Abstract

Bu buluş, elektro çökelebilir kaplama için katyonik bir mikro jeli hazırlamaya dönük olan bir yöntem ve aynı yöntemle hazırlanan katyonik mikro jeli içeren, elektro-çökelebilir bir kaplama bileşimi ile ilgilidir. Daha dar kapsamda bu buluş, elektro-çökelebilir kaplama için bir katyonik mikro jeli hazırlamaya yönelik yöntem ve (1) bir hidroksi grubunu içeren üçüncül bir amini diizosiyanat ie tepkimeye sokma, bunun ardından da ortaya çıkan karışımı asit ile nötralize etme ve (2) üçüncül amin tuzu reçinesini ve poliepoksi reçine polimerini bir dispersiyon ortamında yayma ve daha sonra üçüncül amin tuzu reçinesini ve poliepoksi reçine polimerini diaminin varlığında tepkimeye sokma aşamalarını içeren, elektro-çökelebilir kaplama için katyonik mikro jeli hazırlamaya dönük aynı yöntemle hazırlanan katyonik mikro jeli içeren elektro-çökelebilen kaplama bileşimi ile ilgilidir. Katyonik mikro jeli içeren elektro-çökelebilir kaplama kenar kaplaması için mükemmeldir ve kaplama tabakasının sertleştirilmesi esnasında akıcılığı yeterli şekilde kontrol ederek, kraterlerin oluşmasını engellemek suretiyle oldukça düzgün bir kaplama tabakası sağlamaktadır.
