Abstract
本發明之課題係提供兼顧高剛性及耐衝擊性(高韌性)之相反的機械特性,且流動性優良,此外以無機纖維強化材作為滑動配對材料時之長時間的耐磨損性(高滑動)優良的無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物。該課題之解決手段為一種無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物,含有結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A)10~55質量%、非晶性聚醯胺樹脂(B)1~20質量%、無機強化材(C)40~70質量%、及具有能和聚醯胺樹脂之末端基及/或主鏈醯胺基反應之反應性官能基的改性聚烯烴樹脂(D)0.5~10質量%;其特徵為:(A)成分與(D)成分之摻合質量比符合0.01≦(D)/(A)≦0.2,且(A)成分與(B)成分之摻合質量比符合0.05≦(B)/(A)≦0.7。
Description
本發明關於高剛性高韌性之無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物,詳細而言,關於以由含有無機強化材之樹脂組成物構成的成形品作為配對材料時,長時間的耐磨損性優良的無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物。
聚醯胺樹脂之機械特性、耐熱性、耐衝擊性、耐藥品性優良,並廣泛地使用於汽車零件、電機零件、電子零件、家庭雜貨等。其中,已知添加了以玻璃纖維為代表之無機強化材的聚醯胺樹脂,其剛性、強度、耐熱性大幅地改善,尤其,有關剛性係依添加量而呈比例地改善。因此,無機纖維強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物廣泛地使用作為電子電機設備、汽車領域中的內部構件及外部構件。近年,尤其考量電子電機構件中的產品壁厚之薄壁化、車輌用零件之小尺寸化而要求的振動特性之水準提高。
又,聚醯胺樹脂除了機械特性之外,耐磨損性亦優良,故也廣泛地使用在以齒輪、凸輪軸承等為代表之各領域的滑動零件。已知為了獲得更優良的滑動特性,會摻合二硫化鉬、石墨及氟樹脂等固體潤滑劑、或各種潤滑油、矽油等液體潤滑劑等(例如非專利文獻1)。但是,這些滑動改良劑之中,就固體潤滑劑而言,需要摻合大量的固體潤滑劑,會有使係基礎之聚醯胺樹脂的韌性顯著地降低之缺點。就液體潤滑劑而言,雖然以較少的量即可賦予效果高的滑動性,但在大多數情況,會有和係基礎之樹脂的相容性差、常有成形品的表面被這些液體潤滑劑污染的情況、用途受到限制之缺點。
又,就改善如此的各種潤滑劑摻合所導致的缺點之方法而言,有人提出摻合改性苯乙烯系共聚物及特定範圍的分子量之改性高密度聚乙烯的方法(專利文獻1)、使用高黏度之聚醯胺樹脂同時摻合改性聚乙烯的方法等(專利文獻2)。
利用該聚醯胺樹脂組成物,可提供無上述之缺點且滑動特性優良的成形品。這些聚醯胺樹脂在配對材料為金屬時,會發揮較大的滑動性改善效果。

[發明所欲解決之課題]
但是,和近年考量成形品之薄壁化、成形品形狀之複雜化的潮流而尋求高剛性高韌性材料相反,並未能製造出可因應該要求之具有充分的機械特性之材料。此外又,近年,成形品之輕量化正進行中,在將配對材料從金屬變換成彼此同為樹脂之際,為了提高剛性而在這些聚醯胺樹脂大量地填充無機強化材時,會發生配對材料被存在於表面的無機強化材刮掉的問題。因此,無法獲得充分地滿足高剛性及高滑動兩者的材料。
本發明係鑑於上述習知技術之現狀而發明,其目的係提供兼顧高剛性及耐衝擊性(高韌性)之相反的機械特性,且流動性優良,此外以無機纖維強化材作為滑動配對材料時之長時間的耐磨損性(高滑動)優良的無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物。
[解決課題之手段]
本發明人們著眼在於無機強化聚醯胺樹脂彼此的滑動中,主導磨損量的要因為:成形品表面析出之無機強化材的量,影響更大為無機強化材之邊緣面、斷面突出於表面的量,以及無機強化材變多所致生之樹脂部的易碎性;為了達成上述課題而深入探討後之結果發現,藉由在無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物中,以考量多面向的觀點並取得平衡的方式摻合非晶性聚醯胺及改性聚烯烴,可解決上述所有的課題,乃至完成本發明。
