Abstract

A method for producing a hardened slag product, which comprises providing a mixture containing 15 to 55 mass % of a slag from a step of pretreatment of hotmetal having a particle diameter of 1.18 mm or less and 5 to 40 mass % of a blast furnace slag having a particle diameter of 0.1 mm or less, kneading the mixture with water, and then subjecting the kneaded product to curing; and a more suitable method, which comprises providing a mixture containing 15 to 55 mass % of a slag from a process of pretreatment of hotmetal having a particle diameter of 1.18 mm or less, 3 to 36 mass % of a blast furnace slag having a particle diameter of 0.1 mm or less, and 1.5 to 30 mass % of a fly ash, wherein the mass ratio of the fly ash to the sum of the blast furnace slag and the fly ash is 0.1 to 0.75, kneading the mixture with water, and then subjecting the kneaded product to curing. Those methods allow the utilization of a slag from a steel making process and also the production of a hardened slag product having a satisfactory strength and being free from the occurrence of surface cracking. The hardened slag product is useful as a material for subbase course of a road, a building material, a material for a civil work or a substitute for concrete.

1241997 A7 B7 五、發明説明(1 ) 技術領域 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 本發明爲關於熔渣硬化物的製造方法,更詳言之,爲 關於利用先前難以有效利用於路盤材料、土木材料、人工 石、海洋硬塊、其他混凝土替代品等之土木、建設材料之 粉粒狀預熔銑處理熔渣,提高製造後硬化物之強度並且減 低裂痕之技術。 背景技術 製鋼工程所發生之熔渣爲鹼度高,且含有大量以一次 化合物狀態的C a〇(以下,記述爲游離c a 0 )。因此 ’易吸收水分而膨脹,不適於做爲高爐熔渣般之土木、建 設材料之用途,且於其處置和活用上長期殘留問題。於是 ’爲了打破此類狀況,亦嘗試積極活用製鋼熔渣的數種技 術開發。尤其,可察見將高爐熔渣等含矽石物質、與製鋼 熔渣組合活用之嘗試。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 例如,特開平1 0 — 1 5 2 3 6 4號公報爲揭示含有 5 0 %以上可令含製鋼熔渣之骨材和具有潛在水硬性之含 矽石物質和具有凝硬反應性之含矽石物質中之一種或二種 ’且經由水合反應而與硬化之粘合材料混合製造之水合硬 化體。又,特開平2 - 2 3 3 5 3 9號公報爲揭示將粘合 材料、細骨材料、粗骨材料全部予以粉碎及弄碎作成鐵鋼 熔渣’並且使用該粘合材料中混合高爐熔渣與製鋼熔渣之 鐵鋼熔渣所製造之熔渣塊。