201144742 六、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明關於一種撓性塑膠膜材料之熱交換元件、包括 複數個此等熱交換元件之熱交換器以及製造熱交換元件之 設備。 尤其是,本發明包括熱交換元件,其係由撓性塑膠膜 材料製成,該撓性塑膠膜材料係接合以藉形成具有內部及 外部熱交換表面之形成之可膨脹袋,該元件包括:入口, 用於供應加壓之熱交換流體流;出口,用於在熱交換後排 出流體流;以及 熔接部陣列,其接合相對之塑膠膜,以界定垂直流體 流流徑,通過隨後在可膨脹袋內部之熱交換區。依據本發 明之熱交換器具有此等熱交換元件之組合,加壓之熱交換 流體係被配置成供給至每一元件之內部,且另一熱交換流 體流係被配置供給至元件之間所留下之該等間隙的每一 者。此等熱交換器之一項實例爲蒸餾器,其可使在元件之 間流動的液體蒸發,且在加壓蒸氣後,使在元件內部凝結 回液體。 【先前技術】 在先前技藝中,W090/01977說明一種由直立熱交換元 件之組合所組成的蒸餾設備,該等直立熱交換元件包括諸 對塑膠薄膜,其在薄膜之間具有點狀熔接部以界定熱交換 流體流之通道。將被蒸餾之水自元件上方之分配器槽被導 引至相鄰元件之外表面,在元件之間蒸發,且接著收集蒸 201144742 氣並將其吸取至鼓風機,其以較高壓力將蒸氣於元件內部 吹動。相鄰元件之內部與外部之間的熱交換使蒸氣凝結回 液體。每一元件具有沿元件上部位之垂直邊緣延伸的蒸氣 入口,及在元件之傾斜底部之最低角落中的液體出口。本 設備之目標在自含鹽海水產製淡水。 WO 92/10264 及 WO 92/10265 揭示一種依據 WO 90/01977之蒸餾設備之改良,其中將在袋狀熱交換元件之 間蒸發的液體及將在元件內部中凝結之加壓蒸氣兩者係透 過相鄰元件頂端之分配器條道(distributor strip)來供應。 另一種改良,爲每一元件之內部藉由在界定元件之薄膜對 之間呈「Z」字形的熔接線,對應地被分成平行垂直、「Z」 字形的流體流通道。 W0 9 8/3 3 029揭示作爲另一種改良之袋狀熱交換元 件,其迂迴狀熔接部界定元件內部之流體流所用之對應的 迂迴狀流通道。熔接部自每一元件之頂端延伸至錐形狀底 部,將凝結在元件中之流體收集至居中的排出口。本設備 意在用於具有懸浮固態物含量之工業廢水的蒸發,分離成 殘餘物,其通過相當狹窄之凝結液排出口因此提供在蒸餾 器中發生自淨。 DE25 11144說明一種蒸餾器,其中塑膠材料之垂直熱 交換元件包括點狀熔接之蒸氣分配器區及位在彼此旁邊之 以水平與垂直方式形成通道之熱交換區。自蒸餾器之垂直 邊供應熱蒸氣至每一元件之內部,使熱蒸氣通過點狀熔接 之蒸氣分配器區,且將其導引至熱交換區之水平與垂直通 201144742 道’凝結且排出成爲凝結液體,通過元件底部之出口。被 蒸發之溶液係自蒸餾器之頂端供應至熱交換元件之外表 面’往下流動且在熱交換區之經膨脹的水平與垂直通道之 間蒸發。 與點狀熔接部比較,迂迴或「Z」字形之熔接部有益於 元件之間形成的液流通道不易阻塞成的益處,尤其是’假 如元件係配置成使每一第二元件相關於鄰近之元件轉向成 鏡像狀,姿態更是如此。在此等配置中,鄰近元件之膨脹 迂迴狀流動通道經常彼此交叉,並在元件外部形成通道, 該等通道在呈迂迴狀膨脹部位附近形成十字交叉。點狀熔 接部,尤其是在鄰近元件中呈面對面位置時,會使在膨脹 元件之間的通道變薄且有抑制流體流的趨勢。因纖維狀之 懸浮液被蒸發,會使流動通道容易阻塞。迂迴狀熔接部構 造亦可比點狀熔接部經得起較高之壓力差,且提供較優越 之液體分配。 由於分別供應流體流至每一元件之內部及外部的雙重 供給通道配置,習知技藝之熱交換器的迂迴熔接部構造, 在元件頂端之流體流分配結構體積甚大,乃爲其缺點。雙 重供給通道配置之厚度設爲元件膨脹之最小値’使得鄰近 元件之表面彼此接觸。因此’限制了膨脹’以致增加熱交 換表面之數量且在特定容積中增加熱交換能力是不可能 的。 