Abstract

Description

刀庫及採用該刀庫之機床
本發明涉及一種刀庫,尤其涉及一種機械加工中採用之刀庫及採用該刀庫之機床。
在機械加工中採用機床對工件進行加工,例如銑床和車床。待加工工件不同部位之加工精度要求不同,對工件不同之部位進行加工時,需要採用不同規格之刀具。故常採用刀庫來儲藏不同規格之刀具以供機床換取。然,目前眾多之刀庫中,無論是立式刀庫還是臥式刀庫,均設置複數驅動件以分別驅動刀庫開啟以及推動刀具運動對位,導致其結構複雜,且佔用空間大。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種結構簡單,體積較小之刀庫。
本發還提供一種採用該刀庫之機床。
一種刀庫,其包括安裝組件,裝設於該安裝組件內之推動件,以及與該推動件連接並設於該安裝組件內之刀架,該安裝組件上開設有一允許該刀架移出之開口且包括一轉動設置於該安裝組件上以封閉該開口之安裝門,該刀庫還包括聯動組件,該聯動組件包括聯動件以及第一推動桿,該聯動件固定於該安裝門上,且貫通週緣開設有第一推動槽,該第一推動槽之延伸方向與該刀架之滑行方向呈一定角度設置,該第一推動桿固定於該刀架上,且滑動地收容於該第一推動槽中,該推動件推動該刀架移動時,該刀架能夠帶動該第一推動桿抵持推動該聯動件旋轉,以帶動該安裝門打開。
一種機床,其包括基座、工作台,進給機構以及刀庫,該工作台轉動地設置於該基座上,該進給機構上裝設有刀具並能夠沿該基座移動對準裝設於該工作台上之工件進行加工,該刀庫裝設於該基座,其包括安裝組件,裝設於該安裝組件內之推動件,以及與該推動件連接並設於該安裝組件內之刀架,該安裝組件上開設有一允許該刀架移出之開口且包括一轉動設置於該安裝組件上以封閉該開口之安裝門,該刀庫還包括聯動組件,該聯動組件包括聯動件以及第一推動桿,該聯動件固定於該安裝門上,且貫通週緣開設有第一推動槽,該第一推動槽之延伸方向與該刀架之滑行方向呈一定角度設置,該第一推動桿固定於該刀架上,且滑動地收容於該第一推動槽中,該推動件推動該刀架移動時,該刀架能夠帶動該第一推動桿抵持推動該聯動件旋轉,以帶動該安裝門打開。
本發明之刀庫由於採用互相配合之聯動件以及推動桿,從而使得該推動件推動刀架時,能夠同時帶動該安裝門打開或關閉,使得其結構簡單,體積較小。
請參閱圖1,本發明實施方式之機床100,包括基座10、工作台20,進給機構30以及刀庫40。工作台20可轉動地設置於基座10上,且可繞水平軸線擺動。進給機構30上裝設有刀具31,進給機構30可相對基座10移動,以將刀具31對準裝設於工作台20上之工件(圖未示)進行加工。刀庫40裝設於基座10上,並與進給機構30相對。當需要換取刀具31時,進給機構30帶動刀具31移動至刀庫40處,刀庫40開啟,進給機構30將換下之刀具31插設於刀庫40中,並取出另一把刀具31。當進給機構30離開刀庫40時,刀庫40關閉。在本實施方式中,刀具31為銑刀。
請參閱圖2及圖3,刀庫40包括安裝組件41、刀架43、推動件45、聯動組件47以及對刀儀49。刀架43裝設於安裝組件41內,推動件45與刀架43連接並可推動刀架43移出安裝組件41。聯動組件47分別與刀架43及安裝組件41連接,以使刀架43被推出時,聯動組件47能夠打開刀庫40。對刀儀49裝設於安裝組件41內以檢測刀具31之對刀位置。
安裝組件41包括底板411、蓋設件413以及安裝門415。底板411為平板。蓋設件413呈穹形,其固定裝設於底板411上,並與底板411共同形成有開口417。蓋設件413包括相對設置之二側板4131以及連接二側板4131之頂板4133,側板4131及頂板4133均與底板411連接。每一側板4131朝向另一側板4131之一側上均形成有導軌4135,並於導軌4135開口417之一端設置有一限位塊4137。安裝門415包括安裝板4151以及設置於安裝板4151一側之樞軸4153。安裝門415藉由樞軸4153轉動地裝設於二側板4131之間並可轉動以將開口417封閉。
