Abstract

食品、醫藥品等之包裝中所使用之包裝材料要求防止內容物變質,尤其是由氧引起之氧化。針對該要求,以往使用被認為氧阻隔性相對較高之樹脂所構成之阻隔性膜、或將該阻隔性膜用作膜基材之積層體(亦稱為積層膜、層壓膜)。
於該等阻隔性膜中,普遍採用將AlOx膜、SiOx膜、鋁蒸鍍膜或鋁箔進行層壓之技術,以提昇氣體阻隔性或提昇表面耐久性。然而,以該等阻隔性膜為膜基材之層壓膜有時會剝離,而要求提昇密合強度。
為解決該等問題,已知有下述方法:於膜基材上使聚羧酸系聚合物層與含多價金屬化合物之層相鄰地進行積層,並使2層間發生反應,藉此生成聚羧酸之多價金屬鹽,調整氣體阻隔性包裝材料(專利文獻1)。但是,此種氣體阻隔性包裝材料於製造時需要複數種塗液,且需要進行複數次塗佈,會變得繁雜。

[發明所欲解決之課題]
本發明之課題在於提供一種即便於作為膜基材之情形時亦可獲得較高之密合強度之氣體阻隔性膜,並且在於提供一種包含該氣體阻隔性膜且可應用於包裝材料之積層體。
[解決課題之技術手段]
本發明人等誠心研究,結果發現藉由一種氣體阻隔膜可解決上述課題,該氣體阻隔膜之特徵在於:含有樹脂(A),該樹脂(A)包含具有脫水縮合性之雜原子化合物、及具有羧基之聚合物。

[發明之效果]
本發明之氣體阻隔膜包含樹脂層(A),該樹脂層(A)包含具有脫水縮合性之雜原子化合物、及具有羧基之聚合物。其中,具有脫水縮合性之雜原子化合物藉由在與具有羥基之化合物接觸時發生脫水縮合來提昇密合性。另一方面,具有羧基之聚合物在與多價金屬化合物接觸時形成離子鍵,且發揮提昇密合性之作用。藉由該等作用,於積層體之構成中包含本發明之氣體阻隔膜之情形時,所構成之膜之層間之密合性得到提昇,從而可製成堅固之積層體。
又,於構成中包含該氣體阻隔膜之積層體堅固且氣體阻隔性優異,故而可適宜用作包裝材料,尤其是食品、日用品、電子材料、醫療用等需要阻隔性之包裝材料。
進而,其耐熱性、耐濕熱性亦優異,故而亦可適宜用作煮沸、蒸煮等加熱殺菌用包裝材料。
本發明係關於一種氣體阻隔膜,其特徵在於:含有樹脂(A),該樹脂(A)包含具有脫水縮合性之雜原子化合物、及具有羧基之聚合物。又,於本說明書中,「~」係指「~」此記載之前之值以上且「~」此記載之後之值以下。
<具有脫水縮合性之雜原子化合物>
本發明之氣體阻隔膜中使用之具有脫水縮合性之雜原子化合物係指在與具有羥基之化合物接觸時發生脫水縮合,且於其結構中具有雜原子之化合物。作為該等具有脫水縮合性之雜原子化合物,可例舉磷酸、硫酸、硝酸等。該等磷酸、硫酸、硝酸可單獨使用,亦可複數種併用。
於本發明之氣體阻隔膜中,具有脫水縮合性之雜原子化合物之添加量於可獲得本發明之效果之範圍內並無特別限制,較佳為於氣體阻隔膜中以10質量份以下含有,當以4~6質量份含有時,在與組成中具有羥基之化合物接觸時之密合性會進一步提昇,故尤佳。
<具有羧基之聚合物>
本發明之氣體阻隔膜中使用之具有羧基之聚合物係指使「於結構中具有羧基之聚合性不飽和單體(以下將「聚合性不飽和單體」稱為「單體」)」為聚合原料之聚合物。作為於結構中具有羧基之單體之具體例,可例舉(甲基)丙烯酸、(甲基)丙烯酸β-羧基乙酯等,較佳為(甲基)丙烯酸。又,作為本發明中之羧基,可包含如羧酸酐般自2分子之羧酸中失去H
2O分子而成之結構。再者,於本發明中,「(甲基)丙烯酸」係指丙烯酸及甲基丙烯酸中之一者或兩者,「(甲基)丙烯酸酯」係指丙烯酸酯及甲基丙烯酸酯中之一者或兩者。
作為本發明中之具有羧基之聚合物之酸值,於可獲得本發明之效果之範圍內並無特別限定,當酸值為50~800 mgKOH/g,阻隔性能得到提昇,故較佳。又,酸值更佳為80~800 mgKOH/g,若為80 mgKOH/g以上之酸值,則離子鍵結充分進行,可獲得高阻隔性能。
