201026502 六、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於一種表面保護膜。特別是關於一種適於稜 • 鏡片等於表面具有突起狀物之被黏附體之表面保護的表面 保護膜。 【先前技術】 已知有假黏於金屬板或玻璃板、合成樹脂板等之表面 Φ 上,防止該等物品表面損傷或者附著塵土等的表面保護膜 (例如文獻1 :曰本專利特開昭61_103975號公報、文獻2 : 曰本專利2713519號公報、文獻3 :曰本專利特開2〇〇〇_ 80336號公報)。 例如,於文獻丨中揭示有一種表面保護膜,該表面保護 膜之黏著劑層係藉由共擠出法等形成黏著材料層與聚烯烴 系樹脂基材而成者,上述黏著材料層包含含有以通式 A所表示之嵌段共聚物(其中’ A為苯乙烯系聚合物嵌段, 0 B為乙烯與丁烯之共聚物嵌段)與增黏樹脂之組合物。 文獻1中揭示之表面保護膜可藉由共擠出法進行積層, 可實現黏著劑之無溶劑化,且於環境保護之觀點或製造時 之安全衛生方面優異。X,可使製造步驟簡略化,因此於 經濟性方面亦優異。 、 然而,如文獻1中所揭示之先前之表面保護膜,於作為 捲繞為滾筒狀之捲疊體而進行保管或者輸送等之情形時, ,存在捲疊於基材背面之黏著劑層與基材牢固地黏著之虞。 其結果’對從捲疊體播開表面保護膜造成㈣,且貼附 144959.doc 201026502 於被黏附體表面上之貼附作業之效率下降。又,若強行捲 開,則基材部分性拉長而變形,或者黏著劑層部分性剝 離,從而存在變得不能用作表面保護膜之虞。 先别為了解決該等問題,對基材之背面實施塗佈脫模 劑或電暈處理等脫模處理。 二而於使用脫模劑之情形時,必需與基材牢固地接著 且不與黏著劑層接著之特殊脫模劑,且於將脫模劑轉移至 黏著劑層之情形時,存在表面保護膜於被黏附體上之黏著 力降低之虞。 進而,由於實施複雜之脫模劑塗佈步驟或電暈處理等脫 模處理,而存在表面保護膜之製造成本增大之虞。 又,為了解決上述問題,自先前亦嘗試了控制點著強度 之方法。作為控制黏著強度之方法,例如於文獻2中藉由 調整苯乙烯系彈性體之二嵌段量而控制黏著強度。又,於 文獻3中藉由調整增黏劑之調配量而控制黏著強度。、 然而,於文獻2之方法中,冑然可藉由增加二嵌段量而 提高黏著強度,但存在黏性變強而無法自㈣體製品捲開 之問題。 又 體製 題0 於文獻3之方法中存在為了兼顧黏著強度與自捲義 捲開之捲開性而造成調配量之調整範圍過窄的= 【發明内容】 其可解決如上 可藉由於特定 本發明之目的在於提供一種表面保護膜 所述之問題等,可藉由共擠出法進行成形 144959-doc 201026502 範圍内任意調整黏著層之硬度而控制黏著強度,可並不對 基材層之表面塗佈剝離劑而使自捲疊體捲開之捲開性良 好’且可經長時間地維持穩定之黏著力與捲開性。進而, 其目的在於提供一種可藉由於黏著層中調配之苯乙烯系彈 性體與聚烯烴之至少任一者之硬度而調整黏著強度之控制 的表面保護膜。 二 本發明之表面保護膜之特徵在於:其係包含聚烯烴系 基材層、黏著層者,上述黏著層含有包含乙烯_聚異戊_ 烯嵌段之苯乙烯系彈性體、聚烯烴以及增黏劑,上述黏著 層之硬度(馬氏硬度)為!_〇 N/mm2以上、2·5 N/顏2以下。 又於本發明中,較好的是上述聚浠烴相對於上述包含 乙烯-聚異戊二烯嵌段之苯乙烯系彈性體之質量比為0.1以 上2以下且上述增黏劑相對於上述包含乙稀-聚異戊二 烯喪段之苯乙埽系彈性體之質量比為0.03以上、工以下。 