【發明内容】 本發明之目標在提供一種經改良之熱交換元件,其中 已避免以上缺點。另言之’本發明旨在相鄰的熱交換元件 201144742 之間的流體容易流動,且在高壓條件之下,該等元件 高度抗磨損’及改進由於受限膨脹造成之能力,以及 熱交換的表面積。本發明所提供之解決方案爲一種熱 元件’其中具有:點狀熔接部陣列,位於鄰近入口之 件的最上第一區中;平行延伸熔接部陣列,位於該第 下方之該元件的第二區中,該延伸熔接部界定通過該 區之流體流通道;以及斜熔接部陣列,位於該第二區 之該元件的最下第三區中,該斜熔接部界定供流體流 出口之通道。 在元件的最上第一區中之點狀熔接部,允許通常 壓蒸氣之流體可自由地朝側向分佈,藉以使該蒸氣可 分配至下方第二區中之流體通道。因此,蒸氣入口可 元件之垂直邊上,與供給流體至元件外部之入口通 開°在元件頂端之供給通道結構的厚度係只由後者決 造成要使元件表面彼此接觸所需之個別元件膨脹較小 者’藉由增加點狀熔接部之數量,可降低在第一區中 脹且使其小於第二區中之膨脹,此將改進相鄰元件之 部位之間的流體流動。 ί衣據本發明之較佳實施例,元件包括平行迂迴熔 陣列’其界定垂直延伸通過元件第二區之平行迂迴的 &通道°然而,本發明甚至涵蓋在第二區中之線性熔g 在氣·體對氣體之熱交換器中尤其有用。 熱交換元件之第一及第二區大致可爲矩形,而第 聿月向出□呈錐形狀。在熱交換器中,熱交換元件經常 具有 增加 交換 該元 —區 第二 下方 向該 爲加 均勻 位在 道分 定, 。再 之膨 最上 接部 流體 :部, 三區 處於 201144742 直立狀態,且出口係位在元件的最下端,第三區中之流體 流通道則朝出口匯聚。 依據本發明之熱交換器包括由相鄰的熱交換元件所構 成的組合,熱交換元件係由撓性塑膠膜材料所製成,每一 元件具有可膨脹袋之形式,可膨脹袋具有內部及外部熱交 換表面’以便能在加壓的第一流體與第二流體之間作熱交 換,第一流體係在元件內部流動,第二流體係在相鄰的元 件之間流動,且每一元件包括:入口,用於供應該第一流 體;出口,用於在熱交換後排出第一流體;以及熔接部陣 列,其接合相對之塑膠膜,以界定垂直的流體流流徑隨後 流體流通過可膨脹袋內部之熱交換區。本發明之熱交換器 的特徵在於每一熱交換元件具有:點狀熔接部陣列,位於 鄰近元件入口最上方的第一區中;平行延伸的熔接部陣 列,位於該第一區下方之元件的第二區中,該延伸熔接部 界定通過第二區之流體流通道;以及斜熔接部陣列,位於 該第二區下方之元件的最下第三區中,該斜熔接部界定供 流體流向出口之通道。 —種用於製造如本發明之熱交換元件的設備,其特徵 在於該設備包括:雙重塑膠片材料之薄片的行經路徑,該 雙重塑膠片材料係用於製備複數個袋狀元件;一連串沿該 路徑設置之可加熱的熔接滾輪,該三個滾輪具有凸部,用 於分別形成三種相異構造之熔接部,且設有液壓或氣動手 段,用於選擇性地使該等滾輪與移動中的薄片接觸與不接 觸;以及在薄片的相對側上之支撐滾輪,支撐該等熔接滾 201144742 輪與該薄片接觸。 本發明現將參照諸附圖,藉由實例作更詳細說明 【實施方式】 第1圖表示熱交換元件1,其包括一對撓性塑膠膜材 料膜片,該撓性塑膠膜材料係經粘接以.形成具有內部及外 部熱交換表面之可膨脹袋。熱交換元件元件1屬於熱交換 器,該熱交換器包括由相鄰的元件所構成的組合,該相鄰 的元件藉由夾緊手段彼此束縛在一起。熱交換流體之一者 係加壓氣體或蒸氣,其在熱交換元件1內部流動且使元件 膨脹以便壓迫相鄰元件之熱交換膜表面成彼此接觸。其它 熱交換流體沿外部的熱交換表面,在熱交換元件1之間流 動。 依據第1圖之熱交換元件1包括:入口 2,用於供應 加壓之熱交換流體流;出口 3,用於在熱交換後排出流體 流;以及熔接部4、熔接部5、及熔接部6陣列,其等接合 相對之塑膠膜片,以在該袋內界定出流體流的流徑。