一種腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,係包括:第一銜接部,用以銜接位於脛骨外側且經截斷的腓骨第一截斷端;以及第二銜接部,用以銜接該腓骨之第二截斷端;以及一彈性部,銜接於該第一、二銜接部間,令該彈性部可因第一、二銜接部間之作用力,而彈性變形;如是藉由本發明銜接在腓骨截斷處的兩端,可有效防止被截斷的腓骨呈剛性再度融合,以移除患者脛骨外側之支撐力,使脛骨平台得以均勻的沉降。
Description
本發明係有關於一種腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,尤指一種應用於銜接經截斷的腓骨兩端,且可隨外力變形,以有效防止被截斷的腓骨呈剛性再度融合,減除對脛骨外側的支撐力量,並牽制受截斷腓骨的銜接裝置。
膝關節病變,大多數是因外傷、退化或者骨質疏鬆等等原因所造成;目前對於治療膝關節病變,大都數是採用更換人工關節的方法,解除患者病灶,但由於更換人工關節手術,必須切除患者大部分的骨頭,病患必須切割較大的傷口,使得此類的手術具有較大的風險及復原較慢的缺點。
近期醫界,針對骨質疏鬆所導致的內側膝關節病變,提出「膝關節不均勻沉降」理論,該理論指出,當人體脛骨的骨質疏鬆或退化後,會產生沉降現象,但由於人體脛骨的外側,受腓骨所支撐,因此脛骨平台會發生不均勻沉降,使人體所承受的重力,會朝脛骨內側偏移,因而導致的膝關節內側病變,造成患者膝關節疼痛、不適。依該理論,對於此類病變的解決方式,是將位於脛骨外側的腓骨施予截斷手術,即移除脛骨外側的支撐,使脛骨平台可以獲得均勻的沉降,而使脛骨內側釋壓,病患因而可以獲得解緩、清除因此類病灶所產生膝關節痠痛與不適感。
然上述方法中,患者的腓骨截斷後,並無適當的銜接構件可以將截斷後的腓骨予以限制、銜接;若採用習知廣用於骨科之剛性板連接,將使被截斷的腓骨又再度呈剛性融合在一起,而失去截斷腓骨的意義;緣此,患者在截斷腓骨後的復原過程中,腓骨於患者的腿內,受肌肉牽引而擺動、位移,或者任腓骨於截斷端之骨組織隨意生長,毫不受限制;也因如此,患者並無法獲得穩定、良好的預期復原結果,徒增手術失敗的風險。
另外,在臨床上,有部分患者經過多年後,由於腓骨被截斷處較為趨近,並且沒有被有效的隔開,因沉降作用使原本分離的腓骨兩截斷端,又接觸在一起,導致腓骨於截斷處產生融合,重新對脛骨外側產生支撐力,又使脛骨發生不均勻沉降,而使患者脛骨內側痠疼病灶復發,導致治療失敗。
本案發明人有鑑於此,乃加予研究,揭示出本發明所示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置。
本發明之目的旨在提供一種腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,係包括:一第一銜接部,用以銜接該腓骨截斷處之第一截斷端;一第二銜接部,用以銜接該腓骨截斷處之第二截斷端;以及一彈性部,銜接於該第一、二銜接部間,令該彈性部受第一、二銜接部之作用力而彈性變形;如是便可以藉由本發明銜接於被截斷的腓骨兩端,使被截斷的腓骨不呈剛性接合或融合,藉由該彈性部可隨外力變形的特性,使受銜接的腓骨不再對脛骨的外側產生強大的支撐力,而移除患者脛骨外側之支撐,確保脛骨平台獲得均勻地沉降,以消除患者脛骨內側受壓迫產生痠痛的病灶,
並且可以解決腓骨截斷端任意擺動的問題。
本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一、二銜接部,可以製自金屬材料、聚合材料或陶瓷材料,令其一端分別嵌於該彈性部中;上述該第一、二銜接部,係可分別設有固定孔,使該第一、二銜接部可以分別藉螺釘鎖固於該腓骨上。
本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一銜接部,其一端嵌於該彈性部中;而該第二銜接部,是滑置於該彈性部之一滑穴中,且令該彈性部徑向地穿設有一撥穴,令該撥穴徑向地連通該滑穴,如是便可以藉由工具,伸入該撥穴中,並向外推出滑置於該滑穴中的第二銜接部。
本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一銜接部,設有第一套穴,用以套接該腓骨之第一截斷端於內,而該第二銜接部,設有第二套穴,用以套接該腓骨之第二截斷端於內,以牽制被截斷的腓骨位移,並限制腓骨之截斷處新生骨組織任意生長。
本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一、二銜接部與該彈性部,係由如矽膠等彈性材料一體成型,且該彈性部可呈實心狀或中空管體狀。
本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該彈性部是可呈中空狀,並置入一實心彈性柱或填入矽膠於該彈性部內。或者於呈中空管體狀之該彈性部,穿設有一填料孔,藉由該填入孔,用以注入如矽膠等彈性填充物於該彈性部內。
本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該彈
性部,是可穿套於該第一、二銜接部間;或者令該第一銜接部與該彈性部是一體成型,而該第二銜接部是滑套於該第一銜接部與彈性部外緣。
