Description

管端部檢測
本發明關於一種方法及其相關的設備,用於檢測被夾合在對焊機(butt welding machine)中的塑膠管端部,塑膠管端部藉由平面被刨平,平面可被引入到塑膠管端部之間,且塑膠管端部接著藉由加熱鏡被加熱,加熱鏡可被引入到塑膠管端部之間,且塑膠管端部在加熱鏡的移除之後被焊接在一起,平面及/或加熱鏡藉由受控制移動在塑膠管端部之間被傾斜。
對焊機被使用來連接兩個塑膠管線的端部,先前技術已知的對焊機通常被手動地致動,尤其是在管端部的刨平及加熱的處理中。
從前,可能由對焊機操作者輸入管參數,管參數已被手動地輸入到機器中用於焊接,未符合被夾合在對焊機中的管端部。例如,控制器中可能被輸入不正確的管的尺寸,這接著不會導致對應到管線之所需的焊接參數,例 如,時間、溫度、壓力等。因此,其可能以不正確的參數執行焊接,這接著導致不可用的焊接。

已發現有利的是,兩相對的塑膠管端部分別藉由獨立的感測器來檢測或感測。這需要感測器被佈置在平面及/ 或加熱鏡的兩側上。以此方式,亦能夠判定兩個不同的塑膠管是否已被不正確地夾合在焊接設備中。
光學感測器被使用來作為用於管端部的檢測之較佳的感測器。其優點在於,為了判定值,其不需要被傾斜超過,特別是靠近於塑膠管端部。
作為另一個較佳實施例,雷射被使用來作為感測器;其亦允許管端部之不複雜的感測。
作為本發明的另一個配置,電容式感測器亦可被使用,以感測管端部。根據使用領域或根據環境條件,做出要使用的感測器的選擇。
為了允許適用於不同的管的尺寸之自動處理,有利的是以非接觸的方式執行塑膠管端部的檢測或感測。所使用的感測器較佳地被使用來檢測或感測管的尺寸。
已發現的較佳實施例為感測器亦被使用於管材料檢測。
管的材料的檢測能夠藉由被感測的管的尺寸(亦即,被專門相應地分配到各個材料的內直徑及外直徑)而做成。因此,管的尺寸的標準值以及其相關連的材料被儲存在控制器中,使得控制器可基於由感測器所感測的管的尺寸而判定製造出管端部的材料。
本發明的另一配置在於使用顏色感測器,藉由此顏色感測器來檢測材料。材料或塑膠的檢測並非純粹藉由顏色感測器來執行,而是亦可如同上面已提到的,藉由管的尺寸、或內直徑及外直徑的檢測來執行,管的尺寸、或內直 徑及外直徑的檢測具有其各自對於每個材料之對應的分配,在這種情況下,也可以使用顏色感測器作為幫助來確保正確的材料分配。
作為替代方案,可以類似於布氏(Brinell)或洛氏硬度試驗(Rockwell hardness test)的方式來執行硬度試驗,以決定材料並產生所需的焊接參數。
可以設想用於執行此試驗的一個實施例包括,例如,在塑膠管下方提供試驗心軸,這使得能夠藉助於已判定之進入到管端部中的穿透深度來判定材料或藉由測量試驗心軸的長度變化來判定材料。
用於執行根據本發明的方法之根據本發明的塑膠管端部的對焊設備包含佈置在同軸位置上的兩個夾合點,夾合點保持或固定塑膠管端部;平面,此平面能夠被引入到塑膠管端部之間,以刨平塑膠管端部;以及加熱鏡,用於接著加熱塑膠管端部,加熱鏡能夠被引入到塑膠管端部之間,且在移除加熱鏡之後,塑膠管端部藉由使夾合點移動朝向彼此而被焊接在一起,平面及/或加熱鏡藉由受控制移動而能夠在塑膠管端部之間被傾斜,至少一個感測器被佈置在平面上及/或加熱鏡上,在平面及/或加熱鏡中的傾斜的受控制移動期間,至少一個感測器用於塑膠管端部的檢測或感測。
已發現對於所有的移動階段均為有利的,且因此,在受控制的同時進行整個對焊處理,也就是說,除了將平面及加熱鏡向內及向外傾斜的過程外,在受控制的同時進行 用於刨平、加熱及焊接之朝向彼此的夾合點的移動,且已經無法進行手動操作。較佳地,設備在個別的步驟之間停止並要求操作者檢查步驟,且若需要則執行清潔。為了使程序繼續,操作者可確認步驟,且程序被繼續。藉由設備的控制器,對焊的整個程序因此為自動化的。
上述的配置可被應用到方法及設備兩者。

在夾合點2中,可看見要被焊接到另一者的管端部3中的一者,具有被夾合的管端部之另一個夾合點位在視圖的前方,且因此為不可見的。
在所表示的實施例中,感測器4被佈置在平面5上。藉由在平面5中的受控制傾斜,其為被界定出來的關於距離及速度的傾斜移動的結果,感測器4持續地沿著預定的曲線6或半徑移動。
在管端部3的水平處,感測器4感知到那邊有一個 管,且藉由測量感測器4感知到管的持續期間和傾斜移動的速度及預定距離,可因此判定何種管或何種管的尺寸被夾合。關於尺寸及關於材料之已被儲存在控制器中的所需焊接參數可因此被分配。
作為替代方案,感測器亦可被佈置在加熱鏡上。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種用於檢測被夾合在對焊機中的塑膠管端部的方法,該等塑膠管端部藉由平面被刨平,該平面可被引入到該等塑膠管端部之間,且該等塑膠管端部接著藉由加熱鏡被加熱,該加熱鏡可被引入到該等塑膠管端部之間,且該等塑膠管端部在移除該加熱鏡之後被焊接在一起,該平面及/或該加熱鏡藉由受控制移動在該等塑膠管端部之間被傾斜,其特徵在於,在該平面及/或該加熱鏡中的傾斜的該受控制移動的期間,藉由被佈置在該平面上及/或該加熱鏡上的至少一個感測器來執行該等塑膠管端部的檢測或感測。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之方法,其中,該兩相對的塑膠管端部分別藉由獨立的感測器而被檢測或感測。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之方法,其中,該等塑膠管端部的該檢測或該感測藉由光學感測器來執行。
