技术领域
本发明涉及一种刀库,特别涉及一种机械加工中采用的刀库及采用该刀库的机床。
背景技术
在机械加工中采用机床对工件进行加工,例如铣床和车床。待加工工件不同部位的加工精度要求不同,对工件不同的部位进行加工时,需要采用不同规格的刀具。因此,常采用刀库来储藏不同规格的刀具以供机床换取。然而,目前众多的刀库中,无论是立式刀库还是卧式刀库,均设置多个驱动件以分别驱动刀库开启以及推动刀具运动对位,导致其结构复杂,且占用空间大。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种结构简单,体积较小的刀库。
本发还提供一种采用该刀库的机床。
一种刀库,其包括安装组件,装设于该安装组件内的推动件,以及与该推动件连接并设于该安装组件内的刀架,该安装组件上开设有一个允许该刀架移出的开口且包括一个转动设置于该安装组件上以封闭该开口的安装门,该刀库还包括联动组件,该联动组件包括联动件以及第一推动杆,该联动件固定于该安装门上,且贯通周缘开设有第一推动槽,该第一推动槽的延伸方向与该刀架的滑行方向呈一定角度设置,该第一推动杆固定于该刀架上,且滑动地收容于该第一推动槽中,该推动件推动该刀架移动时,该刀架能够带动该第一推动杆抵持推动该联动件旋转,以带动该安装门打开。

本发明的刀库由于采用了互相配合的联动件以及推动杆,从而使得该推动件推动刀架时,能够同时带动该安装门打开或关闭,使得其结构简单,体积较小。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明实施方式的机床100,包括基座10、工作台20,进给机构30以及刀库40。工作台20可转动地设置于基座10上,且可绕水平轴线摆动。进给机构30上装设有刀具31,进给机构30可相对基座10移动,以将刀具31对准装设于工作台20上的工件(图未示)进行加工。刀库40装设于基座10上,并与进给机构30相对。当需要换取刀具31时,进给机构30带动刀具31移动至刀库40处,刀库40开启,进给机构30将换下的刀具31插设于刀库40中,并取出另一把刀具31。当进给机构30离开刀库40时,刀库40关闭。在本实施方式中,刀具31为铣刀。
请参阅图2及图3,刀库40包括安装组件41、刀架43、推动件45、联动组件47以及对刀仪49。刀架43装设于安装组件41内,推动件45与刀架43连接并可推动刀架43移出安装组件41。联动组件47分别与刀架43及安装组件41连接,以使刀架43被推出时,联动组件47能够打开刀库40。对刀仪49装设于安装组件41内以检测刀具31的对刀位置。
安装组件41包括底板411、盖设件413以及安装门415。底板411为平板。盖设件413呈穹形,其固定装设于底板411上,并与底板411共同形成有开口417。盖设件413包括相对设置的两个侧板4131以及连接两个侧板4131的顶板4133,侧板4131及顶板4133均与底板411连接。每个侧板4131朝向另一侧板4131的一侧上均形成有导轨4135,并于导轨4135开口417的一端设置有一个限位块4137。安装门415包括安装板4151以及设置于安装板4151一侧的枢轴4153。安装门415通过枢轴4153转动地装设于两个侧板4131之间并可以转动以将开口417封闭。
刀架43呈长条状,其两端形成有两个导套431,并于两个导套431之间并列设置有多个刀座433。两个导套431分别滑动设置于两个导轨4135上且位于安装门415的枢轴4153上方。刀座433上开设台阶孔4331,刀具31定位于台阶孔4331上。推动件45设置在底板411上并与刀架43连接,推动件45可推动刀架43沿导轨4135向开口417滑动,从而将刀具31推出开口417。