進而,於本發明中,較好的是上述苯乙稀系彈性體中, 苯乙烯之含量為5質量%以μ 負®/〇以上、30質量%以下,三嵌段共聚 物之含量為80質量%以μ , _ 乂上’玻璃轉移溫度為-40。(:以上、 20°C以下。 而且,於本發明中,龢 , r. , μ 較好的疋上述黏著層之厚度為5 μιη 以上、25 μιη以下。 進而,於本發明中,軔 法而積層。 子的疋上述黏著層係藉由共擠出 藉由本發明’可提供一種表面保護 法進行成形,可藉由於胜〜丹猎由共擠出 由於特疋範圍内任意調整黏著層之硬度 144959.doc 201026502 而控制黏著強度’可並不對基材層之表面塗佈剝離劑而使 自捲疊體捲開之捲開性良好’且可經長時間地維持穩定之 黏著力與捲開性。進而,可提供一種可藉由於黏著層中調 配之苯乙烯系彈性體與聚烯烴之至少任一者之硬度而調整 黏著強度之控制的表面保護膜。 【實施方式】 以下,對本發明之實施形態加以說明。 本實施形態之表面保護膜包含基材層與黏著層。 基材層只要為通常用作表面保護膜之支撐體的片材或膜 則並無特別限定,例如可列舉由聚烯烴系等材料所形成之 膜。 作為可用作基材層之聚烯烴,例如可列舉:低密度聚乙 烯、中达'度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、線性低密度聚乙烯、 乙烯-α烯烴共聚物、乙烯_乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯 酸乙酯共聚物 '乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯 酸正丁酯共聚物、聚丙烯(均聚物、無規共聚物、嵌段共 聚物)等。再者,該等樹脂可單獨使用,亦可製成任意組 合之混合物而使用。特別是嵌段共聚物之聚丙烯 (BPP(Bioriented PolyproPylene,雙向拉伸聚丙烯))作為基 材層之材料較好。藉由使用BPP,可使基材層表面變為粗 糙面,進而可使捲開性提高,並且可提高撕裂強度或衝擊 強度。進而可賦予耐熱性、剛性。 又’於基材層中亦可視需要調配顏料 '抗老化劑、穩定 劑、紫外線吸收劑等添加劑。 144959.doc 201026502 ^成。作為单層或包含複 較合適的是30 μιη以上、 進而,基材層亦可由複數層而 數層之基材層的合計厚度,例如 80 μιη以下。 黏著層含有包含乙烯-聚異 體、聚烯烴以及增黏劑。 戊二烯嵌段之苯乙烯系彈性 於黏著層中調配之包含乙稀聚異戊二㈣段之苯乙稀 系彈性體係、以通式⑴或通式⑺所表示之嵌段共聚物。

於通式⑴及通式(2)中,Α為笨乙烯嵌段,Β為以下述通 式(3)所表Μ未經氫化之乙烯烯嵌段或對其進 行有氫化之乙烯-聚異戊二烯嵌段。再者,於苯乙烯系彈 性體中亦包含未經偶合之苯乙烯嵌段、及未經偶合之經氫 化或未經風化之乙稀-聚異戊二稀嵌段。
包含乙烯-聚異戊二烯嵌段之苯乙烯系彈性體中,苯乙 稀之含量為5質量%以上、30質量%以下,較好的是1〇質量 %以上、25質量%以下。此處,若苯乙烯之含量未達5質量 % ’則硬度變低且黏著強度過強,因此存在自被黏附體剝 離時產生糨糊殘餘之可能性而欠佳。特別是於稜鏡片等於 144959.doc 201026502 表面具有突起狀物之被黏附體中容易發生糨糊殘餘。若苯 乙烯之含量超過30質量%,則硬度過高,因此存在於被黏 附體上之黏著強度較弱而剝離之可能性而欠佳。特別是於 棱鏡片4於表面具有突起狀物之被黏附體中容易發生剝 離。 此處所謂笨乙烯之含量,係指苯乙烯嵌段相對於包含乙 烯-聚異戊二烯嵌段之苯乙烯系彈性體之總量的含量。 