Abstract

本發明之透明樹脂組成物的製造方法,是藉由將聚碳酸酯樹脂與丙烯酸酯樹脂連續地供給至雙軸擠壓機而形成熔融混合樹脂,然後將該熔融混合樹脂供給至具備設有剪斷處理部之螺桿的單軸擠壓機。再者,藉由500rpm以上4000rpm以下進行旋轉的上述剪斷處理部,將上述熔融混合樹脂予以混煉來連續地形成透明樹脂組成物。

Description

透明樹脂組成物的製造方法
本發明,是關於含有聚碳酸酯樹脂及丙烯酸酯樹脂之透明樹脂組成物的製造方法。
聚碳酸酯樹脂,在透明性、尺寸安定性、以及耐衝擊性等具優秀特性,自以往被廣泛使用在汽車、電氣機器、以及住宅等之各種領域。另一方面,聚碳酸酯樹脂,為具有如上述般之優秀特性的同時,由於表面硬度或者耐UV(紫外線)性較差,所以相關於與丙烯酸酯樹脂相調和的研究開發正被進行著。
在專利文獻1中,揭示有:藉由內部回歸型螺桿的高剪斷成形裝置,將聚碳酸酯樹脂與甲基丙烯酸系樹脂調和後的原料予以混煉而製得透明樹脂材的技術。
在該先前技術中,是將聚碳酸酯樹脂與甲基丙烯酸系樹脂調和後的原料在融點附近的200~240℃使之熔融而進行混煉。藉此,使直徑300nm以下、較佳為100nm以下之甲基丙烯酸系樹脂的分散相均等且緊密地呈奈米分散於聚碳酸酯基體相,而使混煉後的樹脂材成為透明。
再者,於先前技術中,記載著在使用雙軸的熔融混煉機等來將原料混合後之情形時,分散相的尺寸比可視區域的波長還大,而使混煉後的樹脂材呈不是透明的白濁模樣。

於專利文獻1所揭示之具有內部回歸型螺桿的高剪斷成形裝置,為批次式的成形裝置,是不能將混煉後的樹脂材料連續地取出。而且,混煉2~5g的原料需要2分鐘。因此,與擠壓機等之以往的連續式製造裝置相比生產效率差,在現實上,是難以適用在用以連續地製造樹脂產品的生產線上。
本發明的目的,是在於取得將聚碳酸酯樹脂與丙烯酸酯樹脂調和後的透明樹脂組成物可以連續且效率良好地進行生產的製造方法。
為了達成上述目的,本發明之透明樹脂組成物的製造方法,其特徵為: 將每單位時間的供給量被設定在95重量%~60重量%的聚碳酸酯樹脂及每單位時間的供給量被設定在5重量%~40重量%的丙烯酸酯樹脂,連續地供給至:由兩根相互齒合之第1螺桿以600rpm以下進行同方向旋轉的雙軸擠壓機,以上述雙軸擠壓機將上述聚碳酸酯樹脂及上述丙烯酸酯樹脂予以熔融及混合,藉此形成熔融混合樹脂,並且從上述雙軸擠壓機將該熔融混合樹脂連續地吐出,然後將從上述雙軸擠壓機所吐出的上述熔融混合樹脂連續地供給至單軸擠壓機,該單軸擠壓機具有:從基端部朝向前端部形成推送螺旋翼並且於中間部設有剪斷處理部的第2螺桿、以及容納該第2螺桿的擠壓缸,並藉由與上述第2螺桿一同以500rpm以上、4000rpm以下進行旋轉的上述剪斷處理部,將上述熔融混合樹脂予以混煉而形成透明樹脂組成物,並且從上述單軸擠壓機將該透明樹脂組成物連續地吐出之方式所進行。
根據本發明,可以將聚碳酸酯樹脂與丙烯酸酯樹脂調和後的透明樹脂組成物,連續且效率良好地進行生產。因此,可以適用在連續地製造樹脂產品的生產線上。

以下,參照第1圖至第3圖對本發明的第1實施形態進行說明。
第1圖,是概略性地揭示在實施本發明之透明樹脂組成物的製造方法時所使用的製造裝置10。製造裝置10,是具有:第1原料供給裝置11、第2原料供給裝置12、雙軸擠壓機13、單管14、以及單軸擠壓機15。