亦即,本發明為具有如下構成者。

一種無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物,含有結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A)10~55質量%、非晶性聚醯胺樹脂(B)1~20質量%、無機強化材(C)40~70質量%、及具有能和聚醯胺樹脂之末端基及/或主鏈醯胺基反應之反應性官能基的改性聚烯烴樹脂(D)0.5~10質量%;
其特徵為:
(A)成分與(D)成分之摻合質量比符合0.01≦(D)/(A)≦0.2,且(A)成分與(B)成分之摻合質量比符合0.05≦(B)/(A)≦0.7。

如[1]所記載之無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物,其中,前述結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A)含有結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A1)及熔點比結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A1)高20℃以上的結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A2),且(A1)成分與(A2)成分之摻合質量比為0.1≦(A2)/(A1)≦0.5。

[發明之效果]
本發明之聚醯胺樹脂組成物由於能輕易地生產能替代金屬的無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物及其成形品,該能替代金屬的無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物及其成形品因為兼顧高剛性及耐衝擊性之相反的機械特性所以可使用於金屬替代品、薄壁化之成形品中,又,因為係流動性優良而且以無機纖維強化材作為配對材料時之長時間的耐磨損性優良的高剛性高滑動材料所以可以使用於廣泛用途的高滑動零件中,故可在電子電機零件的框體、使用於汽車內裝及外裝之車輛用零件等之中實現迄今尚未出現之降低尺寸化。
以下,針對本發明之無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物詳細說明。
本發明中的結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A)若為主鏈中具有醯胺鍵(-NHCO-)之聚合物且為結晶性,則無特別限制,可例示例如:聚醯胺6(NY6)、聚醯胺66(NY66)、聚醯胺46(NY46)、聚醯胺11(NY11)、聚醯胺12(NY12)、聚醯胺610(NY610)、聚醯胺612(NY612)、聚己二醯間苯二甲胺(MXD6)、六亞甲二胺-對苯二甲酸聚合物(6T)、六亞甲二胺-對苯二甲酸及己二酸聚合物(6T/66)、六亞甲二胺-對苯二甲酸及ε-己內醯胺共聚物(6T/6)、三甲基六亞甲二胺-對苯二甲酸聚合物(TMD-T)、間苯二甲胺與己二酸及間苯二甲酸共聚物(MXD-6/I)、三六亞甲二胺與對苯二甲酸及ε-己內醯胺共聚物(TMD-T/6)、二胺基二環己基甲烷(CA)與間苯二甲酸及月桂內醯胺共聚物等結晶性聚醯胺樹脂、或它們的摻混物等,但不限於此。本發明中,宜為脂肪族聚醯胺,為聚醯胺6、聚醯胺66更佳。或者使用2種聚醯胺時,使用兩者的熔點差異20℃以上者,就固化速度控制的方面較為理想。此外,結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A)含有結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A1)及熔點比結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A1)高20℃以上的結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A2),且(A1)成分與(A2)成分之摻合比為0.1≦(A2)/(A1)≦0.5更佳。結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A1)為聚醯胺6、結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A2)為聚醯胺66為一種理想態樣。
