Abstract

一種智能式汽車門把燈，包含有一發光門把組件、一智能中央處理單元、一車況感應單元、一模態儲存單元以及一脈衝寬度調變單元，該發光門把組件包含有一門把本體以及一設於該門把本體的發光模組，該車況感應單元與該智能中央處理單元電性連接，該模態儲存單元提供複數發光模態並電性連接於該智能中央處理單元，該脈衝寬度調變單元控制該發光模組之亮度及發光週期並電性連接於該發光模組與該智能中央處理單元。該智能中央處理單元根據該車況感應單元之感應訊號，選擇對應的發光模態，進而使該脈衝寬度調變單元控制發光模組之亮度及發光週期。

Description

智能式汽車門把燈
本發明為有關一種汽車門把燈，尤指一種智能式汽車門把燈。
廣泛的來說，具有四輪之車輛，普遍多稱為汽車，汽車是本身即具有動力，不需要依賴軌道或電纜就可以驅動的車輛，由於其機動性高，已成為現代人出門不可或缺的代步工具，而為了提高汽車的實用性與安全性，皆會於車頭及車尾加裝大燈或煞車燈等，以照亮路面或作為警示他人之用。
隨著對行車安全的要求提高，亦會將警示燈設置於車門手把上，如中華民國專利公告第M248658號之「車門把警示邊框」，其為設在車體兩側之車門把手或車門把手側邊的發光警示裝置，並包含有一底座、一發光裝置以及一透明殼蓋，該底座固定在車門把手或車門把手側邊，該發光裝置結合在該底座上並受一控制開關控制電源，該透明殼蓋覆蓋在該底座以及該發光裝置上，使該發光裝置發光後，光線可穿過該殼蓋而產生明亮指示並具有警示作用。
雖然藉由於車門把手上設置該發光裝置可以提醒側向的車輛或人注意，但其需要駕駛者自行切換該控制開關，且僅具有單一種發光警示模式，並無法根據不同的車況來產生不同的警示模式，因此，如何配合車況的不同而發出相對應的警示，實為一大課題。
本發明的主要目的，在於解決習知的車門把手燈無法根據車況的不同而產生不同警示模式的問題。
為達上述目的，本發明提供一種智能式汽車門把燈，包含有一發光門把組件、一智能中央處理單元、一車況感應單元、一模態儲存單元以及一脈衝寬度調變單元，該發光門把組件設置於一汽車外門並包含有一門把本體以及一設於該門把本體的發光模組，該發光模組包含有複數發光二極體，該車況感應單元與該智能中央處理單元電性連接，該模態儲存單元提供複數發光模態並電性連接於該智能中央處理單元，該脈衝寬度調變單元控制該發光模組之亮度及發光週期並電性連接於該發光模組與該智能中央處理單元。
該智能中央處理單元根據該車況感應單元之一感應訊號，由該模態儲存單元中選擇對應的發光模態，進而使該脈衝寬度調變單元控制該發光模組之亮度及發光週期。
綜上所述，本發明具有以下特點：
一、 藉由將該發光模組設置於該門把本體，而可以警示側向來車或是行人注意。
二、 藉由該脈衝寬度調變單元的設置，可以依據該車況感應單元的該感應訊號，進而控制該發光模組之亮度及發光週期，即可根據不同的車況而產生相對應的警示模式，以提高安全性。
有關本發明的詳細說明及技術內容，現就配合圖式說明如下：
請參閱「圖1」及「圖2」所示，本發明為一種智能式汽車門把燈，包含有一發光門把組件10、一智能中央處理單元20、一與該智能中央處理單元20電性連接的車況感應單元30、一電性連接於該智能中央處理單元20的模態儲存單元40以及一電性連接於該發光模組12與該智能中央處理單元20的脈衝寬度調變單元50，該發光門把組件10設置於一汽車外門1並包含有一門把本體11以及一設於該門把本體11的發光模組12，且該發光模組12包含有複數發光二極體121，該模態儲存單元40提供複數發光模態，而該脈衝寬度調變單元50可控制該發光模組12之亮度及發光週期。
於本實施例中，該門把本體11更具有一透光區111以及一設置於該透光區111的導光柱112，該發光模組12可以設置於該導光柱112之相對兩端，於「圖1」中，是將該發光模組12設置於該導光柱112之一端作為舉例說明，當該些發光二極體121發出光線後，光線會在該導光柱112中進行反射，最終朝外部射出，而可進行警示，如此一來可以減少該些發光二極體121的設置，以降低成本，此外亦可以於該導光柱112上設置微結構(圖未示)，使光線更容易射出。
當該車況感應單元30感應到車況的改變時，就會發出一感應訊號，該智能中央處理單元20根據該感應訊號而於該模態儲存單元40中選擇出與該感應訊號對應的發光模態，進而使該脈衝寬度調變單元50控制該發光模組12之亮度及發光週期，而可根據不同的車況來產生不同的警示方式，提醒側向來車注意，以提高行車的安全性。
續搭配參閱「圖3」所示，該車況感應單元30可以為一濕度感應器31、一方向燈感應器32、一車門遙控開關感應器33、一煞車器34、一車速感測器35或是一網路收發單元36，而運作方式以該濕度感應器31舉例來說，該濕度感應器31感應外在環境的溼度而發出該感應訊號，該智能中央處理單元20再根據該感應訊號而選擇出與該感應訊號對應的發光模態，進而使該脈衝寬度調變單元50控制該發光模組12之亮度及發光週期，如感應的濕度較低，則該發光模組12可以為閃爍，若濕度較高則會使該發光模組12常亮，但不以此為限，亦可以配合使用不同顏色的該些發光二極體121來做不同的警示。