更且,於特開平1 -1 2 6 2 4 6號公報爲揭示將轉爐熔渣以5 m m以下粉碎 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X四7公釐) Λ 1241997 A7 ______ B7_ 五、發明説明(2) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 後、磁選、乾燥,並且以3000〜5000cm2/g粉 碎後’於高爐熔渣微粉末中混合1 〇〜3 0重量%轉爐熔 渣之高爐水泥例。又,吾等先前於 E p 0994196A1中,提案將含有50重量%粒 徑爲5mm以下製鋼熔渣之製鋼熔渣、與含有s i〇2g 3 0 w t %物質之混合物經由水合反應而固化之製鋼熔渣 之塊狀化方法。更且,於特開昭5 9 — 1 6 9 9 6 6號公 報爲揭示於高爐水碎熔渣中,將轉爐熔渣塵以絕對乾燥重 量比1 0〜6 0 %添加混合之路盤材料。 但是,本發明者使用上述先前技術,試作出以製鋼熔 渣做爲原料之熔渣硬化物(以下,亦稱爲「硬化物」)時 ,得知如下述之問題點。 首先,若根據特開平10— 152364號公報、特 開平 1 — 126246 號公報及 EP0994196A1 記載之方法,若使用轉爐熔渣做爲製鋼熔渣,於2 0 °C水 ------… -. 中熟化(cure )時則硬化物崩壞,且有時無法令人滿足。 於是,詳細調查其原因。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 近年,爲了保護轉爐內張之耐火物,乃於熔渣中添加 白雲石和氧化鎂熔塊等,使得起因於此些物質之轉爐熔渣 中之M g 0濃度變高。於使用此類M g〇濃度高之轉爐熔 澄時,該轉爐熔渣中所含之一級化合物狀態之M g〇(以 下,記述爲游離M g〇)於水中熟化且水合膨脹,且可判 知所欲製造之硬化物崩壞。 根據此發現,本發明者想到使用幾乎不含游離M g〇 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) ~ 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 1241997 A7 _B7_ 五、發明説明(3) 之預熔銑處理熔渣做爲製鋼熔渣。於是,對於上述特開平 1 0 - 1 5 2 3 6 4號公報記載之製鋼熔渣骨材,採用該 預熔銑處理熔渣,並於同樣條件下試作熔渣硬化物。但是 ,所得硬化物之壓縮強度爲未滿2 0 N / m m 2,並無法承 受做爲替代水泥-混凝土之使用。 此處,所謂「預熔銑處理」爲指將熔銑以轉爐預先精 練,並且對轉爐供給前之熔銑中,預先添加各種精鍊劑進 行脫矽、脫磷、脫硫等處理。本案中,將此前處理所生成 之熔渣稱爲「預熔銑處理熔渣」,爲被包含於製鋼熔渣之 範疇中。以下,「脫S i熔渣」、「脫P熔渣」及「脫S 熔渣」等之表示爲意指熔銑分別進行預脫S i處理、預脫 P處理及預脫S處理時所發生之熔渣。 另一方面,以前述特開平2 — 2 3 3 5 3 9號公報記 載之方法,製造轉爐熔渣做爲原料之熔渣硬化物上,必須 將熔渣予以微粉碎。但是,於轉爐熔渣中,含有較多如上 述之游離Mg 0。因此,熔渣本身變硬且難變成微粉,於 粉碎至反應性高之微粉上,具有粉碎費用極太之問題。於 是’使用同前述幾乎不含游離Μ g〇之預熔銑處理熔渣, 根據前述特開平2 - 2 3 3 5 3 9號公報記載之原料配合 ,嘗試熔渣硬化體之製造。 更且,使用預熔銑處理熔渣代替特開平1 -1 2 6 2 4 6號公報中之轉爐熔渣時,所得硬化物之壓縮 強度未滿2 0 N /m m 2,無法承受做爲替代水泥一混凝土 之使用。又,即使於含有3 0 0 0 c m 2 / g以下,即約 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) I 訂 線 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 1241997 A7 B7 五、發明説明(4 ) 0 · 0 7 m m以上之預熔銑處理熔渣之情形中,亦爲硬化 物之強度不足,並且發生許多裂痕。 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 更且,若根據EP0994196A1揭示之原料配 合,做爲製鋼溶渣並且使用預熔銑處理熔渣進行熔渣硬化 物之製造,則於硬化物亦可察見許多之裂痕。可判定此些 硬化物到底不堪使用於特別要求強度和外觀美麗度之塊狀 建設用熔渣硬化物。 