Abstract
Bir sirkülasyonlu akışkan yataklı (CFB) kazan, bir kabarcıklı akışkan yatağın (BFB) reaksiyon haznesinin alt kısmındaki bir kasa içinde yer aldığı bir reaksiyon haznesi içerir ve reaksiyon haznesi tabanının bir kısmını kaplayan bir yatak-içi ısı eşanjörü (IBHX) içerir. Birçok yatak-içi sekonder hava nozulu bir araya gruplanan ve BFB kasa duvarı ile CFB?nin bir dış duvarı arasındaki BFB?nin genişliği boyunca devam eden birçok tüp içerir. Nozullar, gaz ve/veya katı maddelerin fırın içinde hareketine engel olan karışık bir yapıyı önlemenin yanı sıra sekonder hava jetleri ile CFB?den BFB üstüne düşen katı maddelerin yön değiştirmesini önleyecek şekilde konumlandırılır. Nozulların çıkış açıklıkları BFB kasa duvarı ile aynı hizadadır veya neredeyse aynı hizadadır.