本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中於該第一、二銜接部外緣,環設有多道突緣環,以避免該第一、二銜接部在套接腓骨的過程中,發生迸裂,做為本發明的補強結構,另外也可作為不同病患使用長度進行裁剪的依據。
本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該彈性部設有壓縮槽,使該彈性部之兩端,可相對地軸向壓縮,讓本發明可以順利植入該腓骨截斷處之兩端間。
本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一銜接部係可呈漸尖釘狀或等徑的柱狀,用以插入於該腓骨第一截斷端之骨髓腔中;該第二銜接部也可呈漸尖釘狀或等徑的柱狀,用以插入於該腓骨第二截斷端之骨髓腔中。

請参閱第一圖至第十九圖所示,本發明係有關於一種腓骨之銜接裝置,係包括:一第一銜接部11,用以銜接該腓骨F截斷處之第一截斷端F1者;一第二銜接部12,用以銜接該腓骨F截斷處之第二截斷端F2者;以及一彈性部13,銜接於該第一、二銜接部11、12間,且受第一、二銜接部11、12之作用力而彈性變形;如是便可以將本發明銜接於被截斷腓骨F之第一、二截斷端F1、F2,藉由本發明彈性部13可隨外力變形的特性,使被銜接的腓骨F不呈剛性骨骼,消除對脛骨T外側的支撐力、確保脛骨平台獲得
均勻地沉降,使患者脛骨內側受壓迫產生痠痛的病灶得以消除;本發明可以有效牽制及隔離被截斷腓骨F的兩端,可以解決腓骨F截斷端任意擺動或再度因接觸重新融合在一起的問題,而顯其新穎性。
如第一、二圖所示,本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一、二銜接部11、12,令其一端嵌於該彈性部13中;上述該第一、二銜接部11、12,係可分別設有固定孔110、120,使該第一、二銜接部11、12可以分別藉螺釘鎖固於該腓骨F上。
如第三、四及五圖所示,本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一銜接部11是可呈漸尖之釘狀或等徑之柱狀,用以插入於該腓骨F第一截斷端F1之骨髓腔F11中;該第二銜接部12是可呈漸尖之釘狀或等徑之柱狀,用以插入於該腓骨F第二截斷端F2之骨髓腔F21中。
上述之彈性部13,可以是設有如第三圖所示呈螺旋狀之壓縮槽13a;或如第六圖所示彈性部13上設有多數穿槽或凹穴所構成之壓縮槽13b,使該彈性部13可自兩端相對地軸向壓縮,而縮短位於第一、二銜接部11、12之間距;上述之腓骨銜接構件,於應用時,可藉由工具S1、S2,夾持於該本發明之兩端[或者如第四圖,令該工具S1、S2穿入於該第一、二銜接部11、12嵌於彈性部13處所預設之洞孔中],當相對併合該工具S1、S2後,便可彈性壓縮該彈性部13的壓縮槽13a或13b,使本發明可以順利植入於截斷後腓骨F的第一、二截斷端F1、F2間,並使該第一、二銜接部11、12插入於該腓骨F之骨髓腔F11、F21中,如第五圖所示。
如第七、八圖所示,本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一銜接部11,其一端嵌於該彈性部13中;該第二銜接
部12,是滑置於該彈性部13一滑穴130中,且令該彈性部13徑向地穿設有一撥穴133,令該撥穴133徑向地連通該滑穴130,如是便可將一工具,自該撥穴133伸入後,向外推出位於該滑穴130中之第二銜接部12,使其插入對應腓骨F之骨髓腔F21中。
如第九、十圖所示,其中該第一銜接部11,設有第一套穴111,用以套接位於脛骨外側且經截斷腓骨F之第一截斷端F1於內;該第二銜接部12,設有第二套穴121,用以套接經截斷該腓骨F之第二截斷端F2於內;由於該腓骨F之第一、二截斷端F1、F2為第一、二銜接部11、12所套接,因此可以有效避免腓骨F截斷處在復原的過程中任意生長或接觸,發生融合現象。
如第十、十一圖所示,本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一、二銜接部11、12與該彈性部13,係可由如矽膠等彈性材料一體成型,並且形成一中空管體,令該中空管體之第一端,軸向地凹設該第一套穴111,界定為該第一銜接部11,而該中空管體之第二端,軸向地凹設該第二套穴121,界定為該第二銜接部12,並於該第一、二銜接部11、12間,界定形成該彈性部13。
如第十一、十二圖所示,本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,是可於呈中空管狀之彈性部13內,置入一實心彈性柱132,該實心彈性柱132是可製自矽膠或其他彈性物質。
本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該彈性部13可以是中空管狀,並填入矽膠等填充物14。如第十三圖所示,其中該彈性部13是呈中空狀,並穿設有一填料孔131,當該第一、二銜接部11、
12套接於被截斷之腓骨F第一、二截斷端F1、F2後,可藉注射器C循該填料孔131注入如矽膠等填充物14於該彈性部13內。
如第十四圖所示,本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一、二銜接部11、12與該彈性部13,係可由矽膠等彈性材料一體成型,令其第一端軸向地凹設該第一套穴111,界定為該第一銜接部11,而其第二端軸向地凹設該第二套穴121界定為該第二銜接部12,並於該第一、二銜接部11、12間,界定形成該彈性部13,且該彈性部13呈實心狀者。
