Abstract
一種將無機色素粒子作表面處理的方法,該等色素粒子包含無機化合物(特別是氧化物或硫酸鹽)的細微初始粒子的黏聚體或單晶體。該方法先用一獨立容器在相應PH值條件下從一水性溶液中沈澱無機化合物,其中,該等無機化合物實施為鬆弛結構化之黏聚體以及/或者單晶體。再將該沈澱產物加入無機色素粒子的水性懸浮液。該方法特別適用於對二氧化鈦色素進行表面處理,以便在應用於分散性塗料或層壓板中時提高遮蓋度即不透明度。
Description
本發明係有關於一種將無機色素粒子,特別是二氧化鈦色素粒子作表面處理的方法,以及該色素粒子在層壓板、塗層及塑膠中的應用。
通常對無機粒子,特別是色素粒子進行表面處理以改變某些特性,如表面電荷、分散特性、酸性或耐光性。應用色素,特別是二氧化鈦時會產生較高的遮蓋度(不透明度),可透過專用表面處理工藝來提高此種遮蓋度。例如當在分散性塗料或層壓板(裝飾紙)中應用二氧化鈦色素粒子時,高遮蓋度即高不透明度係必要之舉。
通常透過一包含氧化矽及/或氧化鋁的表面塗層來提高遮蓋度,該表面塗層具有儘可能鬆弛、多孔且大體積的結構且用作各色素粒子間的間隔物。作為替代方案,亦可將相應填料(如碳酸鈣、高嶺土、滑石粉)混入色素粒子,且填料粒子作為所謂“外部粒子”同樣用作色素粒子間的間隔物。
US 3,591,398及US 4,075,031揭露了將多孔之SiO2及Al2O3塗層沈積沈澱於TiO2粒子上以提高色素粒子遮蓋度的方法。其中,將塗層氧化物之鹼性前驅體化合物加入PH值7之TiO2粒子的酸性水性懸浮液,並迅速沈澱具鬆弛結構的相應氧化物。
裝飾紙為較佳用來精飾傢俱表面及複合地板之裝飾用熱固性塗佈材料的組成部分。層壓板係指例如將多個經浸漬且疊加塗佈的紙張
或者紙張與硬纖維刨花板或木刨花板擠壓在一起的層壓材料。應用特殊合成樹脂可大幅提高層壓板的抗刮性、抗衝擊性、耐化學性及耐熱性。
應用特殊紙張(裝飾紙)能製成裝飾性表面,其中,該裝飾紙除用作非裝飾性木材表面的保護紙外,亦可用作合成樹脂的載體。裝飾紙需要符合以下要求:不透明度(遮蓋度)、耐曬性(抗變灰度)、不褪色、耐濕、可浸漬及可印刷性。裝飾紙之製造方法的節約性主要取決於色素在紙張中的不透明度。
為實現裝飾紙的該必要的不透明度,尤佳採用基於二氧化鈦的色素。紙張製造時,通常往二氧化鈦色素或二氧化鈦色素懸浮液混入纖維素懸浮液。除採用色素及纖維素等材料外,通常還採用輔助材料(如耐濕劑)並視需要採用其他輔助材料(如特定之填料)。
為提高裝飾紙的耐曬性(抗變灰度),通常為二氧化鈦色素塗佈鋁化合物,特別是磷酸鋁。在裝飾紙及其他應用領域,同樣存在專門用以提高二氧化鈦色素之不透明度的表面處理工藝,例如,將大體積的金屬氧化物塗層沈積沈澱於分散性塗料的色素,且該沈積沈澱物用作各色素粒子間的間隔物(spacer)。
根據DE 103 32 650 A1,可製成一種抗變灰度較高且滯留性及不透明度同時亦有所提高的二氧化鈦色素。此方法之特徵在於,在PH值保持在至少為10的條件下將一鋁成分及一磷成分加入二氧化鈦懸浮液,再將PH值降至9以下,從而沈澱出磷酸鋁化合物。
DE 10 2011 015 856 A1描述一種製造一塗佈有磷酸鋁之二氧化鈦色素的方法,該二氧化鈦色素的抗變灰度較高,亮度及不透明度亦有所提高。此方法先將磷酸加入二氧化鈦懸浮液,再加入鹼性及酸性之鋁化合物。
WO 2002/077107 A2揭露一種二氧化鈦色素組合物,其抗變
灰度及不透明度皆較高。此色素組合物係兩個不同二氧化鈦色素類型之混合物。類型A為適用於裝飾紙之抗變灰度較高的二氧化鈦色素,其例如塗佈有磷酸鋁,類型B為適用於分散性塗料之二氧化鈦色素,其以絮狀大體積沈積沈澱的方式塗佈有含量較高的SiO2及Al2O3。此組合物之缺點在於:需要先製成兩個不同色素類型再將其混勻。
