Abstract

本發明之目的在於提供一種油中水型乳化化妝料，其係使用固體顆粒乳化者，且不使用導致乾澀感之微小粉末，兼具優異之乳化穩定性與良好之使用感觸。本發明係關於一種油中水型乳化組合物以及包含該組合物之化妝料，該油中水型乳化組合物係包含(a)油相、(b)水相、及(c)平均粒徑1~100 μm之粉體者，且上述(a)油相與水之油水界面和上述(c)粉體層之接點處的包含該粉體表面之切線之面與上述油水界面所成之角(三相接觸角)大於0°且未達160°，上述(b)水相具有應變0.01~1%時之損失彈性模數為80 Pa以上之流變特性。

Description

油中水型乳化化妝料
本發明係關於一種油中水型乳化化妝料。更詳細而言，係關於一種肌膚修正效果優異之油中水型乳化化妝料，該化妝料並無由界面活性劑引起之黏膩感及由粉末引起之乾澀感或浮粉，具有清爽光滑之使用感。
於粉底等彩妝化妝料中，使用具有修正黃褐斑、雀斑等肌膚顏色不均或毛孔等肌膚凹凸之效果之氧化鈦等白色顏料或氧化鐵等著色顏料。作為製品形態，使用界面活性劑之乳化形態之化妝料係主流。然而，調配有界面活性劑之化妝料有於塗抹於肌膚時產生黏膩感或滑膩感，或者界面活性劑對皮膚之刺激被視為問題之情況。
近年來，正推進實質上不調配界面活性劑而使用粉末進行乳化之乳化物(固體顆粒Pickering)乳化物)之研究，目前已知使用固體顆粒乳化之水中油型乳化化妝料(專利文獻1及2)、油中水型乳化化妝料(專利文獻3)。
作為用於固體顆粒乳化之粉末，於專利文獻1中使用金屬氧化物粉末，於專利文獻2中使用二氧化矽被覆氧化鋅等無機粉末，於專利文獻3中使用聚烷基倍半矽氧烷固體球狀粒子。關於該等粉末之粒徑，最大設為200 nm(專利文獻1及2)，於專利文獻3中較佳為直徑小於14 nm之微細粒子。認為其原因在於：乳化物中之乳化粒子尺寸視用作乳化劑之粉末之粒徑而變化，因此為了製成不會發生合併之穩定之乳化物，必須減小粉末之粒徑而減小乳化粒子尺寸。然而，調配有粒徑較小之粉末之化妝料存在產生乾澀感之大問題。

[發明所欲解決之問題]
鑒於以上之背景技術，本發明之課題在於提供一種油中水型乳化化妝料，其係使用固體顆粒乳化者，且不使用導致乾澀感之微小粉末，而兼具優異之乳化穩定性與良好之使用感觸。
[解決問題之技術手段]
本發明人為了解決上述問題而進行了努力研究，結果發現，藉由使用具有1~100 μm之粒徑之粉體無損使用感地進行固體顆粒乳化，並且調整內水相之流變(黏彈性)特性，可獲得具有優異之乳化穩定性之油中水型乳化化妝料，從而完成了本發明。
即，本發明係關於一種油中水型乳化組合物、以及包含上述組合物之化妝料，
該油中水型乳化組合物係包含(a)油相、(b)水相、及(c)平均粒徑1~100 μm之粉體者，且
上述(a)油相與水之油水界面和上述(c)粉體層之接點處的包含該粉體表面之切線之面與上述油水界面所成之角(三相接觸角)大於0°且未達160°，
上述(b)水相具有應變0.01~1%時之損失彈性模數為80 Pa以上之流變特性。
[發明之效果]
本發明之油中水型乳化組合物藉由使用尺寸大於先前之固體顆粒乳化組合物之粉體，而且對內相(水相)之流變特性進行調整，而製成穩定之乳化物，因此不存在於先前技術中所見般之使用時之乾澀感，於塗抹時可獲得水潤光滑之感觸。又，所調配之粉末可於遮蓋黃褐斑或雀斑等顏色不均的同時使毛孔等肌膚凹凸不明顯，不易引起粉末卡入毛孔或肌膚之微細之皺紋部分(溝表皮等)反而使肌膚凹凸明顯之現象(亦稱作毛孔卡粉、紋理卡粉)。