苯乙烯之含量例如可藉由如下方法而求得。 即,將保護膜之黏著層中所含之嵌段共聚物組合物溶解 於少量之己烷中後,添加過量之丙酮而將其分離為不溶於 丙酮之成分與可溶於丙酮之成分’對不溶於丙_之成分進 行NMR(核磁共振光譜法)測定,根據光譜之積分強度比而 算出。 所謂三嵌段共聚物,係指以上述通式(1)所表示之嵌段 共聚物。 二嵌段共聚物之含量為80質量%,較好的是9〇質量%以 上。若二嵌段共聚物之含量未達8〇質量%,則於被黏附體 上之黏著強度過強,因此存在於剝離時發生糨糊殘餘之可 能性而欠佳。又,與基材層背面的黏著強度變強,因此存 在自捲疊體捲開之捲開性降低之可能性而欠佳。 三嵌段共聚物之含量例如可藉由如下方法而求得。 即,將保護膜之黏著層中所含之嵌段共聚物組合物溶解 於四氫呋喃(THF,tetrahydrofuran)中,將Tosoh股份有限 公司製造之GS5000H及G4000H之液相層析儀用管柱各2 I44959.doc 201026502 ^又。…十仏串列連接,流動相係使用THF,於溫度為 ^ μ量為1㈣分鐘之條件下實施高效液相層析。由所 付之圖求传偶合成分即三嵌段共聚物所對應之峰面積。將 料面積相對於整料面積之百料作為三嵌段共聚物之 含量。 匕3乙烯-聚異戊二烯嵌段之笨乙烯系彈性體之玻璃轉 移溫度為,。C以上、2代以下。若包含乙稀-聚異戍二 ❹烯後段之苯乙稀系彈性體之破璃轉移溫度未達書C, 則難以表現出於表面保護膜之通常之使用溫度範圍(例 士 20C 40C)内的黏著強度,存在自被黏附體剝離之可 月b !·生而人佳。特別是於稜鏡片等於表面具有突起狀物之被 黏附體中容易發生剝離。 玻璃轉移温度例如可藉由如下方法而求得。 將保護膜之黏著層中所含之嵌段共聚物組合物溶解於少 量之己烧中後,添加過量之丙綱而將其分離為不溶於丙啊 ❹之成分與可溶於丙酮之成分。利用示差掃描熱卡計使不溶 於丙酮之成分以20t/分鐘之比例自室溫起升溫,測定發 熱量而製成吸熱曲線。於吸熱曲線上晝2根延長線,由延 長線間之1 / 2直線與吸熱曲線的交點而求得玻璃轉移溫 度。 乙烯-聚異戊二烯嵌段之含量例如可藉由如下方法而求 得。 將黏著層之原料顆粒溶解於氘代氯仿中,進RNmr (核 磁共振波譜法)測定,根據光譜之積分強度比而算出。 144959.doc 201026502 再者’該包含乙烯-聚異戊二烯嵌段之苯乙烯系彈性體 亦可不經氫化。 作為黏著層中調配之聚烯烴,例如可列舉:低密度聚乙 烯、中密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙稀、線性低密度聚乙婦、 乙烯-α烯烴共聚物、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙稀-丙稀 酸乙酯共聚物、乙烯-曱基丙烯酸曱酯共聚物、乙稀-丙燁 酸正丁酯共聚物、聚丙烯(均聚物、無規共聚物、篏段共 聚物)等。該等聚烯烴中,聚丙烯作為黏著層之材料較 好。聚丙稀與包含未經氫化或經氫化之乙稀-聚異戊二稀 嵌段之苯乙烯系彈性體的相溶性良好,且耐熱性優異,進 而難以發生由滲出所造成之被黏附體污染。 又’調配之聚烯烴並不限於一種,亦可混合使用2種以 上。 作為黏著層中調配之增黏劑,可利用與苯乙烯系彈性體 之經氫化或未經氫化之乙烯_聚異戊二烯嵌段選擇性相溶 之樹脂。 作為此種樹脂,例如可列舉脂肪族烴樹脂、萜烯樹脂、 葉草吟-茚樹脂、芳香族烴樹脂、松香樹脂等。 