在應用領域中需要提供一種製造優於習知無機色素之無機色素的方法,該方法效率更高且節約成本。特別是需要提供一種製造二氧化鈦色素的替代性節約型方法,該二氧化鈦色素的不透明度較高,且能同時將耐候性、抗變灰度、亮度、耐腐蝕性等其他特性加以優化。
本發明之目的在於提供一種將無機色素粒子,特別是二氧化鈦色素粒子作表面處理的替代方法,用於改善色素粒子的不透明度以及/或者耐候性或亮度等其他特性。
本發明用以達成上述目的之解決方案為一種將無機色素粒子作表面處理的方法,其特徵在於以下步驟:a)提供無機色素粒子的一水性懸浮液,b)用一獨立容器從水性溶液中沈澱無機化合物,其中,該沈澱產物由細微初始粒子的黏聚體以及/或者由單晶體構成,c)將所述沈澱產物加入無機色素粒子的該水性懸浮液。
該方法的其他有利方案參閱附屬項。

影像;及圖3為比較實例1所製經傳統表面處理之TiO2色素粒子的TEM影像。
此處及下文中的“氧化物”亦指相應之水性氧化物、氫氧化物及水合氧化物。就PH值、溫度、重量百分比濃度、體積百分比濃度、粒度等所有下列術語而言,相關領域通常知識者所熟知之測量精度範圍內的所有相關值亦被包含在內。本發明範圍內的術語“有效量”或者“有效含量”表示某個成分能夠在測量精度範圍內對混合物之特性施加影響的最低量。
本發明所用無機色素粒子的平均粒徑較佳為最大約1μm,特別是0.1μm至1μm,尤佳為0.2μm至0.5μm。
適用的色素粒子為無機彩色色素粒子及白色色素粒子。尤佳採用二氧化鈦色素粒子。
本發明以無機色素粒子的一水性懸浮液為出發點。該等粒子之前例如可在一攪拌磨機中進行過研磨處理。該等粒子上可設置有一表面塗層,如無機金屬氧化物。若是二氧化鈦色素粒子,則可採用在氯化物法完畢後或者在硫酸鹽法完畢後所製成的材料。該等二氧化鈦粒子較佳係鋁摻雜粒子。鋁摻雜之程度較佳為0.2至2.0重量百分比(以Al2O3計)。所用二氧化鈦粒子可未經處理(二氧化鈦基體)或經表面塗佈。該表面塗層可由一或多個層構成。該塗層通常含有SiO2、Al2O3、ZrO2、TiO2、SnO2、P2O5等化合物中的一或多個。相關領域通常知識者瞭解製造該塗層之常見組合物及常見工藝。特定言之,該等塗佈層可具有較緊密及/或較鬆弛的結構。
本發明將一由若干無機化合物構成的沈澱產物加入無機色素粒子的該水性懸浮液,該沈澱產物由細微初始粒子之黏聚體以及/或者由單晶體構成。該沈澱產物較佳含有氧化物或硫酸鹽。此處之氧化物尤指氧
化矽、氧化鋁、氧化鋯或氧化鈦或者上述物質之混合物。該等細微初始粒子之尺寸較佳不大於200nm,特別是不大於100nm,尤佳不大於50nm。根據本發明的另一實施方案,該等初始粒子主要為晶態粒子。該沈澱產物中的該等單晶體之邊長較佳不大於3μm,特定言之不大於1μm。所沈澱之細微初始粒子的黏聚體較佳具有鬆弛的結構。本發明中的“鬆弛的結構”或“鬆弛結構化之聚集體”係指,初始粒子間的空腔能被電子顯微鏡發現且所占體積大於黏聚體之體積百分比的約30%。下文亦將該等黏聚體稱作絮凝體。黏聚體的大小取決於沈澱條件及分散條件,如PH值、溫度、時間及細菌添加。相關領域通常知識者瞭解施加影響的相應方案。
透過將至少兩種成分混入水性溶液並對PH值及/或溫度實施相應控制來製造該沈澱產物,其中,將所期望的無機化合物沈澱。相關領域通常知識者瞭解用於實施沈澱的成分及相應控制參數。
在一獨立容器內實施沈澱,其中,該容器亦可例如指該容器的一裝有該無機色素粒子之懸浮液的管道。該管道可設有一嵌入式攪拌器。