(酸值測定方法)
酸值係指將1 g試樣中存在之酸成分中和所需之氫氧化鉀之mg數。具體而言,可藉由下述方法進行測定:將所稱量之試樣溶解於可溶解試樣之適當溶劑、例如按體積比計為甲苯/甲醇=70/30之溶劑中,滴加數滴1%酚酞醇溶液,並向其中滴加0.1 mol/L氫氧化鉀醇溶液,確認變色點;進而可利用下述算式求出。

又,於試樣在有機溶劑中之溶解性較低,發生析出等而難以測定之情形時,亦可藉由以下方法來測定酸值。
(酸值測定方法-2)
酸值(mgKOH/g-resin)係指使用FT-IR(日本分光公司製造,FT-IR4200),並使用根據由順丁烯二酸酐之氯仿溶液製成之校準曲線而獲得之係數(f)、順丁烯二酸酐改質聚烯烴溶液中之順丁烯二酸酐之酸酐環之伸縮峰(1780 cm
-1)之吸光度(I)及順丁烯二酸之羰基之伸縮峰(1720 cm
-1)之吸光度(II),藉由下述式而算出之值。

作為本發明之具有羧基之聚合物,分子量並無特別限定,但當重量平均分子量為300~1,000,000時,塗膜成形性良好,就該觀點而言較佳。尤佳為500~500,000。
本發明之具有羧基之聚合物之重量平均分子量可藉由凝膠滲透層析(GPC)之方法進行測定而算出。
作為具有羧基之聚合物,其樹脂骨架於可獲得本發明之效果之範圍內並無特別限定,可為具有羧基之聚合性不飽和單體之均聚物,亦可為使用了複數種具有羧基之聚合性不飽和單體之共聚物。又,亦可為具有羧基之聚合性不飽和單體與可共聚之其他單體之共聚物。作為本發明中使用之具有羧基之聚合物,較佳為選自由丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、順丁烯二酸、及伊康酸所組成之群中之1種以上之聚合物。
((甲基)丙烯酸聚合物)
作為(甲基)丙烯酸聚合物,(甲基)丙烯酸單體之聚合物即可,例如可使用乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇(甲基)丙烯酸酯類、環氧乙烷改質4,4-二羥基二苯碸二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、環氧乙烷改質雙酚A二(甲基)丙烯酸酯等聚醚類、乙二醇二環氧丙基二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、環氧乙烷改質雙酚A二環氧丙基二(甲基)丙烯酸酯等。
(含羧基之乙烯基聚合物)
作為含羧基之乙烯基聚合物樹脂,例如可例舉具有羧基之聚合性不飽和單體之聚合物。作為具有羧基之聚合性不飽和單體,可例舉:(甲基)丙烯酸、2-羧基乙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、丁烯酸、伊康酸、順丁烯二酸、或反丁烯二酸等不飽和羧酸類;
伊康酸單甲酯、伊康酸單正丁酯、順丁烯二酸單甲酯、順丁烯二酸單正丁酯、反丁烯二酸單甲酯、反丁烯二酸單正丁酯等各種不飽和二羧酸類與飽和一元醇類之單酯類(半酯類);
己二酸單乙烯酯或琥珀酸單乙烯酯等各種飽和二羧酸之單乙烯酯類;
琥珀酸酐、戊二酸酐、鄰苯二甲酸酐、或1,2,4-苯三甲酸酐等各種飽和聚羧酸之酐類與各種含羥基之乙烯基系單體類之加成反應產物;進而還可例舉使上文所述各種含羧基之單體類與內酯類加成反應而得之各種單體類等。
作為可與上述具有羧基之聚合性不飽和單體共聚之單體,例如可例舉以下單體。

