Abstract

Фруктозо-1,6-бисфосфатальдолаза (FDA) является ферментом, обратимо катализирующим реакцию превращения триозофосфата в фруктозо-1,6-бисфосфат. В листьях этот фермент расположен в хлоропластах (синтез крахмала) и в цитозоле (биосинтез сахарозы). Созданы трансгенные растения, которые экспрессируют fda E. coli в хлоропластах для повышения выхода растений за счет повышения способности листьев к биосинтезу крахмала в частности, и продуцированию сахарозы в целом. Листья растений, экспрессирующих трансген fda, демонстрируют значительно более высокое накопление крахмала по сравнению с контрольными растениями, экспрессирующими нулевой вектор, особенно в начале фотопериода, но содержат в листьях меньше сахарозы. Трансгенные растения обладают также значительно большей корневой массой. Кроме того, трансгенный картофель, экспрессирующий fda, демонстрирует повышенную равномерность распределения твердых веществ.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