本發明之油中水型乳化組合物(以下亦稱作「本發明之組合物」)包含(a)油相、(b)水相、及(c)平均粒徑1~100 μm之粉體。

構成成為本發明之組合物之外相(連續相)之油相的油分並無特別限定，可自烴油、酯油、矽酮油中適當選擇。其中，以(a)油相與水之油水界面和下述(c)粉體層之接點處的包含該粉體表面之切線之面與上述油水界面所成之角(三相接觸角)大於0°且未達160°為條件，進行選擇。作為油分，就使用感之方面而言，較佳為調配矽酮油，其中較佳為調配揮發性之環狀矽酮油及/或直鏈狀矽酮油。
(b)水相
成為本發明之組合物之內相(分散相)之水相具有於25℃、頻率1 Hz之條件下進行測定時，應變0.01~1%時之損失彈性模數為80 Pa以上之流變特性。流變特性並無特別限定，可使用具備錐板冶具之流變儀(例如，安通帕高(Antonpaar)公司之流變儀MCR-302)進行測定。
本發明之水相只要滿足上述流變特性之必要條件即可，但通常包含水及水性成分。作為水性成分，較佳為含有水性增黏劑。所謂水性增黏劑，係指水溶性或水膨潤性之增黏劑。
本發明所使用之水性增黏劑只要為可用於化妝料等之水性增黏劑，則並無特別限定。例如可列舉天然或半合成之水性高分子、合成之水性高分子、水膨潤性黏土礦物等。作為具體例，如下所述。
天然或半合成之水性高分子中包括多糖類及其衍生物(包含水溶性烷基取代多糖衍生物)。例如，可列舉：阿拉伯膠、黃蓍膠、聚半乳糖、瓜爾膠、刺槐豆膠、刺梧桐樹膠、角叉菜膠、果膠、瓊脂、榲桲籽膠(榲桲)、海藻膠(褐藻萃取物)、澱粉(大米、玉米、馬鈴薯、小麥)及其衍生物(例如，聚丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉等)、甘草酸等植物系高分子；三仙膠、葡聚糖、琥珀醯聚糖、聚三葡萄糖等微生物系高分子等；羧甲基澱粉、甲基羥丙基澱粉等澱粉系高分子；甲基纖維素、硝化纖維素、乙基纖維素、甲基羥丙基纖維素、羥乙基纖維素、纖維素硫酸鈉、羥丙基纖維素、羧甲基纖維素鈉(CMC)、結晶纖維素、纖維素粉末等纖維素系高分子(包含奈米纖維形態者)；海藻酸鈉、海藻酸丙二醇酯等海藻酸系高分子等。
合成之水性高分子包含離子性或非離子性之水溶性高分子，例如可列舉：聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯基甲醚、聚乙烯吡咯啶酮、羧基乙烯基聚合物(卡波姆)等乙烯基系高分子；聚乙二醇等聚氧乙烯系高分子；聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯共聚物共聚合系高分子；聚丙烯酸鈉、聚丙烯酸乙酯、聚丙烯醯胺化合物(例如，聚2-丙烯醯胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、聚甲基丙烯醯氧基三甲基銨、(丙烯醯基二甲基牛磺酸銨/VP(vinylpyrrolidone，乙烯基吡咯啶酮))共聚物、(二甲基丙烯醯胺/丙烯醯基二甲基牛磺酸鈉)交聯聚合物等)、丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物等丙烯酸系高分子；聚伸乙基亞胺、陽離子聚合物等。
作為無機之水膨潤性黏土礦物，例如可列舉膨潤土、矽酸AlMg(商品名「VEEGUM」)、合成鋰皂石、鋰膨潤石等。
上述水性增黏劑之中，尤佳為使用選自由纖維素奈米纖維、(二甲基丙烯醯胺/丙烯醯基二甲基牛磺酸鈉)交聯聚合物、聚丙烯酸鈉交聯聚合物、及瓊脂所組成之群中之水性增黏劑。