(15)如氟乙烯、偏二氟乙烯、三氟乙烯、三氟氯乙烯、三氟溴乙烯、五氟丙烯、或六氟丙烯般之含氟之α-烯烴類;或如三氟甲基三氟乙烯基醚、五氟乙基三氟乙烯基醚、或七氟丙基三氟乙烯基醚般之(全)氟烷基之碳數為1至18之(全)氟烷基、全氟乙烯基醚類;如(甲基)丙烯酸2,2,2-三氟乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2,2,3,3-四氟丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸1H,1H,5H-八氟戊酯、(甲基)丙烯酸1H,1H,2H,2H-十七氟癸酯、或(甲基)丙烯酸全氟乙氧基乙酯般之(全)氟烷基之碳數為1至18之(甲基)丙烯酸(全)氟烷基酯類等含氟之乙烯性不飽和單體類;
(16)γ-甲基丙烯醯氧基丙基三甲氧基矽烷等含矽基之(甲基)丙烯酸酯類;
(17)(甲基)丙烯酸N,N-二甲胺基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸N,N-二乙胺基乙酯、或(甲基)丙烯酸N,N-二乙胺基丙酯等(甲基)丙烯酸N,N-二烷基胺基烷基酯等。
上述具有羧基之聚合物可藉由使用公知方法之聚合、共聚來獲得,其聚合形態並無特別限制。又,可於觸媒(聚合起始劑)之存在下,藉由加成聚合來製造,可為由無規共聚物、嵌段共聚物、接枝共聚物等中之任一者所生成之聚合物。又,共聚方法亦可使用塊狀聚合法、溶液聚合法、懸浮聚合法、乳化聚合法等公知聚合方法。
<包含具有脫水縮合性之雜原子化合物、及具有羧基之聚合物之樹脂層(A)>
上述包含具有脫水縮合性之雜原子化合物、及具有羧基之聚合物之樹脂層(A)於可獲得本發明之效果之範圍內,還可含有除具有脫水縮合性之雜原子化合物、及具有羧基之聚合物以外之化合物。作為該等附加性添加成分,可使用甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、己醇等醇、或乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油等溶劑、偶合劑、矽烷化合物、磷酸化合物、有機填料、無機填料、穩定劑(抗氧化劑、熱穩定劑、紫外線吸收劑等)、塑化劑、抗靜電劑、滑劑、抗黏連劑、著色劑、結晶成核劑、氧捕捉劑(具有氧捕捉功能之化合物)、賦黏劑等添加劑。
<氣體阻隔膜>
本發明係關於一種氣體阻隔膜。此處所謂之氣體阻隔係指遮蔽氧氣等空氣透過之作用。又,本發明中之氣體阻隔膜係指具有透氧率為1 cc/m
2・atm・da以下之氣體阻隔性之膜。
<包含多價金屬化合物之樹脂層(B)>
本發明之氣體阻隔膜進而可與上述樹脂層(A)相鄰地設置包含多價金屬化合物之樹脂層(B)。其中,「相鄰」係指至少存在一部分樹脂層(A)與樹脂層(B)直接接觸之部分。
樹脂層(B)中包含之多價金屬化合物係指二價以上之金屬化合物,與水溶性高分子等混合而形成樹脂層(B)。作為此種多價金屬化合物,可例舉鋅化合物、鎂化合物、鈣化合物、錳化合物、鐵化合物、鈷化合物、鎳化合物、銅化合物等,尤佳為鋅化合物、鎂化合物、鈣化合物。該等金屬化合物可單獨使用,亦可2種以上併用。
作為本發明中可使用之多價金屬化合物,較佳為二價金屬之氧化物、氫氧化物、碳酸鹽,亦可為該等之混合物。作為該等二價金屬化合物,較佳為氧化鋅、氧化鎂、氧化鈣,尤佳為氧化鋅、氧化鎂。
作為上述多價金屬化合物,較佳為粒子狀。進而較佳為平均粒徑為500 nm以下10 nm以上之微粒子。尤佳為20 nm~300 nm之微粒子。此處之平均粒徑係使用動態光散射式粒徑分佈測定裝置,例如LB-500(堀場製作所製)進行測定而得。
