本发明涉及电力共享经济交易技术领域,具体而言是指一种结合电力转换及电力币交易的电力交易装置。
背景技术
就电动车而言,以电池提供能源的马达为驱动单元,而电池会不断的消耗电力,因此需要不断的进行充电,使其充电频率增加,而加速电池的耗损,缩短其使用寿命。
目前电动车多采用电瓶充电骑行方式,以节省充电等待时间,然而其需要不断的插拔电池,造成电池连接器磨损,不仅缩短了电池与连接器的使用寿命,甚至可能发生行驶中因松动而发生接触不良的现象,严重影响行车安全。
事实上,绿色能源〔下称绿能〕的取得效率及稳定性均已大幅提升,提高了一般家庭及产业应用的意愿,甚至可供个人、家庭或小型企业〔下称个体〕投入绿能产业中。
如能使一般个体将自行产出的绿能电力通过直接且简易的交换与交易模式来应用,使得绿能产业可以被普及到小个体上,将可有助于解决前述问题,并能有效创造及振兴绿能产业,并共享绿能经济。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是为了能减少主体电池的充电频率及插拔次数,而能有效保护主体电池,从而延长主体电池的使用寿命。
本发明的另一主要目的是能够让一般个体使用电力来进行交易,而能活络绿能产业,使全民皆能有效运用绿能,并能创造电力市场之共享经济,进而解决能源短缺问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种电力交易装置,所述电力交易装置,可供连结一可携式储能装置及一主体电池进行电力转换及交易,所述电力交易装置至少包含有:
一机体,其具有一供可携式储能装置选择性插设的容置插槽;
一交易电路,其至少具有一处理单元,所述处理单元连接有一内建至少一交易程序的记忆单元,所述处理单元连接有一供与外部网络连线的通讯传输单元,所述处理单元连接有一显示单元,且所述处理单元连接有一电力管理单元,所述电力管理单元可供与前述主体电池形成电气连结,所述电力管理单元连结有一连接电口,所述连接电口可供所述可携式储能装置选择性连结,所述处理单元还连接有一近场感应单元。
较佳地,所述近场感应单元为NFC,而所述可携式储能装置具有相对应的近场感应单元,供两者间相互无线通讯。

为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种电动设备,所述电动设备上设有所述的电力交易装置,且所述电力交易装置的电力管理单元连接一驱动所述电动设备的负载,而所述电动设备的主体电池连接所述电力管理单元。
所述电动设备的负载为马达,且所述马达与电力交易装置间设有一动力控制装置。

具体实施方式
本发明的电力交易装置的详细构成请参看图1-2,所述电力交易装置100由一机体10及一交易电路20所组成,其中该交易电路20可设于机体10上,又该机体10具有一容置插槽15,供一可携式储能装置50选择性插设,且使得该可携式储能装置50能与交易电路20形成电性连接,使该等可携式储能装置50可通过所述电力交易装置100进行电力转换与电力币交易;
所述的交易电路20至少包含有一处理单元21、一记忆单元22、一通讯传输单元23、一显示单元24、一电力管理单元25、一连接电口26及一近场感应单元27,其中该处理单元21可用于执行内建程序及处理各项资料,而该连接处理单元21的记忆单元22内至少内建有一交易程序220及储存各项交易资料,又该连接处理单元21的通讯传输单元23可以通过无线技术或有线技术连结一外部的交易管理伺服装置60,供进行连线以传输各项交易资料,而该交易程序220具有管理、运换算电力及选择交易模式的功能,另外,连接该处理单元21的显示单元24可设于前述机体10外部表面,供显示前述交易程序220的功能、资料及电量,且该显示单元24可以具触控作用,使其具有操作交易程序220的功能,再者该电力管理单元25可连接前述处理单元21的显示单元24,且该电力管理单元25并可连结至少一外部的主体电池30及至少一外部的负载40,同时该电力管理单元25并连结设于机体10容置插槽15内的连接电口26,供前述的可携式储能装置50选择性插接,使得该电力管理单元25可用于管理该主体电池30与该可携式储能装置50间对该等负载40的电力输出入的转换,使得该可携式储能装置50可被定义为辅助电池应用,至于该连接处理单元21的近场感应单元27为NFC、Bluetooth〔蓝芽〕等感应元件,可用于与该可携式储能装置50间相互感应,供进行一电力币的交易移转。