本發明中的結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A)的相對黏度並無特別限制,就以96%硫酸溶液(聚醯胺樹脂濃度1g/dl、溫度25℃)進行測定者而言,可使用1.5~3.5之範圍者。理想為1.5~3.3;為1.5~2.8更佳。若落在該範圍內,則樹脂組成物在高程度填充無機強化材時仍可賦予能射出成形之流動性,亦可成形為小型/薄壁之成形品,且也能滿足作為樹脂之韌性。為了獲得相對黏度為1.5~3.5之聚醯胺樹脂,有下列方法:調整製造條件將相對黏度為1.8~3.5之聚醯胺樹脂進行聚合、或製造相對黏度超過3.5的聚醯胺樹脂後,使用減黏劑來切斷聚醯胺分子鏈。就減黏劑而言,脂肪族二羧酸、芳香族二羧酸等係為有效,具體可列舉:草酸、丙二酸、琥珀酸、己二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、鄰苯二甲酸、對苯二甲酸等。其添加量可藉由相對於聚醯胺樹脂100質量份摻合約0.1~3質量份並進行熔融揉合來獲得。
結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A)在本發明之聚醯胺樹脂組成物中的含有率為10~55質量%。理想為15~45質量%,為20~40質量%更佳。
本發明使用的非晶性聚醯胺樹脂(B)係依據JIS K7121以差示掃描熱量計(DSC)進行測定時,不展現明確的熔點者。
構成非晶性聚醯胺樹脂(B)之單體的具體例可列舉:雙(4-胺基環己基)甲烷(有時簡稱為PACM)、雙(3-胺基環己基)甲烷、雙(3-甲基-4-胺基環己基)甲烷(有時簡稱為MACM)、2,2-雙(4-胺基環己基)丙烷、異佛爾酮二胺、四亞甲二胺、六亞甲二胺、十一亞甲二胺、十二亞甲二胺、2,2,4/2,4,4-三甲基六亞甲二胺(TMD)、5-甲基九亞甲二胺、1,3-雙(胺基甲基)環己烷、1,4-雙(胺基甲基)環己烷、3-胺基環己基-4-胺基環己基甲烷、1-胺基-3-胺基甲基-3,5,5-三甲基環己烷、雙(胺基丙基)哌𠯤、雙(胺基乙基)哌𠯤等二胺類;又,就二羧酸類而言,可列舉:己二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、十一烷二酸、十二烷二酸(有時簡稱為12)、十三烷二酸、十四烷二酸(有時簡稱為14)等碳原子數4~36之直鏈狀或具有烷基側鏈之脂肪族二羧酸;對苯二甲酸(有時簡稱為T)、間苯二甲酸(有時簡稱為I)等芳香族二羧酸。就胺基羧酸類而言,可列舉:ε-己內醯胺、ω-月桂內醯胺(LL)等內醯胺類;6-胺基己酸、11-胺基十一烷酸、12-胺基十二烷酸等胺基羧酸等。
上述單體之組合的理想例可列舉:雙(4-胺基環己基)甲烷(PACM)、雙(3-胺基環己基)甲烷、雙(3-甲基-4-胺基環己基)甲烷(MACM)、2,2-雙(4-胺基環己基)丙烷等脂環族二胺和十一烷二酸、十二烷二酸、十三烷二酸、十四烷二酸等二羧酸的組合,具體可列舉:12MACM、14MACM、10MACM/11、12MACM/I、I/MACM/LL、T/TMD、6T6I等聚合物或共聚物或摻混物等,但不限於此。
例如,結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A)為聚醯胺6時,宜為6T6I。
非晶性聚醯胺樹脂的相對黏度(96%硫酸法)並無特別限制,理想的範圍為1.8~2.4;為1.9~2.2之範圍更佳。
非晶性聚醯胺樹脂(B)在本發明之聚醯胺樹脂組成物中的含有率為1~20質量%。非晶性聚醯胺樹脂(B)的摻合量未達1質量%時,在模具內的冷卻固化速度會變得太快,填料浮動、流痕等外觀不良變得嚴重,耐磨損性亦惡化。