如第十五圖所示,本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一、二銜接部11、12與該彈性部13,係由彈性材料一體成型,於該第一、二銜接部11、12外緣,環設有多道突緣環15,以避免該第一、二銜接部11、12在套接腓骨F的過程中,發生迸裂,另外也可作為不同病患使用長度進行裁剪的依據。
如第十六圖所示,本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一銜接部11與該彈性部13是一體成型,而該第二銜接部12是可滑套於該第一銜接部11與彈性部13外。或如第十七圖所示,猶可令該彈性部13是穿套於該第一、二銜接部11、12間。藉由上述各元件間可以相互滑動調整,可以使本發明適用於不同患者所需要的安裝長度。
如第十八及十九圖所示,本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一、二銜接部11、12,係可製自如鈦合金等金屬材料,而該彈性部13係製自如矽膠等彈性材料,令該彈性部13兩端分別嵌接該第一、二銜接部11、12。上述該第一、二銜接部11、12,係分別設有
嵌溝或嵌孔112、122,使成型該彈性部13時,該彈性部13可以嵌入該嵌溝或嵌孔112、122中,以穩固地結合該第一、二銜接部11、12與彈性部13。
本發明所揭示腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,由於可以銜接在被截斷腓骨F的兩端,呈非剛性銜接,使本發明可隨外力彈性變形,因此可有效消除脛骨T外側的支撐力、避免腓骨F被截斷端之骨組織任意生長,也可以限制被截斷腓骨任意位移,並可阻擋被截斷的腓骨再度因接觸融合再一起,以增近患者治癒機會,而顯本發明之新穎性與進步性。
本發明所揭示之結構、形狀,可於不違本發明之精神與範疇下予以修飾應用,本發明並不自限於上述實施方式。

Claims (13)
- 一種腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,係包括:一第一銜接部,用以銜接該腓骨截斷處之第一截斷端;一第二銜接部,用以銜接該腓骨截斷處之第二截斷端;以及一彈性部,銜接於該第一、二銜接部間,令該彈性部受第一、二銜接部之作用力而彈性變形。
- 如請求項1所述腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一、二銜接部,令其一端分別嵌於該彈性部中。
- 如請求項1所述腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一銜接部,其一端嵌於該彈性部中;該第二銜接部,是滑置於該彈性部之一滑穴中,且令該彈性部徑向地穿設有一撥穴,令該撥穴徑向地連通該滑穴。
- 如請求項1所述腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一銜接部,設有第一套穴,用以套接該腓骨之第一截斷端於內;該第二銜接部,設有第二套穴,用以套接該腓骨之第二截斷端於內。
- 如請求項1所述腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一、二銜接部與該彈性部,由彈性材料一體成型,該彈性部呈實心狀或中空管體狀。
- 如請求項1所述腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該彈性部是呈中空管體狀,並穿設有一填料孔。
- 如請求項1所述腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該彈性部是穿套於該第一、二銜接部間。
- 如請求項1所述腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一銜接部 與該彈性部是一體成型,而該第二銜接部是滑套於該第一銜接部與彈性部外緣。
- 如請求項1或6所述腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該彈性部是呈中空狀,並置入一實心彈性柱或填入矽膠於該彈性部內。
- 如請求項5所述腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中於該第一、二銜接部外緣,環設有多道突緣環。
- 如請求項1、2、3或8所述腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一、二銜接部,係分別設有固定孔。
- 如請求項2、4或5所述腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該彈性部具有壓縮槽,使該彈性部之兩端可相對地軸向壓縮。
- 如請求項1、2或3所述腓骨截斷處之防止骨融合銜接裝置,其中該第一銜接部呈漸尖之釘狀或等徑之柱狀,用以插入於該腓骨第一截斷端之骨髓腔中;該第二銜接部呈漸尖之釘狀或等徑之柱狀,用以插入於該腓骨第二截斷端之骨髓腔中。