再者，於本發明之一態樣中，使用具有羧基之吸水性聚合物作為水性增黏劑。該吸水性聚合物係具有羧基之單體之均聚物或共聚物、或者其等之衍生物，且具有較佳為自重之10倍以上、更佳為10倍~1000倍、進而較佳為10倍~500倍之吸水能力。作為具體例，可列舉：包含交聯型或非交聯之聚丙烯酸鈉之聚丙烯酸鹽(例如，卡波姆鈉)、丙烯酸鈉(Na)接枝澱粉等。其中，於使用該等高吸水性聚合物之情形時，若與金屬皂處理粉體以外之粉體組合使用，則有於塗抹後感到浮粉之情況。
本發明之組合物中之水性增黏劑之調配量只要為(b)水相滿足上述之流變特性之條件之量即可。通常，相對於(b)水相之總重量為0.05~5質量%，較佳為0.1~4質量%，更佳為0.3~3質量%。
(c)粉體
本發明之組合物所使用之(c)粉體係平均粒徑1~100 μm之粉體，且上述(a)油相與水之油水界面和上述(c)粉體層之接點處的包含該粉體表面之切線之面與上述油水界面所成之角(三相接觸角)大於0°且未達160°。
如圖1所示，上述三相接觸角可於以(a)油相將以使(c)粉體成形為板狀之顆粒(粉體層)作為底面之容器(1)填滿，並於油相中滴加水時，以由(a)油相及(b)水相形成之油水界面(11)與粉體層表面(12)所成之角(θ)之形式進行測定。
(c)粉體只要為於化妝料等領域中以往調配之粉末，則並無特別限定。作為具體例，可列舉：選自包含氧化鈦、氧化鋅、硫酸鋇、氧化鐵、滑石、雲母、絹雲母、高嶺土、雲母鈦、鐵藍、氧化鉻、氫氧化鉻、二氧化矽、氧化鈰等白色顏料、著色顏料、體質顏料之粉末中之1種或2種以上。又，粉末之形狀亦並無特別限定，包括球狀、橢圓形狀、破碎狀等，可為一次粒子之狀態，亦可形成凝集之二次集合體。
作為本發明中尤佳之粉體，並無限定，例如可例示：合成金雲母、硫酸鋇、纖維素、二氧化矽、碳酸鈣、(甲基丙烯酸甲酯/甲基丙烯酸PEG/PPG-4/3)交聯聚合物、滑石、二氧化矽被覆(IPDI/聚(1,4-丁二醇)-14交聯聚合物、纖維素/氧化鈦複合粉末；及對上述粉末進行疏水化處理所得之粉末。
粉體表面之疏水化處理係使用化妝料等所常用之處理方法。例如可列舉:矽酮處理、矽烷處理、有機鈦酸酯處理、有機鋁處理、油劑處理、樹脂處理、氟化合物處理、N-醯化離胺酸處理、金屬皂處理等。該等之中，較佳為金屬皂處理或矽烷處理。
所謂金屬皂，係定義為脂肪酸等含羧基之化合物與2價以上之金屬之鹽。此處，構成金屬皂之含羧基之化合物例如包括具有直鏈狀或支鏈狀之烷基之脂肪酸、羧基改性矽酮等，其中，較佳為高級脂肪酸，即碳數8~24、較佳為碳數12~18之直鏈狀或者支鏈狀之羧酸。作為高級脂肪酸之較佳之具體例，可列舉硬脂酸、異硬脂酸、肉豆蔻酸、月桂酸等。
作為構成金屬皂之2價以上之金屬，並無限定，可較佳地例示：鈣、鎂、鋅等鹼土金屬；鋁等3價金屬。
即，作為可較佳地用作表面處理劑之金屬皂之例，可列舉：肉豆蔻酸鎂、肉豆蔻酸鋅、肉豆蔻酸鋁、硬脂酸鎂、硬脂酸鋅、硬脂酸鋁、二硬脂酸鋁、油酸鋁、棕櫚酸鋁、月桂酸鋁，肉豆蔻酸鋁、二肉豆蔻酸鋁、矽酮金屬皂(末端具有羧基之有機矽氧烷衍生物之2價或3價之金屬鹽)等。
作為矽烷處理，尤其較佳為選自具有碳數4~20之範圍之烷基(亦可由其他元素取代烷基之氫原子之一部分)之烷基矽烷化合物中之至少1種，例如利用辛基三乙氧基矽烷等烷基烷氧基矽烷化合物進行表面處理。
本發明中之粉體具有1~100 μm之平均粒徑，故而無先前之用於固體顆粒乳化之微細粉末(平均粒徑為200 nm以下)所引起之乾澀感，而賦予乾燥舒適之肌膚感觸。