該等多價金屬化合物較佳為以40~90質量份之範圍含於「包含多價金屬化合物之樹脂層(B)」中,當以60~80質量份之範圍含有時,發現氣體阻隔性之提昇,故尤佳。
包含多價金屬化合物之樹脂層(B)中,除上述多價金屬化合物以外,還添加樹脂以穩定地塗佈多價金屬化合物。具體而言,例如可例舉纖維素系樹脂、乙基纖維素樹脂、羧甲基纖維素樹脂、聚酯樹脂、環氧樹脂、丙烯酸樹脂、甲基丙烯酸樹脂、聚醯胺系樹脂等、聚醚聚胺酯多元醇樹脂、聚酯多元醇樹脂及聚胺酯多元醇樹脂等。該等樹脂可單獨使用,亦可複數種併用。其中,較佳為乙基纖維素樹脂、聚醚聚胺酯多元醇樹脂、聚酯多元醇樹脂、聚胺酯多元醇樹脂。
上述樹脂較佳為以10~60質量份之範圍含於「包含多價金屬化合物之樹脂層(B)」中,當為20~40質量份之範圍時,樹脂層(B)之塗佈性良好,故尤佳。
<包含選自由鋁氧化物、矽氧化物、及矽氮化物所組成之群中之化合物之層(C)>
本發明之氣體阻隔膜進而可與上述樹脂層(A)相鄰地設置包含選自由鋁氧化物、矽氧化物、及矽氮化物所組成之群中之化合物之層(C)。其中,「相鄰」係指至少存在一部分樹脂層(A)與層(C)直接接觸之部分。
於本發明中,與樹脂層(A)相鄰設置之層(C)為藉由蒸鍍、濺鍍、CVD等處理使選自由鋁氧化物、矽氧化物、及矽氮化物所組成之群中之化合物成膜而成之層。該等(C)層可為聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)樹脂膜、聚丙烯(PP)樹脂膜、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)樹脂膜、尼龍(NY)樹脂膜、生質膜等成膜於基材膜上者,作為該等基材膜,可使用雙軸延伸膜、延伸膜、無延伸膜等藉由各種公知處理來製造之膜、或視需要實施過各種表面處理之膜。
<積層體>
本發明之氣體阻隔膜可藉由將包含具有脫水縮合性之雜原子化合物、及具有羧基之聚合物之樹脂層(A)、樹脂層(B)或層(C)及其他基材、膜、由塗佈劑等添加劑形成之塗層等進行各種組合,而製成積層體。
<其他基材>
其他所使用之基材之材質並無特別限定,根據用途適當選擇即可,例如可例舉木材、金屬、金屬氧化物、塑膠、紙、矽或改質矽等,可為將不同素材接合而得之基材。基材之形狀並無特別限制,可為平板、片狀、或三維形狀之整面或一部分具有曲率者等對應目的之任意形狀。又,基材之硬度、厚度等亦無限制。又,於將本發明之積層體用作包裝材料之情形時,可使用紙、塑膠、金屬、金屬氧化物等作為基材。
於使用塗佈劑來製造本發明之積層體之情形時,作為塗佈劑之塗佈方法,並無特別限定,可使用公知慣用之塗佈方法。例如可例舉噴霧法、旋轉塗佈法、浸漬法、輥塗法、刮刀塗佈法、刮刀輥法、刮刀法、淋幕式塗佈法、狹縫式塗佈法、網版印刷法、噴墨法、點膠法等。
藉由塗佈塗佈劑而得之塗層,其藉由塗布後乾燥會使得塗層內的離子鍵變得更加緊密。因此,較佳為於塗佈後設置乾燥步驟。作為乾燥步驟,可為常溫乾燥,亦可進行加熱、減壓、送風等強制乾燥。
<添加劑>
本發明之氣體阻隔膜於不損害本發明之效果之範圍內,可含有各種添加劑。作為添加劑,例如可例舉偶合劑、矽烷化合物、磷酸化合物、有機填料、無機填料、穩定劑(抗氧化劑、熱穩定劑、紫外線吸收劑等)、塑化劑、抗靜電劑、滑劑、抗黏連劑、著色劑、結晶成核劑、氧捕捉劑(具有氧捕捉功能之化合物)、賦黏劑等。該等各種添加劑可單獨使用或組合使用二種以上。
作為偶合劑,可例舉公知慣用者,例如可例舉矽烷偶合劑、鈦偶合劑、鋯偶合劑、鋁偶合劑等。
