Abstract

一種隱形眼鏡,其包括一透明的瞳孔區及一沿所述瞳孔區周緣向外延伸的環狀的虹膜區,所述虹膜區包括一顏色圖形區,所述顏色圖形區內分佈有普魯士藍。本發明還提供一種上述隱形眼鏡的製備方法。

Description

隱形眼鏡及其製備方法
本發明涉及一種隱形眼鏡的製備方法,尤其涉及一種彩色隱形眼鏡的製備方法及該製備方法製備的彩色隱形眼鏡。
近年來,隨著近視人群的數量越來越多,隱形眼鏡因其便攜、美觀的特性而被廣泛使用。其中,有色的隱形眼鏡(美瞳)更係廣受青睞。有色隱形眼鏡中通常包含凝膠基體及形成於凝膠基體上的著色油墨層。上述隱形眼鏡在製作時,需將製作的著色油墨層轉印至凝膠基體上,工藝上較為複雜且成本較高。
有鑑於此,有必要提供一種工藝簡單的隱形眼鏡的製備方法。
另,還有必要提供一種由上述製備方法製備的隱形眼鏡。
一種隱形眼鏡的製備方法,其包括以下步驟:
提供一模具,所述模具包括一母模及一公模,所述母模包括相背離的第一表面及第二表面,所述第一表面凹設有一成型腔,所述公模包括一朝向所述母模凸出的模仁,所述模仁與所述成型腔在合模時配合形成一與隱形眼鏡形狀相應的成型空間;
配製一包括感光溶液及凝膠前驅體混合而成混合溶液,並將所述混合溶液置於所述成型腔內併合模,所述感光溶液包括鐵氰化鉀與檸檬酸鐵銨;
在所述母模第二表面或所述公模與所述模仁相背離的表面設置一遮蔽膜,所述遮蔽膜上形成有鏤空的圖案,所述圖案與所述隱形眼鏡的一虹膜區對應;
對所述成型腔內的混合溶液加熱或對模具未設遮蔽膜的區域進行第一波長的紫外光照射,使得所述混合溶液中的凝膠前驅體發生聚合反應形成凝膠體,另對所述遮蔽膜進行第二波長的紫外光照射,使所述混合溶液中對應所述圖案的區域的感光溶液經第一波長的紫外光曝光反應生成普魯士藍,且所述普魯士藍包覆在所述凝膠體中使得所述凝膠體對應所述圖案的區域呈現藍色,其中,所述第一波長不等於第二波長;及
將包覆普魯士藍的所述凝膠體取出並水洗以去除未反應的感光溶液以獲得藍色的隱形眼鏡。
進一步的,所述混合溶液中,所述感光溶液與所述凝膠前驅體的體積比為2:3~4:1。
進一步的,在所述感光溶液中,所述鐵氰化鉀與檸檬酸鐵銨的品質比為1:1。
進一步的,所述加熱或第一波長的紫外光照射的時間為0.5min~60min。
進一步的,所述第二波長的紫外光照射的時間為0.1min~10min。
進一步的,所述第二波長為355nm~375nm。
進一步的,所述凝膠前驅體包括親水性單體、引發劑及交聯劑。
進一步的,在所述凝膠前驅體中,所述親水性單體的品質百分比為40%~98%,所述引發劑的品質百分比為0.1%~15%,所述交聯劑的品質百分比為0.05%~46%。
一種隱形眼鏡,其包括一透明的瞳孔區及一沿所述瞳孔區周緣向外延伸的環狀的虹膜區,所述虹膜區包括一顏色圖形區,所述顏色圖形區內分佈有普魯士藍。
上述隱形眼鏡的製備方法,避免傳統彩色隱形眼鏡的製備中著色油墨層的轉印工藝,使得製備工藝更加簡單,且降低了製備成本。
本發明較佳實施方式提供一種隱形眼鏡的製備方法,其包括以下步驟:
步驟S1,參見圖1,提供一模具1,其包括一母模11及一與母模配合的公模13,所述母模11包括由其第一表面110凹設的成型腔111,所述公模13包括一向所述母模11凸起與所述成型腔111配合的模仁131。所述模仁131與所述成型腔111在合模時配合形成一與隱形眼鏡形狀相應的成型空間(圖未標)。所述模具1採用可使紫外光通過的材質製成。
步驟S2,配製一包括感光溶液及凝膠前驅體混合而成混合溶液,並在所述成型腔111內加入所述混合溶液後合模。
在所述混合溶液中,所述感光溶液與所述凝膠前驅體的體積比為2:3~4:1。
所述感光溶液包括去離子水、鐵氰化鉀及檸檬酸鐵銨。其中,所述鐵氰化鉀及所述檸檬酸鐵銨均溶解於去離子水中。所述鐵氰化鉀與檸檬酸鐵銨的品質比為1:1。
所述凝膠前驅體包括親水性單體、引發劑及交聯劑。本實施方式中,所述親水性單體在所述凝膠前驅體中的品質百分比為40%~98%,所述引發劑在所述凝膠前驅體中的品質百分比為0.1%~15%,所述交聯劑在所述凝膠前驅體中的品質百分比為0.05%~46%。