本發明之組合物中之(c)粉體之調配量較佳為設為0.1~18質量%，更佳為0.5~15質量%，進而較佳為1~10質量%。若調配量未達0.1質量%，則無法充分乳化，若超過18質量%，則有於塗抹後感到浮粉之情況。
本發明之組合物係使用(c)粉體使(b)水相於(a)油相中進行乳化所得之固體顆粒乳化物。本發明之組合物藉由使用相對較大之尺寸之粉體作為(c)粉體，而可使乳化粒子(水相)之尺寸亦大於先前之固體顆粒乳化物。例如，本發明之組合物中之平均乳化粒徑可設為10 μm~200 μm、或者20 μm~200 μm。藉由具有此種較大之乳化粒子，可於塗抹於肌膚時賦予水潤之感觸。
若於本發明之組合物中調配(d)矽酮彈性體作為油相凝膠化劑，則浮粉之抑制及水潤感之提昇效果更加顯著。
作為本發明中之(d)矽酮彈性體，可使用交聯型或非交聯型之矽酮樹脂粉末(彈性體)。其中，較佳為具有乳化能力之聚醚改性矽酮彈性體。
作為交聯型且非乳化性之矽酮彈性體，例如可列舉：(二甲聚矽氧烷/苯基乙烯基二甲聚矽氧烷)交聯聚合物、(二甲聚矽氧烷/乙烯基二甲聚矽氧烷/甲聚矽氧烷)交聯聚合物、(二甲聚矽氧烷/乙烯基二甲聚矽氧烷)交聯聚合物、二甲聚矽氧烷交聯聚合物、(二苯基二甲聚矽氧烷/乙烯基二苯基二甲聚矽氧烷/倍半矽氧烷)交聯聚合物等交聯型矽酮樹脂粉末之1種或2種以上。
作為具有乳化能力之矽酮彈性體(亦稱作矽酮系界面活性劑)，可較佳地使用於矽酮骨架中導入聚氧化烯結構所成之聚醚改性矽酮。例如，較佳為使矽酮鏈以聚氧化烯鏈進行交聯而成之交聯物、於矽酮鏈中導入聚氧伸烷基作為側鏈之側鏈型聚醚改性矽酮。
具有乳化能力之矽酮彈性體之具體例包括：PEG-10二甲聚矽氧烷、PEG-9聚二甲基矽烷氧基乙基二甲聚矽氧烷、月桂基PEG-9聚二甲基矽烷氧基乙基二甲聚矽氧烷、月桂基PEG-15聚二甲基矽烷氧基乙基二甲聚矽氧烷等聚醚改性矽酮，(二甲聚矽氧烷/(PEG10/15))交聯聚合物、(二甲聚矽氧烷/聚甘油-3)交聯聚合物等交聯型聚醚改性矽酮，亦可將調配該等之1種或將2種以上混合而調配。
本發明之矽酮彈性體無論有無乳化能力，均可以包含彈性體及溶劑之矽酮凝膠之狀態進行調配。此種矽酮凝膠可使用市售品，例如可例示：KSG-18A、KSG-16、KSG-15AP(以上由信越化學工業(股)製造)，Elastomer Blend DC9045、EL-7040(東麗道康寧公司製造)，KSG-210、KSG-710、KSG-360Z(以上由信越化學工業(股)製造)等。
本發明之化妝料中之(d)矽酮彈性體之調配量通常為0.1~30質量%，較佳為2~10質量%，更佳為3~8質量%。若調配量未達0.1質量%，則無法獲得調配矽酮彈性體之效果，若調配超過30質量%，則反而有喪失水潤之情況。
本發明之組合物具有如上述之優異之使用感觸，因此尤其適於製成粉底等彩妝化妝料。因此，本發明較佳為以粉底液、打底化妝料、BB霜、CC霜、氣墊粉底等形態之化妝料提供。另一方面，亦可作為具有肌膚修正效果之防曬乳或乳液等護膚化妝料而提供。
上述化妝料亦可於不妨礙本發明之效果之範圍內，含有可調配於油中水型乳化化妝料中之其他任意成分。作為其他任意成分，並無限定，例如可列舉：其他粉末成分((c)成分除外)、醇類、多元醇、色素、pH調整劑、保濕劑、界面活性劑、分散劑、穩定劑、著色劑、防腐劑、抗氧化劑、紫外線吸收劑、香料等。
本發明之化妝料可按照油中水型乳化化妝料之慣例進行製造。即，可藉由視需要一面進行加熱一面於另行製備之油相成分中使水相成分及粉末攪拌乳化而進行製造。
[實施例]
