Vt 先 w in 背 而 之 注 意 卞 項 艰 % k木 η 覆面氈必須擁有某些最低性質以期符合性能要求與安装 之嚴格要求。單覆面之抗張強度必須為單純絕读氈之至少 三倍,而產物之撞擊強度,Μ慕倫(Mullen)燿破試驗測得 者,應為至少12PS ί。 雖然本發明主要已就覆面薄片加在由细玻瑰纖維所構成 之纖维玻璃絕緣物上加Μ說明,但須了解的是,此概念亦 可適用於其他種纖維。又,雖然覆面薄片之棰類可《所需 最終產物而異,但亦須了解的是,各種不同材料及不同物 理構型所構成之薄Η都可使用。為了防止火對最終安裝之 破壊,材料較佳應耐火者。 本發明比目前現有之產物具有若干優點。除了改進的安 裝性能及會冷凝水份自多孔覆面薄片逃逸之能力外*在多 孔性覆面薄片本身上收集絕緣纖维之方法可降低纖維和黏 合劑通過收集鏈帶網眼而正常損失之量。 現在懕淸楚的是,本發明提供了以上所列舉有關軽質浓 維絕緣產物一特別是有闞细纖維所構成的低密度氈一之問 題的簡軍但獨特的解決方法。所得產物實體上優於先前產 製之絕緣產物且適合於極佳之姐装和安裝程序。 經濟部屮央栊準·-工消费合作社印製 現在應明白的是,本發明不一定限於有關較佳具體例所 述之所有特定细節,但不改變本發明整個基本功能與槪念 的較佳具體例之特定,可在不偏離申請專利範圍所述之本 發明精神與範圍下,作改變。 -10- 本紙张尺度遑用中ΒΒ家楳準(CNS)T4規格(210父297公龙)

Claims (1)
