Abstract

Mevcut buluşa uygun olup kömür besleme borusu ile fırın arasındaki arayüzeyde konumlandırılmış olan, aşınma dirençli yapı, aşınma dirençli ve ateşe dayanıklı bır malzeme katmanı ile aşınma dirençli metal bir tüpten meydana gelmektedir. Yukanda bahsedilen aşınma dirençli ve ateşe dayanıklı malzeme katmanı kömür besleme borusunun iç duvarlarında oluşturulmuştur ve kömür besleme borusunun yakıt girişinden fırına kadar uzanmaktadır. Fırının içersinde bulunan aşınma dirençli ve ateşe dayanıklı malzeme katmanı su duvarı borusunu kaplamaktadır. Aşınma dirençli metal boru ise, kömür besleme borusunun yakıt girişinden fırının ağzına kadar uzanan aşınma dirençli ve ateşe dayanıklı malzeme katmanının iç duvarında bulunmaktadır. Mevcut buluş, kömür besleme borusu ile fırın arasındaki ara yüzeyde konumlandırılmış olup aşınma direncim etkin biçimde artıran, aşınma dirençli bir yapı sunmakta ve bu sayede, sirkülasyonlu akışkan yataklı bir kazanın (CFB) kömür besleme borusu ile fırını arasındaki ara yüzeyde konumlandırılmış, aşınma dirençli malzemelerin daha kolay yıpranması şeklindeki soruna çözüm getirmektedir.