另一方面,非晶性聚醯胺樹脂(B)的摻合量超過20質量%時,冷卻固化速度會變得太慢而脫模性變差,並和模具密接而無法脫模、或在成形品表面出現脫模皺摺。此外,更存在結晶性變得太差而亦造成機械性強度、衝擊強度降低之疑慮。非晶性聚醯胺樹脂(B)的含有率宜為2~15質量%,為3~10質量%更佳。
又,本發明中,(A)成分與(B)成分之質量比必須符合下式。
0.05≦(B)/(A)≦0.7
本發明中,藉由(B)/(A)落在該範圍內,可獲得更高水準之良好外觀的成形品,(B)/(A)宜為0.08以上且0.4以下,為0.10以上且0.2以下更佳。
本發明中的無機強化材(C)係最有效地改良強度、剛性及耐熱性等物性者,具體可列舉:玻璃纖維、碳纖維、氧化鋁纖維、碳化矽纖維、氧化鋯纖維等纖維狀者;硼酸鋁、鈦酸鉀等晶鬚類;針狀矽灰石、輾磨纖維等。又,除了它們以外,還可使用玻璃珠粒、玻璃薄片、玻璃氣球、二氧化矽、滑石(talc)、高嶺土(kaolin)、矽灰石、雲母、氧化鋁、水滑石(hydrotalcite)、蒙脫石(montmorillonite)、石墨、奈米碳管、富勒烯、氧化鋅、氧化銦、氧化錫、氧化鐵、氧化鈦、氧化鎂、氫氧化鋁、氫氧化鎂、紅磷、碳酸鈣、鈦酸鉀、鋯鈦酸鉛、鈦酸鋇、氮化鋁、氮化硼、硼酸鋅、硼酸鋁、硫酸鋇、硫酸鎂、為了層間剝離而施以有機處理之層狀矽酸鹽等填充材作為無機強化材(C)。它們之中,尤其宜使用玻璃纖維、碳纖維等。這些無機強化材(C)可僅為1種也可組合2種以上。
使用纖維狀強化材作為無機強化材(C)時,上述之中,尤其宜使用玻璃纖維、碳纖維等。這些纖維狀強化材宜事先利用有機矽烷系化合物、有機鈦系化合物、有機硼烷系化合物及環氧系化合物等偶聯劑進行處理,容易和羧酸基或/及羧酸酐基進行反應者特佳。摻合已利用偶聯劑進行處理之玻璃纖維的聚醯胺系樹脂組成物可獲得優良的機械特性、外觀特性優良的成形品,故較理想。又,其它纖維狀強化材在未經偶聯劑處理時,也可予以後添加來使用。
無機強化材(C)為玻璃纖維時,可理想地使用已裁切成纖維長約1~20mm之短切股線狀者。可使用玻璃纖維的剖面形狀為圓形剖面及非圓形剖面之玻璃纖維。玻璃纖維的剖面形狀考量物性面宜為非圓形剖面的玻璃纖維。非圓形剖面的玻璃纖維也包含纖維長之相對於長度方向為垂直的剖面係略橢圓系、略長圓系、略繭形系者,扁平度宜為1.5~8。在此,扁平度係指假設外接於玻璃纖維之相對於縱向為垂直的剖面之最小面積的長方形,並以該長方形之長邊的長度為長徑、短邊之長度為短徑時之長徑/短徑的比。玻璃纖維的粗度並無特別限制,短徑約1~20μm,長徑約2~100μm。
本發明之聚醯胺樹脂組成物中的玻璃纖維之數目平均纖維長宜為140~700μm,為180~400μm更佳。藉由玻璃纖維長落在這些範圍內,則為高強度、高剛性且流動性安定。上述範圍外的話,不易配向於聚醯胺樹脂表面進行填充,且有纖維邊緣面露出在表面而使耐磨損性降低之可能性。
玻璃纖維宜為經矽烷系、鈦酸酯系等偶聯劑處理者,尤其可理想地使用經矽烷系偶聯劑處理者。
理想的矽烷系偶聯劑可例示:γ-環氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-環氧丙氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基矽烷、β-(3,4-環氧環己基)乙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-苯胺基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-(2-胺基乙基)胺基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-甲基丙烯醯氧基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、乙烯基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-巰基丙基三甲氧基矽烷等,尤其宜為γ-環氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-苯胺基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-(2-胺基乙基)胺基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-甲基丙烯醯氧基丙基三甲氧基矽烷。