根據本發明的一種實施方案,沈澱氧化鋁初始粒子之黏聚體時,提供例如一由至少兩種PH值為4.5至7的成分所構成的水性混合溶液。該等至少兩種成分既可指一鹼性鋁化合物(如鋁酸鈉)與一酸性成分,例如酸或酸性反應的鹽(如硫酸鋁)。亦可替代地指一酸性鋁化合物(如硫酸鋁)與一鹼性成分,例如鹼液或鹼性反應的鹽(如鋁酸鈉)。在該混合溶液中沈澱呈鬆弛結構化黏聚體的氧化鋁。
沈澱氧化矽初始粒子之黏聚體時,採用例如一鹼性鹼金屬矽酸鹽(如水玻璃)與一酸(如H2SO4或鹽酸)為相應成分。眾所周知,SiO2在PH值低於9至10左右時發生沈澱。
根據本發明的一種特別實施方案,可用鋁矽酸鹽初始粒子來製造鬆弛結構化黏聚體。其中,可將一鹼性矽酸鹽溶液與一鹼性鋁化合物
(如鋁酸鈉)混合,再(或同時)用一酸或一酸性反應成分(如硫酸鋁)將PH值調整至約10的水平,其中,以鬆弛結構化形式共同沈澱出SiO2及Al2O3。作為替代方案,亦可將一酸性反應的鋁化合物(如硫酸鋁)加入該鹼金屬矽酸鹽溶液,並用相應量的酸或鹼液將PH值調整至約10的水平。
本發明亦可製造其他氧化物混合物的沈澱產物。
隨後,較佳以懸浮液形式邊攪拌邊將本發明於一單獨容器內所製成的該沈澱產物加入該色素粒子懸浮液。選擇相應條件,使得該懸浮液中的沈澱產物及色素粒子在加入操作完畢後保持化學穩定。根據本發明,該沈澱產物之黏聚體作為離散式絮凝體積聚於該等無機色素粒子上或者該等無機色素粒子之間(參閱圖2)。而透過將無機材料就地沈澱於粒子表面上來對粒子作傳統式表面處理時,在粒子表面上形成大致連續式的層(參閱圖3)。
與傳統式表面處理相比,本發明之表面處理能更好地將各色素粒子隔開,從而在不透明度、著色力及成本方面有所改善。此外,本發明之表面處理為沈澱無機化合物帶來一定自由度,因為與傳統式就地沈澱法一樣,色素粒子必須面對特別沈澱條件。
根據本發明之方法的一種特別實施方案,製造一二氧化鈦色素以應用於不透明度較高且抗變灰度較高的層壓板中。其中,先在二氧化鈦粒子表面上沈積一由鋁-磷化合物構成的層並視需要混入水化氧化鋁。該組合物與鋁成分及磷成分的用量以及與視需要所摻雜之Al2O3的量相關。下文將該層簡稱磷酸氧化鋁層。透過以下方式製造該磷酸氧化鋁層:往較佳未經處理之二氧化鈦粒子的PH值至少為8,較佳至少為9的水性懸浮液中加入磷酸及一鹼性鋁化合物,再加入一酸性鋁化合物,其中,PH值調整至4.5至7並形成一磷酸氧化鋁層。
隨後之步驟係在一單獨容器內製造一由至少兩種PH值為
4.5至7的成分所構成的水性混合溶液。該等至少兩種成分既可指一鹼性鋁化合物(如鋁酸鈉)與一酸性成分,例如酸或酸性反應的鹽(如硫酸鋁),亦可替代地指一酸性鋁化合物(如硫酸鋁)與一鹼性成分,例如鹼液或鹼性反應的鹽(如鋁酸鈉)。在該混合溶液中沈澱無機鋁化合物,特別是形式為細微初始粒子之黏聚體的氧化鋁。該等黏聚體較佳具有鬆弛結構。
隨後將該含有所沈澱之黏聚體的混合溶液加入該二氧化鈦懸浮液,其中,所沈澱之黏聚體以絮凝體的形式積聚於該等二氧化鈦粒子的表面上。
再視需要將該二氧化鈦懸浮液的PH值調整至5至7左右。
相對於TiO2而言,磷酸的用量較佳為1.0至5.0重量百分比,特別是1.5至3.5重量百分比,尤佳為2.0至3.0重量百分比(以P2O5計)。
相對於TiO2而言,所添加之鋁化合物連同所沈澱之黏聚體的總量較佳為4.0至7.0重量百分比,特別是4.0至6.0重量百分比(以Al2O3計)。
藉由相關領域通常知識者所熟知之過濾方法將該經後處理之TiO2色素與懸浮液分離,並使所產生之濾餅進行生長以去除可溶性鹽類。
為提高色素在層壓板中的耐曬性,可在隨後之乾燥工藝前或其過程中往該生長之濾餅中加入0.05至0.5重量百分比(以NO3計,相對色素而言)的一含硝酸鹽的化合物,如KNO3、NaNO3、Al(NO3)3。亦可在一旨在提高流動特性的工序中為該色素添加一有機化合物,該有機化合物由一系列相關領域通常知識者所熟知之通常用以製造TiO2色素的物質構成,該等物質例如為多元醇(三羥甲基乙烷、三甲醇基丙烷、新戊二醇)。作為在乾燥工藝前或其過程中添加含硝酸鹽之化合物的替代方案,亦可於研磨過程中添加此類物質。