又,於黏著層中亦可視需要調配液狀聚合物或石蠟油等 軟化劑、填充劑、顏料、抗老化劑、穩定劑、紫外線吸收 劑等添加劑。 黏著層中調配之比例係聚烯烴相對於包含乙烯-聚異戊 二烯嵌段之苯乙烯系彈性體之質量比為〇丨以上、2以下, 且增黏劑相料包含乙稀·聚異戊二稀嵌段之苯乙歸系彈 144959.doc •10- 201026502 性體之質量比為0.03以上、1以下。 此處,若聚烯烴相對於包含乙烯_聚異戊二烯嵌段之苯 乙烯系彈性體之質量比未達〇.丨,則於被黏附體上之黏著 強度過強,因此存在剝離時發生糨糊殘餘之可能性而欠 佳。又,與基材層背面之黏著強度變強,因此存在自捲疊 體捲開之捲開性降低之可能性而欠佳。若聚烯烴相對於包 含乙稀-聚異戊二烯嵌段之苯乙烯系彈性體之質量比超過 ❿ 2,則存在黏著強度變弱,自被黏附體表面剝離之虞。特 別疋於稜鏡片等於表面具有突起狀物之被黏附體中容易發 生剝離。 再者,聚烯烴相對於包含乙烯基_聚異戊二烯嵌段之苯 乙烯系彈性體之質量比,較好的是〇·15以上、1以下,更 好的是0.2以上、0.6以下。 若增黏劑相對於包含乙烯-聚異戊二烯嵌段之苯乙烯系 彈性體之質量比未達〇.〇3,則存在黏著強度變弱,自被黏 Φ 附體表面剝離之虞。特別是於稜鏡片等於表面具有突起狀 物之被黏附體中容易發生剝離。若增黏劑相對於包含乙 烯-聚異戊二烯嵌段之苯乙浠系彈性體之質量比超過丨,則 存在發生由滲出而造成之被黏附體之污染、或者導致凝聚 力降低的可能性而欠佳。 再者’增黏劑之含量較好的是0·05以上、〇.5以下。 黏著層之厚度為5 μηι以上、25 μηι以下。此處,若黏著 層之厚度未達5 μηι,則於被黏附體具有突起狀物之情形 時,存在其前端破損之虞而欠佳。又,存在黏著強度降 144959.doc • 11 · 201026502 低’發生自被黏附體剝離之可能性而欠佳。若黏著層之厚 度超過25 μιη,則黏著強度過強’存在於自被黏附體剝離 時發生糨糊殘餘之可能性而欠佳。又,與基材層背面之黏 著強度變強’因此存在自捲疊體捲開之捲開性降低之可能 性而欠佳。 再者,黏著層之厚度較好的是1〇 μιη以上、2〇 μηι以下。 黏著層之硬度(馬氏硬度)為N/mm2以上、2.5 N/mm2 以下。若未達1.0 N/mm2,則黏著層之硬度過低,因此與 基材層背面之黏著強度變強’因此存在自捲疊體捲開之捲 開性降低之可能性而欠佳。若超過2.5 N/mm2,則黏著層 之硬度過高,因此於被黏附體具有突起狀物之情形時,變 传難以與被黏附體之凹凸形狀吻合,因此存在無法獲得充 分之黏著強度,自被黏附體剝離之可能性而欠佳。 黏著層之硬度例如可根據黏著層中調配之包含乙稀_聚 異戊一稀欲段之本乙稀系彈性體與聚稀烴之硬度而調整。 進而,若調配之聚烯烴為2種以上,則亦可根據各聚烯烴 之硬度而調整。 於本實施形態中,基材層及黏著層係藉由共擠出法而積 層。 [實施形態之效果] 藉由上述實施形態,可起到如下效果。 根據本實施形態,黏著層含有包含未經氫化或經氩化之 乙烯-聚異戊二烯欣段之苯乙烯系彈性體,因此於將表面 保護膜製成捲疊體之情形時,即使不對基材層實施脫模處 144959.doc •12· 201026502 理,亦容易自捲疊體捲開表面保護膜。 藉此可提高將表面保護膜貼附於被黏附體表面之貼附作 業之效率。又,基材層部分性拉伸而變形,或者黏著層部 分性剝離,從而浪費表面膜之可能性亦較低。進而,無需 用以確保自捲疊體捲開之捲開性的脫模處理,因此可抑制 表面保護膜之製造成本。 黏著層含有特定量之聚稀烴及增黏劑,且於苯乙烯系彈 φ 性體中,苯乙烯之含量為5質量°/。