無機強化材(C)的摻合量相對於全部樹脂組成物100質量%為40~70質量%,宜為45~67質量%,為50~65質量%更佳,為55~65質量%再更佳。摻合量超過70質量%的話,生產性會變差。又,未達40質量%則有時會有強化材的效果無法充分發揮的情況。
就無機強化材(C)以外的填充材(填料)而言,除了強化用填料以外,就目的別而言,也可使用導電性填料、磁性填料、阻燃填料、熱傳導填料。具體可列舉:玻璃珠粒、玻璃薄片、玻璃氣球、二氧化矽、滑石、高嶺土、矽灰石、雲母、氧化鋁、水滑石、蒙脫石、羥基磷灰石、石墨、奈米碳管、富勒烯、氧化鋅、氧化銦、氧化錫、氧化鐵、氧化鈦、氧化鎂、氫氧化鋁、氫氧化鎂、紅磷、碳酸鈣、鈦酸鉀、鋯鈦酸鉛、鈦酸鋇、氮化鋁、氮化硼、硼酸鋅、硼酸鋁、硫酸鋇、硫酸鎂、硫化鋅、鐵、鋁、銅、銀等。這些填充材不只可單獨僅使用1種,也可組合使用數種。形狀並無特別限制,可使用針狀、球狀、板狀、不規則形等。
本發明中的改性聚烯烴樹脂(D)係指將如下之聚烯烴樹脂予以改性而成者。亦即,可列舉:高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、超高分子量聚乙烯、直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚(1-丁烯)、聚(4-甲基戊烯)等烯烴系樹脂。就耐磨損性之觀點,這些聚烯烴系樹脂之中最理想的為高密度聚乙烯。改性聚烯烴樹脂(D)的數目平均分子量宜為5~40萬。
本發明中的改性前之高密度聚乙烯宜為數目平均分子量5~40萬、密度0.94kg/cm2
以上之高密度聚乙烯。數目平均分子量未達5萬的話,得到的成形品之耐磨損性無法令人滿意,分子量超過40萬的話,因不易成形而較不理想。
本發明中的高密度聚乙烯在不損及其性質之範圍內,也可和其它單體共聚合,例如:丙烯、丁烯-1、戊烯、4-甲基戊烯-1、己烯、辛烯、癸烯等α-烯烴類;丁二烯、異戊二烯等二烯類;環戊烯、環己烯、環戊二烯等環烯烴類;丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯等丙烯酸酯類。
改性聚烯烴樹脂(D)為了使和聚醯胺樹脂之相容性改善,而具有能和聚醯胺樹脂之末端基及/或主鏈醯胺基反應之反應性官能基。能和聚醯胺樹脂反應之官能基具體係例示:羧酸基、酸酐基、環氧基、㗁唑啉基、胺基、異氰酸酯基等,它們之中,酸酐基和聚醯胺樹脂之反應性高,故特佳,其中,宜為馬來酸酐。
改性聚烯烴樹脂(D)的摻合量在全部樹脂組成物中為0.1~10質量%,宜為0.5~7質量%,為1~5質量%更佳。適量摻合改性聚烯烴樹脂(D)時,藉由滑動時的摩擦而在成形品最表層形成由強韌的改性聚烯烴構成的被覆層,並抑制聚醯胺的易碎性磨損,藉此可防止無機纖維強化材突出於表層。改性聚烯烴的熔點宜比聚醯胺樹脂(A)及(B)低。原因為容易因摩擦熱而比聚醯胺樹脂更早熔融並形成表面被覆層。就聚醯胺樹脂組成物而言,改性聚烯烴樹脂(D)未達0.1質量%的話,無法形成充分的厚度之被覆層而使耐磨損性之改善效果降低。大於10質量%的話,由於表層之改性烯烴樹脂濃度變高,故表層硬度下降且摩擦係數變大。此外,會使無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物的機械特性降低。
又,本發明中,(A)成分與(D)成分之質量比必須符合下式。
0.01≦(D)/(A)≦0.2
(D)/(A)宜為0.03以上且0.18以下,為0.04以上且0.15以下更佳,為0.05以上且0.12以下再更佳。(D)/(A)為0.01以下,則無法形成充分的厚度之被覆層而使耐磨損性之改善效果降低。
超過0.2的話,由於表層之改性烯烴樹脂濃度變高,故表層硬度下降且摩擦係數變大。此外,會使無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物的機械特性降低。
本發明之無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物以差示掃描熱量計(DSC)測得的降溫結晶化溫度(TC2)宜為170℃≦(TC2)≦190℃。又,降溫結晶化溫度(TC2)之測定係藉由使用差示掃描熱量計(DSC),於氮氣流下以20℃/分鐘之昇溫速度昇溫至300℃,於該溫度保持5分鐘後,以10℃/分鐘之速度降溫至100℃的方式進行測定時所獲得的峰部溫度。