根據該方法的一種替代實施方案,在200至400℃,較佳200
至300℃條件下對該經處理之色素實施熱處理約60至180分鐘。
與參考色素相比,根據本發明方法之該實施方案所製成之色素的不透明度有所提高且亮度及抗變灰度保持不變,故非常適用於裝飾紙。
實例
下面對本發明進行示範性說明,該等實例不對本發明構成任何限制。
實例1
250ml經濕磨的TiO2色素粒子懸浮液,TiO2濃度為400g/l,用H2SO4將該懸浮液的PH值調整至3。再加入2g形式為硫酸鋁溶液之Al2O3,其中,PH值低於3。
從水性溶液中製造沈澱產物時,在60℃條件下邊攪拌邊緩慢地往100ml鋁酸鈉溶液中加入100ml水玻璃溶液(100g/l SiO2),此前已利用5%NaOH將該鋁酸鈉溶液之Al2O2濃度調整至100g/l。再用鹽酸將PH值緩慢降至10並在室溫下攪拌24小時。從而形成細微的沈澱物。
圖1a及1b為該沈澱產物的穿透式電子顯微影像(TEM)。該沈澱產物由黏聚之主要為晶態的粒子構成,該等粒子既具小於100nm又具大於100nm之特性晶面及初始粒子大小。圖1a還示出一邊長約為300nm的單晶體。
再邊攪拌邊將40ml含有該等沈澱產物的懸浮液加入該TiO2懸浮液。再將該TiO2懸浮液的PH值調整為6至8,將該TiO2粒子分離、清洗並在105℃條件下實施乾燥。
圖2a及2b為該等經處理之TiO2色素粒子的兩個TEM影像。從該等影像可看出,該等沈澱之黏聚體作為離散式間隔物出現在該等TiO2粒子之間(參閱箭頭)。
該等經處理之色素粒子的比表面(BET)為9.2m2/g。
比較實例1
250ml經濕磨的TiO2色素粒子懸浮液,TiO2濃度為400g/l,PH值約為12,在60℃條件下同時加入20ml水玻璃溶液(100g/l SiO2)及20ml硫酸鋁溶液(100g/l Al2O3)。再加入2g形式為硫酸鋁溶液之Al2O3。隨後,將此懸浮液的PH值調整為7,將該TiO2粒子分離、清洗並在105℃條件下實施乾燥。
圖3為該等經處理之TiO2色素粒子的TEM影像。從該影像可看出,就地沈澱的氧化物作為大致連續式的層出現在TiO2粒子的表面上。
該等經處理之色素粒子的比表面(BET)為15.3m2/g。
實例2
用氯化物法濕磨的TiO2色素粒子懸浮液,TiO2濃度為450g/l,TiO2粒子之鋁摻雜程度為1.2重量百分比(以Al2O3計),PH值為10,往該懸浮液中加入2.5重量百分比的P2O5,其形式為75%的H3PO4。PH值約為2。再以鋁酸鈉的形式加入2.0重量百分比的Al2O3。PH值約調整為10。下一步驟係往該懸浮液加入硫酸鋁(相當於1.1至1.3重量百分比的Al2O3)以將PH值調整為5。
隨後製成一由PH值為5的成分硫酸鋁及鋁酸鈉所構成的水性混合溶液,在該混合溶液中形成一由黏聚之初始粒子所構成的沈澱產物。將含有該沈澱產物的該混合溶液加入該TiO2懸浮液,使得Al2O3相對於TiO2而言之添加量為1.2重量百分比。
再用一鹼性鋁酸鈉溶液將該懸浮液的PH值調整至6。
對該經後處理之TiO2懸浮液進行過濾,並通過清洗來去除可溶性鹽類。以NaNO3的形式添加了約0.18重量百分比的NO3後,利用一噴霧乾燥機對經清洗的過濾漿料進行乾燥處理並用一噴射磨機進行研磨。
所製成之色素之組成如下(以氧化物計):2.2重量百分比的
P2O5及5.1重量百分比的Al2O3(相對於TiO2基體而言)及0.17重量百分比的NO3。
比較實例2
