Abstract

本發明係指一種電力交易裝置,其至少具有一機體及一設於機體上之交易電路,供透過交易電路與一可攜式儲能裝置及一主體電池連結,且利用該交易電路進行電力移轉與交易,藉此,能減少主體電池之充電頻率及連接器插拔次數,可有效延長其使用壽命,同時能活絡綠能產業,創造電力市場之共享經濟。

本發明係隸屬一種電力共享經濟之交易技術領域,具體而言係指一種結合電力轉換及電力幣交易之電力交易裝置,藉以能使電動設備優先使用可攜式儲能裝置,以減少主體電池的充電頻率及使用率,從而延長其使用壽命。
按,受到煤碳、石油等傳統能源因儲量衰竭,而造成能源短缺的危機,再加上其對環境的嚴重污染,有越來越多的電動設備如交通工具改採用電力作為能源;以電動車而言,通常驅動單元係以馬達為主,並於車體上設有一連結馬達之電池,並由該電池來提供馬達所需之能源,而馬達在運轉後該電池會不斷的消耗電力,因此需要不斷的進行充電,使其充電頻率增加,而加速電池的耗損,縮短其使用壽命。
另,目前越來越多的電動車電池係以交換方式進行,也就是將部份電池置於電池供應站預先充電,當電動車之電力快耗盡時,將原先快耗盡之電池與電池供應站預先充滿電力之電池進行交換,以節省充電等待時間,然而其需要不斷的插拔電池,造成電池連接器磨損,不僅縮短了電池與連接器的使用壽命,甚至可能發生行駛中因鬆動而發生接觸不良的現象,嚴重影響行車安全。
事實上,近來受到科技的發展,如太陽能、風力、水力、潮流等綠色能源〔下稱綠能〕的取得效率及穩定性均已大幅提升,而克服了以往高成本及不穩定的缺點,提高了一般家庭及產業應用的意願,甚至可供個人、家庭或小型企業〔下稱個體〕投入綠能產業中。
換言之,如能使一般個體將自行生產之綠能電力透過交換與交易的方式來應用,使得綠能產業可以被普及到小個體上,將可有助於解決前述問題,並能有效創造及振興綠能產業,此乃係業界所期待者,亦係本發明所欲探討者。
有鑑於此,本發明人乃針對現有電池使用及電力交易上所面臨的問題深入探討,並藉由多年從事相關產業的研發與製造經驗,經不斷努力的改良與試作,終於成功開發出一種電力交易裝置,藉以克服電池交換充電方式易造成損壞之缺點與不便。
因此,本發明之主要目的係在提供一種電力交易裝置,藉以能減少主體電池之充電頻率及插拔次數,而能有效保護主體電池,從而延長主體電池的使用壽命。
又,本發明之另一主要目的係在提供一種電力交易裝置,藉以能讓一般個體使用電力來進行交易,而能活絡綠能產業,使全民皆能有效運用綠能,並能創造電力市場之共享經濟,進而解決能源短缺問題,進一步並可振興經濟。
基於此,本發明主要係透過下列的技術手段,來具體實現前述之目的及功效,其可供連結一可攜式儲能裝置及一主體電池進行電力轉換及交易,該電力交易裝置至少包含有:
一機體,其具有一供可攜式儲能裝置選擇性插設之容置插槽;
一交易電路,其至少具有一處理單元,且該處理單元連接有一內建至少一交易程式之記憶單元,又該處理單元連接有一供與外部網路連線之通訊傳輸單元,另該處理單元連接有一顯示單元,且該處理單元連接有一電力管理單元,其中該電力管理單元可供與前述主體電池形成電氣連結,再者該電力管理單元並連結有一連接電口,該連接電口可供前述可攜式儲能裝置選擇性連結,又該處理單元連接有一近場感應單元。
藉此,透過上述技術手段的具體實現,使得本發明之電力交易裝置能讓一般個體配合使用一可攜式儲能裝置來進行電力轉換及電力幣交易,其能減少主體電池之充電頻率及連接器插拔次數,可有效延長其使用壽命,並能活絡綠能產業,使全民皆能有效運用綠能,並能創造電力市場之共享經濟,進而解決能源短缺問題,從而增加產品的附加價值,並提升其經濟效益。
為使 貴審查委員能進一步了解本發明的構成、特徵及其他目的,以下乃舉本發明之較佳實施例,並配合圖式詳細說明如後,同時讓熟悉該項技術領域者能夠具體實施。
