Description

護髮用可塑形組成物
本揭露係關於一種護髮用可塑形固體組成物，其包含陽離子界面活性劑、陰離子界面活性劑以及黏度增加劑。
成人頭髮可能因為污染、頻繁燙髮(frequent permanent)、乾燥頭髮、染髮以及梳髮而嚴重受損。因此，具有至少預定程度調理效果之頭髮清潔劑是需要的。具調理效果之傳統護髮產品係以液體或黏性材料之型態提供，且係藉由將此液體或黏性材料放在手中使用。換言之，此傳統型態為乳狀乳液型態，因此產品無法被塑形並填充成所需的形狀或是獨特的包裝形狀。
同時，除了在日常生活使用之外，在露營或旅行時也需要具調理效果之護髮組成物。因此，具有便利可攜性之護髮產品是有需求的。
因此，研究具有塑形便利性以及塑形穩定性之護髮用固體組成物是有需求的，其可被應用作為商業化產品便於在露營或旅行期間使用，不會造成調理效果下降而適用於護髮產品。

根據另一實施例之護髮用可塑形固體組成物，該陽離子界面活性劑為至少一陽離子界面活性劑選自山崳基三甲基氯化銨(behentrimonium chloride)、硬脂基三甲基氯化銨(steartrimonium chloride)、山崳基三甲基銨甲基硫酸鹽(behentrimonium methosulfate)以及硬脂醯胺丙基二甲胺(stearamidopropyldimethyl amine)。根據一實施例，當使用數種陽離子界面活性劑時，固體組成物可輕易被塑型。根據另一實施例，當使用硬脂醯胺丙基二甲胺(stearamidopropyldimethyl amine)作為陽離子界面活性劑時，製備組成物的期間可能無法順利溶解完成。因此，可以用pH調整劑，例如乳酸(lactic acid)，來調節pH並溶解完成。根據另一實施例，當使用硬脂醯胺丙基二甲胺(stearamidopropyldimethyl amine)作為陽離子界面活性劑時，所形成的組成物相較於使用不同陽離子界面活性劑之組成物具有較低的黏度。因此，相較於使用不同陽離子界面活性劑之組成物，可增量使用黏度增加劑以使該組成物具有所需程度之黏度。根據另一實施例，當結合使用上述界面活性劑時，固體組成物可輕易被塑形。
根據另一實施例之護髮用可塑形固體組成物，該陰離子界面活性劑為至少一陰離子界面活性劑選自磺酸基琥珀酸月桂醇聚三氧乙烯酯二鈉(disodium laureth sulfosuccinate)、月桂基葡萄糖羧酸鈉(sodium lauryl glucose carboxylate)、月桂醇磺基琥珀酸酯二鈉(disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate)、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯鈉(sodium polyoxyethylene lauryl ether sulfate)、C14-16烯基磺酸鈉(sodium C14-C16 olefin sulfonate)以及月桂醇聚醚硫酸銨(ammonium laureth sulfate)，且該黏度增加劑為至少一黏度增加劑選自聚丙烯酸酯鈉(sodium polyacrylate)以及聚丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉(sodium polyacrylate starch)。根據一實施例，與使用該陽離界面活性劑相似地，使用數種陰離子界面活性劑容易成形為固體組合物。
根據另一實施例之護髮用可塑形固體組成物，該黏度增加劑為至少一選自聚丙烯酸酯鈉以及聚丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉。

根據另一實施例之護髮用可塑形固體組成物，其中該陽離子界面活性劑、陰離子界面活性劑以及該黏度增加劑之使用重量比例為1:0.1-1:0.5-12。特別地，該陽離子界面活性劑、陰離子界面活性劑以及該黏度增加劑之使用重量比例為1:0.2-0.6:0.5-5。更特別地，陽離子界面活性劑、陰離子界面活性劑以及該黏度增加劑之使用重量比例為1:0.3:1-2。如本文所用，重量比例範圍包含了存在於兩個端點值(terminal values)之間的任意數字。因此，舉例而言，1:0.3:1-2的重量比例可涵蓋1:0.3:1.1、1:0.3:1.2、1:0.3:1.3、1:0.3:1.4、1:0.3:1.5、1:0.3:1.6、1:0.3:1.7、1:0.3:1.8 或1:0.3:1.9之重量比例，但不限於此，如本領域具有通常知識者所習知。

