Abstract
本發明揭露了一種充電底座,充電底座包含充電電路、供電電路及控制單元,控制單元與充電電路及供電電路電性連接,當充電電路的充電電壓或電流超過預設閾值時,控制單元控制充電底座上的連接線接地短路並與外部充電電源斷開,並控制充電電路的充電模式切換至供電電路的供電模式用於對充電底座上設置的安全提醒單元供電,本發明揭露的技術方案在充電器硬體電路出現故障,能及時關閉電源輸出,並提供安全報警功能。
Description
本發明係關於充電技術領域,特別是關於一種充電底座及充電系統。
電動兩輪車上現有充電器僅做了電壓電流檢測及控制電路,在充電器出現故障時容量使電池出現過充,從而引起起火燃燒等安全事故。
本發明實施例的目的在於克服上述問題或者至少部分地解決或緩減解決上述問題,本發明的目的在於透過充電器外接充電底座的方案,當充電器硬體電路出現故障,能及時關閉電源輸出,並提供安全報警功能。
本發明提供了一種充電底座,充電底座包含充電電路、供電電路及控制單元,控制單元與充電電路及供電電路電性連接,當充電電路的充電電壓或電流超過預設閾值時,控制單元控制充電底座上的連接線接地短路並與外部充電電源斷開,並控制充電電路的充電模式切換至供電電路的供電模式用於對充電底座上設置的安全提醒單元供電。
較佳地,安全提醒單元包含通訊單元及感測器單元,通訊單元與感測器單元分別與控制單元一端連接,控制單元另外一端與充電電路連接。
較佳地,通訊單元與遠程服務器或移動終端連接,當充電電路的充電電壓或電流超過預設閾值時,充電底座按照預先設定的報警模式透過通訊單元連接的遠程服務器及移動終端遠程報警。
較佳地,感測器單元包含溫度感測器、紅外感測器及煙霧感測器,當溫度感測器,紅外感測器及煙霧感測器檢測到充電電路及電池出現故障時,透過蜂鳴器進行報警。
較佳地,充電電路上設置有檢測單元、開關控制單元及充電連接單元,開關控制單元的輸入端與檢測單元的輸出端連接,開關控制單元的輸出端與充電連接單元連接。
較佳地,充電電路上還設置有用於向安全提醒單元供電的電源單元,當充電電路的充電電壓或電流未超過預設閾值時,透過充電電路向電源單元供電,當充電電路的充電電壓或電流超過預設閾值時,電源單元透過供電電路向安全提醒單元供電並切斷與充電電路的連接。
與先前技術相比,本發明提供了一種充電底座及充電系統,在充電器硬體電路出現故障時,能及時關閉電源輸出,並提供安全報警功能。充電器整合安全提醒單元,在電池出現故障並起火燃燒時發出報警聲。
另外一方面,本發明還提供了一種充電系統,包含充電器及至少一種上述揭露的充電底座,當充電器輸出的充電電壓或電流超過預設閾值時,充電底座透過充電底座上的連接線接地短路並與輸送外部充電電源的一充電器斷開。
與先前技術相比,本發明提供的一種充電系統的有益效果與上述至少一項技術方案揭露的一種充電底座的有益效果相同,此處不做贅述。

申請人經過研究發現,先前技術中充電器僅做了電壓電流檢測及控制電路,在充電器出現故障時容量使電池出現過充,從而引起起火燃燒等安全事故的技術問題。
為了解決上述問題,在本發明實施例中提供了一種充電底座,包含充電電路、供電電路及控制單元,控制單元與充電電路及供電電路電性連接,當充電電路的充電電壓或電流超過預設閾值時,控制單元控制充電底座上的連接線接地短路並與外部充電電源斷開,並控制充電電路的充電模式切換至供電電路的供電模式用於對充電底座上設置的安全提醒單元供電,這樣可在充電器硬體電路出現故障時,能及時關閉電源輸出,並提供安全報警功能。充電器整合安全提醒單元,在電池出現故障並起火燃燒時發出報警聲。