更且,將特開昭5 9 — 1 6 9 9 6 6號公報所記載之 轉爐熔渣塵代替預熔銑處理熔渣塵,嘗試製造熔渣硬化物 時,僅熔渣凝集,到底無法取得如混凝土般之硬化物。 本發明爲鑑於此類情事,以提案將製鋼熔渣使用於原 料之一部分,亦可令製造硬化物不會發生強度不足和裂痕 之熔渣硬化物的製造方法爲其目的。 發明之示 達成上述目的之本發明爲將含有(a )粒徑爲 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 1 · 18mm以下之預熔銑處理熔渣:15〜55質量% 、及(b)粒徑爲〇 · 1mm以下之高爐熔渣:5〜40 質量%之物質,與水混練後令其硬化之熔渣硬化物的製造 方法。 又,令含有(a )粒徑爲1 · 1 8 m m以下之預熔銖 處理熔渣:15〜55質量%、 (b)粒徑爲0·1mm 以下之高爐熔渣:3〜3 6質量%、及(c )飄塵: 1 · 5〜3 0質量%,且相對於該高爐熔渣和飄塵合計之 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210 X 297公嫠) 1241997 A7 B7 五、發明説明(5) 飄麈質量比爲0 · 1〜〇 · 7 5之物質,與水混練後令其 硬化之熔渣硬化物之製造方法的發明。 — — I! — !—·! (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 尙,於上述之兩製造方法中,相對於(a )粒徑爲 1 · 1 8 m m以下之預熔銑處理熔渣、(b )粒徑爲 0 · 1 m m以下之高爐熔渣、及(c )飄塵合計之該預熔 銑處理熔渣之質量比爲超過0·2者爲佳。 又,於上述任一種製造方法中’於記載之含有物中’ 再將鹼金屬之氧化物、氫氧化物、硫酸鹽及氯化物、及驗 土金屬之氧化物、氫氧化物、硫酸鹽及氯化物所組成群中 選出至少一種,相對於該高爐熔渣及飄塵之合計添加 0·2〜20質量%爲佳。 又,於上述任一種製造方法中,於記載之含有物中’ 再將萘磺酸類及聚羧酸類所組成群中選出至少一種,相對 於該高爐熔渣、飄塵及粒徑爲0 · 1 m m以下之預熔銑處 理熔渣之合計添加0 · 1〜2 0質量%。 線一 用以實施發明之最佳型態 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 以下,詳細說明本發明之實施形態。 首先,本發明爲根據下列理由使用預熔銑處理熔渣做 爲製鋼熔渣。即, (1 )於預熔銑處理中,因於精鍊劑中未添加M g〇 ,故所發生之熔渣原來之Mg〇濃度低,且C a〇/ S i α低。又,若干之Mg〇幾乎以C a2Mg S i 2〇7 般之高次化合物型式存在,且幾乎不存在游離Mg O。相 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) " 1241997 A7 ___B7_ 五、發明説明(6 ) 對地,轉爐熔渣所含之M g〇幾乎以游離M g ◦型式存在 。游離M g〇爲與游離C a 0相異,難經由熟化處理作成 安定之氫氧化物。因此,具有可將先前轉爐熔渣使用做爲 原料時所產生之游離M g 0水合膨脹所造成之硬化物裂痕 、粉化、變形、強度降低等問題一倂掃除之可能性。 (2)預熔銑處理熔渣爲如上述,Ca〇/S !〇2低 ,且P2〇5濃度高,故Ca〇多以2Ca〇· S i〇2、 3 C a Ο · P2〇5等高級化合物型式存在。因此,游離 C a 0濃度低。因此,游離C a 0所造成之水合膨脹性亦 低,具有可將起因於製鋼熔渣中之游離C a 0水合膨脹所 造成之硬化物裂痕、粉化、變形、強度降低等問題亦可一 倂掃除之可能性。 (3 )微粉多,且水合反應性高,故其本身可代替高 爐熔渣微粉末和飄塵等其他配合物質。 (4 )游離Mg 0幾乎不存在,故爐渣本身爲柔軟, 且遠比轉爐熔渣易於粉碎。 (5 )預熔銑處理熔渣若爲微粉,則在預熔銑處理熔 渣、前述高爐熔渣微粉末及飄塵三者彼此間易進行水合反 應,可更加高強度化。 但是,試作硬化物時,單採用預熔銑處理熔渣,則硬 化物之強度和對於裂痕之效果仍爲不夠充分。 於是,本發明者詳細調查預熔銑處理熔渣中,何種粒 徑之物質對於硬化反應大有幫助。其結果,發現粒徑 1 . 1 8 m m者之反應性良好,且所得硬化物之強度變高 本纸張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210 X 297公釐) ^ — — I!!!·!
