本发明属于充电技术领域,具体涉及一种充电底座及充电系统。
背景技术
电动两轮车上现有充电器仅做了电压电流检测及控制电路,在充电器出现故障时容量使电池出现过充,从而引起起火燃烧等安全事故。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决或缓减解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于通过充电器外接充电底座的方案,当充电器硬件电路出现故障,能及时关闭电源输出,并提供安全报警功能。
本发明提供了一种充电底座,所述充电底座包括充电电路,供电电路和控制单元,所述控制单元与所述充电电路和所述供电电路电连接,当所述充电电路的充电电压或电流超过预设阈值时,所述控制单元控制所述充电底座上的连接线接地短路并与外部充电电源断开,并控制所述充电电路的充电模式切换至所述供电电路的供电模式用于对所述充电底座上设置的安全提醒单元供电。
优选地,所述安全提醒单元包括通信单元和传感器单元,所述通信单元与传感器单元分别与所述控制单元一端连接,所述控制单元另外一端与所述充电电路连接。
优选地,所述通信单元与远程服务器或移动终端连接,当所述充电电路的充电电压或电流超过预设阈值时,所述充电底座按照预先设定的报警模式通过所述通信单元连接的远程服务器和所述移动终端远程报警。
优选地,所述传感器单元包括温度传感器,红外传感器和烟雾传感器,当所述温度传感器,所述红外传感器和所述烟雾传感器检测到所述充电电路及电池出现故障时,通过蜂鸣器进行报警。
优选地,所述充电电路上设置有检测单元,开关控制单元和充电连接单元,所述开关控制单元的输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接,所述开关控制单元的输出端与所述充电连接单元连。
优选地,所述充电电路上还设置有用于向安全提醒单元供电的电源单元,当所述充电电路的充电电压或电流未超过预设阈值时,通过所述充电电路向所述电源单元供电,当所述充电电路的充电电压或电流超过预设阈值时,所述电源单元通过所述供电电路向所述安全提醒单元供电并切断与所述充电电路的连接。

另外一方面,本发明还提供了一种充电系统,包括充电器和至少一种上述公开的充电底座,当所述充电器输出的充电电压或电流超过预设阈值时,所述充电底座通过所述充电底座上的连接线接地短路并与输送外部充电电源充电器断开。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种充电系统的有益效果与上述至少一项技术方案公开的一种充电底座的有益效果相同,此处不做赘述。

申请人经过研究发现,现有技术中充电器仅做了电压电流检测及控制电路,在充电器出现故障时容量使电池出现过充,从而引起起火燃烧等安全事故的技术问题。
为了解决上述问题,在本发明实施例中提供了一种充电底座,包括充电电路,供电电路和控制单元,上述控制单元与上述充电电路和上述供电电路电连接,当上述充电电路的充电电压或电流超过预设阈值时,上述控制单元控制上述充电底座上的连接线接地短路并与外部充电电源断开,并控制上述充电电路的充电模式切换至上述供电电路的供电模式用于对上述充电底座上设置的安全提醒单元供电,这样可以在充电器硬件电路出现故障时,能及时关闭电源输出,并提供安全报警功能。充电器集成安全提醒单元,在电池出现故障并起火燃烧时发出报警声。

