Abstract
Mevcut buluş, üretim sırasında bir su banyosundan geçirilen, ışık dengeleyicili bir poliolefin filmin, bantın veya monofilamentin su taşınmasının indirgenmesi için bir işlem ile ilgilidir, bu işleme uygun olarak yapılan poliolefin film, bant ya da monofilament ile ilgilidir ve ışık dengeleyicili bir poliolefin film, bant ya da monofilamentin su taşmasını azaltmak için spesifik ışık dengeleyicilerinin kullanılması ile ilgilidir.

Mevcut bulus, üretim sirasinda bir su banyosundan geçirilen, isik dengeleyicili bir
poliolefin filmin, bantin veya monofilamentin su tasinmasinin indirgenmesi için bir
islem ile ilgilidir, bu isleme uygun olarak yapilan poliolefin film, bant ya da
monofilament ile ilgilidir ve isik dengeleyicili bir poliolefin film, bant ya da
monofilamentin su tasmasini azaltmak için spesifik isik dengeleyicilerinin
kullanilmasi ile ilgilidir.

belge, gelismis isleme 'özellikler ile birlikte poliolefin filmleri ile ilgilidir ve US
Patent No. 5,006,587 sayili belge, rengin ve su tasinmasini gelistirmek için
floroboratlarin küçük miktarlarini ihtiva eden polipropilen formülasyonlarini açiklar.
Poliolefin fimler, bantlar ya da monofilamentlerin üretilmesine yönelik yaygin bir
metot, bir su banyosu içerisine bir film, bant ya da monofilament formu halinde ve
uygun bir aparat boyunca eriyen polimerin suyunun çektirilmesinde olusturulmakta
olup içerisinde film, bant ya da monofilament sogutulur ve kati hale getirilir. Film,
bant ya da monofilament daha sonra sirayla su banyosundan disari çikartilabilir
ve ayrica islem asamalarina yönlendirilebilir. Su banyosundan görünmesi üzerine,
film, bant ya da monofilament, islemin sonradan asamalari ile müdahale edilen
suyu ilave edebilir. Su banyosundan suyun eklenmesi olan bu etki, siklikla teknik
literatürde “su tasinmasi" olarak adlandirilir ve bu WCO*ya kisaltilabilir.
Filmin uygun bir sicaklikta gerilmesi, spesifik 'özelliklerle sonuçlanan polimerin
oryantasyonuna ve daha fazla kristallesmesine neden olur. Bu ikinci islem
asamasi dogrudan film üzerinde gerçeklesebilir, ancak primer film genellikle
germe isleminden öncesi bantlara ayrilir. Germe islemi sirasinda istenen özellikler
elde edildiginden, tüm islem parametrelerine kesin bir sekilde uyulmasi burada
esastir. Germe isleminden Önce filmdeki veya bantlardaki nem izleri bile elde
edilen ürünün kalitesinde çok ciddi degisiklikler meydana getirecek sekilde sonraki
gerilmeyi ve oryantasyonu degistirir. Bunun etkileri, sonuçta elde edilen nihai
ürünün kalitesinde sadece karsilik gelen ana degisikliklerin 'ötesine geçer. Uretim
veya isleme sirasinda bile, düsük kalite, örnegin bantlarin kopmasina neden
olabilir ve bu nedenle üretimi durdurabilir. Bahsi geçen sorunlara yol açabilecek
bir su kaynagi, birincil filmin ekstrüzyona tabi tutuldugu sogutma banyosudur.
Çogu plastikler, özellikle polietilen (PE) ya da polipropilen (PP) gibi poliolefinler
çok hidrofobik olmasina ragmen ve bu nedenle çok az su emme egilimine sahip
olmasina ragmen, su banyosunun üzerine çekildiginde nispeten yüksek üretim
hizlarinda su damlaciklarinin ya da ince bir su filminin filme yapistigi siklikla
görülür. Buna ilaveten, nihai ürünün iyi bir islevsellige sahip olmasini saglamak
için polimere isik dengeleyicileri gibi çesitli katki maddelerinin eklenmesi gerekir.
Bu katki maddelerinin bazilari, suyun su banyosundan katilimini artmasina
katkida bulunur. Katki maddeleri ve ayni zamanda maksimum islem hizi, uygun
ürünler düsük maliyetle üretilecekse esastir. Isleme hizindaki bir düsüs ekonomik
olmayan üretime yol açar. Bazilarinin, WCO'nun kötülesmesine neden oldugu
(yani daha fazla WCO ve dolayisiyla daha zayif ürün) gerekli katki maddelerinin
ilavesi de ayni zamanda önlenmesi imkansizdir, çünkü aksi halde katki
maddelerinin sagladigi ürün özellikleri elde edilemez.
WCO`nun azaltilmasi hali hazirda makine imalati sirasinda basit tasarim önlemleri

Poliolefin filmlerin, bantlarin ve monofilamentlerin üretimi sirasinda WCO'yu
gelistirmek için bir isleme ihtiyaç duyulmaya devam edilmektedir. Ideal olarak,
istenmeyen herhangi bir yan etki ortaya çikmamali ve islem ayni zamanda var
olan formülasyonlar için problemsiz bir sekilde kullanabilmelidir.
Sasirtici bir sekilde, spesifik bir ikinci sterik olarak engellenmis amin isik
dengeleyicilerin halihazirda sterik olarak engellenmis bir amin isik dengeleyici
içeren isik dengeleyicili bir film, bant ya da monofilamente ilave edilmesinin,
üretim sirasinda WCOtyu belirgin sekilde azaltabildigi bulunmustur. Bu özellikle
beklenmedik bir durumdur çünkü iki sterik olarak engellenmis aminler ayni

1.