第1原料供給裝置11,為連續地供給聚碳酸酯樹脂A之要件,且在本實施形態中,聚碳酸酯樹脂A之每單位時間的供給量是被設定在95~60重量%的範圍。第2原料供給裝置12,為連續地供給丙烯酸酯樹脂B之要件,且在本實施形態中,丙烯酸酯樹脂B之每單位時間的供給量是被設定在5~40重量%的範圍。雙軸擠壓機13,是用以連續地熔融並混合從第1原料供給裝置11所供給的聚碳酸酯樹脂A與從第2原料供給裝置12所供給的丙烯酸酯樹脂B並藉此而生成熔融混合樹脂C之要件,所生成的熔融混合樹脂C,是從雙軸擠壓機13被連續地吐出。單管14,是以使從雙軸擠壓機13所吐出的熔融混合樹脂C 得以流通過而構成。單軸擠壓機15,是用以連續地混煉從單管14所供給之熔融混合樹脂C並藉此而生成透明樹脂組成物D之要件,所生成的透明樹脂組成物D,是從單軸擠壓機15被連續地吐出。
如第1圖所示,雙軸擠壓機13,是具備有:擠壓筒體20、及插通於擠壓筒體20內部之擠壓缸21的兩根第1螺桿22(僅圖示出單方)。第1螺桿22,是在擠壓缸21內相互一面齒合並一面同方向旋轉。在沿著擠壓筒體20長邊方向的一端設置有原料供給口23。原料供給口23,是在第1螺桿22之基端部之側所對應的位置處,連通於擠壓缸21。
聚碳酸酯樹脂A,是從第1原料供給裝置11經由原料供給口23而被連續地供給至擠壓缸21。同樣地,丙烯酸酯樹脂B,是從第2原料供給裝置12經由原料供給口23而被連續地供給至擠壓缸21。
擠壓筒體20,係具備有位在第1螺桿22之前端部之側的另一端。於擠壓筒體20的另一端連接著單管14。再者,於擠壓筒體20的外周部,安裝有用以加熱擠壓筒體20的加熱器24。
第1螺桿22,是承受到來自沒有圖示出之驅動馬達的扭矩而旋轉。從原料供給口23被供給至擠壓缸21的聚碳酸酯樹脂A及丙烯酸酯樹脂B,是隨著第1螺桿22的旋轉而從第1螺桿22的基端部朝向前端部被連續地搬運。
換言之,聚碳酸酯樹脂A及丙烯酸酯樹脂B,是從擠壓缸21的一端朝向另一端來通過擠壓缸21的內部。此時,聚碳酸酯樹脂A及丙烯酸酯樹脂B,是由旋轉的第1螺桿22所攪拌,並且受到來自加熱器24的熱而被加熱。其結果,聚碳酸酯樹脂A及丙烯酸酯樹脂B,熔融並混合成為熔融混合樹脂C。
從雙軸擠壓機13連續吐出的熔融混合樹脂C,流經單管14內的通路30而被供給至單軸擠壓機15。於單管14的外周,安裝有加熱器31。加熱器31,是以使熔融混合樹脂C維持在熔融狀態之方式對單管14加熱。
如第1圖所示,單軸擠壓機15,係具備有:擠壓筒體40、以及插通於擠壓筒體40內部之擠壓缸41的第2螺桿42。在沿著擠壓筒體40之長邊方向的一端,設有樹脂供給口44。樹脂供給口44,是在對應第2螺桿42之基端部之側的位置處與擠壓缸41連通。單管14之通路30的下游端為連接於擠壓筒體40的樹脂供給口44。因此,流經單管14之通路30的熔融混合樹脂C,從樹脂供給口44被連續地供給至擠壓缸41。
再者,擠壓筒體40,是具有位在第2螺桿42之前端部之側的另一端。於擠壓筒體40的另一端設置有模具45。於擠壓筒體40的外周,安裝有加熱擠壓缸41的加熱器46。
第2圖,是概略性地顯示單軸擠壓機15的第2螺桿42。第2螺桿42,是承受到來自沒有圖示出之驅動馬達 的扭矩而旋轉。如第2圖所示,第2螺桿42,在沿著其長邊方向的中間部具有剪斷處理部43。從第2螺桿42的基端部至剪斷處理部43為止之間,以及從剪斷處理部43至第2螺桿42的前端部為止之間,各別形成推送螺旋翼47。推送螺旋翼47,其包含螺鋒的外徑及根徑是設定為一定的值。
