印紙9失在倉匣丨丨之間,以訂書釘2進行裝訂。 时電動訂書機1為了檢測訂書釘片3之前端部是否送至驅動 器通道,*有未圖示之訂書釘測感器,其係接觸檢測訂書 釘片3之輸送方向前端部之訂書釘2。 訂書釘測感器係配置於設置成形板6與驅動器8之驅動機構 之驅動态8側,與訂書機匣4相反側之位置,具有如“槓桿,,之 杬動運動者。訂書釘測感器係將一端向砧7側延伸,並將另 一端向訂書機E4之相反側延伸,具有向驅動器8側擺動用 之支點。 汀書釘測感器係橫跨成形板6與驅動器8下降時之軌跡, 乙伸接觸。丁書釘片3之前端部,為躲避成形板6與驅動器8之 下降,將訂書釘測感器之擺動支點配置於驅動機構上方。 可是,先前之電動訂書機,由擊出前頭之訂書釘,訂書 釘片3供送i支份訂書釘時,加壓施力於訂書釘片3前端之訂 書釘測感器13之接觸端亦擺動1支份。 4而’由於该訂書釘測感器i 3之接觸端與訂書釘測感器 3之‘動支點分離’故其擺動角度小。故訂書釘測感器^ 3 之另一端無足夠之切換相對未圖示之光斷續器信號所需之 移動距離,而可能輸出錯誤信號。 因此,加大訂書釘測感器丨3之支點至另一端之距離,變 更該接觸端與另一端之“槓桿”比,予以對應時,裝置整體 加大,對影印機等之安裝性亦不佳。 、此外由於每當成形板6或驅動器8上下運動時訂書釘測 感器接觸故不僅5丁書釘測感器1 3之檢測精密度且訂書 -5- 五、 發明説明( 釘測感器13本身之耐久性亦有降低之問題。 發明之揭示 、本發明錢之電機之訂書釘檢 述誤韻,甘、戍構 有鑑於上 砍以,其目的在於使檢測訂書釘片 上 並提高檢測精密度,增進耐久性。 小型化, 為解決上述課題,本案申請專利範圍第1 之訂書釘片檢測機構,1俜將成 、電動訂書機 述供送道方…與驅動器向正交於上 道方向配置’而上述成形板係於訂書釘片 、輸运方向之前端部上方’將上述訂書釘查::、 為门字型’又上述驅動器係將成形為 ::釘成形 :;:r檢測上述成形板與上述驅動器對上述:二:: 矛夕動犄,上述訂書釘片位於上 、 署捭紅祕μ 扎供、,、°輸迗道,其特徵為設 =動構件’其係設於上述供給輸送道之上述前端部上方 :立置,其-端經常加壓施力於上述訂書釘片輸送方 而另-端接通、切斷檢測元件’將該擺動構件之擺動 支點^位於距上述檢測元件側靠近上述供給輸送道側之位 置’並於上述成形板與上述驅動器設躲避⑽部 避與上述擺動構件之緩衝。 實施發明之最佳形態 以下’邊參考圖邊說明本發明之電動訂書機之訂書 檢測機構之一實施形態。 圖2係-實施形態有關之電動訂書機之示意構造。圖2中 2〇係電動訂書機。電動訂書機20具有:外盒21,其係用螺 栓安裝固定於影印機之接紙機構框架;内盒22,其係可上 -6- 1223619 A7 B7 五、發明説明(4 ) 下移動支持於外盒21 ;倉E23 ’其係可擺動保持於内盒22 ;匣盒24(參考圖1),其係裝於倉匣23内部;及訂書釘匣乃 ,其係儲存在匣盒24。 外盒2丨為了内裝内盒22具有门字型平面形狀,於外盒 2 1側板部,如圖3及圖9所示,開有導梢26之安裝孔27, 形成突出外側之突出片28A' 28Ββ突出片嵐、細具有 螺栓孔。 圖4係内盒22之側面形狀。内盒22亦與外盒以同樣由具有 门子型平面形狀之板體而成,於側板部形成導溝29以便插 入導梢26。30係引導擺動連桿31(參考圖1〇)之梢32之孔,μ ,傾斜倉£23時(參考圖8)容許梢42運動之孔,邱裝配彈 簧36(參考圖9)之孔,而彈簧娜^盒以施力於倉㈣内部 者’ 37係插穿固定軸38(參考圖7、8)之孔,固定轴38釣住彈 簧36—端。鉤住彈簧36之固定軸38係扣合於昆盒24之後端 部突出部位34,將匣盒24施力於倉匣23内部。39係突出内 側之突起以限制連桿31之擺動範圍。 圖5係倉£23之側面形狀圖。倉g23具有矩形狀筒狀形態 ,以保持E盒24。於倉S23前端部附近形成導溝4〇,與導 溝29對應,將導梢26可上下移動插人導溝m係 之輸送爪操作用軸42(參考圖1〇、u)穿過之孔,43係梢似 過之孔,44係限制連桿31擺動之突起。 於倉E23之前壁部45(參考圖1〇、⑴形成導溝47,以便引 導成形板46上下運動。又於倉£23前端部形成通道⑼,俾 引導成形板46與驅動器48。於通道49之更前端部側形成縱 尺度適用中國國豕標準(CNS) A4規格(2ι〇χ 297公复) B7 五、發明説明(5 ) 壁部50,於縱壁部5〇形成孔53,以便匣盒以之蓋51之突起 52通過。 圖6係匣盒24之側面形狀圖。匣盒24包括外層殼24八與底 B外層设24A具有覆蓋訂書釘匣25上部,以底24B支持 5丁書釘匣25下部之空底箱形狀。 