刀架43呈長條狀,其二端形成有二導套431,並於二導套431之間並列設置有複數刀座433。二導套431分別滑動設置於二導軌4135上且位於安裝門415之樞軸4153上方。刀座433上開設台階孔4331,刀具31定位於台階孔4331上。推動件45設置在底板411上並與刀架43連接,推動件45可推動刀架43沿導軌4135向開口417滑動,從而將刀具31推出開口417。
請一併參閱圖4至圖6,聯動組件47為二組,分別位於刀架43二端。每一聯動組件47包括固定於刀架43端部之固定塊471、從固定塊471上凸伸出來之第一推動桿473及第二推動桿475,以及固定於樞軸4153上之聯動件477。第一推動桿473及第二推動桿475平行且間隔地設置於固定塊471上。聯動件477包括本體4771以及從本體4771一端凸伸之固定部4772。本體4771以及固定部4772貫通開設有固定孔4773。聯動件477藉由固定孔4773套設固定於樞軸4153上。本體4771朝向固定塊471之週緣上形成有切面4774,並且開設有第一推動槽4775、第二推動槽4776以及環形槽4777。第一推動槽4775由切面4774一端之週緣沿與切面4774傾斜之方向延伸,其延伸線通過固定孔4773。第二推動槽4776由切面4774另一端之週緣沿與切面4774平行之方向延伸。第一切面4774與第二推動槽4776連接處還形成有滑行斜面4778。固定塊471上之第一推動桿473滑動地設置於第一推動槽4775,第二推動桿475對準第二推動槽4776。第一推動槽4775及第二推動槽4776相互遠離之二端之距離與第一推動桿473及第二推動桿475之間之距離相等。當第一推動桿473脫出第一推動槽4775時,第二推動桿475進入第二推動槽4776。當第一推動桿473進入第一推動槽4775時,第二推動桿475脫出第二推動槽4776。環形槽4777用以減輕重量。
對刀儀49裝設於刀架43上並位於刀座433之一側。進給機構30換刀時,對刀儀49用以檢測刀具31於進給機構30上是否安裝到位。
請再次參閱圖1至圖6,組裝時,將工作台20裝設於基座10上,將刀庫40鄰近工作台20裝設於基座10上,將進給機構30鄰近刀庫40上方裝設於基座10上。組裝刀庫40時,刀架43滑動地設置於安裝組件41內,推動件45固定於安裝組件41內並與刀架43連接。對刀儀49裝設於刀架43上。將固定塊471固定於刀架43一端,第一推動桿473及第二推動桿475平行且間隔地設置於固定塊471上。聯動件477固定套設於固定於樞軸4153上,使第一推動桿473滑動設置於第一推動槽4775內,且第一推動槽4775之傾斜方向與刀架43之滑行方向呈一定角度設置,使第二推動桿475對準於第二推動槽4776。
當機床100需要換刀時,進給機構30移動至刀庫40上方。推動件45推動刀架43沿著導軌4135滑向開口417。第一推動桿473及第二推動桿475由固定塊471帶動向開口417移動。此時,第一推動桿473在第一推動槽4775內滑動,第二推動桿475朝向聯動件477移動。聯動件477由第一推動桿473推動旋轉,並藉由樞軸4153帶動安裝門415將開口417打開。刀架43被推動件45推出開口417。當第一推動桿473抵持於限位塊4137上時,刀架43停止移動並定位。此時,第一推動桿473已脫離第一推動槽4775,第二推動桿475進入第二推動槽4776內。進給機構30將換下之刀具31插設於閒置之刀座433中,並抓取所需要之刀具31。藉由對刀儀49對刀完畢後,進給機構30移動遠離刀座433。此時,推動件45帶動刀架43背離開口417移動。當第二推動桿475脫離第二推動槽4776時,第一推動桿473進入第一推動槽4775並帶動安裝門415旋轉將開口417封閉。
本刀庫40之聯動件477與第一推動桿473相互配合,使推動件45推動刀架43時,能夠同時帶動安裝門415打開或關閉。刀庫40藉由一推動件45即可實現刀架43之移出與安裝門415之開閉,因而其結構簡單,且體積較小。
可理解,當第一推動桿473剛脫離第一推動槽4775時,安裝門415打開且刀架43剛好移動到位,此時,第二推動桿475以及第二推動槽4776可省略。另外,聯動件477上之固定部4772以及環形槽4777可省略,如將本體4771直接與樞軸4153固定。
