、1T 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 552331 Α7 Β7 五、發明説明(?) 伸程度,則縱收縮與橫收縮的比例爲1:1。如果希望沿縱向 與橫向有不同收縮,則所選用的布的單長絲沿縱方向與橫 方向作不同的牽伸,或者它們的纖度在相同牽伸程度時會 大不相同。也可使用一些卵格構造,其單長絲沿縱方向與 橫方向由不同之熱塑性塑膠構成。在此情形中,收縮量與 收縮方向係由該卵格構造中軟化點較低的成份決定,其中 所選之軟化溫度係在卵格構造之熔點較低的成份的軟化溫 度與熔融溫度之間。 將不織布結合及層狀化到該卵格構造上的作業也可在 單一步驟達成。這種方法很經濟。在此情形中,卵格構造 位於二個鬆的纖維絨(Faserflor)層間,然後用機械方式或水 噴流針軋成一種複合物,並用習知含浸方式用結合劑施覆 〇 所用之非纖維性結合劑爲水性塑膠分散體,它可印到 該複合材料的一面或兩面上,或在一種發泡含浸機中用一 種發泡的混合物或未發泡的混合物完全含浸,或利用該水 性塑膠分散體作完全含浸。然後作乾燥,並將結合劑加熱 加聯。 在不織布中將粘性纖維作熱塑性活化,可產生附加的 內部固定作用。 在高壓水柱針軋的情形中,在本發明一特別實施例中 ,也可同時在不織布中作穿孔。 縱收縮與橫收縮之間的比例決定不織布中的隆起部的 形狀。當縱/橫比例爲1:1時,產生圓頂形的隆起部,其 本紙張尺度適用中國國家榡準(CNS ) Μ規格(210X297公釐) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 、··# 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 552331 A7 B7 五、發明説明(气) 具有理想化的圓形底。當縱/橫比例不等於1時,產生之 隆起部具有平行於底的理想化橢圓形橫截面。舉例而言, 如果收縮作用只在縱方向完全受阻,且在不織布上形成沿 縱向走勢貫行的橫形隆起部,在理想的情形中,它們的整 個長度範圍中具有相同的振幅。 出乎意料的,儘管兩面不織布蓋層之重量至少7克/ 平方米,該重量10克/平方米以下的卵格構造可收縮到起 始長度的80%。人們或許反而會預期該不織布能阻止卵格 構造的收縮,特別是在卵格構造的起始單位面積重量很小 時。但情形並非如此。 以下的方法變更方式由於很簡單,因此顯示特別有利 將卵格構造的一面或兩面用一種非結合性的纖維絨 (Faserflor)蓋住,並作熱鐫印砑光或超音波砑光。如此所產 生的平坦的二層或三層式的扁平物具有充分的結合牢度。 然後,不使用結合劑,用熱或水蒸氣作收縮。對於這種方 法的變更方式,使用具有面對面之偏心或同心的核心/函 殼構造的雙成份纖維。這種不織布的蓋層可由100%的這 種雙成份纖維構成或與熱塑性及/或非熱塑性的均絲 (Homofil)纖維摻雜使用。關於均絲纖維的選擇,並不須限 制。 此雙成份纖維的熔點’關於其較低熔點的成份的熔點 ,須小於或等於卵格構造的個別長絲(這些個別長絲造成 該收縮作用)的熔點。這種熔點差宜不大於40°C ’以防止 ____ π_____ 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(21〇 X 297公釐) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁)
經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 552331 A7 B7 五、發明説明((0 ) 不織布層有厲害的脆變(Versproedung)情事。 即使能促成熔融結合的熱塑性聚合物的使用並不緊要 ,但當一面蓋以不織布時,如果使用一種熔融成份(它可 對這種卵格構造的熱塑聚合物有化學親和力),仍甚有利 。否則,在層狀化後,會有結合強度偏弱之虞。在這方面 ,舉例而言,對於不織布中由聚乙烯對苯二酸酯製的卵形 構造而言,宜使用含有熔點超過200°C的聚合物或聚丁烯 對苯二酸酯的聚合物雙成份纖維當函殼層成份。 特別是當卵格構造與不織布要用熱鐫印砑光或超音波 固化時,尤宜將卵格構造兩面用纖維絨蓋住。在砑光後, 在卵格構造上方與下方的二個絨面在其開放區域呈圖案狀 互相熔接。如此,該卵格構造就不能分開地埋入該複合材 料中。在此未收縮之半成品材料上在不織布與卵格構造造 之間的熱熔接點的數目從很少到少得可忽略。鐫印滾子的 凹印面包含全部倚靠面積的4〜30%。 特別是該雙成份纖維的卵格構造與函殼成份的熔點之 間的差很小時,則利用凹印滾子,其熔接面積只爲總面積 的4〜14%。 當製造由纖維絨、卵格構造及其他纖維絨構成之未收 縮層狀材料時,可在二個加熱之平滑鋼滾子之間施壓而進 行。 在收縮時,在不織布中最初的結合部大部分到甚到全 部鬆開,因此卵格構造的收縮作用不會受到阻力。在冷 時不織布纖維之間才重新結合。 ______12 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4規格(210Χ297公釐) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁)
552331 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 B7 五、發明説明(、\ ) 收縮作用已藉〜種只作一次的熱處理而達成。這種收 縮了一次並冷却的層狀物不可能藉第二次熱處理而重新收 縮。 本發明的多層三度空間構造化的扁平物可交替地由不 織布與卵格構造構成。在卵格構造兩面的不織布的構造以 及重量可以相同或不同。在特別的情形中,可設以先後相 隨地由二層不織布構成的內層。 這種構造化的纖維扁平物可用在所有需以下條件的場 合:這些場合中,須在有很強的粒子吸收容量的情形下有 很大的比表面積及液體透過性,或在機械應力(特別是在 高溫時)有很大的耐壓縮性,其例子有過濾器及衛生或醫 療產品,本發明的產品也可作家庭中的裝飾目的,例如壁 紙。 〔實例1〕 一種由聚丙烯無端長絲構成之雙軸拉伸的塑膠網(其 重量7.8克/平方米,網目寬度7.6腿· 7.6 mm)定位在二 個橫放之鬆的短纖維絨(Stapelfaserflore)(重量各10克/平 方米)之間,並送到一個光滑鋼滾子與一有鐫刻的鋼滾子 之間利用砑光作點焊固接。鐫刻之滾子的熔接面積9.6% ’ 鐫刻深度0.73 mm。在140°C的溫度與30kp/cm的線壓力下在 6米/分的通過速度作砑光。物料寬度爲50 cm。 不織布由90%的核心/函殼纖維構成,核心由聚乙嫌 對苯二酸酯構,函殻由熔點120°C的共聚物構成。其餘爲 纖維棉(Zellwolle)。此纖維棉的纖度爲3.3dtex,切割長度 ______- 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁)