又如圖1所示,於外層殼24A與底24B之間蓋51側之部分, 形成通道51俾訂書釘片54通過。於構成匣盒24之通道55之 通道形成部56上部,裝配測感器57 ,其係接觸訂書釘片54 之輸送方向前端部位置之訂書釘之擺動構件。 又供給輸送道之通道55係形成於保持在底24B之下部板56 與上部板80之間。符號58表示位於下部板56下向前後滑動 之板,於板58之前端部左右側緣部形成鉤部59(參考圖6), 板58中央部保持訂書釘片54之輸送爪6〇。輸送爪6〇左右兩 側具有矩形狀突出部,將其突出部保持於保持用突起61之 凹部61A。輸送爪60係以彈簣62向訂書釘片54之輸送方向施 力,並以軸42壓鉤部59向訂書釘片54之輸送方向反方向施 力於板5 8。 軸42係如圖11所示,由於梢32相對對導梢26昇起時連桿 31擺動,被連桿31推壓向壓縮彈簧62之方向移動。由此, 鉤部59後退,板58後退。由板58之後退,使輸送爪6〇嚙合 於連接後方之訂書釘與訂書釘之凹部。而如圖1〇所示,梢 32向導梢26側相對降落時,解除連桿31之軸42之壓力,一 方面由彈簧62之彈力使板58向通道55出口側移動,輸送爪 60將訂書釘片54之1支份訂書釘送出前方。 -8- 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS) A4規格(210X 297公釐) 1223619
測感器57接觸送出之訂書釘片54前端位置之訂書釘,檢 測有無訂書釘片54。即測感器57之一端部57A臨訂書釘片54 送至之通道55出口側端部,而測感器57之另一端部通過 穿透型斷續器63之間延伸。測感器57之擺動支點Μ設於距 斷、·貝器(才双測元件)63靠通道55側位置,測感器57之擺動支點 至另& # 57B之距離’長於測感器5 7之擺動支點5 7C 至一端部57A之距離。 即因汀書釘片54之輸送量約為訂書釘j支份,故測感器57 端部57A擺動時之圓弧長度甚小,惟擺動支點57C變位於 一端部57A側,擺動支點57(:與另一端部57B之長度具有比 擺動支點57C與一端部57A之約4〜6倍之長度。 故即使叮書釘片54之輸送量為訂書釘丨支份之距離,惟測 感器57之另一端部57B擺動時可得相當於訂書釘4支〜6支份 之圓弧長度。由此,可確保另一端部57B接通、切斷斷續器 63所需充分之移動量,能正確檢測訂書釘片54之輸送。 測感器57—端部57A在訂書釘片54前端部抵達成形板46正 下方位置時’接觸其訂書釘片54前端部位置之訂書釘,測 感态57之另一端部57B使斷續器63導通。測感器57之一端部 57A在訂書釘片54前端部未送至成形板46正下方時,擺動支 點57C附近之突起碰及倉匣23之前部壁部23B停止擺動,測 感器57之另一端部57B將斷續器63遮光,使其成為非導通。 又擺動支點57C係由突出測感器57左右兩側之軸部57E(參 考圖13)形成’軸部57E係保持於倉匣23左右兩側形成於基 部内面之凹部。 -9- 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS) A4規格(210X 297公爱) A7 B7
又測感器57中間部之突起57D安裝 壁部23A之彈簧64之另一端,彈菩& 安裝一端支持於倉匣23隔開 彈簧64向訂書釘片54之輸送方 向相反側施力於測感器57一端部57a。 斷續器63係裝於圖12、圖15所示基板65之背面。基板 65保持於保持具66。於基板65亦安裝斷續器63以外之其 他測感器開關類。影印機依斷續器63及其他開關類之輸 出信號,判斷電動訂書機20之待機狀態、動作狀態、錯 誤狀態等。 曰 於測感器57之一端部57A正上方,如上述裝配成形板邨與 驅動器48。圖12係成形板46與驅動器48之組合狀態圖。成 形板46係如圖13所示,於下端部中央部形成门字型之成形 用凹σ卩4 6 A,形成一對上端部兩側呈逆j字形狀之突起4 6 b。 如圖12所示,於突起46B下側安裝驅動器48。 成形板46下端部係與站56A共通訂書釘成形為门字型者 ’成形板46之凹部46A具有相當深度,以便即使成形板46 最接近站5 6 A時亦能容許測感器5 7之一端部5 7 A位於凹部 46A 内。 驅動器48下端部與成形板46同時降落時,為了將成形為 门字型之訂書釘貫穿影印紙束,形成平面,惟於驅動器斗8 下端部中央部形成躲避用凹部48A,俾使測感器57之一端部 57A位於此位置。