枚以上の板およびB.不織布または織物からなる1つ以
上の層を有し、この場合板Aと層Bは、機械的に互いに
結合されている複合体。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、メラミン樹脂およ
び不織布または織物からの連続気泡の軟質フォーム材料
板からなる複合体に関する。

【従来の技術】メラミン樹脂からなる連続気泡のフォー
ム材料板は、その良好な遮音性のために陸屋根張り材料
または壁張り材料として使用されている。この張り材料
をさらに発展させる場合には、外観および機械的負荷能
力の改善が必要であることが明らかになった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従って、本発明には、
前記に記載された目的を達成するという課題が課され
た。

【課題を解決するための手段】この目的は、本発明によ
って達成される。それによれば、本発明の対象は、 A.メラミン樹脂/ホルムアルデヒド樹脂を基礎とする
連続気泡の軟質フォーム材料からなる1枚以上の板およ
び B.不織布または織物からなる1つ以上の層を有し、こ
の場合板Aと層Bは、機械的に互いに結合されている複
合体である。

【発明の実施の形態】フォーム材料板を不織布もしくは
織物と貼り合わせることによって、目視的性質が改善さ
れ、この場合には、多種多様の形状および設計の可能性
が生じる。また、貼り合わせは、塵芥による連続気泡の
フォーム材料板の汚染を阻止し、最終的に板の機械的負
荷可能性も改善される。
【0006】メラミン樹脂からなる連続気泡の軟質フォ
ーム材料板Aは、十分に公知であり、例えばこれは、欧
州特許第71672号明細書に記載されている。1つの
相応する市販製品は、バスフ社(BASF AG)のバ
ソテクト(BASOTECT)である。本発明による使用の場
合、板は、特に5〜80mm、殊に10〜50mmの厚
さであり、縁の長さが200〜1000mmである。
【0007】貼り合わせは、例えばガラス繊維、ポリエ
ステル繊維、炭素繊維およびアラミド繊維を基礎とする
通常の不織布または織物を用いて行なうことができる。
また、耐燃性を備えた天然繊維も使用可能である。
【0008】層Bは、特に0.1〜3mmの厚さであ
り、繊維層は、DIN 4102により引火するのが困
難であるかまたは燃焼不可能であり、即ち燃焼等級B1
もしくはA2の要件を満たしている。
【0009】板Aと層Bとの機械的結合は、例えば縫い
合わせ、ステップ化(Versteppen)、留め鋲打ち、針縫
いまたは鋲留めによって行なうことができる。そのため
に、好ましくは、例えばPTFE糸またはアラミド糸か
らなる燃焼不可能な糸が使用されるか、或いは鋼または
アルミニウムからなるピン、針および鋲が使用される。
【0010】層構造は、使用に応じて任意に、例えば
(A−B)nおよび(B−A−B)nであることがで
き、但し、nは1または2であり;好ましいのは、層構
造A−Bであり、この場合繊維層Bは、複合体の目視す
る側に載置されている。
【0011】本発明による複合体は、陸屋根張り材料ま
たは壁装材に使用されてもよく、ならびに燃焼保護技術
的な要件を満たさねばならない分離壁の場合には、さら
に軌条車両、航空機および船舶における据え付け部材と
して使用されてもよい。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】 A.メラミン樹脂/ホルムアルデヒド樹
    脂を基礎とする連続気泡の軟質フォーム材料からなる1
    枚以上の板および B.不織布または織物からなる1層以上の層を有し、板
    Aと層Bとが、機械的に互いに結合されている複合体。
  2. 【請求項2】 積層構造A−Bを有することを特徴とす
    る、請求項1記載の複合体。
  3. 【請求項3】 DIN 4102による不織布もしくは
    織物は引火するのが困難であるかまたは燃焼不可能であ
    ることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の複合体。
  4. 【請求項4】 板Aが5〜80mmの厚さであることを
    特徴とする、請求項1記載の複合体。
  5. 【請求項5】 層Bが0.1〜3mmの厚さであること
    を特徴とする、請求項1記載の複合体。