此外,降溫結晶化溫度(TC2)不符合170℃≦(TC2)≦190℃時,有時會因為聚醯胺樹脂組成物的結晶化速度而無法獲得更高水準的良好成形品外觀。
又,本發明之無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物中,也可因應需要添加耐熱安定劑、抗氧化劑、紫外線吸收劑、光安定劑、塑化劑、潤滑劑、結晶成核劑、脫模劑、抗靜電劑、阻燃劑、顏料、染料或其它種類的聚合物等。本發明之無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物中,前述(A)、(B)、(C)及(D)成分之合計宜佔90質量%以上,佔95質量%以上更佳。
本發明之聚醯胺樹脂組成物的製造方法若為可將本發明中的各成分之摻合量正確地控制在上述預定之範圍內的熔融混練擠壓法,則無特別限制,宜使用單軸擠壓機、雙軸擠壓機。
將樹脂丸粒從擠壓機之料斗部投入,且欲摻合的樹脂丸粒的形狀、表觀比重、摩擦係數等之差異程度大時,宜採用如下之方法。
亦即,事先混合結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A)、非晶性聚醯胺樹脂(B)、及改性聚烯烴樹脂(D)並投入擠壓機之料斗部,再利用側邊進料方式投入無機強化材(C)之製造方法。
[實施例]
以下利用實施例更詳細地說明本發明,但本發明不受這些實施例任何限制。
本發明之實施例、比較例所使用的原料如下所述。
(A)結晶性聚醯胺樹脂
A1:聚醯胺6…東洋紡製「T-860」(RV2.0)熔點225℃
A2:聚醯胺66…東麗製「CM3000EF」(RV2.4)熔點265℃
(B)非晶性聚醯胺樹脂
B:聚醯胺6T6I…EMS公司製「Grivory G21」(RV2.0)
(C)無機強化材
C:玻璃纖維…Nippon Electric Glass公司製「ECS03T-275H」
(D):改性聚烯烴
D1:馬來酸酐改性聚乙烯…三菱化學製「MODIC DH0200」
D2:馬來酸酐改性聚丙烯…PRIME POLYMER公司製「MMP-006」
D3:未改性聚乙烯…PRIME POLYMER公司製「6203B」
(E)其它添加劑
脫模劑:二十八酸鈣…日東化成工業製「CS-6CP」
安定劑:溴化銅(II)
各種評價方法如下所述。評價結果如表1所示。
(1)聚醯胺樹脂的相對黏度(RV)(96%硫酸溶液法)
使用烏氏(Ubbelohde)黏度管,於25℃以96質量%硫酸溶液、聚醯胺樹脂濃度1g/dl進行測定。
(2)聚醯胺樹脂的熔點
使用差示掃描熱量計(Seiko Instruments股份有限公司製,EXSTAR 6000),以昇溫速度20℃/分鐘進行測定,並求得吸熱峰部溫度。
(4)熔融指數(MFR):
依據ISO1133進行測定。測定溫度:275℃,荷重:5kg
(5)彎曲強度
依據ISO178進行測定。
(6)夏氏(Charpy)耐衝擊強度
依據ISO179-1進行測定。
(7)數目平均纖維長
利用如下方法測定丸粒中的殘存玻璃纖維長。
在高程度填充玻璃纖維之材料中,常有玻璃纖維彼此的干涉,且測定時玻璃纖維易破損,不易求得正確的纖維長,故在本發明中,為了正確地測定玻璃纖維長,將熔融混練而得的丸粒於650℃強烈加熱2小時,以灰分的形式取出玻璃纖維而不使玻璃纖維破損,將得到的玻璃纖維浸於水中,並將分散的玻璃纖維取出至玻片標本上,隨機選擇1000個以上之玻璃纖維以數位顯微鏡(HIROX股份有限公司製KH-7700)於80倍進行觀察,並求得數目平均纖維長。
(8)磨損特性
使用推力(thrust)式磨損試驗機,並使利用射出成形而得的聚醯胺樹脂組成物之平板(尺寸:50mm×50mm)與和平板為相同材質的圓筒成形品(外徑20mm、內徑14.4mm、接觸面積1.51cm2
)接觸,以60分鐘、負荷荷重55.5kgf/cm2
、速度5cm/sec之條件連續地使其滑動。其後,由磨損前後之平板及圓筒成形品之質量差與總磨損距離換算成每單位距離之磨損量(mg/km),並由該磨損量與磨損試驗時收斂的荷重值計算出動摩擦係數。