本發明係一種電力交易裝置,以下藉由特定的具體實施形態說明本發明之技術內容,使熟悉此技藝之人士可由本說明書所揭示之內容輕易地瞭解本發明之優點與功效。然本發明亦可藉由其他不同的具體實施形態加以施行或應用。因此隨附圖例之本發明的具體實施例及其構件中,所有關於指定的尺寸、前與後、左與右、頂部與底部、上部與下部、以及水平與垂直的參考,僅用於方便進行描述,並非限制本發明,亦非將其構件限制於任何位置或空間方向,當可在不離開本發明之申請專利範圍內,根據本發明之具體實施例的設計與需求而進行變化。
而本發明之電力交易裝置的詳細構成則請參看第一、二圖所示,該電力交易裝置(100)係由一機體(10)及一交易電路(20)所組成,其中該交易電路(20)可設於機體(10)上,又該機體(10)具有一容置插槽(15),供一可攜式儲能裝置(50)選擇性插設,且使得該可攜式儲能裝置(50)能與交易電路(20)形成電性連接,使該等可攜式儲能裝置(50)可透過該電力交易裝置(100)進行電力轉換與電力幣交易;
又所述之交易電路(20)至少包含有一處理單元(21)、一記憶單元(22)、一通訊傳輸單元(23)、一顯示單元(24)、一電力管理單元(25)、一連接電口(26)及一近場感應單元(27),其中該處理單元(21)可用於執行內建程式及處理各項資料,而該連接處理單元(21)之記憶單元(22)內至少內建有一交易程式(220)及儲存各項交易資料,又該連接處理單元(21)之通訊傳輸單元(23)可以無線技術或有線技術連結一外部之交易管理伺服裝置(60),供進行連線以傳輸各項交易資料,而該交易程式(220)具有管理、運換算電力及選擇交易模式之功能,另連接該處理單元(21)之顯示單元(24)可設於前述機體(10)外部表面,供顯示前述交易程式(220)之功能、資料及電量,且該顯示單元(24)可以具觸控作用,使其具有操作交易程式(220)之功能,再者該電力管理單元(25)可連接前述處理單元(21)及顯示單元(24),且該電力管理單元(25)並可連結至少一外部之主體電池(30)及至少一外部之負載(40),同時該電力管理單元(25)並連結設於機體(10)容置插槽(15)內之連接電口(26),供前述之可攜式儲能裝置(50)選擇性插接,使得該電力管理單元(25)可用於管理該主體電池(30)與該可攜式儲能裝置(50)間對該等負載(40)之電力輸出入的轉換,使得該可攜式儲能裝置(50)可被定義為輔助電池應用,至於該連接處理單元(21)之近場感應單元(27)可以是NFC、Bluetooth〔藍芽〕等感應元件,可用於與該可攜式儲能裝置(50)間相互感應,供進行一電力幣之交易移轉。而根據某些實施例,該電力管理單元(25)進一步透過一升降壓轉換電路(28)連接有至少一設於機體(10)外部之充放電口(280),該充放電口(280)可以是USB充放電口,用於供外部充放電,如手機充電或導航裝置。再者,根據某些實施例,該處理單元(21)進一步連接有至少一設於機體(10)外部之操作按鈕(29),供用於功能之選擇及設定。又根據某些實施例,該處理單元(21)進一步連接有一數據轉換計算單元(90),該數據轉換計算單元(90)可以具有一全球定位單元(91)〔如GPS〕及一里程換算單元(92),用以計算電力消耗及行進距離,使得該電力交易裝置(100)可進一步計算如等值現金之數位點數、虛擬貨幣或碳權等有價資產進行交易。
藉此,能組成一種可進行電力轉換、且能用於交易傳輸之電力交易裝置者。