请一并参阅图4至图6,联动组件47为两个,分别位于于刀架43两端。每个联动组件47包括固定于刀架43端部的固定块471、从固定块471上凸伸出来的第一推动杆473及第二推动杆475,以及固定于枢轴4153上的联动件477。第一推动杆473及第二推动杆475平行且间隔地设置于固定块471上。联动件477包括本体4771以及从本体4771一端凸伸的固定部4772。本体4771以及固定部4772贯通开设有固定孔4773。联动件477通过固定孔4773套设固定于枢轴4153上。本体4771朝向固定块471的周缘上形成有切面4774,并且开设有第一推动槽4775、第二推动槽4776以及环形槽4777。第一推动槽4775由切面4774一端的周缘沿与切面4774倾斜的方向延伸,其延伸线通过固定孔4773。第二推动槽4776由切面4774另一端的周缘沿与切面4774平行的方向延伸。第一切面4774与第二推动槽4776连接处还形成有滑行斜面4778。固定块471上的第一推动杆473滑动地设置于第一推动槽4775,第二推动杆475对准第二推动槽4776。第一推动槽4775及第二推动槽4776相互远离的两端的距离与第一推动杆473及第二推动杆475之间的距离相等。当第一推动杆473脱出第一推动槽4775时,第二推动杆475进入第二推动槽4776。当第一推动杆473进入第一推动槽4775时,第二推动杆475脱出第二推动槽4776。环形槽4777用以减轻重量。
对刀仪49装设于刀架43上并位于刀座433的一侧。进给机构30换刀时,对刀仪49用以检测刀具31于进给机构30上是否安装到位。
请再次参与图1至图6,组装时,将工作台20装设于基座10上,将刀库40邻近工作台20装设于基座10上,将进给机构30邻近刀库40上方装设于基座10上。组装刀库40时,刀架43滑动地设置于安装组件41内,推动件45固定于安装组件41内并与刀架43连接。对刀仪49装设于刀架43上。将固定块471固定于刀架43一端,第一推动杆473及第二推动杆475平行且间隔地设置于固定块471上。联动件477固定套设于固定于枢轴4153上,使第一推动杆473滑动设置于第一推动槽4775内,且第一推动槽4775的倾斜方向与刀架43的滑行方向呈一定角度设置,使第二推动杆475对准于第二推动槽4776。
当机床100需要换刀时,进给机构30移动至刀库40上方。推动件45推动刀架43沿着导轨4135滑向开口417。第一推动杆473及第二推动杆475由固定块471带动向开口417移动。此时,第一推动杆473在第一推动槽4775内滑动,第二推动杆475朝向联动件477移动。联动件477由第一推动杆473推动旋转,并通过枢轴4153带动安装门415将开口417打开。刀架43被推动件45推出开口417。当第一推动杆473抵持于限位块4137上时,刀架43停止移动并定位。此时,第一推动杆473已脱离第一推动槽4775,第二推动杆475进入第二推动槽4776内。进给机构30将换下的刀具31插设于闲置的刀座433中,并抓取所需要的刀具31。通过对刀仪49对刀完毕后,进给机构30移动远离刀座433。此时,推动件45带动刀架43背离开口417移动。当第二推动杆475脱离第二推动槽4776时,第一推动杆473进入第一推动槽4775并带动安装门415旋转将开口417封闭。
本刀库40的联动件477与第一推动杆473相互配合,使推动件45推动刀架43时,能够同时带动安装门415打开或关闭。刀库40通过一个推动件45即可实现刀架43的移出与安装门415的开闭,因而其结构简单,且体积较小。
可以理解,当第一推动杆473刚脱离第一推动槽4775时,安装门415打开且刀架43刚好移动到位,此时,第二推动杆475以及第二推动槽4776可以省略。另外,联动件477上的固定部4772以及环形槽4777可以省略,如将本体4771直接与枢轴4153固定。