所述親水性單體可選自但不僅限於甲基丙烯醯氧基烷基矽氧烷、3-甲基丙烯醯氧基丙基五甲基二矽氧烷、雙(甲基丙烯醯氧基丙基)四甲基-二矽氧烷、單甲基丙烯酸酯化聚二甲基矽氧烷、巰基封端聚二甲基矽氧烷、N-[三(三甲基矽烷氧基)甲矽烷基丙基]丙烯醯胺、N-[三(三甲基矽烷氧基)甲矽烷基丙基]甲基丙烯醯胺、三(五甲基二甲矽氧烷基)-3-甲基丙烯醯氧基丙基矽烷(T2)、3-甲基丙烯酸丙基三(三甲氧基矽)、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)、N,N-二甲基丙烯醯胺(DMA)、2-甲基丙烯酸羥乙基酯(HEMA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸羥乙基酯(HEA)、丙烯酸羥丙基酯、甲基丙烯酸羥丙基酯(HPMA)、鹽酸2-羥基丙基甲基丙烯酸三甲基銨、甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)、甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙基酯、丙烯醯胺、甲基丙烯醯胺、烯丙醇、乙烯基吡啶、甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯、N-(1,1-二甲基-3-氧丁基)丙烯醯胺、N-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷酮(NVP)、丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)、甲基丙烯酸、N,N-二甲基丙烯醯胺(DMA)及其官能化的物質中的至少一種。
所述引發劑可採用光引發劑或熱引發劑。所述光引發劑可選自但不限於苯偶姻甲基醚、二乙氧基苯乙酮、苯甲醯基氧化膦類引發劑、二甲基氨基苯甲酸乙酯、2-異丙基硫雜蒽酮、1-羥基環己基苯基酮、Darocure型或Irgacure型(化工行業標準型號)等,且所述光引發劑吸收第一波長的紫外光,所述感光溶液吸收第二波長的紫外光,第一波長不等於第二波長。其中,所述引發劑優選為Irgacure-819(化工行業標準型號)。所述苯甲醯基氧化膦類引發劑可選自但不僅限於2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基二苯基氧化膦(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyldiphenylophosphine oxide)、雙-(-二氯苯甲醯基)-4-N-丙苯基氧化膦或雙-(2,6-二氯苯甲醯基)-4-N-丁苯基氧化膦。所述熱引發劑可選自但不限於2,2’-偶氮二(2,4-二甲基戊腈)、2,2’-偶氮二(2-甲基丙腈)、2,2’-偶氮二(2-甲基丁腈)、2,2’-偶氮二異丁腈(AIBN)或過氧化物(如過氧化苯甲醯)等。
所述交聯劑可採用二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)、三羥甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)、三(乙二醇)二甲基丙烯酸酯(TEGDMA)、三(乙二醇)二乙烯基醚(TEGDVE)及丙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(TMGDMA)等。
步驟S3,請參閱圖2,在所述母模11背離所述第一表面110的第二表面113或所述公模13背離所述模仁131的第三表面133設置一遮蔽膜2,所述遮蔽膜2上形成有鏤空的圖案20。所述圖案20與待製備的隱形眼鏡的虹膜區(參圖3)相對應。本實施方式中,將所述遮蔽膜2設置在所述母模11的第二表面113上。
