Abstract

Sensor şunları içerir: - bir manyetik alan oluşturmak üzere bir akımla güç verilen havalı bir uyarım bobini, bu manyetik alanın alan çizgileri, külçe kalıbından uzaklaşan üst alan çizgileri boyunca ve külçe kalıbının üst yüzünü ve eriyik metal yüzeyini kaplayan alt alan çizgileri boyunca yayılırlar, - uyarım bobinine paralel bir alt havalı alış bobini, bunda, alt alan çizgilerinin etkisiyle indüklenen bir gerilim üretilir, bu alt alan çizgileri eriyik metal yüzeyi seviyesinin değişimiyle değişme eğilimindedirler ve - uyarım bobinine paralel, doğrudan alt alış bobininin üzerinde yer alan ve geometrisi ile nitelikleri bununla aynı olan bir üst havalı alış bobini.
