Claims (1)
1. กระบวนการสำหรับเตรียม 9-(1,3-ไดไฮดรอกซี-2-โปรพอกซี-เมทธิล)กัวนีน และเกลือของสารนี้ที่ใช้ในทางเภสัชกรรมได้ ซึ่ง ประกอบด้วย (A) การตัดหมู่เอซิลออกจากสารที่มีสูตรดังนี้ ซึ่ง R มีความหมายเป็นหมู่เอซิล R=C=0 ซึ่ง R คือ ไฮโดรคาร์บอน ประเภทเชนตรงหรือเชนแตกแขนงที่มีคาร์บอนตั้งแต่หนึ่งถึง สิบอะตอม เพื่อทำให้เป็น 9-(1,3-โปรพอกซีเมทธิล)กัวนีน หรือ (B) การตัดเอาหมู่อาราลคิลออกจากสารซึ่งมีสูตรดังนี้ ซึ่ง R มีความหมายเป็นหมู่ป้องกันเช่น เบนซิลที่อาจเลือกให้มี การแทนที่ด้วยหมู่อัลคอกซี 1 หรือ 2 หมู่ ซึ่งอัลคิลเป็นหมู่ ที่ให้ความหมายไว้แล้วในเอกสารนี้ โดยที่เสนอให้เป็นเมทธอก ซี หรือหมู่อัลคิลที่มีน้ำหนักโมเลกุลต่ำ ซึ่งอัลคิลมีความหมาย เป็นไฮโดรคาร์บอนประเภทเชนตรงหรือเชนแตกแขนงที่มีคาร์บอนหนึ่ง ถึงสี่อะตอม โดยที่เสนอให้เป็นเมทธิล เพื่อทำให้ได้ผลเป็น 9-(1 ,3-ไดไฮดรอกซี-2-โปรพอกซี-เมทธิล) กัวนีน หรือ (C) การตัดหมู่อาริลอัลคิล และการตัดหมู่เอซิลออกจากสารที่ มีสูตร ดังนี้ ซึ่ง R และ R" มีความหมายดังที่ให้ไว้ในเอกสารนี้ เพื่อทำให้ ได้ผลเป็น 9-(1,3-ไดไฮดรอกซี-2-โปรพอกซีเมทธิล)กัวนีน หรือ (D) การเปลี่ยน 9-(1,3-ไดไฮดรอกซี-2-โปรพอกซีเมทธิล) กัวนีน ให้เป็นเกลือที่ใช้ในทางเภสัชกรรมได้ หรือ (E) การเปลี่ยนเกลือของ 9-(1,3-ไดไฮดรอกซี-2-โปรพอกซีเมทธิล) กัวนีนให้เป็น 9-(1,3-ไดไฮดรอกซี-2-โปรพอกซีเมทธิล)กัวนีน หรือ (F) การเปลี่ยนเกลือของ 9-(1,3-ไดไฮดรอกซี-2-โปรพอกซีเมทธิล) กัวนีนให้เป็นเกลือของสารนี้ที่ใช้ในทางเภสัชกรรมได้