以下，列舉實施例更詳細地對本發明進行說明，但本發明並不受該等實施例之任何限定。調配量只要未作特別說明，則以相對於調配有該成分之組合物總量之質量%表示。
按照以下之表1所示之配方製備油中水型之固體顆粒乳化組合物。用作水相之水性增黏劑水溶液之特性係如表2所示。又，將所製備之乳化物之乳化狀態及平均乳化粒徑亦一併記載於表2。此處，乳化狀態係按照以下之基準進行評價。
A：形成穩定之乳化粒子，未見合併及離水。
B：形成乳化粒子，但略微見到合併或離水。
C：未形成乳化粒子(製備後增黏劑水溶液即刻分離或凝集)。

如表2所示，若水相(水性增黏劑水溶液)之損失彈性模數未達80 Pa，則不形成穩定之乳化粒子。另一方面，若使用損失彈性模數為80 Pa以上之水性增黏劑水溶液作為水相，則可進行穩定之乳化，其乳化粒徑成為20~200 μm之範圍內。
其次，使用2質量%之纖維素奈米纖維水溶液(損失彈性模數=175 Pa)作為水相，將粉體(表4)進行各種變更而製備油中水型之固體顆粒乳化組合物(表3)，並測定其等之乳化狀態及乳化粒徑。

如表4所示，於使用三相接觸角未達160°之粉體之情形時，形成穩定性良好之乳化粒子，其等之乳化粒徑為20~200 μm之範圍內。然而，三相接觸角成為160°以上之粉體則無法進行穩定之乳化。
以下述表5所示之配方製備油中水型之固體顆粒乳化化妝料。如上所述般對各例之乳化狀態進行評價後，將各例之化妝料塗抹於專業官能檢查員之肌膚，由專業官能檢查員按照以下之基準對塗抹中之水潤感、有無乾澀感、塗抹後有無浮粉進行評價。

如表5所示，以損失彈性模數未達80 Pa之(28.6 Pa)之水性增黏劑水溶液作為水相之比較例1無法形成穩定之乳化物。另一方面，即便使用三相接觸角為45°且滿足本發明之必要條件之二氧化矽，若其粒徑未達1 μm，則於塗抹時有乾澀感(比較例2)。相對於該等比較例，滿足本發明之必要條件之實施例1~3於塗抹中感受到水潤感，而成為無乾澀感之化妝料。其中，粉體之調配量超過18質量%之實施例2於塗抹後殘留浮粉，使作為吸水性聚合物之聚丙烯酸鈉交聯聚合物與未經金屬皂處理之粉末組合之實施例3亦於塗抹後產生浮粉。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種油中水型乳化組合物，其係包含(a)油相、(b)水相、及(c)平均粒徑1~100 μm之粉體者，且 上述(a)油相與水之油水界面和上述(c)粉體層之接點處的包含該粉體表面之切線之面與上述油水界面所成之角(三相接觸角)大於0°且未達160°， 上述(b)水相具有應變0.01~1%時之損失彈性模數為80 Pa以上之流變特性。
  2. 如請求項1之組合物，其中平均乳化粒徑為20 μm~200 μm。
  3. 如請求項1或2之組合物，其中(b)水相含有水性增黏劑。
  4. 如請求項3之組合物，其中上述水性增黏劑係選自由纖維素奈米纖維、(二甲基丙烯醯胺/丙烯醯基二甲基牛磺酸鈉)交聯聚合物、聚丙烯酸鈉交聯聚合物、及瓊脂所組成之群中。
  5. 如請求項1至4中任一項之組合物，其中上述粉體係選自由合成金雲母、硫酸鋇、纖維素、二氧化矽、碳酸鈣、(甲基丙烯酸甲酯/甲基丙烯酸PEG/PPG-4/3)交聯聚合物、滑石、二氧化矽被覆(IPDI/聚(1,4-丁二醇)-14交聯聚合物、纖維素/氧化鈦複合粉末、及對上述粉末進行疏水化處理所得之粉末所組成之群中。
  6. 如請求項5之組合物，其中上述疏水化處理為金屬皂處理。
  7. 一種化妝料，其包含如請求項1至6中任一項之組合物。
