Description
В этом патенте указано, что концентраци нитрозы должна быть удерживаема в пределах от 54 до 58° по Бомё, что достигалось соответственным разбавлением нитрозы водою- Сообразно с этим и продажна кислота получалась в этих пределах крепости .Patent No. 8370 describes a method for extracting sulfuric acid, according to which, when using mechanical mixing devices, nitrous sulfuric acid of at least 54 ° Bôme is combined with gases containing sulfuric acid in the smallest crushing and in such a quantity that acid everywhere and under all conditions remained nitrous; in the future, approximately the daily production of sulfuric acid and the amount of circulating and newly produced nitrosis are diverted to a special room, where they are in some way allocated for sale. This patent states that the concentration of nitrosis should be kept in the range of 54 to 58 ° Böhm, which was achieved by appropriate dilution of nitrosis with water. Accordingly, the sales acid was obtained within these limits of the fortress.
The proposed modification of the method is aimed at obtaining sulfuric acid of great strength up to 60 Bomø and higher. For this, nitrous acid with a strength above 58 ° C is introduced into the reaction and the reaction itself is carried out at a higher temperature: this temperature increase is achieved by the fact that the acid heated by the heat released during the reaction is less cooled.
A further possibility of working with a higher degree of acid is that a so-called double-ring irrigation is introduced. This is that the front of the vehicle, i.e. those mixing rooms in which gases containing sulfuric acid come in first.