而本發明之電力交易裝置(100)可應用於一般電動設備,如第三、四及五圖所示,該電力交易裝置(100)可應用於一電動車(80),而該電動車(80)之車架(81)前後端分別設有一前輪(82)及一後輪(83),且該電動車(80)可透過一主體電池(30)連接一具動力控制裝置(45)之負載(40)如馬達,使得該主體電池(30)可提供電力給負載(40)如馬達以驅動該電動車(80),而該電動車(80)於把手上設置有本發明之電力交易裝置(100),該電力交易裝置(100)並可連結該主體電池(30)及負載(40),且該電力交易裝置(100)可以透過交易電路(20)之通訊傳輸單元(23)與遠端之交易管理伺服裝置(60)連線,且該電力交易裝置(100)之機體(10)容置插槽(15)可供選擇性插設一可攜式儲能裝置(50),並可透過交易電路(20)之連接電口(26)形成電氣連接;
而所述之可攜式儲能裝置(50)可供儲存具有特定容量之電力,又該可攜式儲能裝置(50)可將剩餘電力容量換算成一虛擬之容量電力幣,且該可攜式儲能裝置(50)進一步可在使用該等容量電力幣後累計形成一虛擬之可用電力幣,使得該可攜式儲能裝置(50)可使用其電力容量、容量電力幣及可用電力幣與該電力交易裝置(100)進行電力轉換及電力幣交易;
操作上,係當使用者欲騎乘該電動車(80)時,可將個人所有之可攜式儲能裝置(50)直接插設於電力交易裝置(100)之機體(10)容置插槽(15)內,並將該可攜式儲能裝置(50)能透過連接電口(26)與該交易電路(20)形成電氣連結,且該電力交易裝置(100)並可利用交易電路(20)之近場感應單元(27)感應檢知該可攜式儲能裝置(50)內記錄之電力容量、容量電力幣及可用電力幣等資料,令該電力交易裝置(100)可將該前述資料及主體電池(30)之電力容量顯示於顯示單元(24)上,且該電力交易裝置(100)並透過通訊傳輸單元(23)連接遠端之交易管理伺服裝置(60)進行使用者資料及設備之註冊、驗證及資料登錄,供使用者判讀及選擇交易模式;
實施例1  選擇以自有之可攜式儲能裝置(50)進行騎乘
當該電力交易裝置(100)顯示使用者之可攜式儲能裝置(50)具有電力容量為100000 mAh〔如1000mAh為1PD容量電力幣,則代表其容量電力幣為100PD〕及可用電力幣為1200PD時。使用者可以透過電力交易裝置(100)之顯示單元(24)所顯示的交易程式(220)中選擇使用可攜式儲能裝置(50)騎乘,如此該電力交易裝置(100)可利用近場感應單元(27)扣除該可攜式儲能裝置(50)之可用電力幣〔如200PD〕作為租用該電動車(80)之費用,使得該電力交易裝置(100)可利用交易電路(20)中的電力管理單元(25)切換由該可攜式儲能裝置(50)提供負載(40)所需之電力,而無需使用到該電動車(80)上之主體電池(30)的電力,藉以能減少主體電池(30)之充電頻率及插拔次數,以減少該主體電池(30)損壞的機會,而能有效保護該主體電池(30),從而延長該主體電池(30)的使用壽命。
實施例2  選擇將自有之可攜式儲能裝置(50)之電力售予該電動車(80)
操作上,如該使用者之可攜式儲能裝置(50)具有充足之電力,而該電動車(80)之主體電池(30)有充電需求時,使用者可以透過電力交易裝置(100)之顯示單元(24)所顯示的交易程式(220)中選擇售出電力,如此該電力交易裝置(100)可利用交易電路(20)中的電力管理單元(25)將可攜式儲能裝置(50)之電力移轉至該主體電池(30),且將移轉之電力換算成可用電力幣,並利用近場感應單元(27)加值於該可攜式儲能裝置(50)之可用電力幣,例如該可攜式儲能裝置(50)移轉800000mAh之電力,則該可攜式儲能裝置(50)可獲得加值800PD之可用電力幣,藉以能減少主體電池(30)於充電時的插拔次數,以減少該主體電池(30)損壞的機會,可延長該主體電池(30)的使用壽命,同時產生電力交易之效,讓個體使用者也能有效進行電力交易,以促進綠能開發,形成一種電力共享經濟。