具体的,上述充电电路上设置有检测单元02,开关控制单元03和充电连接单元08,上述开关控制单元03的输入端与上述检测单元02的输出端连接,上述开关控制单元03的输出端与上述充电连接单元08电连接,上述充电连接单元08与充电电源连接。
需要说明的是,上述充电电路上的检测单元02检测外部电源输入的电压或电流大小,实时进行检测,如果超过预设阈值时,上述检测单元02将充电电路超过预设阈值的异常情况发送至控制单元04,控制单元04通过控制开关控制单元02关闭进而停止向充电连接单元08连接的充电电源充电。
由于外部电源只是用于对充电电源进行充电,所以当外部电源出现异常时,外部电源不可用,所以在本发明实施例中,在充电底座上的上述充电电路上还设置有用于向安全提醒单元供电的电源单元(未示出),当上述充电电路的充电电压或电流未超过预设阈值时,通过上述充电电路向上述电源单元供电,当上述充电电路的充电电压或电流超过预设阈值时,上述电源单元通过上述供电电路向上述安全提醒单元供电并切断与上述充电电路的连接。
上述充电电路与充电器连接,用于接入外部电源,上述供电电路用于对安全提醒单元供电,上述供电电路与充电底座上设置的电源单元连接,在不进行供电时,上述电源单元与充电电路连接用于对电源单元充电,上述电源单元为可充电电源单元,上述电源单元用于应急时对上述安全提醒单元供电,在未出现异常时,上述电源单元通过充电电路进行充电处于充电状态,上述电源单元充满后,停止充电,上述充电底座上的控制单元会实时监控上述电源单元的电量情况,如果上述电源单元的电量不足时,会及时连接充电电路对上述电源单元进行充电。
由于上述充电底座上设置有与充电器连接的检测线09,当外部电源输入的电压或电流异常时,如超过预设阈值时,上述控制单元04控制上述充电底座上的连接线09接地短路并与外部充电电源断开,并控制上述充电电路的充电模式切换至上述供电电路的供电模式用于对上述充电底座上设置的安全提醒单元供电,这样可以在出现充电电压或电流异常时,可以及时切断与外部电源的连接,保护底座上的器件。
进一步的,上述安全提醒单元包括通信单元05和传感器单元06,上述通信单元05与传感器单元06分别与上述控制单元04一端连接,上述控制单元04另外一端与上述充电电路连接,上述通信单元05与远程服务器或移动终端连接,当上述充电电路的充电电压或电流超过预设阈值时,上述充电底座按照预先设定的报警模式通过上述通信单元04连接的远程服务器和上述移动终端远程报警。
需要说明的是,当外部电源充电电压或电流出现异常时,上述控制单元会切断充电电路对待充电电源进行充电,避免短路或者触电,进而切换至通过充电底座上的电源单元对上述安全提醒单元,上述安全提醒单元开始工作,上述控制单元控制上述安全提醒单元进行工作,上述安全提醒单元中的通信单元主要用于对充电底座的出现的异常情况对远程连接的远程服务器和上述移动终端进行报警,如当充电电压或电流超过预设阈值时,上述通信单元将信号传输至远程连接的远程服务器和上述移动终端进行报警,
上述传感器单元06包括温度传感器,红外传感器和烟雾传感器,当上述温度传感器,上述红外传感器和上述烟雾传感器检测到上述充电电路及电池出现故障时,通过蜂鸣器进行报警,例如,当检测到因待充电电源故障而出现的高温、火光、烟雾时,通过蜂鸣器07输出高分贝的蜂鸣进行报警。
另外一方面,本发明还提供了一种充电系统,包括充电器01和上述公开的充电底座10,当上述充电器01输出的充电电压或电流超过预设阈值时,上述充电底座通过上述充电底座上的连接线09接地短路并与输送外部充电电源充电器01断开。
本发明公开的充电系统通过充电器外接充电底座的方案,当充电器硬件电路出现故障,能及时关闭电源输出,并提供安全报警功能。

Claims (7)
1.一种充电底座,所述充电底座包括充电电路,供电电路和控制单元,所述控制单元与所述充电电路和所述供电电路电连接,当所述充电电路的充电电压或电流超过预设阈值时,所述控制单元控制所述充电底座上的连接线接地短路并与外部充电电源断开,并控制所述充电电路的充电模式切换至所述供电电路的供电模式用于对所述充电底座上设置的安全提醒单元供电。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种充电底座,其特征在于,所述安全提醒单元包括通信单元和传感器单元,所述通信单元与传感器单元分别与所述控制单元一端连接,所述控制单元另外一端与所述充电电路连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种充电底座,其特征在于,所述通信单元与远程服务器或移动终端连接,当所述充电电路的充电电压或电流超过预设阈值时,所述充电底座按照预先设定的报警模式通过所述通信单元连接的远程服务器和所述移动终端远程报警。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种充电底座,其特征在于,所述传感器单元包括温度传感器,红外传感器和烟雾传感器,当所述温度传感器,所述红外传感器和所述烟雾传感器检测到所述充电电路及电池出现故障时,通过蜂鸣器进行报警。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种充电底座,其特征在于,所述充电电路上设置有检测单元,开关控制单元和充电连接单元,所述开关控制单元的输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接,所述开关控制单元的输出端与所述充电连接单元连。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种充电底座,其特征在于,所述充电电路上还设置有用于向安全提醒单元供电的电源单元,当所述充电电路的充电电压或电流未超过预设阈值时,通过所述充电电路向所述电源单元供电,当所述充电电路的充电电压或电流超过预设阈值时,所述电源单元通过所述供电电路向所述安全提醒单元供电并切断与所述充电电路的连接。
7.一种充电系统,包括充电器和如权利要求1至6所述的充电底座,当所述充电器输出的充电电压或电流超过预设阈值时,所述充电底座通过所述充电底座上的连接线接地短路并与输送外部充电电源充电器断开。