在該 等元件內部之流體行進方向,係大致呈垂直向下,分成第 一區7、第二區8、第三區9三個區,該等區域具有相異構 造之熔接部,將膜片彼此粘接在一起且界定在元件內部之 流體流的流徑。在鄰近入口 2之第一區7中具有允許流體 在側向分佈之點狀熔接部4。入口 2位在第一區7旁之垂 直邊1〇上。跟隨在第一區7後之第二區8,具有平行迂迴 熔接部5陣列,其界定出對應於迂迴的且垂直延伸通過第 二區8的流體流通道11。跟隨在第二區8後之第三區9, 201144742 具有斜熔接部6陣列,其界定供流體流朝向最下方出口 3 匯聚之通道12。在第一區7及第二區8之區域中,熱交換 元件1之形狀係矩形,具有水平頂端13及垂直邊1〇而在 第三區9中,元件之底部14在軸向向最下方之出口 3作成 對稱式的錐形。 第2圖顯示兩相鄰的熱交換元件1、1’,其設置在依據 本發明所組合之熱交換器1 5的一組元件中。可見到相鄰之 元件1、1 ’呈迂迴狀的流通道1 1係呈相互位移或鏡像狀 態,使得經膨脹之通道經常彼此交叉且於元件外部留下通 道16,環繞該等通道作十字交叉。第4圖爲以截面表示元 件組合,其進一步例示相鄰元件1、1 ’中經膨脹之通道1 1 之相互位置。 如在第3及4圖中所見者,每一熱交換元件1之入口 2設有垂直桿17,其包含一組加壓流體供給通道18,該供 給通道導引至具有點狀熔接部4之第一區7。沿該等元件 之頂端13,具有包括相鄰之水平桿19之水平流體分配器 結構,每一水平桿1 9具有一組供給通道20,供給通道20 將熱交換流體分配在該等元件之間的熱交換表面上。垂直 桿1 7及水平桿1 9的端部係交替堆疊並藉由穿入該組合中 之每一元件的插栓21接合在一起。 可使用具有依據第1圖之熱交換元件組合的熱交換器 爲蒸餾器,其中液體係在相鄰的元件之間蒸發,藉由鼓風 機(未示出)將自液體產生之蒸氣提升至較高壓力及溫度, 然後在該等元件之內部將蒸氣凝結回液體且自該等元件排 -10- 201144742 出成爲蒸餾液。另外之可能使用爲自較高溫度之氣體至較 低溫度之氣體的熱交換,具較高壓力之氣體在該等元件中 流動且具較低壓力之氣體在該等元件之間流動。當流體於 經壓縮之元件之間的間隙及通道中流動時,流體內之纖維 或其它懸浮液之蒸發,用以降低其容積及分離其中之固態 物含量,其後該等固態物係藉由自淨作用於此移除。 第5圖中以示意方式描述製造熱交換元件1之設備》 該設備具有:雙重塑膠片材料之薄片22的行經路徑,該雙 重塑膠片材料係用於製備複數個袋狀元件;一連串沿該路 徑設置之三個可加熱的熔接滾輪23、24、25,該三個滾輪 具有凸部,用於分別形成三種相異構造之熔接部,且設有 液壓或氣動手段(未示出),用於選擇性地使該等滾輪與移 動中的薄片接觸與不接觸,以及在薄片的相對側上之支撐 滾輪26,支撐與該薄片接觸之該等熔接滾輪。爲產製如第 1圖中所見之元件,該三個滾輪具有凸部,用於分別形成 點狀、迂迴及匯聚構造之熔接部。經熔接之塑膠薄片被捲 起至滾輪2 7,且在稍後階段被切成個別熱交換元件i。 【圖式簡單說明】 第1圖爲依據本發明之熱交換元件的前視圖; 第2圖爲依據第1圖之兩相鄰熱交換元件之部分切面 的部分前視圖; 第3圖爲依據申請專利範圍第1項之元件左上角的前 視圖,其係沿第4圖之切面111 -111所作成者,其包含熱交 換流體之入口通道; -11- 201144742 第4圖爲部分熱交換器之截面圖,其係自第3圖之切 面IV-IV所作成者,該熱交換器包括由諸熱交換元件所構 成之組合;以及 第5圖爲用於製造依據本發明之熱交換元件之設備的 示意例示圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 1 ' 1 5 熱交換元件 10 垂直邊 11 通道 12 通道 13 頂端 14 底部 15 熱交換器 16 通道 17 垂直桿 18 供給通道 19 水平桿 2 入口 20 供給通道 2 1 插栓 22 薄片 23 熔接滾輪 24 熔接滾輪 25 熔接滾輪

Claims (1)
