Abstract

Amonyum sülfat ve United States Pharmacopoeia sentezlenmesi için bir proses. Yöntem, proses tuzlu suyunun sodyum sülfat ile çökeltilmesi yoluyla prekürsör sodyum sülfatin ve bikarbonatin yüksek kaliteli amonyum sülfat gübreye ve eczacilik kalitesinde sodyum bikarbonata enerji açisindan oldukça verimli dönüsümüne imkan tanimaktadir. Bu basamak teknigin bilinen durumunda bilinmemekteydi, bunun sonucunda da teknigin bilinen durumunda kullanilan yöntemler mühendislik, enerji ve ürün kalitesi açilarindan verimsiz olmustur. Mevcut proses, dönüstürme isleminin teknigin bilinen durumundaki yöntemlerde mevcut bulunan ayrisma sorunlari ve enerji bosalmalari olmaksizin sürdürülebilmesi için proses tuzlu suyuna ya da solüsyona sodyum sülfati yeniden ilave etmektedir.
