氣體找袋喪失缓 1316918 衝保護之功效,細—之包裝成本。為了解決此1題,可以 或增厚氣體包裝袋之塑膠薄膜,藉以減少受到物品刺破之機會,作在輕 大量式的生產無法繼罐之單—面加強或增厚,必須全面加強^ 厚,導致製造成本大幅增加而失去市場競爭力。 由此可知,如何提供物品良好的缓衝保護,避免物品於運送過程中因 碰撞而損壞朗傷,並解決氣體包裝袋易受到物品刺破之問題,進而降低 緩衝材料之製造成本,係為本案之發明人以及從事此相關行業之技術領域 者亟欲改善的課題。 【發明内容】 有鑑於此,本發明提出一 複數節點’位於複數氣柱上, 種如化區塊之空氣密封體,包含:複數氣柱丨 使複數氣柱循著複數節點彎折而形成容置空 間’用以收容物品;及至少—片體’位於容置細内而貼附於複數氣柱之 彎折處’用以避免氣柱遭物品刺穿而破損。 本發明亦提出一種強化區塊之空氣密封體的製造方法,包含下列步 驟:提供-個以上簡;間隔㈣熱材料於嶋之—面的部分;疊合 二外臈使_介於外膜之間;以麵手段熱封韻與_,由外膜形成至 v充氣通逼與袓數氣柱,由内膜塗佈耐熱材料的部分形成複數進氣通道 連接充lUtit與複數緣;以熱封手段熱封外膜·複數緣上形成複數 喊點’貼随少體於減氣柱之複數節點處;及循著複數節點彎折複 數氣柱而形成容置空間,使片體位於容置空間内。 其中’上述之片體為可以膠合方式固定於複數氣柱上,亦可以熱封接 著方式固定於複數氣柱上。 1316918 > 基此,片體為多層複合膜或空氣緩衝片,再者,片 棉、聚乙烯(PE)發泡布、聚氣 &之材枓為選自泡 乳乙MPVC)、聚丙烯(pp 及發泡聚丙_PP)所構成的群組中,亦可Μ㈣乙稀卿) 所構成的群組中,如牛皮紙或單層浪板紙箱;;料。紙類及類紙材料 ==姆_其财,聽姻—如后。 凊翏照第1Α圖、第1Β圖以及第! 圖為充气义的巫 Θ '、 χ月的第—實施例,第ΙΑ 一充翻的平面圖,g m圖為充氣後的立體圖 的剖面圖。 C圖為充氣後彎折 強化區塊之空氣密封體6包含:二片外膜2a與2b、片體丨5。 二片外膜2a與2b上下疊合。 …著熱封線3a、3b、3e、3d、3e㈣封手段0彳 細細戦魏氣柱Π, 〜由熱封手段接著二片外膜2 耐成充乳口」2。續以熱封手段於 轧柱〗I上產生複數節點Μ择 . 錯以使讀11可循著節點I4a彎折為时. &亚;子狀體之間形成容置空間8。 片體15位於容置空間8 .訂、奴數乳柱丨丨之彎折處,並利用膠 合方式固定於複數氣柱u U贿接#_定於複減柱丨丨上, 而片體15亦可平貼於複數氣柱11之表面。- 上述_调I5 w層複麵,蝴15彻細拠^ ^舰細構軸群組中,如《可折㈣性之娜_ 位=Γ+’將其裁剪為適當尺寸之片狀後貼附於複數氣枉11需防護之部
Claims (1)
- 为年4只〆日修(更)正替换5 十、申請專利範圍: 1、一種強化區塊之空氣密封體,包含: 二外膜,上下疊合; 二内膜,介於該二外膜之間; -充氣通道’位於該二外膜之間,包含有可供外部氣體充入之一充 氣口; 複數氣柱,為經由熱封手段接著該二外膜而形成可儲存氣體的空 間’用以提供該物品緩衝保護之用; 複數熱封點,位於該充氣通道内,介於一片該外膜與一片該内膜之 間而接著一片該外膜與一片該内臈,當該充氣通道充入外部氣體使二片 該外膜與向外拉開,經由該熱封點帶動不接著的二片該内膜向外拉開而 使氣體充入該些氣柱; 複數節點,位於該複數氣柱上,使該複數氣柱循著該複數節點彎折 而形成一容置空間,用以收容一物品;及 至少一片體,位於該容置空間内而貼附於該複數氣柱之彎折處,用 以避免該氣柱遭該物品刺穿而破損。 