Abstract

Claims (16)
1. Bir esyanin yüzeyinin en azindan bir kismini sizdirinaz kapatmak için bir yöntem olup, burada soz konusu kisiin en azindan kismen ahsaptan, metalden, plastikten veya mineral maddeden meydana gelir ve burada söz konusu esya bir laminat, parke veya ahsap zemin döseme elemani, bir panel veya bir ahsap kaplama veya bir mobilya veya mobilya parçasi veya bir sactir ve yöntem su adimlari içerir: (a) nemle çapraz baglanan poliüretan bazli bir isinla-kürlenebilir eriyik kütleden olusan bir tabakanin bir esya yüzeyinin en azindan bir kismina uygulanmasi suretiyle en az bir kismin sizdirmaz kapatilmasi ve (b) eriyik kütle tabakasinin isinlanmasi ve buradaki yüzey kisminin bir dis yüz olmasidir.
2. Istem l”e göre yöntem olup, karakterize edici Özelligi, tabakanin bir rulo, bir rakle veya bir yarikli nozul yardimiyla veya püskürtme yoluyla uygulanmasidir.
3. Istem 1”e veya 2°ye göre yöntem olup, karakterize edici 'Özelligi, eriyik kütle tabakasi yüzeyinde bir düzlestirme isleminin yapilmasidir.
4. l°den 3°e kadar olan isteinlerden birine göre yöntem olup, karakterize edici özelligi, eriyik kütle tabakasinin 5 um ilâ 200 um araliginda bir kalinlikla uygulanmasidir.
5.1”den 4”e kadar olan istemlerden birine göre yöntem olup, karakterize edici özelligi, eriyik kütle tabakasinin tek-katli uygulanmasidir.
6. l”den 4”e kadar olan istemlerden birine göre yöntem olup, karakterize edici özelligi, kürlenme öncesinde eriyik kütlenin hem isinlamayla polimerlestirilebilir en az bir islevsel grup, hem de NCO- gruplari içermesidir.
7.1”den 6”ya kadar olan istemlerden birine göre yöntem olup, karakterize edici özelligi, kürlenme öncesinde eriyik kütleniri akrilik asit, metakrilik asit veya stiren türevleri içermesidir.
8. l°den 7°ye kadar olan istemlerden birine göre yöntem olup, karakterize edici özelligi, isinlamanin, eriyik kütle tabakasinin tam kürlenmesinden önce poliüretanin nemle çapraz baglanmasi yoluyla uygulanmasidir.
9.1”den 8”e kadar olan isteinlerden birine göre yöntem olup, karakterize edici özelligi, isinlamanin, eriyik-kütle tabakasinin uygulanmasini izleyen 24 saat içinde yapilmasidir.
10. Yüzeyinin en azindan bir kisminda, nemle çapraz baglanan poliüretan bazli bir isinla-kürlenebilir eriyik kütleden olusan bir tabakayi içeren bir sizdirmaz kapatma tabakasina sahip bir esya olup, buradaki yüzey kismi bir dis Wzdür ve burada esya yüzeyi kismi en azindan kismen ahsaptan, metalden, plastikten veya mineral maddeden meydana gelir ve burada söz konusu esya bir laminat, parke veya ahsap zemin döseme elemani, bir panel veya bir ahsap kaplama veya bir mobilya veya mobilya parçasi veya bir sactir.
11. Istem 10”a göre esya olup, karakterize edici 'Özelligi, eriyik kütle tabakasinin 5 um ilâ 200 um araliginda bir kalinliga sahip olmasidir.
12. Istem 10 veya ll”e göre esya olup, karakterize edici özelligi, eriyik kütle tabakasinin tek-katli uygulanmis olmasidir.
13. 10°dan 12°ye kadar olan istemlerden birine göre esya olup, karakterize edici özelligi, kürlenme `Öncesinde eriyik kütlenin hem isinlainayla poliinerlestirilebilir en az bir islevsel grup, hem de NCO- gruplari içermesidir.
14.10”dan l3”e kadar olan istemlerden birine göre esya olup, karakterize edici Özelligi, kürlenme 'Öncesinde eriyik kütlenin akrilik asit, inetakrilik asit veya stiren türevleri içermesidir.
15.10”dan 14”e kadar olan isteinlerden birine göre esya olup, karakterize edici 'özelligi, eriyik kütle tabakasinda isinla kürleine isleminin, reaktif eriyik kütlenin tam kürlenmesinden önce poliüretanin neinle çapraz baglanmasi yoluyla gerçeklesmesidir.
16. Nemle çapraz baglanan bir poliüretan bazinda, isinla-kürlenebilir bir eriyik kütlesinin, bir esyanin yüzeyinin en azindan bir kisinini sizdirinaz kapatmak için kullanimi olup, burada söz konusu yüzey kismi bir dis yüzdür ve burada bu kisim en azindan kismen ahsaptan, metalden, plastikten veya mineral maddeden meydana gelir ve burada söz konusu esya bir laminat, parke veya ahsap zemin döseme elemani, bir panel veya bir ahsap kaplama veya bir mobilya veya mobilya parçasi veya bir sactir.
