O:\70\70184-920714.DOC -11 - 583093 伸展複合物21以破壞膜22而得,其後使複合物21回復原長 度。 實驗明 以下所述實驗係作為示範在各種疊層性質加諸透氣性之 影響。實驗分三步驟: 1. 叠層形成步驟 2. 疊層活化步驟 3·疊層性質量化步驟。 該疊層形成步驟為產生三種樣本疊層,樣本A、樣本B、 及樣本C。樣本A包含一彈性膜,其係以超音波結合,並使 用Softspan不織布於該膜兩側。樣本B包含由超音波熔接 並在兩側由同樣樣本八之s〇ftspan不織布覆蓋之彈性 膜。此外,各Softspan不織布層在附上膜各側之前,以一 縮頸(neck-in)比例2:1合併。樣本c與樣本b相同,唯該 Softspan不織布層於附上膜各側之前,以縮頸(neck_in) ^ 例3:1合併。 於疊層活化或開口步驟中,藉著伸展各樣本不同長度後 再恢復原長度’於樣本A、^C上產生開口。此項實驗中, 該疊層以手伸展。特^言之,在各樣本上作出,英叶記號, 再將該原料伸展到預定延長度。再令原料伸展不同量,記 錄伸展該量所需作用力。 以下表1及圖5顯示樣本a、b及C各預伸展100%後’其伸 展f為之比較。由數據得知,合併樣本B與c較未合併樣本 A仔到額外1〇〇%延長度。樣本B與C需較小作用力伸展,尤