剪斷處理部43,係具有逆向推送螺旋翼48。逆向推送螺旋翼48,是朝向與推送螺旋翼47的扭轉方向相反的扭轉方向扭轉,並且連續地形成於第2螺桿42的軸向。逆向推送螺旋翼48,螺鋒的數量例如有2個螺鋒以上、5個螺鋒以下,且從逆向推送螺旋翼48的一端至另一端為止並不存在有溝槽或是缺欠部等。因此,逆向推送螺旋翼48,是形成為連續均一。
當依據第1實施形態,從單管14經過擠壓筒體40的樹脂供給口44連續性地供給至擠壓缸41的熔融混合樹脂C,是隨著第2螺桿42的旋轉,從第2螺桿42的基端部被朝向剪斷處理部43搬運。到達剪斷處理部43的熔融混合樹脂C,通過擠壓缸41的內周壁與逆向推送螺旋翼48的外周部之間。此時,熔融混合樹脂C,受到剪斷作用而被混煉,使丙烯酸酯樹脂B均等且緊密地分散在聚碳酸酯樹脂A之中。其結果,產生包含聚碳酸酯樹脂A與丙烯酸酯樹脂B的透明樹脂組成物D。
所產生的透明樹脂組成物D,從剪斷處理部43被朝向第2螺桿42的前端部搬運,並且吐出至連接於擠壓筒 體40另一端的模具45。模具45,藉由對透明樹脂組成物D施以賦予成形的成形加工,將透明樹脂組成物D成形為預定的形狀。成形後的透明樹脂組成物D,成為產品而從模具45被頂出。
第3圖,是概略性地顯示第2實施形態的單軸擠壓機15的第2螺桿42。第2螺桿42,其有關剪斷處理部43之形態上的構成事項是與第1實施形態不同。除此以外之第2螺桿42的構成,是與第1實施形態相同。
如第3圖所示,剪斷處理部43,是具有圓環狀的突出部49。突出部49,是同軸狀地突出於第2螺桿42的徑向,並且連續地形成於第2螺桿42的周方向。具體而言,突出部49,是於其外周面沒有溝槽或是缺欠部之呈連續的一體構造物之方式形成於第2螺桿42。
當依據第2實施形態,從單管14經過擠壓筒體40的樹脂供給口44連續性地供給至擠壓缸41的熔融混合樹脂C,是隨著第2螺桿42的旋轉,從第2螺桿42的基端部被朝向剪斷處理部43搬運。到達剪斷處理部43的熔融混合樹脂C,通過擠壓缸41的內周壁與突出部49的外周部之間。此時,熔融混合樹脂C,受到剪斷作用而被混煉,使丙烯酸酯樹脂B均等且緊密地分散在聚碳酸酯樹脂A之中。其結果,產生含有聚碳酸酯樹脂A與丙烯酸酯樹脂B的透明樹脂組成物D。
所產生的透明樹脂組成物D,從剪斷處理部43被朝向第2螺桿42的前端部搬運,並且吐出至連接於擠壓筒 體40另一端的模具45。模具45,藉由對透明樹脂組成物D施以賦予成形的成形加工,將透明樹脂組成物D成形為預定的形狀。成形後的透明樹脂組成物D,成為產品而從模具45被頂出。
於第1及第2實施形態中,單軸擠壓機15之第2螺桿42的外徑,是比雙軸擠壓機13之第1螺桿22的外徑還大。再者,剪斷處理部43,並不侷限設在第2螺桿42之中間部的一處,例如亦可因應混煉的狀況,將複數個剪斷處理部43排列在第2螺桿42的軸向上。
其次,對於製造透明樹脂組成物D的方法進行說明。
將作為原料的聚碳酸酯樹脂A投入於製造裝置10的第1原料供給裝置11。同樣地,將作為原料的丙烯酸酯樹脂B投入於製造裝置10的第2原料供給裝置12。第1原料供給裝置11,是用以使每單位時間之聚碳酸酯樹脂A的供給量為95重量%~60重量%之範圍的方式對聚碳酸酯樹脂A進行計量,來將該聚碳酸酯樹脂A連續地供給至雙軸擠壓機13的擠壓缸21。同樣地,第2原料供給裝置12,是用以使每單位時間之丙烯酸酯樹脂B的供給量為5重量%~40重量%之範圍的方式對丙烯酸酯樹脂B進行計量,來將該丙烯酸酯樹脂B連續地供給至雙軸擠壓機13的擠壓缸21。
