Abstract
将活性化粘土与细锯末和/或高粱杆芯粉、少量的着色剂和含有硫酸钙、硅酸钙、镁或氯化镁等的盐卤混合成糊相,将混合物1与设在其上、下面的玻璃纤维层2、2一起分送至由玻璃板、丙烯板、聚碳酸酯板、聚氯乙烯板或聚丙烯板中任一种做的连续通过的模制板上,模制板的材料就地穿过可与混合物分离的叠轧辊之间,压出混合物薄板,薄板表面上依次涂以环氧树脂层3、粘结剂层4、贴花薄膜层5的彩色图形、紫外线固化的粘结剂层6和保护膜层7,以制出不燃性板。
Description
本发明涉及一种制造用于建筑物内部装饰和贴面的板的方法和按此方法制造的板。
已经知道,通过将石膏与水混合制造石膏板,或通过将从木屑、石棉、石粉或水泥等中选出的任何一种与粘结剂或水混合制造的板或石片的方法有几种形式。
不过,在上述石膏板或石粉板的情况下,由于其弯曲强度(力矩)弱(低),它们容易通过轻的打击而断裂,在上述木屑板的情况下,作为其原材料的木屑是昂贵的、可燃的而且不易将其收集,而上述石棉板则是有污染的,水泥板重而不能弯曲。
特别是,由于上述传统的板没有平直而光滑的表面,因此不能清晰而又可选择地通过热压印或辊涂向其上转印彩色花纹(图案),除去黑色和白色。
传统的用于建筑的板是可燃烧的,不易被弯曲、有污染和/或不能有可选择的彩色表面设计图形。
上述已有技术的例子如下:
用于建筑的耐火或重量轻的板可在由Kumkang Co.Ltd提出的韩国公开专利公报No 89-9801和由Manvil公司提交的韩国公开专利公报No.92-6105(美国优先权No.07/579.574和No.07/744.543)中看到。
前者是一耐火石膏板和其制造方法,它将浆状的混合好的石膏、硫酸铝、玻璃纤维、淀粉、水和像Edenite、Wallastonite和Sillimanite这样的针形矿物放在面纸和背纸之间,然后固化。
不过,它只耐火而没有不燃性,它的重量大,不可能有清晰的彩色花纹。
后者是一用于建筑的轻板,它包括一将膨胀珍珠岩这样的可膨胀的硅酸盐矿物颗粒、像硅酸钠这样的矿物粘结剂、水、硅、氯化镁、硫酸镁和硬化剂的混合物的压制层和在压制层的两面的像玻璃纤维一样的贴面板。
不过,上述板只是轻,但是不可能有清晰的彩色花纹。
本发明的目的为提供一种用于建筑物内部装饰和贴面的不燃而又能很好的弯曲的板,它具有可选择的彩色图形(图案)。
特别是,本发明涉及一种通过将活性化的粘土与少量的细锯末和/或高梁杆芯粉、着色剂和含硫酸钙、硅酸钙、镁、氯化镁等的盐卤或组分与上述盐卤相同的成分混合后模制而成的板。
图1是按照本发明的板的横剖面图。

现在参看附图详细描述制造本发明的板的方法如下。
将活性化的(活化)粘土与少量的细锯末和/或高梁杆芯粉、少量的着色剂和通过含有硫酸钙、硅酸钙、镁和氯化镁等的粗(天然)氯化钠的吸水而得到的盐卤或组分与上述盐卤相同的成分混合,得到混合物1的糊相,然后将上述糊相混合物1与位于混合物1上部和下部的玻璃纤维层2、2一起分别地送往以玻璃板、丙烯板、聚碳酸酯板、聚氯乙烯板或聚丙烯板中选出的任何一种做的连续通过的模制板上,而上述模制板的材料则就地穿过可与混合物分离的叠轧辊之间,通过加压给出有一定厚度的混合物薄板,然后将上述薄板在夏天在环境温度下干燥,而在冬天则在内部温度为40~50℃的烘干炉中用热空气干燥大约10小时,将上述干燥的薄板的表面用砂纸磨光,在磨光的表面上均匀地涂覆以环氧树脂层3,并依次利用吸附涂覆以粘结剂层4、贴花薄膜层5的彩色图形、可用紫外线固化的粘结剂层6和保护膜层7,并把得到的产品按需要的尺寸切割,得到用于建筑物内部装饰和贴面的轻而硬的、可弯曲的不燃性板。
如上所述的按照本发明的板有卓越的硬度,它轻而不燃,这是因为,在形成板的组分的活性化粘土中含有像氧化硅(SiO2)、氧化铝(Al2O3)、氧化镁(MgO)、氧化钙(CaO)、氧化钠(Na2O)等这样的矿物性氧化物。
还有,由于在板中含有玻璃纤维,因此它不燃,耐化学腐蚀,并且具有卓越的绝缘性能和弯曲力矩。
因此,它们在搬运时和加工时不会破裂,即使在弯曲表面上,它们也容易施工。
在上述板中所含的由像硫酸钙、硅酸钙、镁和氯化镁这样的矿物或矿盐组成的盐卤容易与上述活性化粘土混合,得到优越的结合性和凝聚力,因而得到的产品有良好的弯曲力矩(强度),以致容易对它处理,甚至在弯曲表面上也容易施工。
此外,由于混合物薄板的表面经过磨光,平直而光滑地涂以环氧树脂层3,并用粘结剂4转印,所以得到的产品的表面结实、平直,因而最终产品即板在交付时显示出与天然颜色相似的微细的彩色图形。
还有,通过保护板的表面的可用紫外线固化的粘结剂层6,上述贴花薄膜层5不会被氧化而改变颜色,同时,由于有保护层7,可以总是保持板的清晰的表面彩色图形。
Claims (2)
1.一种制造用于建筑物内部装饰和贴面的不燃性板的方法,其特征为,将活性化的粘土与少量的细锯末和/或高梁杆芯粉、少量的着色剂和通过含有硫酸钙、硅酸钙、镁和氯化镁等的天然氯化钠的吸水而得到的盐卤或组分与上述盐卤相同的成分混合,得到混合物1的糊相,将上述糊相混合物1与设在上述混合物1的上、下面上的玻璃纤维层2一起分别地送至从玻璃板、丙烯板、聚碳酸酯板、聚氯乙烯板或聚丙烯板中选出的任何一种做的连续通过的模制板上,而上述模制板的材料则就地穿过可与混合物分离的叠轧辊之间,通过加压给出有一定厚度的混合物薄板,然后将上述薄板在夏天在环境温度下干燥,而在冬天则在内部温度为40~50℃的烘干炉中用热空气干燥大约10小时,将上述干燥的薄板的表面用砂纸磨光,在磨光的表面上均匀地涂覆以环氧树脂层3,并依次利用吸附(粘附)涂覆以粘结剂层4、贴花薄膜层5的彩色图形、可用紫外线固化的粘结剂层6和保护膜层7,并把得到的产品按需要的尺寸切割,得到用于建筑物内部装饰和贴面的轻而硬的、可弯曲的不燃性板。
2.用于建筑物内部装饰和贴面的不燃性板,它包括一混合物层1和依次分层设置的玻璃纤维层2、2、环氧树脂层3、粘结剂层4、贴花薄膜层5、可用紫外线固化的粘结剂层6和保护剂层7,该混合物层由活性化粘土、锯末或高梁杆芯、着色剂、硫酸钙、硅酸钙、镁和氯化镁的组分的混合物组成。