用氯化物法濕磨的TiO2色素粒子懸浮液,TiO2濃度為450g/l,TiO2粒子之鋁摻雜程度為1.2重量百分比(以Al2O3計),PH值為10,往該懸浮液中加入2.5重量百分比的P2O5,其形式為75%的H3PO4。PH值約為2。再以鋁酸鈉的形式加入2.0重量百分比的Al2O3。PH值約調整為10。下一步驟係往該懸浮液加入硫酸鋁(相當於1.1至1.3重量百分比的Al2O3)以將PH值調整為5。
隨後以同時添加硫酸鋁溶液及鋁酸鈉溶液的形式混入1.2重量百分比的Al2O3,使得PH值保持為5(固定PH法)。再用一鹼性鋁酸鈉溶液將該懸浮液的PH值調整至6。
對該經後處理之TiO2懸浮液進行過濾,並通過清洗來去除可溶性鹽類。以NaNO3的形式添加了約0.18重量百分比的NO3後,利用一噴霧乾燥機對經清洗的過濾漿料進行乾燥處理並用一噴射磨機進行研磨。
所製成之色素之組成如下(以氧化物計):2.3重量百分比的P2O5及5.5重量百分比的Al2O3(相對於TiO2基體而言)及0.18重量百分比的NO3。
測試方法及測試結果
製造層壓板(實驗室規模)
用纖維素將實例2及比較實例2所製二氧化鈦色素加工為裝飾紙,再對該等色素在經擠壓之層壓板中的光學特性及耐曬性進行測試。為此,將待測二氧化鈦色素結合纖維素並製成若干板片,其面積約為80g/m2,TiO2質量分數約為30g/m2。
評價該等裝飾紙之光學特性及該等二氧化鈦色素之品質
時,重要之處在於對相同灰含量的裝飾紙進行比較。為此,需要根據期望TiO2質量分數在紙張中的滯留性(此處為30±1g/m2)及期望的單位面積重量(此處為80±1g/m2)來調整用於製成板片的二氧化鈦色素用量。上述實驗中係採用1.65g纖維素(烘乾狀態)來製成板片。相關工藝及所用輔料係由相關領域通常知識者所熟知。
隨後測定板片中的二氧化鈦含量(灰分以【%】計)。測定二氧化鈦含量時,用高速灰化裝置在900℃條件下將規定重量的所製紙張灰化。透過稱量剩餘物來算出TiO2質量分數(灰分以【%】計)。使用以下公式計算灰含量:灰含量[g/m2]=(灰分[%]x單位面積重量[g/m2])/100[%]。
對紙張所進行的下一加工工藝包括實施浸漬並擠壓為層壓板。將需要塗佈樹脂的板片完全浸入三聚氰氨樹脂溶液,在2個塗佈刀之間抽出以確保一定的樹脂鍍覆度,再用循環空氣乾燥爐在130℃條件下進行預縮合。樹脂鍍覆度為板片重量的110%至140%。板片之殘餘濕度為5.7至6.2重量百分比。將縮合後的板片與浸漬有酚醛樹脂的芯紙及白色或黑色的墊紙組合為壓製疊層。
測量光學特性時,該等壓製疊層採用以下構建方案:裝飾紙、白色或黑色墊紙、6片芯紙、白色或黑色墊紙、裝飾紙。
測定抗變灰度時,該等壓製疊層採用以下構建方案:裝飾紙、5片芯紙、白色墊紙。
利用Wickert層壓機2742壓製成該等疊層,壓製溫度為140℃,壓力為90bar,壓製時間為300秒。
測試過程
用常用儀器(如分光光度計、氙測試儀)測量層壓板的光學特性及抗變灰度。
評價層壓材料之光學特性時,用ELREPHO®3300顏色測量儀依據DIN 6174透過白色或黑色墊紙測定色值(CIELABL*、-a*、-b*)。
採用透過白色墊紙(L*weiß)之CIELAB色值L*為亮度標準。
不透明度為紙張的透光性或穿透性的標準。選用以下大小來衡量層壓板之不透明度:CIELAB L*schwarz,透過黑色墊紙所測得的層壓板亮度;不透明度值L[%]=Yschwarz/Yweiß×100,根據透過黑色墊紙測得之Y值(Yschwarz)及透過白色墊紙測得之Y值(Yweiß)而得出。將CIELABL*schwarz及L[%]此二值皆標準化計算為30g/m2的灰含量。評價二氧化鈦色素或二氧化鈦色素混合物之抗變灰度(耐曬性)時,在一XENOTEST®Alpha中將相應層壓板檢體曝光。在用XENOTEST®Alpha進行為期96小時之曝光前及之後依據DIN 6174測量色值CIELAB L*、a*及b*。光源採用紫外輻射強度為70W/m2的氙弧燈。儀器之檢體室內的溫度為45℃,相對濕度為30%。對檢體實施“週期性”曝光。衡量抗變灰度的標準為△L*=L*vorer-L*nachher以及△E=((△L*)2+(△a*)2+(△b*)2)1/2。