作為矽烷偶合劑,使用公知慣用者即可,例如可例舉:3-環氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、3-環氧丙氧基丙基三乙氧基矽烷、3-環氧丙氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基矽烷、2-(3,4環氧環己基)乙基三甲氧基矽烷等含環氧基之矽烷偶合劑;3-胺基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、N-2-(胺基乙基)-3-胺基丙基甲基二甲氧基矽烷、3-三乙氧基矽基-N-(1,3-二甲基亞丁基)丙基胺、N-苯基-γ-胺基丙基三甲氧基矽烷等含胺基之矽烷偶合劑;3-丙烯醯氧基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、3-甲基丙烯醯氧基丙基三乙氧基矽烷等含(甲基)丙烯醯基之矽烷偶合劑;3-異氰酸基丙基三乙氧基矽烷等含異氰酸基之矽烷偶合劑等。
作為鈦偶合劑,例如可例舉三異硬脂醯基鈦酸異丙酯、三辛醯基鈦酸異丙酯、二甲基丙烯醯基異硬脂醯基鈦酸異丙酯、異硬脂醯基二丙烯醯基鈦酸異丙酯、三(二辛基焦磷醯氧基)鈦酸異丙酯、四辛基雙(二-十三烷基亞磷醯氧基)鈦酸酯、四(2,2-二烯丙氧基甲基-1-丁基)雙(二-十三烷基亞磷醯氧基)鈦酸酯、雙(二辛基焦磷醯氧基)羥乙酸鈦酸酯、雙(二辛基焦磷醯氧基)鈦酸乙二酯等。
作為鋯偶合劑,例如可例舉乙酸鋯、碳酸鋯銨、氟化鋯等。
作為鋁偶合劑,可例舉乙醯烷氧基二異丙氧醇鋁(acetoalkoxyaluminum diisopropylate)、二異丙醇鋁單乙醯乙酸乙酯、三乙醯乙酸乙酯鋁、三乙醯丙酮酸鋁等。
作為矽烷化合物,可例舉烷氧基矽烷、矽氮烷、矽氧烷等。作為烷氧基矽烷,可例舉甲基三甲氧基矽烷、二甲基二甲氧基矽烷、苯基三甲氧基矽烷、甲基三乙氧基矽烷、二甲基二乙氧基矽烷、苯基三乙氧基矽烷、正丙基三甲氧基矽烷、正丙基三乙氧基矽烷、己基三甲氧基矽烷、己基三乙氧基矽烷、辛基三乙氧基矽烷、癸基三甲氧基矽烷、1,6-雙(三甲氧基矽基)己烷、三氟丙基三甲氧基矽烷等。作為矽氮烷,可例舉六甲基二矽氮烷等。作為矽氧烷,可例舉含水解性基之矽氧烷等。
添加劑中,作為無機填料,可例舉金屬、金屬氧化物、樹脂、礦物等無機物及該等之複合物。作為無機填料之具體例,可例舉氧化矽、氧化鋁、鈦、氧化鋯、銅、鐵、銀、雲母、滑石、鋁片、玻璃片、黏土礦物等。
作為具有氧捕捉功能之化合物,例如可例舉受阻酚系化合物、維生素C、維生素E、有機磷化合物、沒食子酸、鄰苯三酚等與氧反應之低分子有機化合物、或鈷、錳、鎳、鐵、銅等過渡金屬化合物等。
作為賦黏劑,可例舉二甲苯樹脂、萜烯樹脂、酚樹脂、松香樹脂等。藉由添加賦黏劑,可提昇剛塗佈後對各種基材之黏著性。黏著性賦予劑之添加量相對於樹脂組合物總量100質量份,較佳為0.01~5質量份。
本發明之積層體可為於基材、塗層上進一步積層有上層部之多層積層體。此時,可於使塗佈劑乾燥前積層,亦可於乾燥後積層。作為上層部,並無特別限定,可積層木材、金屬、金屬氧化物、塑膠、紙、矽或改質矽等。又,亦可自塗層上塗佈未硬化之樹脂溶液,使其硬化或乾燥來形成上層部。
作為本發明之氣體阻隔膜或積層體可阻隔之氣體,可例示:氧氣、或二氧化碳、氮氣、氬氣等非活性氣體;甲醇、乙醇、丙醇等醇成分;苯酚、甲酚等酚類;由低分子化合物構成之香氣成分類,例如醬油、醬料、味噌、薴、薄荷腦、水楊酸甲酯、咖啡、可可洗髮精、潤絲精等中含有之香氣成分等。
<包裝材料、及加熱殺菌用包裝材料>
