Пример. Перечисленные Дале компоненты смиаивают с помощью механической мешалки, затем экструдируют полученную смесь на экструдере Вейна 18 формуют образцы дл испытаний на машине Нейбури дл лить под давлением.

Пример2. Перечисленные дале ингредиенты обрабатывают,как в примере 1.
Ингредиенты, вес.ч.: Поли-2,б-диметил-1,4-фениленовый эфир (из примера 1) 35 Кристаллический гомополистирол ( Дилен 8)30 Гидрированный блок-сополимер стирол-бутадиен-стирол (из примера Полиэтилен (Н710)1,5 Тридецилфосфит0,5 Сульфид цинка0,15 Окись цинка0,15 Трифенилфосфат7,0. Свойства полученной композиции: Ударопрочность по Изоду кг«м/см насечки0,56 Температура термической деформации прогиба при нагрузке 100 (212 18,5 кг/см,С (F Ударопрочность по Гарднеру, КГМ1, 35. Примерз. Смесь из примера 2 модифицируют , уменьша количество гидрированного блок-сополимера стирол бутадиен-стирол до 15 вес.ч., примен 50 вес.ч. модифицированного каучу ком ударопрочного стирола (FG 834, Фостер Грант) вместо 30 вес.ч. кристаллического гомополистирола. Свойства- полученной композиции Ударопрочность по Изоду, кг.м/см насечки Темпераутра термической деформации изгиба ври нагрузке 18,5 кг/см, (f) 9-6,7 (206) Ударопрочность по Гарднеру, 1,89, кг-м Готов т композицию по примеру 2, но вместо кристаллического гомополистирола или гидрированного блок- сополимера , содержащую 65 вес.ч. модифицированного каучуком ударопрочного полистирола (FG 834, Фостер Грант).
Свойства полученной композиции: Ударопрочность, по Изоду, кг.м/см насечки0,26
Температура деформации прогиба при нагрузке
8,5 кг/см,С(F) 94,4 (202) Ударопрочность по Гарднеру , кг.м1,2.
П р и м е р 4. 50 вес.ч. гидрированного блок-сополимера типа С-А -в -А-С смешивают с 50 вес.ч. поли-2,6-диметил-1 ,4-фениленового эфира, используемого в примере 1. Эта композици имеет хорошую стойкость к таким растворител м, как бензин.
П р и м е р 5. Композицию из примера 2 модифицируют, добавл 10 вес. стекловолокна, и получгшзт композицию с улучшенной ударопрочностью.
П р им ер 6. Экструзионным перемешиванием из композиции примера 1 получают стержни дл испытани , содержащие эквивалентное количество полифениленового эфира, имеющие состав, привёденньй в табл. 1.
Таблица 1 Поли-2,6-дйметил 1,4-фениленовый эфир (из примера) 35 35 Ударопрочный полистирол (FG 834, Фостер Грант) 65 Кристаллический полиг стирол (Дилен 8)- 40 Гидрированный блок-сополимер стирол бутадиен-стирсл (из примера 1) - 20 Полиэтилен (М 710) 1,5 1,5 Трифенилфосфат7,0 9,0 Тридецилфосфит0,5 0,5 Сульфид цинкаО,5 0,15 Окись цинка0,15 О,5 Эти композиции подвергают термическому старению при 90 и 100°С в печах с циркул цией воздуха. Образцы испытывадат через указанные интервалы вре:мени согласно ASTM Д 1822 на ударо;прочность при раст жении (S-типа}. Результаты приведены в табл.2. Таблица 2 Примечание, фунто-фут/кв.дюйм 0,022 кг-м/см
Claims (3)
1. Термопластична полимерна композици , включающа полифениленовый эфир и сополимер стирола с бутадиеном , отличающа с тем, что, с целью повьаиени ударопрочности композиции, в качестве сополимера стирола она содержит гидрированный блок-сополимер стирола с бутадиеном типа А-в-А, в котором А представл ет собой полимеризованный стирольный блок со средним мол.в. 8000-60000, В - полимеризованный бутадиеновый блок со средним мол.в. 20000-150000, при следующем соотношении компонентов , вес.ч.:

Полифениленовый эфир 10-90 Гидрированный блоксополимер стирола с бутадиеном10-90
2. Композици по п. 1, о т л и чающа с тем, что она дополнительно содержит полистирол или полистирол , модифицированный диеновым каучуком, в количестве 30-65 вес ч