根據另一實施例之護髮用可塑形固體組成物，該組成物更包含pH調整劑(pH adjusting agent)。特別地，該pH調整劑可更包乳酸，但不限於此。
根據另一實施例之護髮用可塑形固體組成物，該組成物為留置型或沖洗型組成物。
根據另一實施例，其提供一種護髮用產品，其包含來自該護髮用組成物之塑形護髮材料以及吸塑包裝，其中塑形護髮材料以固體型態存在吸塑包裝中而沒有外塗佈。
以下，將參考實例及比較例以更詳細說明本揭露。不過，以下實例僅用以說明之目的且並非意圖用以限制本揭露。本領域具有通常知識者可理解的是，可以在不背離下列請求項定義之本揭露之精神及範圍情況下，可以對下列實例及測試實例做出修飾、替換及置入。
實例 1-15 及比較例
根據實例1-15及比較例之護髮用組成物可根據下表1所示之組成物獲得。下列組成物使用之成份為商業可購得產品。
山崳基三甲基氯化銨(Behentrimonium chloride)：美源商事株式會社(Miwon Commercial Co., Ltd.)
硬脂基三甲基氯化銨(Steartrimonium chloride)：美源商事株式會社
山崳基三甲基銨甲基硫酸鹽*十六醇*丁二醇(Behentrimonium methosulfate* Cetyl alcohol)：CRODA 股份有限公司(CRODA INC.)
硬脂醯胺丙基二甲胺(Stearamidopropyl dimethyl amine)：美源商事株式會社
磺酸基琥珀酸月桂醇聚三氧乙烯酯二鈉(Disodium laureth sulfosuccinate)：美源商事株式會社
聚丙烯酸酯鈉(Sodium polyacrylate)：西格瑪奧瑞奇(Mw: 1,200-83,000)
聚丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉(Sodium polyacrylate starch) ：大東化成工業株式會社(DAITO KASEI KOGYO CO., LTD)

[ 測試實例 ] 組成物固體型態轉化性 (Convertibility) 及可塑形性 (Shapability) 之測試
測定實例1-15之轉化性及可塑形性。比較例之成份是習知調理(treatment)或潤溼(rinse)之基礎成份，且即使界面活性劑或高級脂肪醇之含量增加，也不能塑形成球形形狀。
相對地，實例1-15提供如圖1所示之固體型態。特別地，根據實例1-14之每一固體組成物之形狀顯示出如圖2所示之容易可塑形性及塑形穩定性。
根據實例1-4之組成物顯示出即使當使用不同類型之陽離子界面活性劑時，組成物仍可以塑形成球形形狀。
根據實例5-7之組成物顯示出即使當使用至少一種類型之陽離子界面活性劑，數種陽離子界面活性劑之結合仍可以塑形成球形形狀。
更包含高級脂肪醇之根據實例8-9之組成物，也顯示出可變成球形形狀之可塑形性。
此外，使用不同控制量之黏度增加劑與陰離子界面活性劑之實例10-14顯示出可變成球形形狀之可塑形性。不過，在實例15的案例中，當該組成物塑形成球形形狀時，其呈現不足的穩定性。
[ 測試實例 2] 調理效果測試 - 組合物之柔軟性及可擴散性
為了測定根據本揭露組成物應用至頭髮上之柔軟性及可擴散性，實例1-14及比較例被測試如下。
使用每一種組成物時的可擴散性以及每一種組成物應用至頭髮上的柔軟性/平滑性，由20個專業小組(professional panels)來評估。在使用根據比較例及實例1-14的每一個組成物之後，執行該測試且每一種組成物的評估會給出最低結果1分至最高結果5分。結果以平均值示於下表2中。