驅動器48之凹部48A,並具有相當深度, 以便即使以驅動器48將訂書釘釘入影印紙束,由未圖示之 夾子板彎突出影印紙背面側之訂書釘腳部時,亦能容許須j 感器57之一端部57A位於此位置。 -10- 1223619 A7 ________B7 五、發明説明(8 ) 在成形板46之突起46B與倉匣23前側之水平部23C之間, 裝有彈菁68,以彈簣68向離開倉匣^之水平部23c之方向施 力於成形板46與驅動器48。 又儲存在E盒24内部之訂書釘£25,係以壓板69之突起 70、71向下推壓。 如以上所述,本實施形態之電動訂書機2〇之構造為·· 具有通道55 ’俾向正交於訂書釘之方向輸送並聯排列直 線狀訂書釘黏接成片狀而成之訂書釘片54,於通道55之 訂書釘片54輸送方向之砧56A(參考圖13),配置··成形板 46,俾將盯書釘成形為门字型;與驅動器48,俾推出成 形為门字型之訂書釘釘入影印紙者;橫跨訂書釘54A移動 成形板46與驅動器48 ,將已成形之訂書釘釘入位於通道 55下方之影印紙。 而其特徵為在通道55之砧56A上方成形板46於成形前待機 之位置,设置測感器(擺動構件)57,其係一端部57A接觸訂 書釘片54之輸送方向前端部之訂書釘,另一端部57B接通、 切斷斷續器(檢測元件)6 3者。 此外,靠近通道55之訂書釘片54側設置該測感器57之擺 動支點57C,並於成形板46與驅動器48設置凹部46A、48A (開口部)以便容許測感器5 7 —端部之擺動。 依本發明之電動訂書機之訂書釘片檢測機構,因可將擺 動構件之擺動支點設在訂書釘片該接側遠離檢測元件之位 置,故另一端擺動時之轉動角度加大,能明確接通、切斷 才双測元件,而提南檢測精密度。此外,依上述構造,即使 -11 - 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS) A4規格(210 X 297公爱)" ' 1223619 A7 B7 五、發明説明
加大”槓桿”比亦可使檢測機構小型化,同時促進訂書機之 小型化。 又因在成形板與驅動器形成開口部俾容許擺動構件擺動 ’故可防止擺動構件與成形板或驅動器接觸而磨損,提高 耐久性。 依此種電動訂書機20之訂書釘片檢測機構,因在輸送訂 書釘片54之通道55之接近部位,設測感器57之擺動支點57C ,故另一端部57B側擺動時之圓弧長度加大,能明確接通、 切斷斷續器63,提高檢測精密度。 又因在成形板46與驅動器48形成凹部46A、48A,以容 許測感器57擺動,故可防止測感器57與成形板46或驅動 器48接觸而磨損’提高耐久性。此外,因在成形板46與 驅動器48之旁邊,訂書釘匣25側配置測感器57,故可促 進小型化。 圖式之簡要說明 圖1係本發明之貫施形態有關之電動訂書機之倉g及!盒 之剖面構造圖。 圖2係圖1之電動s丁書機側面圖。 圖3係圖1之外盒側面圖。 圖4係圖1之内盒側面圖。 圖5係圖1之倉匣側面圖。 圖6係圖1之匣盒側面圖。 圖7係傾斜内盒即將匣盒插入倉匣内前狀態之透視圖。 圖8係將圖7之匣盒裝於倉匣内狀態之透視圖。 -12- 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS) A4規格(210X297公釐)

六、申請專利範圍 1. 一種電動訂書機之訂書釘檢測機構,其係將成形板與驅 動器向正交於供給輸送道方向配置,而上述成形板係於 訂書釘片之供給輸送道輸送方向之前端部上方,將上述 訂書釘片之訂書釘成形為门字型,又上述驅動器係將成 形為门字型之訂書釘釘入影印紙,並具有: 擺動構件,其係設於上述供給輸送道之上述前端部上 方位置,其一端部接觸於上述訂書釘片之輸送方向前端 部,而另一端部接通、切斷檢測元件; 其特徵為:其中分別在上述成形板與上述驅動器設置躲 避凹部,俾迴避與上述擺動構件之緩衝。 2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之電動訂書機之訂書釘檢測機構, 其中上述擺動構件之一端經常推壓上述訂書釘片之輸送 方向前端部。 3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之電動訂書機之訂書釘檢測機構, 其中上述擺動構件之擺動支點與擺動構件之另一端部之 距離,為擺動構件之支點與擺動構件一端部之距離之4至 6倍0 O:\80\80580-930517.DOC 5 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS) A4規格(210 X 297公釐)