而根据某些实施例,该电力管理单元25进一步通过一升降压转换电路28连接有至少一设于机体10外部的充放电口280,该充放电口280为USB充放电口,用于供外部充放电,如手机充电或导航装置。再者,根据某些实施例,该处理单元21进一步连接有至少一设于机体10外部的操作按钮29,供用于功能的选择及设定。又根据某些实施例,该处理单元21进一步连接有一数据转换计算单元90,该数据转换计算单元90可以具有一全球定位单元91〔如GPS〕及一里程换算单元92,用以计算电力消耗及行进距离,使得该电力交易装置100可进一步计算如等值现金的数位点数、虚拟货币或碳权等有价资产进行交易。
借此,能组成一种可进行电力转换、且能用于交易传输的电力交易装置。
而本发明的电力交易装置100可应用于一般电动设备,如图3、4及5,所述电力交易装置100可应用于一电动车80,而该电动车80之车架81前后端分别设有一前轮82及一后轮83,且该电动车80可通过一主体电池30连接一具动力控制装置45的负载40如马达,使得该主体电池30可提供电力给负载40如马达以驱动该电动车80,而该电动车80于把手上设置有本发明的电力交易装置100,该电力交易装置100并可连结该主体电池30及负载40,且该电力交易装置100可以通过交易电路20的通讯传输单元23与远端的交易管理伺服装置60连线,且该电力交易装置100的机体10容置插槽15可供选择性插设一可携式储能装置50,并可通过交易电路20连接电口26形成电气连接;
而所述可携式储能装置50可供储存具有特定容量的电力,又该可携式储能装置50可将剩余电力容量换算成一虚拟的容量电力币,且该可携式储能装置50进一步可在使用该等容量电力币后累计形成一虚拟的可用电力币,使得该可携式储能装置50可使用其电力容量、容量电力币及可用电力币与该电力交易装置100进行电力转换及电力币交易;
操作上,当使用者欲骑乘该电动车80时,可将个人所有的可携式储能装置50直接插设于电力交易装置100的机体10容置插槽15内,并将该可携式储能装置50能通过连接电口26与该交易电路20形成电气连结,且该电力交易装置100并可利用交易电路20的近场感应单元27感应检知该可携式储能装置50内记录的电力容量、容量电力币及可用电力币等资料,令该电力交易装置100可将该前述资料及主体电池30的电力容量显示于显示单元24上,且该电力交易装置100并通过通讯传输单元23连接远端的交易管理伺服装置60进行使用者资料及设备的注册、验证及资料登录,供使用者判读及选择交易模式;
实施例1
选择以自有的可携式储能装置50进行骑乘。
当该电力交易装置100显示使用者的可携式储能装置50具有电力容量为100000mAh〔如1000mAh为1PD容量电力币,则代表其容量电力币为100PD〕及可用电力币为1200PD时。使用者可以通过电力交易装置100的显示单元24所显示的交易程序220中选择使用可携式储能装置50骑乘,如此该电力交易装置100可利用近场感应单元27扣除该可携式储能装置50的可用电力币〔如200PD〕作为租用该电动车80的费用,使得该电力交易装置100可利用交易电路20中的电力管理单元25切换由该可携式储能装置50提供负载40所需的电力,而无需使用到该电动车80上的主体电池30的电力,借以能减少主体电池30的充电频率及插拔次数,以减少该主体电池30损坏的机会,而能有效保护该主体电池30,从而延长该主体电池30的使用寿命。
实施例2
选择将自有的可携式储能装置50的电力售予该电动车80。