在測試之後，可見到實例1-14提供了與比較例相似程度之調合效果，也就是說，具有優異的可擴展性(spreadability)及柔軟性(softness)。

圖1與圖2為根據本揭露實施例之具有六面體(hexahedral)、四面體(tetrahedral)和球形(spherical)形狀的可塑形固體組成物。

Claims (13)

  1. 一種護髮用可塑形固體組成物，其包括一陽離子界面活性劑、一陰離子界面活性劑以及一黏度增加劑。
  2. 如請求項1所述之護髮用可塑形固體組成物，其中該黏度增加劑為聚丙烯酸鹽類。
  3. 如請求項2所述之護髮用可塑形固體組成物，其中該聚丙烯酸鹽類之重量平均分子量為1,000-85,000 Mw。
  4. 如請求項1所述之護髮用可塑形固體組成物，其中該陽離子界面活性劑為至少一陽離子界面活性劑選自山崳基三甲基氯化銨(behentrimonium chloride)、硬脂基三甲基氯化銨(steartrimonium chloride)、山崳基三甲基銨甲基硫酸鹽(behentrimonium methosulfate)以及硬脂醯胺丙基二甲胺(stearamidopropyldimethyl amine)； 該陰離子界面活性劑為至少一陰離子界面活性劑選自磺酸基琥珀酸月桂醇聚三氧乙烯酯二鈉(disodium laureth sulfosuccinate)、月桂基葡萄糖羧酸鈉(sodium lauryl glucose carboxylate)、月桂醇磺基琥珀酸酯二鈉(disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate)、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯鈉(sodium polyoxyethylene lauryl ether sulfate)、C14-16烯基磺酸鈉(sodium C14-C16 olefin sulfonate)以及月桂醇聚醚硫酸銨(ammonium laureth sulfate)；以及 該黏度增加劑為至少一黏度增加劑選自聚丙烯酸酯鈉(sodium polyacrylate)以及聚丙烯酸鈉接枝澱粉(sodium polyacrylate starch)。
  5. 如請求項1所述之護髮用可塑形固體組成物，其中以該組成物之總重量為基準，該陽離子界面活性劑使用量為0.1-5 wt%，以該組成物之總重量為基準，該陰離子界面活性劑使用量為0.1 wt%以上且低於1 wt%，且以該組成物之總重量為基準，該黏度增加劑使用量為0.1-15 wt%。
  6. 如請求項1所述之護髮用可塑形固體組成物，其中該陽離子界面活性劑、該陰離子界面活性劑與該黏度增加劑之使用重量比例為1:0.1-1:0.5-12。
  7. 如請求項1所述之護髮用可塑形固體組成物，其中該陽離子界面活性劑、該陰離子界面活性劑與該黏度增加劑之使用重量比例為1:0.2-0.6:0.5-5。
  8. 如請求項1所述之護髮用可塑形固體組成物，其更包含具有12個碳原子以上的高級脂肪醇。
  9. 如請求項8所述之護髮用可塑形固體組成物，其中該高級脂肪醇可至少一選自十六醇(cetyl alcohol)、十八醇(stearyl alcohol)以及鯨蠟硬脂醇(cetearyl alcohol)。
  10. 如請求項8所述之護髮用可塑形固體組成物，其中該高級脂肪醇與該黏度增加劑使用重量比例為10-1:1-10。
  11. 如請求項1所述之護髮用可塑形固體組成物，其更包含一pH調整劑。
  12. 如請求項1所述之護髮用可塑形固體組成物，其為留置型或沖洗型組成物。
  13. 一種護髮用產品，其包含來自如請求項1至12之任一項所述之護髮用組成物之一塑形護髮材料、以及一吸塑包裝(blister packaging)，其中該塑形護髮材料以固體型態存在吸塑包裝中而沒有外塗佈。
