Description
25The invention relates to the technology of building ceramics, and specifically to the compositions of the masses for the production of ceramic tiles, provided the use of high-speed firing modes. Closest to the invention is a ceramic mass for the manufacture of tiles using high-speed firing modes, including the following next component (4 components, wt.%: Clay component. Containing minerals: kaolinite, hydrosphere and montmorillonite 50, desiccant fluent 40 1 The tiles have the following properties: water absorption 7-10, flexural strength 15-25 MPa, shrinkage 4-6%. The lack of weight is relatively high water absorption and shrinkage of the tiles, as well as low strength. invention is a reduction in water This is achieved by the fact that the ceramic mass for making a slab using high-speed firing modes, such as kaolinite, hydromica, montmorillonite, descendent, and flux, contains these components, in the following ratio, wt.% 1 Kaolinit17- 32 Hydraulic Glues 10-32 Montmorillonite- 1-10 Cleaner 7-20 Plaven 12-45 The indicated ratio of clay minerals in the ceramic mass is achieved by combining clays with various amounts of rock-forming minerals, as well as additives of pure minerals. in and so on The masses are prepared by slip processing and subsequent drying. Ceramic tiles are molded from the resulting powder. Drying and roasting of industrial products t on conveyor lines for high-speed modes of heat treatment. Roasting temperature 960-1100 s, roasting time 40-60 min. Example 1. Composition of mass, res.%: Kaolinit32 Hydromica 22 Montmorillonite 4 Cleaner15 Plaven25