以上、30質量%以下,三 嵌段共聚物之含量為80質量%以上,玻璃轉移溫度為_4〇艽 以上、20°C以下,因此可確保表面保護膜自捲疊體捲開之 良好的捲開性,並可將黏著層於被黏附體上之黏著強度調 整為作為表面保護媒而言適宜之範圍。 難以發生剝離或糨糊殘餘等異常,因此亦可適用於稜鏡 片等於表面具有突起狀物之被黏附體。 黏著層之厚度為5 μιη以上、25 μπι以下,因此可恰當地 Φ 保護稜鏡片等於表面具有突起狀物之被黏附體之表面。 即,黏著層過薄而造成突起狀物破損,或者黏著層過厚 而造成剝離時發生糨糊殘餘,自捲疊體捲開之捲開性降低 之可能性較低。 黏著層之硬度(馬氏硬度)為丨.0 以上、2.5 N/mm2 以下,因此於將表面保護膜製成捲疊體之情形時,即使不 對基材層實施脫模處理,亦容易自捲疊體捲開表面保護 膜。 又’由於黏著層之硬度過高而造成難以與被黏附體之凹 144959.doc -13- 201026502 從而自被黏附體 凸形狀吻合,無法獲得充分之黏著強度 剝離之可能性較低。 如 而 即’可藉由任意調整黏著層之硬度而控制黏著強度。例 可错由黏著層中調配之苯乙烯系彈性體與㈣烴之硬度 基材層及上述黏著層係藉由共擠出法而積層,因此可益 溶劑地-次性積層基材層與黏著層,可藉由相對簡單之製 造裝置而形成表面保護膜。又,由於製造步驟之簡略化, 可將表面保護膜之製造成本抑制為廉價。進而,於藉由丘 擠出法而形成之表面保護膜中,基材層之表面與黏著層二 層間強度較強,且自被黏附體剝離時發生檢糊殘餘之 性較低。 [變形例] 再者,本發明並不限定於上述實施形態,於可實現本發 明之目的之㈣的變更、改良等亦包含於本發明中。 於本實施形態中例示了包含基材層與黏著層之表面保護 膜’但並不限於此,例如亦可為設置有紫外線吸收層等其 他功能層之構成。於此情形時’可保護被黏附體表面免受 物理性接觸以及紫外線等其他因素之影響。 另外,本發明之實施中之具體材料及構成等,於可實現 本發明之目的之範圍内亦可為其他材料及構成等。 [實施例] 其次,列舉實施例及比較例對本發明加以更詳細之說 明。再者,本發明並不受該等實施例之揭示内容任何限 144959.doc 201026502 制。 (實施例1) 對於苯乙烯之含量為20質量%、三嵌段共聚物之含量為 100質量%、玻璃轉移溫度為-15°C之包含乙烯-聚異戊二烯 嵌段之苯乙烯系彈性體(可樂麗公司製造,商品名: « HYBRAR 7125 ,硬度為 64(JIS(Japanese Industrial Standard,日本工業標準)K-6253)),分別混合質量比為 0.13 之作為聚稀烴之 RPP(Reinforced Polypropylene,增強 聚丙稀)(Japan Polypropylene Corporation製造,商品名: Wintec WFW-4,馬氏硬度為43.4)、質量比為0.04之 LLDPE(Linear Low Density Polyethylene,線性低密度聚 乙烯)(Prime Polymer公司製造,商品名:MORETEC 1018G,馬氏硬度為9.9)、質量比為0.17之增黏劑(出光興 產股份有限公司製造,商品名·· I-MARV P-140)而製成黏 著層材料。 φ 藉由雙層共擠出法將該黏著層材料與作為基材層材料之 BPP(SunAllomer公司製造、商品名:PC-684S)共擠出,以 使黏著層厚度成為11 μπι,基材層厚度成為39 μιη,從而獲 ^ 得表面保護膜。 . Claims (1)