2、 如請求項1之強化區塊之空氣密封體,其中該複數氣柱循著該複數節點 彎折而為U字狀體。 3、 如請求項1之強化區塊之空氣密封體,其中該片體為以膠合方式固定於 該複數氣柱上。 4、 如請求項1之強化區塊之空氣密封體,其中該片體為以熱封接著方式固 定於該複數氣柱上。 1316918 5、 如請求項1之強化區塊之空氣密封體,其中該片體為多層複合膜。 6、 如請求項1之強化區塊之空氣密封體,其中該片體為空氣缓衝片。 7、 如請求項1之強化區塊之空氣密封體,其中該片體之材料為選自泡棉、 聚乙烯(PE)發泡布、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚丙烯(PP)、發泡聚乙稀(EpE) 及發泡聚丙烯(EPP)所構成的群組中。 8、 如請求項1之強化區塊之空氣密封體,其中該片體之材料為選自瓦愣紙、 紙類及類紙材料所構成的群組中。9、 如請求们之強化區塊之空氣密封體,更包含—外,該複數氣柱未貼 附該片體之一面緊貼於該外箱之内表面。. 10、一種強化區塊之空氣密封體的製造方法,包含下列步驟: 提供二内膜; 疊合二外膜使該二内膜介於該二外膜之間; 以熱封手段熱封該二外膜與該二内膜,由該二外膜形成一充氣通 道與複數氣柱,並於該充氣通道内形成複數熱封點而接著一片該外膜與 一片該内膜; 以熱封手段熱封該二外膜而於該複數氣柱上形成複數節點; 貼附至少一片體於該複數氣柱之該複數節點處;及 循著該複數節點彎折該複數氣柱而形成一容置空間,使該片體位 於該谷置空間内。 11、如請求項10之強化區塊之空氣密封體的製造方法,其中於提供一個以 上内膜之步驟後,係間隔塗佈一耐熱材料於該内膜之一面的部分。 1316918 , 12、如請求項11之強化區塊之空氣密封體的製造方法,其中以熱封手段熱 封該外膜與該内膜後,由該内膜塗佈該耐熱材料的部分形成複數進氣 通道連接該充氣通道與該複數氣柱。 13、 如請求項1〇之強化區塊之空氣密封體的製造方法,其中該片體為以膠 合方式固定於該複數氣柱上。 14、 如請求項1〇之強化區塊之空氣密封體的製造方法,其中該片體為以熱 封接著方式固定於該複數氣柱上。 • · -φ 15、如請求項10之強化區塊之空氣密封體的製造方法,其中該片體為多層 複合膜。 16、如請求項10之強化區塊之空氣密封體的製造方法,其中該片體為空氣 緩衝片。 Π、如請求項10之強化區塊之空氣密封體的製造方法,其中該片體之材料 為選自瓦楞紙、紙類及類紙材料所構成的群組中。 0 18、如請求項10之強化區塊之空氣密封體的製造方法,其中該片體之材料 Φ 為選自泡棉、聚乙稀(ΡΕ)發泡布、聚氣乙稀(PVC)、聚丙烯(ΡΡ)、發泡 聚乙烯(ΕΡΕ)及發泡聚丙烯(ΕΡΡ)所構成的群組中。 、如請求項10之強化區塊之空氣密封體的製造方法,其中循著該複數節 點彎折該複數氣柱之步驟,複數氣柱彎折為U字狀體。 2〇、如請求項1〇之強化區塊之空氣密封體的製造方法,其中於循著該複數 節點彎折該複數氣柱之步驟後,係將該複數氣柱置於一外箱内。 2卜如請求項2G之·區塊之空氣賴_製造方法,其巾該複數氣柱未 17 1316918 ' 貼附該片體之一面緊貼於該外箱之内表面。 C 18 1316918 替換頁第2B圖