(9)成形品外觀的評價方法:
就成形品外觀而言,係利用下述方法測定鏡面光澤度並進行評價。
使用鏡面加工之100mm×100mm×3mm(厚度)的模具,以樹脂溫度280℃、模具溫度80℃製得成形品,並依據JIS Z-8714測定入射角60度的光澤度。(數值愈高,光澤度愈佳)
根據下述判定基準評價光澤度的測定結果。
◎:97以上
〇:95以上且未達97
△:90以上且未達95
×:未達90
[實施例1~5、7、比較例1~6]
銅化合物係將溴化銅(II)製成水溶液來使用。以成為表1所示之組成的方式事先混合無機強化材以外的各原料,並由雙軸擠壓機(TEM-75SS,芝浦機械)之料斗部投入,該雙軸擠壓機係於自擠壓機之上流側起第一個料筒設置主進料器(料斗部),再於第4個料筒具有第1側邊進料器,且於第8個料筒具有第2側邊進料器;無機強化材則由雙軸擠壓機之第2側邊進料器投入。以雙軸擠壓機之缸體溫度280℃、螺桿轉速180rpm之條件實施化合,並製成丸粒。得到的丸粒利用熱風乾燥機乾燥至含水率0.05%以下後,評價各種特性。評價結果如表1所示。
[實施例6]
將無機強化材由雙軸擠壓機之第1側邊進料器投入,除此之外,和實施例1同樣地實施化合,並製成丸粒。得到的丸粒利用熱風乾燥機乾燥至含水率0.05%以下後,評價各種特性。評價結果如表1所示。

由表1之結果可明瞭,本發明之範圍內之實施例1~7,其機械特性、耐磨損性以高水準取得平衡。另一方面,不含改性聚烯烴或非晶性聚醯胺樹脂之比較例1、2,其耐磨損性以及成形外觀不良。(D)/(A)落在範圍外之比較例3,其機械特性降低,(B)/(A)落在範圍外之比較例4,其玻璃纖維浮動明顯等成形品外觀惡化,且耐磨損性也降低。
[產業上利用性]
本發明之聚醯胺樹脂組成物由於能輕易地生產能替代金屬的無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物及其成形品,該能替代金屬的無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物及其成形品因為兼顧高剛性及耐衝擊性之相反的機械特性所以可使用於金屬替代品、薄壁化之成形品中,又,因為係流動性優良而且以由含有無機纖維強化材之樹脂組成物構成的成形品作為配對材料時之長時間的耐磨損性優良的高剛性高滑動材料所以可使用於廣泛用途的高滑動零件中,故可在電子電機零件的框體、使用於汽車內裝及外裝之車輛用零件等之中實現迄今尚未出現之降低尺寸化,因此極為有用。
Claims (4)
- 一種無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物,含有結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A)10~55質量%、非晶性聚醯胺樹脂(B)1~20質量%、無機強化材(C)40~70質量%、及具有能和聚醯胺樹脂之末端基及/或主鏈醯胺基反應之反應性官能基的改性聚烯烴樹脂(D)0.5~10質量%; 其特徵為: (A)成分與(D)成分之摻合質量比符合0.01≦(D)/(A)≦0.2,且(A)成分與(B)成分之摻合質量比符合0.05≦(B)/(A)≦0.7。
- 如請求項1之無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物,其中,該結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A)含有結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A1)及熔點比結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A1)高20℃以上的結晶性聚醯胺樹脂(A2),且(A1)成分與(A2)成分之摻合質量比為0.1≦(A2)/(A1)≦0.5。
- 如請求項1或2之無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物,其中,該改性聚烯烴樹脂(D)為改性聚乙烯樹脂。
- 如請求項1或2之無機強化聚醯胺樹脂組成物,其中,該無機強化材(C)為數目平均纖維長140μm以上的玻璃纖維。
