Abstract
Fruktoz-1,6-bisfosfat aldolazi (FDA) triozfosfati fruktoz-1,6,bisfosfat haline dönüstüren reaksiyonu geri dönülebilir bir sekilde katalizleyen bir enzimdir. Yaprakta, bu enzim kloroplastta (nisasta sentezi) ve sitosolde (sukroz biyosentezi) bulunur. Genel olarak sukroz üretimini ve özel olarak da yaprakta nisasta biyosentetik kabiliyeti arttirmak sureti ile bitki veriminin daha iyi bir hale getirilmesi için E. coli fda geninieksprese eden transgenik bitkiler olusturulmustur.
