ο A7 434146 Β7 _ ---1 ----- ~~ — ----- 五、發明説明(1) 發明背景與領域: 本發明係是相關於一種用來製造一種用作室內裝璜及 建築物表面之防火板的方法,以及根據該製法所製得的防 火板。 將石膏與水混合而製造石膏板,或是將木片、石棉、 岩石粉末或是水泥等等之任一者與黏著劑或是水混合而製 造木板或是石板的製法已知有數種的方式。 然而,在上述的石膏板或是岩石粉末板中,因爲它們 的抗彎強度(力矩)較弱(低),所以它們極易經由輕微的碰邊 而斷裂,而在木質顆料的板材中,該等當作原材料的木片 是昂貴且可燃的,而且不容易取得,而石綿板則是一種污 染源,水泥板則笨重而無法彎折。 特別的是,因爲該等習用的板片不具有平坦及光滑的 表面,所以無法藉由熱印或是滾筒將多樣彩色設計圖案淸 楚地轉印在其上,除了黑色或是白色。 習用技術的說明: 習用供^築物用的板材是可燃的,而且無法輕易地彎 折,並會造成污染,而且無法具有精選的多樣表面彩色設 計圖案。 以下是上述習用技術的實例。 供建案物用的防火或輕質板的實例可參見Kumkang ·