操作上,如该使用者的可携式储能装置50具有充足的电力,而该电动车80的主体电池30有充电需求时,使用者可以通过电力交易装置100的显示单元24所显示的交易程序220中选择售出电力,如此该电力交易装置100可利用交易电路20中的电力管理单元25将可携式储能装置50的电力移转至该主体电池30,且将移转的电力换算成可用电力币,并利用近场感应单元27加值于该可携式储能装置50的可用电力币,例如该可携式储能装置50移转800000mAh的电力,则该可携式储能装置50可获得加值800PD的可用电力币,借以能减少主体电池30于充电时的插拔次数,以减少该主体电池30损坏的机会,可延长该主体电池30的使用寿命,同时产生电力交易之效,让个体使用者也能有效进行电力交易,以促进绿能开发,形成一种电力共享经济。
实施例3
选择以购买该主体电池30的电力进行骑乘。
当该电力交易装置100显示使用者的可携式储能装置50具有电力容量为1000mAh及可用电力币为1100PD,其所余电力容量不足以供电动车80骑乘时。使用者可以通过电力交易装置100的显示单元24所显示的交易程序220中选择使用主体电池30骑乘,如此该电力交易装置100可利用近场感应单元27扣除该可携式储能装置50的可用电力币〔如200PD〕作为租用该电动车80的费用,同时该电力交易装置100可利用交易电路20中的电力管理单元25切换由该主体电池30提供负载40所需的电力,并同步扣除使用主体电池30电力容量的相对可用电力币,供产生电力交易之效,形成一种电力共享经济。
经由前述可知,本发明的电力交易装置100利用交易电路20的电力管理单元25及记忆单元22内交易程序220的选择,在搭配可携式储能装置50的使用下,可以减少主体电池30的充电频率及插拔次数,有效减少该主体电池30损坏的机会,而能有效保护该主体电池30,从而延长该主体电池30的使用寿命,同时能让个体会员使用电力来进行交易,而能活络绿能产业,使全民皆能有效运用绿能,并能创造电力市场的共享经济,进而解决能源短缺问题,进一步并可振兴经济,从而增加产品的附加价值,并提升其经济效益。
Claims (9)
1.一种电力交易装置,所述电力交易装置可供连结一可携式储能装置及一主体电池进行电力转换及交易,其特征在于,所述电力交易装置至少包含有:
一机体,其具有一供可携式储能装置选择性插设的容置插槽;
一交易电路,其至少具有一处理单元,所述处理单元连接有一内建至少一交易程序的记忆单元,所述处理单元连接有一供与外部网络连线的通讯传输单元,所述处理单元连接有一显示单元,且所述处理单元连接有一电力管理单元,所述电力管理单元可供与前述主体电池形成电气连结,所述电力管理单元并连结有一连接电口,所述连接电口可供所述可携式储能装置选择性连结,所述处理单元还连接有一近场感应单元。
2.如权利要求1所述的电力交易装置,其特征在于,所述近场感应单元为NFC,而所述可携式储能装置具有相对应的近场感应单元,供两者间相互无线通讯。
3.如权利要求1所述的电力交易装置,其特征在于,所述近场感应单元为Bluetooth,而所述可携式储能装置具有相对应的近场感应单元,供两者间相互无线通讯。
4.如权利要求1所述的电力交易装置,其特征在于,所述近场感应单元为连线方式的感应单元,而所述可携式储能装置具有相对应的近场感应单元,供两者间相互有线通讯。
5.如权利要求1所述的电力交易装置,其特征在于,所述电力管理单元可通过一升降压转换电路连接有至少一设于机体外部的充放电口,用于供外部装置充放电。
6.如权利要求1所述的电力交易装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元进一步连接有至少一设于机体外部的操作按钮,供用于功能的选择及设定。
7.如权利要求1所述的电力交易装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元进一步连接有一数据转换计算单元,所述数据转换计算单元可以具有一全球定位单元及一里程换算单元。
8.一种电动设备,其特征在于,所述电动设备上设有一如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的电力交易装置,且所述电力交易装置的电力管理单元连接一驱动该电动设备的负载,而所述电动设备的主体电池连接所述电力管理单元。
9.如权利要求8所述的电动设备,其特征在于,所述电动设备的负载为马达,且所述马达与电力交易装置间设有一动力控制装置。