可以理解,切面4774可以省略,即联动件477周缘为圆形。刀具31也可不限于铣刀,其可为车刀等,即刀库40可用以储存车刀等其他刀具。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

1.一种刀库,其包括安装组件,装设于该安装组件内的推动件,以及与该推动件连接并设于该安装组件内的刀架,该安装组件上开设有一个允许该刀架移出的开口且包括一个转动设置于该安装组件上以封闭该开口的安装门,其特征在于:该刀库还包括联动组件,该联动组件包括联动件以及第一推动杆,该联动件固定于该安装门上,且贯通周缘开设有第一推动槽,该第一推动槽的延伸方向与该刀架的滑行方向呈一定角度设置,该第一推动杆固定于该刀架上,且滑动地收容于该第一推动槽中,该推动件推动该刀架移动时,该刀架能够带动该第一推动杆抵持推动该联动件旋转,以带动该安装门打开。
2.如权利要求1所述的刀库,其特征在于:该安装组件包括盖设件以及底板,该盖设件固定于该底板上并于底板共同形成该开口,该盖设件包括相对设置的两个侧板,每个侧板均形成有导轨,该刀架两端形成有两个导套并于通过该两个导套滑动地设置于该导轨上。
3.如权利要求2所述的刀库,其特征在于:该盖设件包括连接该两个侧板的顶板,每一侧板及顶板均与该底板连接,每个侧板于该导轨靠近开口的一端设置有限位块,该限位块能够限制该刀架的移出位置。
4.如权利要求3所述的刀库,其特征在于:该联动组件还包括固定于该刀架上的第二推动杆,该第二推动杆与该第一推动杆间隔设置,该联动件上还贯通周缘开设有第二推动槽,该第一推动杆脱离该第一推动槽时,该第二推动槽与该刀架的滑行方向平行,且进入该第二推动槽中。
5.如权利要求4所述的刀库,其特征在于:该第一推动槽及第二推动槽相互远离的两端的距离与第一推动杆及第二推动杆之间的距离相等。
6.如权利要求4所述的刀库,其特征在于:该联动件包括本体以及从本体一端凸伸的固定部,该联动件上贯通该本体以及该固定部开设有固定孔,该安装门包括安装板以及设置于安装板一侧的枢轴,该枢轴两端转动连接于该两个侧板上,该联动件通过该固定孔套设于该枢轴上,该第一推动槽及第二推动槽开设在该本体上。
7.如权利要求6所述的刀库,其特征在于:该本体周缘上形成有切面,该第一推动槽沿与该切面倾斜的方向延伸,其延伸线通过该固定孔,该第二推动槽沿于该切面平行的方向延伸。
8.如权利要求7所述的刀库,其特征在于:该第一推动槽及第二推动槽贯通本体的周缘处分别处于该切面的两端,该切面与该第一推动槽连接处还形成有滑行斜面。
9.如权利要求2所述的刀库,其特征在于:该刀架于该两个导套之间并列设置有多个刀座,每个刀座上开设台阶孔以收容刀具,该刀库还包括对刀仪,该对刀仪装设于该刀架的上并位于所有的刀座的一侧。
10.一种机床,其包括基座、工作台,进给机构以及刀库,该工作台转动地设置于该基座上,该进给机构上装设有刀具并可沿该基座移动对准装设于该工作台上的工件进行加工,该刀库装设于该基座,其包括安装组件,装设于该安装组件内的推动件,以及与该推动件连接并设于该安装组件内的刀架,该安装组件上开设有一个允许该刀架移出的开口且包括一个转动设置于该安装组件上以封闭该开口的安装门,其特征在于:该刀库还包括联动组件,该联动组件包括联动件以及第一推动杆,该联动件固定于该安装门上,且贯通周缘开设有第一推动槽,该第一推动槽的延伸方向与该刀架的滑行方向呈一定角度设置,该第一推动杆固定于该刀架上,且滑动地收容于该第一推动槽中,该推动件推动该刀架移动时,该刀架能够带动该第一推动杆抵持推动该联动件旋转,以带动该安装门打开。