實施例3  選擇以購買該主體電池(30)之電力進行騎乘
當該電力交易裝置(100)顯示使用者之可攜式儲能裝置(50)具有電力容量為1000 mAh及可用電力幣為1100PD,其所餘電力容量不足以供電動車(80)騎乘時。使用者可以透過電力交易裝置(100)之顯示單元(24)所顯示的交易程式(220)中選擇使用主體電池(30)騎乘,如此該電力交易裝置(100)可利用近場感應單元(27)扣除該可攜式儲能裝置(50)之可用電力幣〔如200PD〕作為租用該電動車(80)之費用,同時該電力交易裝置(100)可利用交易電路(20)中的電力管理單元(25)切換由該主體電池(30)提供負載(40)所需之電力,並同步扣除使用主體電池(30)電力容量之相對可用電力幣,供產生電力交易之效,形成一種電力共享經濟。
經由前述可知,本發明之電力交易裝置(100)利用交易電路(20)之電力管理單元(25)及記憶單元(22)內交易程式(220)的選擇,在搭配可攜式儲能裝置(50)的使用下,可以減少主體電池(30)之充電頻率及插拔次數,有效減少該主體電池(30)損壞的機會,而能有效保護該主體電池(30),從而延長該主體電池(30)的使用壽命,同時能讓個體會員使用電力來進行交易,而能活絡綠能產業,使全民皆能有效運用綠能,並能創造電力市場之共享經濟,進而解決能源短缺問題,進一步並可振興經濟,從而增加產品的附加價值,並提升其經濟效益。
藉此,可以理解到本發明為一創意極佳之創作,除了有效解決昔式者所面臨的問題,更大幅增進功效,且在相同的技術領域中未見相同或近似的產品創作或公開使用,同時具有功效的增進,故本發明已符合發明專利有關「新穎性」與「進步性」的要件,乃依法提出申請發明專利。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種電力交易裝置,其可供連結一可攜式儲能裝置及一主體電池進行電力轉換及交易,該電力交易裝置至少包含有: 一機體,其具有一供可攜式儲能裝置選擇性插設之容置插槽; 一交易電路,其至少具有一處理單元,且該處理單元連接有一內建至少一交易程式之記憶單元,又該處理單元連接有一供與外部網路連線之通訊傳輸單元,另該處理單元連接有一顯示單元,且該處理單元連接有一電力管理單元,其中該電力管理單元可供與前述主體電池形成電氣連結,再者該電力管理單元並連結有一連接電口,該連接電口可供前述可攜式儲能裝置選擇性連結,又該處理單元連接有一近場感應單元。
  2. 如請求項1所述之電力交易裝置,其中該近場感應單元可以是NFC,而該可攜式儲能裝置具有相對應之近場感應單元,供兩者間相互無線通訊。
  3. 如請求項1所述之電力交易裝置,其中該近場感應單元可以是Bluetooth,而該可攜式儲能裝置具有相對應之近場感應單元,供兩者間相互無線通訊。
  4. 如請求項1所述之電力交易裝置,其中該近場感應單元可以是連線方式,而該可攜式儲能裝置具有相對應之近場感應單元,供兩者間相互有線通訊。
  5. 如請求項1所述之電力交易裝置,其中該電力管理單元可透過一升降壓轉換電路連接有至少一設於機體外部之充放電口,用於供外部裝置充放電。
  6. 如請求項1所述之電力交易裝置,其中該處理單元進一步連接有至少一設於機體外部之操作按鈕,供用於功能之選擇及設定。
  7. 如請求項1所述之電力交易裝置,其中該處理單元進一步連接有一數據轉換計算單元,該數據轉換計算單元可以具有一全球定位單元及一里程換算單元。
  8. 一種電動設備,該電動設備上設有一如請求項1~7中任一項所述之電力交易裝置,且該電力交易裝置之電力管理單元並連接一驅動該電動設備之負載,而該電動設備之主體電池並連接前述電力管理單元。
  9. 如請求項8所述之電動設備,其中該負載可以是一馬達,且該馬達與電力交易裝置間設有一動力控制裝置。