而該方向燈感應器32、該車門遙控開關感應器33、該煞車器34、該車速感測器35以及一網路收發單元36的運作方式大致上與該濕度感應器31相同，只是該方向燈感應器32依據左轉或右轉，而使位於左側或右側的發光門把組件10發光以進行警示；而該車門遙控開關感應器33則是感應車門遙控的啟閉訊號而使該發光模組12閃爍；該煞車器34會依據駕駛者踩踏的大小而使該發光模組12發出不同警示，如輕踩該煞車器34，該發光模組12可以為常亮，而若重踩該煞車器34，則該發光模組12可以為高亮度閃爍；該車速感測器35會依據車速高低而使該發光模組12發出不同警示，如低速為亮綠燈，高速為亮紅燈；該網路收發單元36則會接收到目前所在地的環境資訊，如下雨或濃霧等等，而使該發光模組12發出不同警示。上述說明僅為舉例而已，實際上亦可透過顏色與亮度以及時間區隔的方式進行交互搭配，藉此達到智能顯示的目的。
續搭配參閱「圖4」及「圖5」所示，於本實施例中，更包含有一設置於一汽車內門把2並用以感應一人手觸碰的第一感應件61，以及一設置於一車門開關3並感應車門啟閉的第二感應件62，該第一感應件61與該第二感應件62電性連接於該智能中央處理單元20，並分別具有對應於該模態儲存單元40之一第一段發光模態與一第二段發光模態，其中，該第一感應件61可以為光感測器、溫度感測器、電容感測器以及壓力感測器等等，而該第二感應件62可以為光感測器、電容感測器以及壓力感測器等，但不以此為限。
詳細的說明其運作原理如下：當人手觸摸到該第一感應件61且尚未開啟車門時，該智能中央處理單元20就會依據該第一段發光模態而使該脈衝寬度調變單元50控制該發光模組12之亮度及發光週期，而當開啟車門後，該智能中央處理單元20就會依據該第二段發光模態而使該脈衝寬度調變單元50控制該發光模組12之亮度及發光週期，舉例來說，當人手觸摸到該第一感應件61而尚未開啟車門時，該發光模組12可以為閃爍，藉此使側向來車有所警示而進行減速或閃避；而當車門開啟後，該發光模組12則轉換為常亮，增加可視度。藉由兩段式的方式，即可在車門尚未開啟與開啟後皆進行警示，以提高安全性。
綜上所述，本發明具有以下特點：
一、 藉由將該發光模組設置於該門把本體，而可以警示側向來車或是行人注意。
二、 藉由該導光柱的設置，使光線在該導光柱中反射，而可以減少該些發光二極體的設置，以降低成本，並具有美觀均色的效果。
三、 該智能中央處理單元會根據該感應訊號而選擇出對應的發光模態，進而使該脈衝寬度調變單元控制該發光模組之亮度及發光週期，而可根據不同的車況來產生不同的警示方式，提醒側向來車注意，以提高行車的安全性。
四、 藉由該第一感應件與該第二感應件的設置，即可在車門尚未開啟與開啟後皆進行警示，以提高安全性。
因此本發明極具進步性及符合申請發明專利的要件，爰依法提出申請，祈  鈞局早日賜准專利，實感德便。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種智能式汽車門把燈，包含有： 一設置於一汽車外門的發光門把組件，包含有一門把本體以及一設於該門把本體的發光模組，該發光模組包含有複數發光二極體； 一智能中央處理單元； 一與該智能中央處理單元電性連接的車況感應單元； 一提供複數發光模態的模態儲存單元，其電性連接於該智能中央處理單元；以及 一控制該發光模組之亮度及發光週期的脈衝寬度調變單元，其電性連接於該發光模組與該智能中央處理單元； 該智能中央處理單元根據該車況感應單元之一感應訊號，由該模態儲存單元中選擇對應的發光模態，進而使該脈衝寬度調變單元控制該發光模組之亮度及發光週期。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之智能式汽車門把燈，其中該門把本體具有一透光區以及一設置於該透光區的導光柱，該發光模組設置於該導光柱之一端。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之智能式汽車門把燈，其中更包含有一設置於一汽車內門把並用以感應一人手觸碰的第一感應件，以及一設置於一車門開關並感應車門啟閉的第二感應件，該第一感應件與該第二感應件分別對應於該模態儲存單元之一第一段發光模態與一第二段發光模態並電性連接於該智能中央處理單元。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之智能式汽車門把燈，其中該第一感應件為選自於由光感測器、溫度感測器、電容感測器以及壓力感測器所組成之群組，該第二感應件為選自於由光感測器、電容感測器以及壓力感測器所組成之群組。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之智能式汽車門把燈，其中該車況感應單元為一煞車器，該智能中央處理單元根據踩踏該煞車器的大小而選擇對應的該發光模態。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之智能式汽車門把燈，其中該車況感應單元為一車速感測器，該智能中央處理單元根據車速的高低而選擇對應的該發光模態。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之智能式汽車門把燈，其中該車況感應單元係為一濕度感應器，該智能中央處理單元根據外在環境的溼度而選擇對應的該發光模態。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之智能式汽車門把燈，其中該車況感應單元為一用以接收所在地環境資訊的網路收發單元。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之智能式汽車門把燈，其中該車況感應單元係為一方向燈感應器。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之智能式汽車門把燈，其中該車況感應單元係為一感應車門遙控啟閉的車門遙控開關感應器。
