1314480 (1) 九、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於輥軋機之輸送熱軋長條產品至冷卻床, 特別是有關於一種在該等產品到達冷卻床之前將其等加以 細分及減速的方法。本文中所用的“長條產品”一詞是指 棒及桿,以及類似者。 φ 【先前技術】 如同在例如美國專利第4,4 1 3,4 9 4號中所揭露的,其 已知可使用被動的夾壓滾輪來抓持並減速熱軋長條產品。 但是在單獨使用時’這些夾壓滾輪所施用的重大壓力會使 - 產品的表面變形或是受到各種的損傷。這對於具有突肋狀 . 表面的產品是特別有所影響,例如混凝土補強用的鋼筋。 使用交錯的滾輪來將長條產品彎折成長形彎曲路徑, 以進行減速,也是已知的,例如如美國專利第4,8 8 4,4 2 9 # 號中所示。但是,在單獨使用時,此等的交錯狀滾輪配置 卻無法對於現代輥軋機中較高輸送速度的產品加以適當地 減速。再者,使用交錯狀滾輪配置來對產品前緣末端加以 減速有可能會造成圓突情形。 【發明內容】 本發明之基礎係在於發現到,雖然使用夾壓滾輪或交 錯的滾輪本身會造成問題,但是他們若配合於產品來加以 應用,可以提供極其有效的減速作用,而不會使產品變形 -4- (2) 1314480 或損傷他們的表面。 接下來將配合所附圖式來對本發明及其所能達成的好 處做更進一步的說明。 【實施方式】 請先參閱第1圖,其中顯示出一例示性的輥軋機的配 置,其包含有一冷卻床10,設置成可接收自最後滾輪架11 φ 沿著路徑Pd輸送出來的長條產品。一剪切器12用來細分 該等產品,而一切換器13可將該等切斷的產品片段交替地 導引至路徑Pd-Ι及Pd-2,其等係通向該冷卻床的運送枱 1 〇 ’上。自此’該等產品會做橫側向的移動而通過該冷卻 - 床至接收設備(未顯示)處,以供做進一步的處理,例如 、 切割成客製長度、綁紮等等。 根據本發明的減速器1 4係沿著路徑p d -1及P d - 2設置 在切換器13及冷卻床10之間。如參閱第2A圖至第2C圖所 φ 能最清楚看到的,每一減速器14均包含有一組被動夾壓滾 輪1 6,其前方則有多個偏折滾輪1 8,沿著輸送路徑p的二 側父錯地設置。該等偏折滾輪1 8最好是能夠自由地轉動, 且可在遠離於該輸送路徑的非作動位置,如第2A圖及第 2B圖中所示’與突入至該輸送路徑內的作動位置,如第 2 C圖所示’之間調整。該等偏折滾輪丨8在作動位置與未 作動位置間的調整可以由任何已知的機構來達成之,〜非 限定性的範例是美國專利第4,8 8 4,4 2 9號中所揭露者,其 說明係引述於此以供參考。 (3) 1314480 夾壓滾輪1 6係可在如第2A圖中所示的開放位置與第 2B圖中所示的關閉位置之間調整。該等夾壓滾輪可以由 熟知此技藝者所知悉的機構來加以驅動及在開放與關閉位 置之間調整,一非限定性的範例是美國專利第6,920,772 號中所揭露者,其說明係引述於此以供參考。 在例示性的操作中,一熱軋長條產品會依被輥軋之產 品的尺寸而定而以每秒約1 4至40公尺的速度V 1離開最後 Φ 滾輪架12。在該等減速器處於第2A圖中所示的情形下, 該產品的前緣片段會自由地通過剪切器12,並且被切換器 13導向路徑Pd-Ι。 如第2B圖中所示,該前緣片段接著會被被動夾壓滾 - 輪1 6所接觸到,而該等夾壓滾輪係以至少等於,但最好是 、 稍微快於該產品之離開速度V 1的初始速度運轉。在此的 “速度” 一詞是指夾壓滾輪與產品接觸之表面的旋轉速度 〇 φ 接著該產品前緣片段會因切換器13的啓動而被自該產 品的其餘部份上切離開,而該產品的尾緣片段則會被切換 器13加以導引至路徑Pd-2上。在現在已經自該產品之其 餘部份分離的被切斷的產品前緣片段仍然被輥軋滾輪架推 送前進的情形下,如第2C圖中所示,夾壓滾輪1 6會減速 至一低於V】的速度V2,而偏折滾輪1 8則移動進入路徑Pd 內’以供將該產品彎折成彎曲路徑P s。彎曲路徑p s所增 加的長度可配合於夾壓滾輪減慢的速度來將該產品減速至 較慢的速度V 2。透過此種互相配合的作動,其最好是同 -6- (4) 1314480 時進行,該產品被挾持於該等夾壓滾輪間的力量可以有利 地減低,因之而能避免該產品變形,也能避免或至少有利 也減輕該產品表面所會造成的痕跡。沿著路徑Pd-2移動 的產品尾緣片段同樣會受到如此的作用,而由另一減速器 加以減速。 【圖式簡單說明】 φ 第1圖是一結合根據本發明之系統的輥軋機設施的示 意平面圖。 第2A圖至第2C圖是示意圖,分別顯示出減速器在不 同階段的情形。 【主要元件符號說明】 1 〇 :冷卻床 10’ :運送枱 • 11 :最後滚輪架 12 :剪切器 13 :切換器 1 4 :減速器 】6 :夾壓滾輪 1 8 :偏折滾輪
Claims (1)
- :1314480 ' Ο) 十、申請專利範圍 1 ·—種細分及減速熱軋長條產品的方法,該長條產品 係沿著一輸送路徑自一輥軋機朝向一冷卻床向前進,該方 法包含有下列步驟: (a )將一剪切器及一減速器沿著該輸送路徑接續地 配置’該減速器包含有一組被動夾壓滾輪,該組被動夾壓 滾輪前方則設有多個偏折滾輪; | (b)將該產品的目|』緣片段與該等夾壓滾輪相接觸, 該等夾壓滾輪係以至少等於該向前進之產品速度的初始速 度運轉; (c)啓動該切換器來將該前緣片段與該產品的其餘 . 部份分離開;以及 (d )透過下列步驟來將該前緣片段加以減速: (i )減低該等夾壓滾輪的速度;以及 (11)啓動該等偏折滾輪來將該產品片段自該輸送路 p 徑轉向成一彎曲路徑。 2 _如申請專利範圍第1項中所述之細分及減速熱乳長 條產品的方法’其中步驟(b ) 、 ( c )及(d )是依序進 行的。 3 .如申請專利範圍第2項中所述之細分及減速熱軋長 條產品的方法,其中步驟(d ) ( i )及(d )(丨丨)是同時 進行的。 4.如申請專利範圍第1項、第2項或第3項中所述之細 分及減速熱軋長條產品的方法,其中該初始速度是高於該 (2) 1314480 向前進之產品的速度。 5 .如申請專利範圍第1項中所述之細分及減速熱軋長 條產品的方法,其中該等偏折滾輪係可自由地轉動,且係 沿著該輸送路徑的二側做交錯配置。-9-
