Abstract
Bir polar çözücü kullanarak ekstraksiyonlu damıtmayla bütenler ve bütanları ayırmak için işlem ve sistem açıklanmaktadır. İşlem şunları içerebilir: bütanlar ve bütenler içeren hidrokarbon karışımının ekstraksiyonlu damıtma kolonunda zayıf çözücü karışımıyla temas ettirilmesiyle bütenler içeren zenginleştirilmiş çözücü fraksiyonunun oluşturulması; ekstraksiyonlu damıtma kolonundan bütanlar içeren üst kısım fraksiyonu ve alt kısım fraksiyonunun toplanması; alt kısım fraksiyonunun sıyırma bölümü ve yıkama bölümü içeren sıyırıcıya beslenmesi; sıyırıcıdan alt kısım fraksiyonu olarak zayıf çözücü karışımının ve bütenler ve su içeren sıyırıcı üst kısım fraksiyonunun toplanması; üst kısım fraksiyonunun yoğunlaştırılmasıyla su fraksiyonu ve büten ürünü fraksiyonu oluşturulması; sıyırıcı yıkama bölümünün tepesine geri akış olarak su beslenmesi.