本發明之氣體阻隔膜及積層體之氣體阻隔性優異,故而可適宜用作要求氣體阻隔性之包裝材料。尤其是食品、日用品、電子材料、醫療用品等需要高阻隔性,故而可適宜使用本發明之包裝材料。進而,其耐熱性、耐濕熱性亦優異,故而亦可適宜用作煮沸或微波(retort)等加熱殺菌用之包裝材料。
[實施例]
以下例舉實施例及比較例來對本發明進行具體說明,但本發明並不限於該等實施例。
於以下說明中,將本申請中之樹脂層(A)稱為MC層,將本申請中之樹脂層(B)稱為TC層。
(調整液1:PAA溶液之製作)
於燒瓶中,將數量平均分子量為20萬之30 g聚丙烯酸(以下有時簡稱為PAA)(東亞合成公司製造,Aron A-10H)於異丙醇(以下有時簡稱為IPA)中攪拌使其沸騰,並同時進行溶解,從而獲得固形物成分濃度為3%之PAA溶液。
(調整液2:PVA溶液之製作)
於燒瓶中,將30 g聚乙烯醇(以下有時簡稱為PVA)之粉末(KURARAY股份有限公司製造,KURARAY POVAL)於水中攪拌並於60℃進行加熱,並同時進行溶解,從而獲得固形物成分濃度為3%之PVA溶液。
(調整液3:磷酸IPA溶液之製作)
用IPA對濃磷酸水溶液(東京化成工業公司製造,固形物成分86%)進行稀釋,從而製作固形物成分為5%之磷酸IPA溶液。
(調整液4:硫酸IPA溶液之製作)
用IPA對濃硫酸水溶液(東京化成工業公司製造,固形物成分95%)進行稀釋,從而製作固形物成分為5%之硫酸IPA溶液。
(調整例5:硝酸IPA溶液之製作)
用IPA對濃硝酸水溶液(東京化成工業公司製造,1 N當量濃度)進行稀釋,從而製作固形物成分為5%之硝酸IPA溶液。
(調整例6:鹽酸IPA溶液之製作)
用IPA對濃鹽酸水溶液(東京化成工業公司製造,1 N當量濃度)進行稀釋,從而製作固形物成分為5%之鹽酸IPA溶液。
(樹脂層(A)用MC溶液之製作)
按照表1對上述製成之調整例1~6之溶液進行摻合,從而製作MC溶液1~6。
(樹脂層(B)用調整液7:TC7溶液之製作)
將一次粒徑為200 nm之氧化鋅(以下有時簡稱為ZnO)(堺化學工業股份有限公司製造,FINEX-50)300 g與IPA700 g混合,於珠磨機(壽化學股份有限公司,Ultra Apex Mill UAM-015)中使用直徑為0.3 mm之氧化鋯珠分散處理1小時後,對珠進行篩分,從而獲得固形物成分濃度為30%之ZnO溶液。該分散液中之ZnO之一次粒徑為88 nm。將該溶液與溶解於IPA之固形物成分為5%之乙基纖維素樹脂(製品名:ETHOCEL,日清化成股份有限公司製造)溶液、IPA溶液混合並攪拌,從而獲得ZnO分散液。混合時之比率為ZnO溶液:20 g、乙基纖維素樹脂溶液:20 g、IPA:60 g。預先於200 mL之燒杯中放入乙基纖維素樹脂、IPA溶液、攪拌棒,使攪拌棒以200 rpm之轉速旋轉,確認乙基纖維素樹脂與IPA均勻後加入ZnO溶液,從而獲得分散有ZnO之TC7溶液。固形物成分為7%。
(樹脂層(B)用調整液8:TC8溶液之製作)
將一次粒徑為200 nm之ZnO:240 g與甲基乙基酮(以下有時簡稱為MEK)760 g混合,於珠磨機中使用直徑為0.3 mm之氧化鋯珠分散處理1小時後,對珠進行篩分,從而獲得固形物成分濃度為24%之ZnO溶液。該分散液中之ZnO之一次粒徑為150 nm。將該溶液:39 g與聚醚聚胺酯多元醇樹脂溶液A:1 g、MEK:60 g混合,用磁力攪拌器進行攪拌,從而獲得分散有ZnO之TC8溶液。固形物成分為10%。
以如下方式獲得所使用之聚醚聚胺酯多元醇樹脂溶液A。