可理解,切面4774可省略,即聯動件477週緣為圓形。刀具31亦可不限於銑刀,其可為車刀等,即刀庫40可用以儲存車刀等其他刀具。

  1. 一種刀庫,其包括安裝組件,裝設於該安裝組件內之推動件,以及與該推動件連接並設於該安裝組件內之刀架,該安裝組件上開設有一允許該刀架移出之開口且包括一轉動設置於該安裝組件上以封閉該開口之安裝門,其改良在於:該刀庫還包括聯動組件,該聯動組件包括聯動件以及第一推動桿,該聯動件固定於該安裝門上,且貫通週緣開設有第一推動槽,該第一推動槽之延伸方向與該刀架之滑行方向呈一定角度設置,該第一推動桿固定於該刀架上,且滑動地收容於該第一推動槽中,該推動件推動該刀架移動時,該刀架能夠帶動該第一推動桿抵持推動該聯動件旋轉,以帶動該安裝門打開。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之刀庫,其中該安裝組件包括蓋設件以及底板,該蓋設件固定於該底板上並於底板共同形成該開口,該蓋設件包括相對設置之二側板,每一側板均形成有導軌,該刀架二端形成有二導套,該二導套滑動地設置於該導軌上。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之刀庫,其中該蓋設件包括連接該二側板之頂板,每一側板及頂板均與該底板連接,每一側板於該導軌靠近開口之一端設置有限位塊,該限位塊能夠限制該刀架之移出位置。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之刀庫,其中該聯動組件還包括固定於該刀架上之第二推動桿,該第二推動桿與該第一推動桿間隔設置,該聯動件上還貫通週緣開設有第二推動槽,該第一推動桿脫離該第一推動槽時,該第二推動槽與該刀架之滑行方向平行,且進入該第二推動槽中。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之刀庫,其中該第一推動槽及第二推動槽相互遠離之二端之距離與第一推動桿及第二推動桿之間之距離相等。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之刀庫,其中該聯動件包括本體以及從本體一端凸伸之固定部,該聯動件上貫通該本體以及該固定部開設有固定孔,該安裝門包括安裝板以及設置於安裝板一側之樞軸,該樞軸二端轉動連接於該二側板上,該聯動件藉由該固定孔套設於該樞軸上,該第一推動槽及第二推動槽開設在該本體上。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之刀庫,其中該本體週緣上形成有切面,該第一推動槽沿與該切面傾斜之方向延伸,其延伸線通過該固定孔,該第二推動槽沿於該切面平行之方向延伸。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之刀庫,其中該第一推動槽及第二推動槽貫通本體之週緣處分別處於該切面之二端,該切面與該第一推動槽連接處還形成有滑行斜面。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之刀庫,其中該刀架於該二導套之間並列設置有複數刀座,每一刀座上開設台階孔以收容刀具,該刀庫還包括對刀儀,該對刀儀裝設於該刀架之上並位於所有之刀座之一側。
  10. 一種機床,其包括基座、工作台,進給機構以及刀庫,該工作台轉動地設置於該基座上,該進給機構上裝設有刀具並能夠沿該基座移動對準裝設於該工作台上之工件進行加工,該刀庫裝設於該基座,其包括安裝組件,裝設於該安裝組件內之推動件,以及與該推動件連接並設於該安裝組件內之刀架,該安裝組件上開設有一允許該刀架移出之開口且包括一轉動設置於該安裝組件上以封閉該開口之安裝門,其改良在於:該刀庫還包括聯動組件,該聯動組件包括聯動件以及第一推動桿,該聯動件固定於該安裝門上,且貫通週緣開設有第一推動槽,該第一推動槽之延伸方向與該刀架之滑行方向呈一定角度設置,該第一推動桿固定於該刀架上,且滑動地收容於該第一推動槽中,該推動件推動該刀架移動時,該刀架能夠帶動該第一推動桿抵持推動該聯動件旋轉,以帶動該安裝門打開。