被供給至擠壓缸21的聚碳酸酯樹脂A及丙烯酸酯樹脂B,是藉由一面相互齒合並一面旋轉的第1螺桿22從擠壓缸21的一端朝向另一端被搬運。在該搬運的過程中 使聚碳酸酯樹脂A及丙烯酸酯樹脂B熔融並混合。對聚碳酸酯樹脂A及丙烯酸酯樹脂B進行搬運時之擠壓筒體20的溫度是設定在240℃~300℃,第1螺桿22的旋轉數是設定在50rpm~600rpm。
雙軸擠壓機13,是由固相的聚碳酸酯樹脂A及固相的丙烯酸酯樹脂B連續地形成液相的熔融混合樹脂C。在此時點,丙烯酸酯樹脂B尚未均等且緊密地分散於聚碳酸酯樹脂A,因此熔融混合樹脂C,是呈現白濁的外觀相態。
從雙軸擠壓機13所吐出的熔融混合樹脂C,並沒有接觸大氣地通過單管14內的通路30而被供給至單軸擠壓機15。單管14,是藉由加熱器31進行加熱來使熔融混合樹脂C維持熔融狀態。由加熱器31所加熱之單管14的加熱溫度,以設定在220℃~280℃為佳。
從單管14連續地供給至單軸擠壓機15之擠壓缸41的熔融混合樹脂C,藉由旋轉的第2螺桿42而從第2螺桿42的基端部朝向剪斷處理部43被搬運。此時,擠壓缸41的溫度是設定在220℃~280℃,第2螺桿42的旋轉數是設定在500rpm~4000rpm。
依據本實施形態,具有比雙軸擠壓機13之第1螺桿22更大外徑之單軸擠壓機15的第2螺桿42,其旋轉數是被設定為500rpm~4000rpm。因此,從樹脂供給口44被連續地供給至擠壓缸41的熔融混合樹脂C,係不會充滿於第2螺桿42的推送螺旋翼47之間地朝向剪斷處理部 43被搬運。再者,由於推送螺旋翼47的外徑及根徑是被限定於一定的值,故被供給至擠壓缸41的熔融混合樹脂C,是在已安定的狀態下被送進剪斷處理部43。
到達剪斷處理部43的熔融混合樹脂C,係通過剪斷處理部43的外周部與擠壓缸41的內周壁之間。此時,剪斷處理部43,是以比一般的擠壓成形所使用之單軸擠壓機的螺桿旋轉數更高的500rpm~4000rpm進行旋轉。因此,通過剪斷處理部43的外周部與擠壓缸41的內周壁之間的熔融混合樹脂C,係在短時間之內一面受到強力的剪斷作用並一面被混煉。
其結果,使丙烯酸酯樹脂B均等且緊密地被分散於聚碳酸酯樹脂A之中,而形成含有聚碳酸酯樹脂A及丙烯酸酯樹脂B的透明樹脂組成物D。
所形成的透明樹脂組成物D,藉由外徑及根徑設為一定的推送螺旋翼47而呈安定地被搬運至第2螺桿42的前端部,並且藉由模具45施以成形加工。藉此,不用切削透明樹脂組成物D來取得所期望形狀的產品。然後產品,從模具45被頂壓出。
根據本發明的製造方法,製造裝置10之前段的雙軸擠壓機13是擔任熔融並混合聚碳酸酯樹脂A與丙烯酸酯樹脂B的製程,後段的單軸擠壓機15是擔任對聚碳酸酯樹脂A及丙烯酸酯樹脂B一邊施加剪斷作用同時進行混煉的製程。藉此,可使包含有熔融及混合時之第1螺桿22的旋轉數的製造條件、以及包含有在短時間之內施加 強力剪斷作用之第2螺桿42的旋轉數的製造條件,一面具有相互關連性同時又可以各別地設定。因而能夠安定並連續地生產含有聚碳酸酯樹脂A及丙烯酸酯樹脂B的透明樹脂組成物D。
以下,就實施例1、實施例2再加上比較例來進行說明。
[實施例1]
首先,於本發明所實施的製造方法當中,作為擔任製造裝置10之前段製程的雙軸擠壓機13,是準備第1螺桿22之外徑的公稱直徑限定在18mm之東芝機械株式會社製的雙軸擠壓機,型號TEM-18SS。作為擔任製造裝置10之後段製程的單軸擠壓機,是準備第2螺桿42之外徑的公稱直徑限定在36mm之東芝機械株式會社製的單軸擠壓機,型號SE-36SP。再者,以單管14連接型號TEM-18SS的雙軸擠壓機,以及型號SE-36SP的單軸擠壓機。