於具備攪拌機、氮氣導入管、精餾管之反應容器中加入2官能且分子量為400之聚丙二醇(以下有時簡稱為PPG)213.7份、2官能且分子量為700之PPG225.2份、2官能且分子量為2000之PPG69.0份、及3官能且分子量為430之PPG41.1份,並一面攪拌一面加入甲苯二異氰酸酯152.6份,到達90℃後,加入乙酸乙酯306.0份,維持反應溫度為90℃進行合成。確認NCO(%)為0.1%以下,且B型黏度計之黏度處於2000~3000 mPa內,從而獲得聚醚聚胺酯多元醇樹脂溶液A。
(樹脂層(B)用調整液9:TC9溶液之製作)
於調整液8中,將聚醚聚胺酯多元醇樹脂溶液A變更為聚酯多元醇樹脂溶液B,除此以外全部相同,從而獲得分散有ZnO之TC9溶液。
以如下方式獲得所使用之聚酯多元醇樹脂溶液B。
於具備攪拌機、氮氣導入管、精餾管、水分分離器等之反應容器中加入鄰苯二甲酸酐1850份、乙二醇352.4份、甘油酯731.9份、四異丙醇鈦0.34份、及乙酸乙酯1956.2份,以精餾管上部溫度不超過100℃之方式緩慢加熱,保持內部溫度為220℃。當酸值為10 mgKOH/g以下時,於100 torr之減壓下繼續加熱,當酸值為2 mgKOH/g以下時結束酯化反應,從而獲得聚酯多元醇樹脂溶液B。
(樹脂層(B)用調整液10:TC10溶液之製作)
於調整液8中,將聚醚聚胺酯多元醇樹脂溶液A變更為聚胺酯多元醇樹脂溶液C,除此以外全部相同,從而獲得分散有ZnO之TC10溶液。
以如下方式獲得聚胺酯多元醇樹脂溶液C。
於具備攪拌機、氮氣導入管、精餾管、水分分離器等之反應容器中加入鄰苯二甲酸酐252.8份、乙二醇62.0份、新戊二醇128.6份、1,6-己二醇105.8份、及乙酸乙酯298.6份,進行酯化。酯化結束後,加入異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯18.2 g及乙酸乙酯109.6份進行胺酯化,當酸值為1 mgKOH/g以下時,結束胺酯化反應,從而獲得聚胺酯多元醇樹脂溶液C。
(樹脂層(A)即MC層之形成)
將上述所得之MC溶液1~6塗佈於Jindal公司製造之AlOx-OPP膜(厚16 μm,製品編號:16O894)之AlOx側。塗佈係使用巴工業股份有限公司製造之棒式塗佈機10號來進行。塗佈後,用乾燥機於85℃1分鐘之條件下進行乾燥,從而獲得形成有MC層之膜。MC溶液之塗佈量為0.3~0.5 g/m
2。
其中,AlOx-OPP膜係指於OPP膜上蒸鍍有鋁氧化物(AlOx)之膜。
(TC層/MC層/AlOx-OPP膜之製作)
對於上述形成有MC層之膜,將上述調整之TC溶液(TC7~10)塗佈於所形成之MC層上。TC溶液之塗佈係使用松尾產業股份有限公司製造之棒式塗佈機,黃色(濕膜厚:4 μm)來進行。塗佈後,用乾燥機於85℃1分鐘之條件下進行乾燥,從而獲得相鄰地具有上述MC層與TC層之膜F。膜F之層構成為TC層/MC層/AlOx-OPP膜之順序,「/」表示相鄰。
TC溶液之塗佈量處於0.3~0.5 g/m
2之範圍內。
(層壓膜之製作)
於上述步驟中獲得之膜F的TC層側塗佈層壓接著劑,從而製作貼合有CPP膜(Toyobo Ester Film公司製造,PYLEN P1128,厚30 μm)之層壓膜。層壓接著劑使用以規定比率將DIC股份有限公司製造之DICDRY:LX-401A(多元醇材料)、DICDRY:KW-75(聚異氰酸酯材料)混合而成者,以塗佈量處於1.5~2.0 g/m
2之範圍內之方式進行塗佈。層壓膜之熟化於40℃進行3天。