本發明揭露了一種充電底座,包含充電電路、供電電路及控制單元04,充電電路及供電電路分別與控制單元04電性連接,當充電電路向充電電源的充電電壓或電流超過預設閾值時,控制單元04控制充電底座上的連接線09接地短路並與外部充電電源斷開,並控制充電電路的充電模式切換至供電電路的供電模式用於對充電底座上設置的安全提醒單元供電。
具體地,充電電路上設置有檢測單元02、開關控制單元03及充電連接單元08,開關控制單元03的輸入端與檢測單元02的輸出端連接,開關控制單元03的輸出端與充電連接單元08電性連接,充電連接單元08與充電電源連接。
需要說明的是,充電電路上的檢測單元02檢測外部電源輸入的電壓或電流大小,即時進行檢測,如果超過預設閾值時,檢測單元02將充電電路超過預設閾值的異常情況發送至控制單元04,控制單元04透過控制開關控制單元02關閉進而停止向充電連接單元08連接的充電電源充電。
由於外部電源只是用於對充電電源進行充電,所以當外部電源出現異常時,外部電源不可用,所以在本發明實施例中,在充電底座上的充電電路上還設置有用於向安全提醒單元供電的電源單元(未示出),當充電電路的充電電壓或電流未超過預設閾值時,透過充電電路向電源單元供電,當充電電路的充電電壓或電流超過預設閾值時,電源單元透過供電電路向安全提醒單元供電並切斷與充電電路的連接。
充電電路與充電器連接,用於接入外部電源,供電電路用於對安全提醒單元供電,供電電路與充電底座上設置的電源單元連接,在不進行供電時,電源單元與充電電路連接用於對電源單元充電,電源單元為可充電電源單元,電源單元用於應急時對安全提醒單元供電,在未出現異常時,電源單元透過充電電路進行充電處於充電狀態,電源單元充滿後,停止充電,充電底座上的控制單元會即時監控電源單元的電量情況,如果電源單元的電量不足時,會及時連接充電電路對電源單元進行充電。
由於充電底座上設置有與充電器連接的檢測線09,當外部電源輸入的電壓或電流異常時,如超過預設閾值時,控制單元04控制充電底座上的連接線09接地短路並與外部充電電源斷開,並控制充電電路的充電模式切換至供電電路的供電模式用於對充電底座上設置的安全提醒單元供電,這樣可在出現充電電壓或電流異常時,可及時切斷與外部電源的連接,保護底座上的裝置。
進一步地,安全提醒單元包含通訊單元05及感測器單元06,通訊單元05與感測器單元06分別與控制單元04一端連接,控制單元04另外一端與充電電路連接,通訊單元05與遠程服務器或移動終端連接,當充電電路的充電電壓或電流超過預設閾值時,充電底座按照預先設定的報警模式透過通訊單元04連接的遠程服務器及移動終端遠程報警。
需要說明的是,當外部電源充電電壓或電流出現異常時,控制單元會切斷充電電路對待充電電源進行充電,避免短路或者觸電,進而切換至透過充電底座上的電源單元對安全提醒單元,安全提醒單元開始工作,控制單元控制安全提醒單元進行工作,安全提醒單元中的通訊單元主要用於對充電底座的出現的異常情況對遠程連接的遠程服務器及移動終端進行報警,如當充電電壓或電流超過預設閾值時,通訊單元將訊號傳輸至遠程連接的遠程服務器及移動終端進行報警,
感測器單元06包含溫度感測器、紅外感測器及煙霧感測器,當溫度感測器、紅外感測器及煙霧感測器檢測到充電電路及電池出現故障時,透過蜂鳴器進行報警,例如,當檢測到因待充電電源故障而出現的高溫、火光、煙霧時,透過蜂鳴器07輸出高分貝的蜂鳴進行報警。
另外一方面,本發明還提供了一種充電系統,包含充電器01及上述揭露的充電底座10,當充電器01輸出的充電電壓或電流超過預設閾值時,充電底座透過充電底座上的連接線09接地短路並與輸送外部充電電源的一充電器01斷開。
本發明揭露的充電系統透過充電器外接充電底座的方案,當充電器硬體電路出現故障,能及時關閉電源輸出,並提供安全報警功能。

Claims (7)
- 一種充電底座,該充電底座包含一充電電路、一供電電路及一控制單元,該控制單元與該充電電路及該供電電路電性連接,當該充電電路的充電電壓或電流超過預設閾值時,該控制單元控制該充電底座上的一連接線接地短路並與外部充電電源斷開,並控制該充電電路的充電模式切換至該供電電路的供電模式用於對該充電底座上設置的一安全提醒單元供電。
- 如請求項1所述之充電底座,其中該安全提醒單元包含一通訊單元及一感測器單元,該通訊單元與該感測器單元分別與該控制單元一端連接,該控制單元另外一端與該充電電路連接。
- 如請求項2所述之充電底座,其中該通訊單元與一遠程服務器或一移動終端連接,當該充電電路的充電電壓或電流超過預設閾值時,該充電底座按照預先設定的報警模式透過該通訊單元連接的該遠程服務器及該移動終端遠程報警。
- 如請求項2所述之充電底座,其中該感測器單元包含一溫度感測器、一紅外感測器及一煙霧感測器,當該溫度感測器、該紅外感測器及該煙霧感測器檢測到該充電電路及電池出現故障時,透過一蜂鳴器進行報警。
- 如請求項1所述之充電底座,其中該充電電路上設置有一檢測單元、一開關控制單元及一充電連接單元,該開關控制單元的輸入端與該檢測單元的輸出端連接,該開關控制單元的輸出端與該充電連接單元連接。
- 如請求項3所述之充電底座,其中該充電電路上還設置有用於向該安全提醒單元供電的一電源單元,當該充電電路的充電電壓或電流未超過預設閾值時,透過該充電電路向該電源單元供電,當該充電電路的充電電壓或電流超過預設閾值時,該電源單元透過該供電電路向該安全提醒單元供電並切斷與該充電電路的連接。
- 一種充電系統,包含一充電器及如請求項1至請求項6所述之充電底座,當該充電器輸出的充電電壓或電流超過預設閾值時,該充電底座透過該充電底座上的連接線接地短路並與輸送外部充電電源的一充電器斷開。
