Abstract

Meyvelerin, sebzelerin, süs bitkilerinin, ya da gıda dışı ürünlerin olgunlaşmasını, renklenmesini ve/veya aşın olgunlaşmasını önlemek için, bitkilere fosforlu asit ve/veya onun tuzlarının uygulanması; ya da bitkilere küf asidi ve/veya onun tuzlarının ve fosforlu asit ve/veya onun tuzlarının uygulanması yoluyla geciktirilmesi için usuller. Uygulamalar mahsul toplama öncesi ya da sonrası muhtelif sıcaklıklar ve pH aralıklarında yapılabilir. Mevcut buluşa ait düzenlemelerde fosforlu asidin/tuzlarının küf asidi/tuzları ile özgün kombinasyonlarının, küf asitlerinin/tuzlarının bitki dokularının olgunlaşması, renklenmesi ve aşırı olgunlaşması üzerindeki etkisini arttırdığı, böylelikle meyve, sebze ve/veya gıda dışı ürünlerin raf ömrünü daha önce gerçekleştirilmemiş şekillerde uzattığı keşfedilmiştir.