本實施方式中,所述圖案20為一圓環。在其他實施方式中,所述圖案20還可根據需要設計成其他形式,例如由若干同心細圓環構成。
步驟S4,對所述混合溶液加熱或對所述模具1未設遮蔽膜2的區域進行第一波長的紫外光照射,使得所述混合溶液中的凝膠前驅體發生聚合反應形成凝膠體,另對遮蔽膜2進行第二波長的紫外光照射,以使所述混合溶液中對應所述圖案20的區域的感光溶液經第一波長的紫外光曝光反應生成普魯士藍,所述普魯士藍包覆在所述凝膠體中使得所述凝膠體對應圖案20的區域呈現藍色。可理解,由於所述感光溶液僅能吸收第二波長的紫外光,使得所述凝膠體中僅僅係對應圖案20的區域呈現藍色,而所述感光溶液中與所述圖案20不對應的區域由於僅能吸收第一波長的紫外光,不會導致變色。
步驟S5,將包覆普魯士藍的所述凝膠體從所述模具1中取出並水洗以去除未反應的感光溶液(即與所述圖案20不對應的區域的感光溶液)以獲得藍色的隱形眼鏡3。
其中,請參閱圖3,所述隱形眼鏡3包括一透明的瞳孔區31及一沿所述瞳孔區31周緣向外延伸的環狀的虹膜區33,所述虹膜區33包括一與所述圖案20對應的顏色圖形區330,所述顏色圖形區330包含普魯士藍。
本實施方式中,所述加熱或第一波長的紫外光照射的時間為0.5min~60min;所述第二波長的紫外光照射的時間為0.1min~10min。
具體的,所述第二波長為355nm~375nm。
上述隱形眼鏡的製備方法,避免傳統彩色隱形眼鏡的製備中著色膜的轉印工藝,使得製備工藝更加簡單,且降低了製備成本。
另,對於本領域的普通技術人員來說,可根據本發明的技術構思做出其它各種相應的改變與變形,而所有該等改變與變形均應屬於本發明申請專利範圍的保護範圍。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種隱形眼鏡的製備方法,其包括以下步驟: 提供一模具,所述模具包括一母模及一公模,所述母模包括相背離的第一表面及第二表面,所述第一表面凹設有一成型腔,所述公模包括一朝向所述母模凸出的模仁,所述模仁與所述成型腔在合模時配合形成一與隱形眼鏡形狀相應的成型空間; 配製一包括感光溶液及凝膠前驅體混合而成混合溶液,並將所述混合溶液置於所述成型腔內併合模,所述感光溶液包括鐵氰化鉀與檸檬酸鐵銨; 在所述母模第二表面或所述公模與所述模仁相背離的表面設置一遮蔽膜,所述遮蔽膜上形成有鏤空的圖案,所述圖案與所述隱形眼鏡的一虹膜區對應; 對所述成型腔內的混合溶液加熱或對模具未設遮蔽膜的區域進行第一波長的紫外光照射,使得所述混合溶液中的凝膠前驅體發生聚合反應形成凝膠體,另對所述遮蔽膜進行第二波長的紫外光照射,使所述混合溶液中對應所述圖案的區域的感光溶液經第一波長的紫外光曝光反應生成普魯士藍,且所述普魯士藍包覆在所述凝膠體中使得所述凝膠體對應所述圖案的區域呈現藍色,其中,所述第一波長不等於第二波長;及 將包覆普魯士藍的所述凝膠體取出並水洗以去除未反應的感光溶液以獲得藍色的隱形眼鏡。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的隱形眼鏡的製備方法,其中,在所述混合溶液中,所述感光溶液與所述凝膠前驅體的體積比為2:3~4:1。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的隱形眼鏡的製備方法,其中,在所述感光溶液中,所述鐵氰化鉀與檸檬酸鐵銨的品質比為1:1。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的隱形眼鏡的製備方法,其中,所述加熱或第一波長的紫外光照射的時間為0.5min~60min。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的隱形眼鏡的製備方法,其中,所述第二波長的紫外光照射的時間為0.1min~10min。

  9. 一種隱形眼鏡,其包括一透明的瞳孔區及一沿所述瞳孔區周緣向外延伸的環狀的虹膜區,其改良在於,所述虹膜區包括一顏色圖形區,所述顏色圖形區內分佈有普魯士藍。