測試結果
圖表為用本發明之色素(實例2)及參考色素(比較實例2)所製層壓板的測試結果。從中可看出,與含有先前技術所製色素的層壓板相比,用本發明之色素所製成的層壓板的不透明度更高且亮度值及抗變灰度值保持不變。
結論
從圖2與圖3之比較以及相應之比表面(BET)可看出,本發明之方法所製成之色素的表面特性明顯不同於經傳統後處理之色素。與傳統式表面處理相比,本發明之表面處理能更好地將各色素粒子隔開,從而在不透明度、著色力及成本方面有所改善。
此外,本發明之表面處理為沈澱無機化合物帶來一定自由度,因為色素粒子毋需面對傳統式就地沈澱法中的特別沈澱條件。
Claims (10)
- 一種將無機色素粒子作表面處理的方法,其特徵在於以下步驟:a)提供無機色素粒子的一水性懸浮液,b)用一獨立容器從水性溶液中沈澱無機化合物,其中,該沈澱產物由細微初始粒子的黏聚體以及/或者由單晶體構成,c)將所述沈澱產物加入無機色素粒子的該水性懸浮液。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之方法,其特徵在於,該無機色素粒子為二氧化鈦粒子。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之方法,其特徵在於,該沈澱產物具有鬆弛的黏聚體結構。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一或多項之方法,其特徵在於,該等所沈澱之無機化合物為氧化物或硫酸鹽。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一或多項之方法,其特徵在於,該等所沈澱之無機化合物為矽、鋁、鋯或鈦之氧化物或者上述物質之混合物。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至5項中任一或多項之方法,其特徵在於,該等所沈澱之細微初始粒子主要為晶態粒子。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至6項中任一或多項之方法,其特徵在於,該等無機色素粒子之前已經過表面處理。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至7項中任一或多項之方法,其特徵在於,隨後將該等無機色素粒子作一或多項進一步之表面處理。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至8項中任一或多項之方法,其特徵在於,a)提供未經處理之二氧化鈦粒子的一水性懸浮液,其PH值至少為8,較佳至少為9,之後,先加入磷酸及一鹼性鋁化合物, 再加入一酸性鋁化合物,其中,PH值調整至4.5至7,b)用一獨立容器從一PH值為4.5至7的水性溶液中沈澱無機化合物,其中,該溶液係用至少一鹼性鋁化合物與一酸性成分或者用至少一酸性鋁化合物與一鹼性成分製造而成,且其中,該沈澱產物由細微初始粒子的黏聚體以及/或者由單晶體構成,c)將所述沈澱的鋁化合物加入該水性二氧化鈦懸浮液。
- 一種用如申請專利範圍第1至9項中任一或多項之方法所製成之色素粒子在塑膠、塗層或層壓板中的應用。