雙軸擠壓機13的第1螺桿22,其相對於第1螺桿22外徑之第1螺桿22的長度(有效長度)為48。單軸擠壓機15的第2螺桿42,其相對於第2螺桿42外徑之第2螺桿42的長度(有效長度)為8。再者,作為剪斷處理部43,是在第2螺桿42之長度方向上相間離的二處配置逆向推送螺旋翼48。將擠壓缸41的內周壁與逆向推送螺旋翼48的外周部之間的間隙設定為0.3mm。並且,將雙軸擠壓機13之擠壓筒體20的溫度、單軸擠壓機15之擠 壓筒體40的溫度、以及單管14的溫度,分別設定為260℃。
作為供給至雙軸擠壓機13的聚碳酸酯樹脂A,是使用帝人株式會社製的Panlite L-1250Y。作為供給至雙軸擠壓機13的丙烯酸酯樹脂B,是使用三菱麗陽株式會社製的Acrypet VHOO1。從第1原料供給裝置11將聚碳酸酯樹脂A以每小時8kg供給至雙軸擠壓機13的擠壓缸21,並且,從第2原料供給裝置12將丙烯酸酯樹脂B以每小時2kg供給至雙軸擠壓機13的擠壓缸21。在此狀態下,將第1螺桿22的旋轉數設為200rpm來熔融並混合聚碳酸酯樹脂A及丙烯酸酯樹脂B而形成了熔融混合樹脂C。
再者,將單軸擠壓機15之第2螺桿42的旋轉數設為2800rpm來混煉熔融混合樹脂C,由模具45以每小時10kg(每分鐘約167g)取得含有聚碳酸酯樹脂A及丙烯酸酯樹脂B的樹脂組成物。對所取得的樹脂組成物以目視進行評估時,可確認沒有白濁,呈現出透明的外觀相態。
[實施例2]
在實施例2中,所使用的單軸擠壓機15是具有剪斷處理部43之形態不同的第2螺桿42來混煉熔融混合樹脂C。剪斷處理部43,是在第2螺桿42之長度方向上相間離的二處具有圓環狀的突出部49。除了單軸擠壓機15之外,製造裝置10的構成是與實施例1相同。
在實施例2中,從第1原料供給裝置11將聚碳酸酯 樹脂A以每小時8kg供給至雙軸擠壓機13的擠壓缸21,並且,從第2原料供給裝置12將丙烯酸酯樹脂B以每小時2kg供給至雙軸擠壓機13的擠壓缸21。在此狀態下,將第1螺桿22的旋轉數設為200rpm來熔融並混合聚碳酸酯樹脂A及丙烯酸酯樹脂B而形成了熔融混合樹脂C。
再者,將單軸擠壓機15之第2螺桿42的旋轉數設為2800rpm來混煉熔融混合樹脂C,並由模具45以每小時10kg(每分鐘約167g)取得含有聚碳酸酯樹脂A及丙烯酸酯樹脂B的樹脂組成物。對所取得的樹脂組成物以目視進行評估時,可確認沒有白濁,呈現出透明的外觀相態。
[比較例1]
在比較例1中,準備螺桿外徑的公稱直徑限定在18mm之東芝機械株式會社製的雙軸擠壓機型號TEM-18SS,並於該雙軸擠壓機相互齒合的兩根螺桿之中各別配置有捏合盤(kneading disc)。
使螺桿的旋轉數在300rpm至1200rpm之間變化,來觀察從雙軸擠壓機所擠壓出之含有聚碳酸酯樹脂及丙烯酸酯樹脂的熔融混合樹脂。其結果,從雙軸擠壓機所擠壓出的熔融混合樹脂,一直是呈現白濁的外觀相態,而無法成為透明。
依據本比較例,螺桿旋轉數在到達1200rpm之時點,雙軸擠壓機發出異常聲音及振動。究明其原因,明白得知是聚碳酸酯樹脂及丙烯酸酯樹脂在預熱不足的狀態下 到達螺桿的捏合盤所產生。再者,即使以雙軸擠壓機來形成熔融混合樹脂,由於確認到有極端的黏度下降,所以停止了以超過1200rpm旋轉數來進行雙軸擠壓機的運轉。