(層壓膜之評價1:接著強度之測定)
基於JIS K 6854-3:1999「接著劑-剝離接著強度試驗方法-第3部:T形剝離」試驗,評價層壓膜之接著強度。拉伸試驗機使用AND公司製造者(商品號:STD-1225S),於拉伸速度300 mm/min下進行。接著強度之單位為N/15 mm。評價按以下5級評價來進行。

5:1.5(N/15 mm)以上或膜斷裂
4:1.0(N/15 mm)以上且未達1.5(N/15 mm)
3:0.7(N/15 mm)以上且未達1.0(N/15 mm)
2:0.3(N/15 mm)以上且未達0.7(N/15 mm)
1:~未達0.3(N/15 mm)
(層壓膜之評價2:透氧率之評價)
基於JIS K 7126-2「塑膠-膜及片材-透氣度試驗方法-第2部:等壓法」,於23℃、相對濕度0%及90%之各條件下進行透氧率測定。測定裝置使用MOCON公司製造之OXTRAN2/21。透氧率之單位為cc/m
2・atm・day。評價按以下5級評價來進行。

表1中顯示有MC溶液之組成、TC層之金屬化合物名及樹脂名、由層壓膜之製作所得之層壓膜之接著強度及透氧率。再者,表中之數字表示份,空欄表示未摻合。

由實施例之結果可知,具有摻合有PAA溶液及磷酸、硫酸或硝酸之MC層之膜於層壓後可獲得良好之接著強度,並且所得之層壓膜表現出優異之透氧率。關於透氧率,認為其係MC層之PAA樹脂與TC層之ZnO進行交聯反應之結果。於實施例4~6中,於變更TC層中使用之樹脂材料之情形時,亦可確認到良好之接著強度及優異之透氧率。
另一方面,比較例1~3中未獲得良好之接著強度。對於比較例1,推測由於MC層僅有PAA,故而接著強度提昇效果不充分。對於比較例2,推測其原因在於使用鹽酸作為含雜原子之化合物,氯本身為一價陰離子,無法與AlOx層形成共價鍵。對於比較例3,由於樹脂中使用PVA,未與AlOx層發生脫水縮合,故而接著強度低,進而MC層與TC層之間未進行交聯反應,故而導致於90%濕度之阻隔性亦較差之結果。

Claims (10)
- 一種氣體阻隔膜,其特徵在於:具有樹脂層(A),該樹脂層(A)包含具有脫水縮合性之雜原子化合物、及具有羧基之聚合物。
- 如請求項1之氣體阻隔膜,其相鄰地具有上述樹脂層(A)、及包含多價金屬化合物之樹脂層(B),且形成樹脂層(B)之樹脂為選自乙基纖維素樹脂、聚醚聚胺酯多元醇樹脂(polyether polyurethane polyol resin)、聚酯多元醇樹脂、及聚胺酯多元醇樹脂中之1種以上。
- 如請求項1之氣體阻隔膜,其中,與上述樹脂層(A)相鄰地具有層(C),該層(C)包含選自由鋁氧化物、矽氧化物、及矽氮化物所組成之群中之化合物。
- 如請求項1之氣體阻隔膜,其中,上述具有羧基之聚合物為選自由丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、順丁烯二酸、及伊康酸所組成之群中之1種以上之聚合物。
- 如請求項1之氣體阻隔膜,其中,上述具有脫水縮合性之雜原子化合物為選自由磷酸、硫酸、及硝酸所組成之群中之1種以上。
- 如請求項2之氣體阻隔膜,其中,上述多價金屬化合物為選自多價金屬之氧化物、氫氧化物、及碳酸鹽中之1種以上,該多價金屬選自鋅、鎂、及鈣。
- 如請求項2之氣體阻隔膜,其中,上述多價金屬化合物為選自氧化鋅、氧化鎂、及氧化鈣中之至少1種。
- 一種積層體,其包含請求項1至7中任一項之氣體阻隔膜。
- 一種包裝材料,其包含請求項1至7中任一項之氣體阻隔膜。
- 一種加熱殺菌用包裝材料,其包含請求項1至7中任一項之氣體阻隔膜。