在比較實施例1、實施例2、及比較例1可明確得知,藉由本發明之製造方法所連續製造之含有聚碳酸酯樹脂及丙烯酸酯樹脂的樹脂組成物,不會成為白濁而呈透明,可使丙烯酸酯樹脂均等且緊密地分散在聚碳酸酯樹脂之中。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種透明樹脂組成物的製造方法,是用以製造含有聚碳酸酯樹脂與丙烯酸酯樹脂之透明樹脂組成物的製造方法,其特徵為:將每單位時間的供給量被設定在95重量%~60重量%的上述聚碳酸酯樹脂及每單位時間的供給量被設定在5重量%~40重量%的上述丙烯酸酯樹脂,連續地供給至:由兩根相互齒合之第1螺桿以600rpm以下進行同方向旋轉的雙軸擠壓機,以上述雙軸擠壓機將上述聚碳酸酯樹脂及上述丙烯酸酯樹脂予以熔融及混合,藉此形成熔融混合樹脂,並且從上述雙軸擠壓機將該熔融混合樹脂連續地吐出,然後將從上述雙軸擠壓機所吐出的上述熔融混合樹脂連續地供給至單軸擠壓機,該單軸擠壓機具有:從基端部朝向前端部形成推送螺旋翼並且於中間部設有剪斷處理部的第2螺桿、以及容納該第2螺桿的擠壓缸,並藉由與上述第2螺桿一同以500rpm以上4000rpm以下進行旋轉的上述剪斷處理部,將上述熔融混合樹脂予以混煉而形成透明樹脂組成物,並且將所形成的上述透明樹脂組成物從上述單軸擠壓機連續地吐出。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之透明樹脂組成物的製造方法,其中,上述剪斷處理部,係具有朝向與上述推送螺旋翼的扭轉方向為相反方向扭轉的逆向推送螺旋翼,使得藉由上述 第2螺桿所搬運的上述熔融混合樹脂在通過上述擠壓缸的內周壁與上述逆向推送螺旋翼的外周部之間的間隙時,使上述熔融混合樹脂被混煉。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之透明樹脂組成物的製造方法,其中,上述熔融混合樹脂在通過上述擠壓缸的內周壁與上述逆向推送螺旋翼的外周部之間的間隙時,上述熔融混合樹脂被施加剪斷作用。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之透明樹脂組成物的製造方法,其中,上述剪斷處理部,係具有:於上述第2螺桿的徑向上同軸狀地突出,並且於上述第2螺桿的周方向上連續所形成的圓環狀突出部,使藉由上述第2螺桿所搬運的上述熔融混合樹脂在通過上述擠壓缸的內周壁與上述突出部的外周部之間的間隙時,使上述熔融混合樹脂被混煉。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之透明樹脂組成物的製造方法,其中,上述熔融混合樹脂在通過上述擠壓缸的內周壁與上述突出部的外周部之間的間隙時,上述熔融混合樹脂被施加剪斷作用。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1至5項中之任一項所述之透明樹脂組成物的製造方法,其中,上述單軸擠壓機的上述推送螺旋翼,其外徑及根徑設定為一定,將從上述雙軸擠壓機所供給的上述熔融混合樹 脂從上述螺桿的基端部搬運至上述剪斷處理部,然後將在上述剪斷處理部所形成的上述透明樹脂組成物從上述剪斷處理部搬運至上述螺桿的前端部。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之透明樹脂組成物的製造方法,其中,上述第2螺桿的外徑,是比上述第1螺桿的外徑還大,由上述第2螺桿所搬運的上述熔融混合樹脂,是在沒有充滿於上述第2螺桿之上述推送螺旋翼之間地被朝向上述剪斷處理部搬運。
